#loz #wind waker #legend of zelda #toon link #aryll #I wasn't gonna draw anything but then I sketched link real quick and I was like okay wait i can do this #and then my brother dragged me outside ☠ but i still got it done today!#the anniversary is today. tumblr sent me a notification like ravio is 11 years old now! ravio the character is actually 11 years old.#albw released in2013. i received two reminders this morning. ravio drawing soon maybe. coming this year definitely. maybe #arylls like big brother use a damn fork #<- that was the tag when I first started drawing them in 2018 #also i noticed when I draw aryll i always draw her in her blue dress so i decided to change it up. i only play 2nd playthroughs of wind wak #r because fun fact: i hate link's green tunic and hat. i finished a first playthrough years ago with a finished nintendo gallery #and then when i want to start a new playthrough i fight ganondorf again go through the credits cry and then BAM new game no-plus #i miss link's green tunic now though. its been so long. im so sick of champions garb...............idk the green is iconic idk #im not a huge fan of it but i think his base form should be green again. with the hat. let him look doofy as a default again #he was green in echoes of wisdom but i need them to follow through after again.#i didnt finish echoes of wisdom yet (SOON IM TRYING IM STUCK I NTHE SONIC ADVENTURE 1 WEB HELP) but what I saw of Link there?#he was kinda terrifying lmao its always funny to see that link is so extremely competent because i am not. that boy efficient #im stuck in the sa1 web because everyone is always talking about how good it is. so i played the pc port and. its apparently awful idk it i #thats just what sa1 outside of emerald coast plays to me tbh. but the dreamcast is supposed to be better. and i own a dreamcast. free me #i played on gamecube too. 12 years ago. it made me sick. maybe one day i'll install some mods that make it play better #why does it feel like the month is over when its only january 6 #i played sa1 as a kid btw. just emerald coast tho. T////T i love them so much!!!#i thiiink that was the kinako year? you can see kinchan looks happy ;;////;;#i do feel special affinity for year 8 with the double rainbow T///T i posed for all three characters by taking video of myself outside #on a sunny day in the yard and then i put them together. it also reminds me of when kind people gave me rainbows T////T #year 10. the milestone. oh baby we made it this far ;;~~~;; all the tears and all the love... we made it and we're going to be okay T////T #i was going to use a stock paper texture for the text at the end but they said 'show me if you use it'#and i realized i didnt want someone sending them this actually LOL;; so i used a scan of my own sketchbook paper... which may be fitting?#(im realizing that some of the younger people here may not have photo albums and now i feel old)

there is a story trying to form in my head that sounds like a perfect plot for one of those yaois you read once and never find again, which sucks because I am so bad at drawing comics bigger than one silly page

#youni originals #it feels like a yaoi i should be able to find. and yet. i doubt i will #so instead i must consider creating guys to star this in my head #they are fumblr (fake tumblr) enemies but irl acquaintances due to their 'friend of a friend' circles being pretty much the same #one of them accidentally sends the other dick pics one day and the other is like. initially annoyed. but then ends up using the #pics as art reference for a project. and ends up having to ask the guy for permission to submit the art to a contest since he's the model.#and then they have an art gallery 'date'. and well. yaoi happens. and of course they both swear that was a one time thing #and they will just go back to hating each other. and they kinda do. except new reasons to meet up keep coming up.#and then things get complicated and that's as far as i've got #it could end close to the art gallery thing for a short yaoi. or keep going with the extra entanglements for a long yaoi #one of the 'entanglements' is also a 'classic' romance plot (date each other for a month on a dare) so it would be a good end point #(it's not actually 'dating on a dare' but the full explanation is too convoluted to explain in tags)#and anywayes. idk why i'm even posting this. probably because it's been plaguing my mind.#i've been trying to think of pre-existing blorbos to put in this plot but it's very very doubtful that i will #owell. new modern weirdos i guess.#they could be wizard college students. vaguely related to the aurek and day plot #(which is also a classic fanfic plot that i did not have pre-existing blorbos to fit into so i made new blorbos for it)#(note: by blorbos i do not necessarily mean blorbos from my shows. it's blorbos from my brains as well)#merry christmas have some vague nonexistent yaoi #two likes and i will seriously consider making these guys a thing

No new art today, but here's a drawing of Phecda Shioto from November 30, 2019 -- five years ago today! I Definitely didn't have a visceral response to 2019 being so long ago when I came across this in my facebook memories of all places, Definitely Not,,

(This was drawn just as close to Phecda’s design/creation date in 2014 as it is to current day. Which is certainly strange to consider! When I drew this, he was only half a decade old, and now half a decade later he's a decade old. Where does the time go!)

This was a small one-layer-challenge that I did at the time.
