You don't blink at it. You've been in customer service forever. Everything is second nature to you. But you give him a look when you hand him a drink and he just starts going.

He likes to make small chat, you learn. About meaningless things - desserts, drinks, the weather - but he makes you laugh, and he laughs at your jokes, too. He's smiling every time you talk.

He's beautiful - in that way that makes you uncertain if he's really there - and friendly, and he seems a bit lonely, eager to converse.

Something tells you Satoru probably doesn't have a lot of close friends. He's rich, too, judging by the massive tips he leaves you.

The thing is, you do a lot of things on autopilot. It's just the way these things get after a while. Pouring drinks, "What would you like today?", "I'll have that out for you soon!", "Have a nice day!", all that stuff.

Sometimes, though. Sometimes. Wires get crossed.

He's picked up his drink to leave, giving you a cheeky smile and a little wave, and you tell him, without thinking twice:

"Love you, bye!"

i did want to make sun and moon's designs in sdgo different than my general personal designs that i use in my self insert au for easier differentiation for other people (i can tell them apart pretty easiy because i portray them personality-wise pretty differently in both aus), but . im too attached . to my current designs um 😔 /silly their designs r basically the same i just wanted to draw them in this lineup w monday/yn/mc/whathaveyou so they didnt look . sad and lonely. lol . theyve already got enough of that "sad and lonely" shit going on in the storyline ❤️

so after waiting at the medicaid office for two hours and being told that it was unlikely i’d get seen today and i’d probably just have to wait 30 days for my new application to be processed after my medicaid was cancelled for no discernible reason, i’m going to have to pay out of pocket for my meds. i’ve called every single pharmacy in the area and NONE of them have generic in stock, only name brand which costs $420 even with a coupon. so my choices are to pay that out of pocket or be unmedicated for 30+ days, the second of which is not an option.

luckily, people have already very generously contributed yesterday, but i am still about $100 short of being able to afford the name brand and will probably have to pay out of pocket for my therapy as well, so any help at all is greatly appreciated while i try to navigate the capitalist hellscape that is the american healthcare system.

forever annoyed by daeron the war criminal and his unearned moniker. cause what exactly did he do that was so special to earn him ‘the daring’ nickname? the answer is nothing. imo, it’s a classic case of medieval nepotism—he was given something he didn’t truly earn. though he at least showed some self-awareness based on his retort to being dubbed ‘ser daeron the daring’. but tbh, i think the fact that he was given that moniker shows how terrible the green princes PR was at the time. so it seems likely that this was a political ploy to make daeron stand out favorably compared to his brothers and to help the greens better compete with the blacks, who had the more favorable reputation at that point. so while dubbing daeron ‘the daring’ was certainly a smart move, i still find annoying af, especially since some parts of the fandom act like the moniker is deserved.
