Jammer seeing Evan kill someone and going pretty much silent for the rest of the episode. Jammer seeing Evan kill someone and thinking about why this kind of thing is the reason he left in the first place. Jammer seeing Evan kill someone and being terrified.

Evan seeing Jammers teammate talk about how he mentions Evan all of the time. Evan seeing, over the course of the conversation with said teammate, that Jammer never even mentioned magic all that much to him. Evan seeing his friend, who apparently talked about Evan all of the time without bringing up such a prominent part of who he is, being terrified of the things that Evan does.

sometimes i randomly remember how insane maggie stiefvater was for making ronan lynch—a man that can create reality—a man of god, when he himself is a god of a man. then to take this man and have him be not only in love with, but a literal soulmate of a man named adam. parrish. adam parrish. who, mind you, lives above ronan's very own place of worship. and is the namesake of the first of mankind that the bible says god made from the literal dust of the ground (adam parrish: comes from nothing, hair "dusty" in color) and appoints him to care for the garden of eden (adam parrish: sacrifices himself to ronan's sentient forest). then has adam viewing ronan as a god and ronan saying "maybe he dreamt (created)" adam???? like who just fucking writes that and goes about their life?

It's driving me insane that Viktor refused to sacrifice Vander's humanity in the face of his glorious evolution.

The fact that in League he sacrificed his own humanity for it, but in Arcane he refuses. The fact that Jayce left him with no choice and actively sacrificed Viktor's humanity for him. The fact that Viktor refused to do the same to Vander. The parallels between Viktor being revived by someone who couldn't bear to lose him and Vander being revived by someone who could care less that he was lost. The fact that both Jayce and Singed only wanted their subjects to survive. The fact that both Jayce and Singed killed the people they revived. The fact that the cog from the very start of the dealings with the Arcane landed with the corrupted side facing up. The fact that there is no longer a chance of returning from the path they have led.

The fact that Viktor finally understands Singed.

Brennan is just fucking with us at this point because what do you mean in the the span of less than twenty minutes he both made the conscious decision to have Evan snuggle with Sam (and thus that ENTIRE scene) and then also dropped the line "There are things that are so worth protecting that they are worth killing for."
