It is with heavy heart that the insanity has finally reached Leonid Brezhnev's hometown, Kamianske, will be dismantling their memorial to him tomorrow morning, 9:00 AM, July 27th 2023.

I know that since Lab Rats is a show with one of their target audience being kids they wouldn't go into more details of certain things or phrase lines differently to keep it appropriate, but I've been wondering if the show was darker, would you think creation of the Lab Rats would be more, gruesome-ish? Were they ripped apart and put back together? Or is the only bionic thing about them are the chips?

i definitely think it’d be more gruesome. chase has a usb in his finger, a bionic eye, and a lot of closeups show just a shit ton of robotics inside his ear. and there’s no way just a chip can allow adam to shoot lasers through his eyes. like he has to have some sort of engineering going on with his eyes too to get them to be able to withstand that.

also like?? the entire krane thing when you actually think about it is super gruesome?? he implants himself with bionics enough to have that level of scarring. insane.

as i make my way through legend of zelda ocarina of time i am coming to terms with the fact that this is a story about children being failed by adults over and over again but i think nothing quite hammers in the fact that link is an actual literal child more than when you get down to your last health heart and his idle animation goes from him idling to him hunched over letting out these pained wheezes and it's like oh dear god this is a nine year old. i'm so so so so sorry i will get better at this game i promise
