I will never, NEVER understand people who complain about Ao3 search system and how the archive isn't algorithm based. Ao3 is literally the only site that has a decent search system, at this point.

Anytime I need to Google something, I feel like I'm about to lose my mind. I wanted to research the reason why women in my country are more likely to get custody of their children, because all the studies I know about focus on the US and needed to compare them to make an argument, and the best I got were domestic violence stats, an article about a woman committing suicide, and stats about parents with shared custody.

And let's not talk about YouTube! My home page doesn't show any of the youtubers I follow unless I left a video unfinished (but, then again, it'll keep showing me unfinished videos even from people I'm not subscribed to), and the search system is completely fucked. When I write, I like to listen to those lyrics-less playlists titled stuff like "you're the last person after the end of the world," and now searching for them is a pain in the ass.

It doesn't matter how specific I try to get with them to get the results I want, YouTube will always show me a bunch of random playlists that have nothing to do with the keywords I used, will bring up several shorts even if I make sure to opt out of them anytime they pop up in my home feed, and ultimately loop me around to the content I usually consume.

"You typed 'Y2K nostalgiacore with birds'? How about 'Liminal spaces in a Walmart'? No? Okay, let's try 'Life after the nuclear holocaust." No again? Then fuck you, here's a full album of a band now popular on TikTok, twelve shorts that might be related to what you're looking for, and Danny Gonzalez videos. Fuck you."

And people just seem to be okay with this shit! Claim that it's easier! How the fuck is it easier, when you have to type and retype the same shit over and over again in the hope that that one word you decide to add or remove will suddenly change where the site brings you??

So, because Thanksgiving was two day ago, I thought I’d introduce you to the concept me and my friend “made”, Thanksgiving in the Black and White. The basic premise is, the Lords in Black hear about Thanksgiving, and their all like “that sounds neat, we’re doing that, like, right now” (it’s some random day in March by the way). So, they teleport their blorbos into the Black, convince Webby to come and bring her found family (Holloway, Duke, Lex, Ethan, Hannah, Sophia, and Daniel), and then chaos ensues from there. The presence so based on this post by @toringo (go check out all of his Hatchetfield stuff btw, it’s amazing, really great for Wilbur x Wiggly shippers)

Y'all... I don't think Girly Girl Productions is Danny Gonzalez. Like, don't get me wrong, I COMPLETELY understand where the theory is coming from. He's done stuff like this before, hell he's even pretended to be an AI before, and Girly Girl's songs do sound a LOT like his. I think I would totally be sold on the theory if it weren't for one thing: Girly Girl Productions uses AI images and videos to promote their songs. While I think it's possible somebody could autotune and filter their voice enough to make it sound like Girly Girl Productions' songs, their cover art is very clearly AI generated.

Like. This is clearly AI. The way the background blurs, how glossy her hair looks, the fact that she has One Real Human Finger while the rest of her hand is plastic... I guess it could be POSSIBLE for somebody to photoshop this, but overall I think it's just too obviously AI generated for there to be any kind of excuse here.

Danny has made his stance on AI very clear, and, based off of the ways he's executed these kinds of pranks in the past, I don't think he would put aside his clear distaste for AI just to make a prank seem more convincing. Danny usually puts a lot of effort into these kinds of things, even if they almost always end up being super obvious in the end. Him ACTUALLY using AI to pretend to be an AI singer feels wrong.

That being said, I do genuinely think Girly Girl Productions has something to do with the Fox SZN bs there are just TOO MANY coincidences with those two for there to not be some kind of corelation- my current theory is that Danny saw GGP becoming a thing and then decided to bring back Fox SZN because of it? But I don't have much proof for that beyond that one Tik Tok he posted and the Last Night music vid having the same release date as the Girly Secret thing, so I guess we'll just have to see.

Also unrelated but I seriously have no fucking clue why he isn't wearing shoes anymore- that's such a weird addition to the Fox SZN character and Idk if it's just a dumb bit or if it actually means something-

Hello fellow tranny barnzalez fans! This is gonna be a more serious post so listen up!

I don’t think our young fandom has done this yet, so we’re okay, but I just think It’s important to think about these things so we know not to do them. So, Danny Gonzalez is a real person, but because he thinks this kinda stuff is comedic and we’re mostly just Trobed’s indulging in a little crack fic, it’s totally chill what we’re doing here. I do want to suggest though, that we should not create characters based off of Danny’s actual child. His wife? Yes, considering that fanfiction video had plotlines with his wife in them. I don’t think we have, but we need to think about these things and I also want to open the floor here to other boundaries we might want to discuss.

Chapter 7: Jarvis kidnapped???!!!??? *CHOKING HAZARD: IF UNDER 3 NOT ADVISED* 😨

Sequel to Lost In the Rainforest: A Danny Gonzalez Tale

Overall story description: After being returned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

"Jarvis is gone! They kidnapped him!!!"

Danny gasped! "What! How? I thought it was safe here!" Danny exclaimed. "Well, it turns out there was an imposter and while Jarvis was distracted they kidnapped him!" Amy cried, "It was all caught on our security cameras."

"We have to find who did this and take revenge!" Drew said. "We do have security camera footage of the whole thing, but we don't recognize who did it." Amy said. "Is there any way we can help find him?" Jordan asked. "Well, yes"

Amy led them to a dark room with at least thirty screens. All of the screens were playing Danny Gonzalez videos. "Hello Ms. Tech person can you please play the footage of Jarvis being kidnapped please." Amy asked politely. "Oh, um, s-sure" She said, clearly star struck from Danny's presence.

"Now, see if any of you can recognize who was kidnapping Jarvis." Amy frowned. The video began to play on all thirty screens.

Jarvis was walking down a large hall, and was talking to himself, "How am I supposed to find Gooby in the Siberian taiga? I guess I should buy one of those big jackets." He mumbled, staring at his phone. When suddenly a man emerged!

He was holding a butterfly net but the perfect size for a Jarvis and had a rat costume under his arm. He snuck up behind Jarvis and quickly put the net over his head! "What is going on!" He yelled! "If you cooperate I will give you expensive items!" The man said.

"No! I don't want expensive items right now! I need to help my friend!" Jarvis said. Honestly Jarvis seemed more irritated than afraid. "You must wear this rat costume." The man said, "I have to deliver you in the rat costume! I will get a commission if I do!" Jarvis and the man struggled more, mostly pushing and shoving. "Okay, okay!" Jarvis huffed, "If I cooperate will you stop pushing me and take this net off my head?" The man nodded and took the net off of Jarvis's head.

"Where are you taking me?" Jarvis asked. The man came closer, looked around them in a paranoid manner, and whispered to Jarvis the location he was taking him! The man moved back, "Now, put on the rat costume!" The man said annoyed.

"Can I just wear the hat? It's too hot to wear a rat costume like that." The man nodded again and Jarvis put on the rat hat. "Follow me!" The man said, and Jarvis followed him, but as the two of them began to walk away Jarvis turned his head and looked directly at the security camera! He then mouthed something, and then walked away. The video ended, and the screen faded to black.

"I can't believe this!" Danny cried. Everyone was very upset seeing something so horrible. "Jarvis must be terrified." Eddy blubbered, barely holding back tears. "Get it together! We have to find this freak!" Kurtis commanded, also barely holding back tears.

"So, does this mystery man happen to ring a bell with any of you?" Amy asked, "Anything?" All of them looked at each other, and everyone was quiet. Amy sighed, "It's okay guys. We'll find him."

Danny looked around, and saw all of his friends being distraught. He had no idea what to do. They all walked out of the room and went their separate ways. He just walked around the base thinking about everything that had happened.

He thought about how it was all his fault. If he hadn't asked Jarvis to hunt Gooby, none of this would have ever happened. He thought about the rat suits, and sparkling water.. He thought about how afraid Jarvis must be, being kidnapped and all, and somehow he found himself at a large window in the rebel base.

He looked at all of the dirt, sand, and the sun. Not much to look at, they were in the desert after all. Danny stared at the sun. "I wonder if Jarvis is staring at the same sun I am.." He thought. He then saw a plane go by. He was suddenly reminded of what had happened to him.

Being kidnapped, being forced to wear the rat costume, gross La Croix flavours, and the rainforest. He remembered all of the times he didn't know what to do, or wanted to give up, but then he also remembered after all of those times a strong motivation, a strength, overtook him. The times adrenaline filled his veins, and electricity his bones. Relentlessness. He has to make this right.

He was going to save Jarvis, no matter what it took, and end this war

Once, and for all.
