I will never, NEVER understand people who complain about Ao3 search system and how the archive isn't algorithm based. Ao3 is literally the only site that has a decent search system, at this point.

Anytime I need to Google something, I feel like I'm about to lose my mind. I wanted to research the reason why women in my country are more likely to get custody of their children, because all the studies I know about focus on the US and needed to compare them to make an argument, and the best I got were domestic violence stats, an article about a woman committing suicide, and stats about parents with shared custody.

And let's not talk about YouTube! My home page doesn't show any of the youtubers I follow unless I left a video unfinished (but, then again, it'll keep showing me unfinished videos even from people I'm not subscribed to), and the search system is completely fucked. When I write, I like to listen to those lyrics-less playlists titled stuff like "you're the last person after the end of the world," and now searching for them is a pain in the ass.

It doesn't matter how specific I try to get with them to get the results I want, YouTube will always show me a bunch of random playlists that have nothing to do with the keywords I used, will bring up several shorts even if I make sure to opt out of them anytime they pop up in my home feed, and ultimately loop me around to the content I usually consume.

"You typed 'Y2K nostalgiacore with birds'? How about 'Liminal spaces in a Walmart'? No? Okay, let's try 'Life after the nuclear holocaust." No again? So, because Thanksgiving was two day ago, I thought I’d introduce you to the concept me and my friend “made”, Thanksgiving in the Black and White. The basic premise is, the Lords in Black hear about Thanksgiving, and their all like “that sounds neat, we’re doing that, like, right now” (it’s some random day in March by the way). So, they teleport their blorbos into the Black, convince Webby to come and bring her found family (Holloway, Duke, Lex, Ethan, Hannah, Sophia, and Daniel), and then chaos ensues from there. Are we still talking about February encounters that we don't like

Maybe I'm just a hater but I really don't like the Feb encounter very obviously based of lana del Rey (because they have the same name except the encounter just changed her name into a lion pun) because that is a real person you turned into a lion and the game says "smells faintly of heat"

If it was just like any other Feb encounter and wasn't based of a real person it wouldn't be as bad and would probably just be a bit uncomfortable to some people but you brought a real person into it?? Is this not weird?? Am I crazy???

Y'all... I don't think Girly Girl Productions is Danny Gonzalez. Like, don't get me wrong, I COMPLETELY understand where the theory is coming from. He's done stuff like this before, hell he's even pretended to be an AI before, and Girly Girl's songs do sound a LOT like his. I think I would totally be sold on the theory if it weren't for one thing: Girly Girl Productions uses AI images and videos to promote their songs. While I think it's possible somebody could autotune and filter their voice enough to make it sound like Girly Girl Productions' songs, their cover art is very clearly AI generated.

Like. This is clearly AI. The way the background blurs, how glossy her hair looks, the fact that she has One Real Human Finger while the rest of her hand is plastic... I guess it could be POSSIBLE for somebody to photoshop this, but overall I think it's just too obviously AI generated for there to be any kind of excuse here.

Danny has made his stance on AI very clear, and, based off of the ways he's executed these kinds of pranks in the past, I don't think he would put aside his clear distaste for AI just to make a prank seem more convincing. Danny usually puts a lot of effort into these kinds of things, even if they almost always end up being super obvious in the end. Him ACTUALLY using AI to pretend to be an AI singer feels wrong.

That being said, I do genuinely think Girly Girl Productions has something to do with the Fox SZN bs there are just TOO MANY coincidences with those two for there to not be some kind of corelation- my current theory is that Danny saw GGP becoming a thing and then decided to bring back Fox SZN because of it? But I don't have much proof for that beyond that one Tik Tok he posted and the Last Night music vid having the same release date as the Girly Secret thing, so I guess we'll just have to see.

Also unrelated but I seriously have no fucking clue why he isn't wearing shoes anymore- that's such a weird addition to the Fox SZN character and Idk if it's just a dumb bit or if it actually means something-

Hello fellow tranny barnzalez fans! This is gonna be a more serious post so listen up!

I don’t think our young fandom has done this yet, so we’re okay, but I just think It’s important to think about these things so we know not to do them. So, Danny Gonzalez is a real person, but because he thinks this kinda stuff is comedic and we’re mostly just Trobed’s indulging in a little crack fic, it’s totally chill what we’re doing here. I do want to suggest though, that we should not create characters based off of Danny’s actual child. His wife? Yes, considering that fanfiction video had plotlines with his wife in them. I don’t think we have, but we need to think about these things and I also want to open the floor here to other boundaries we might want to discuss.

After a rather underwhelming CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2025, tech startup NXTGEN has unveiled its latest project that’s reimagining the future of technology and humanity. The company netted $2.1 billion USD after a private initial showcase this Thursday.

So, what’s got investors foaming at the mouth?

NXTGEN’s new, revolutionary robot assistant, Pepo. While it may look like a cute, dusty rose-colored, eight-legged end table with eyes, Pepo is poised for a monumental shakeup of the currently stagnating robot assistant industry. Unlike other robots, which run on outdated artificial intelligence models, Pepo’s software is based on fully-developed organic models.

Pepo’s advanced intelligence model allows it to have a very sophisticated response algorithm, making its human response component the most realistic version to date. According to initial testing, Pepo can generate accurate, articulate responses to most questions, and even responds with “I don’t know about that” or “Do you live under a rock” to questions it doesn’t know the answers to or is confused by.

“What’s so great about it, is, there’s no learning curve,” states Mark Seedentupper, a one-time computer science graduate who committed $550 million to the project after Thursday's showing. “What we’re seeing with AI is, time and time again, recurring failures in output that must be constantly corrected by company personnel. What NXTGEN has done is guaranteed product quality, right out of the box, and eliminated the need for expensive ongoing-service procedures.”

While the company remains tight-lipped on their development process, NXTGEN has offered some details about what’s going on under the hood- or rather, tabletop.

“We’re actually taking decommissioned organic intelligence models and repurposing them,” NXTGEN’s head of development Swiggy Heft explains in an exclusive interview with our news team. “We have contacts in multiple industries that are able to supply us with these organic models at a very low cost. Additionally, by repurposing them, we are actually eliminating waste that would otherwise be contributing to landfills and methane emissions. From the harvest phase, it’s really a very simple process to take that data and program it into a Pepo.”

NXTGEN has already presented working prototypes, giving investors confidence in the startup’s ability to deliver on its commercial debut, which is slated for some time in October of 2026. At launch, NXTGEN claims that there will be multiple color schemes to choose from, as well as multiple personality offerings that will suit a variety of applications, such as childcare, personal companionship, and even home security.
