#1 yaaayy...im trying. i think ill post a few mini things at once.

Santez plopped onto a worn seat of the car, grimacing when a cloud of dust went flying up. Rusty springs creaked beneath his weight. He shot Nalani, who was sitting in the driver's seat, a funny look. "This doesn't look very...sanitary," he muttered.

Nalani only dealt a shrug. "I'll take what we can get. It's better than walking."

Easy for him to say. Santez wasn't an ungrateful person, per se, but at least he had standards. A truck that reeked of tetanus possibilities did not match said standards. 

He huffed. "I guess." He leaned his head back against the headrest. It felt like a stack of bricks. He could hear Icarus rummaging through the truck bed, muttering his findings to himself. He pulled out a bunch of useless tools—nuts and bolts, WD40, power cords, et cetera. 

Icarus let out a whistle. "What a deal. Look at all this sexy shit," he said, holding up a hefty box. It jingled from all the metal clashing together inside. Santez rolled his eyes. He didn't know how they both found so much wonder in the smallest of things.

Even if they found a truck, it likely wouldn't run, and if Icarus hotwired it, smoke would likely fume from the exhaust gases and it wouldn't budge. It clearly couldn't be salvaged.

Of course, the two didn't seem to realize it, because they didn't know how to use their heads. They grinned and talked like idiots, with a false hope that they could get this battered piece of metal to work. Santez sighed. This was his life now.

odd critters au introduction

this just a silly thing I made here's some rules with au (I will go more in detail someday)

1: you can do anything with them just make sure to credit me!

2: do not use this shit to feed ai or claim it as your own

3: you can change any info about them or ship them I don't mind X3

normal gnat: the most aware critter out of them he lost two arms from a crash when he was flying, He hates all of them and knows what's going on. He loves rotten fruit especially tomatoes he's iconic for his bad smell and gets called gross by the other odd critters but doesn't care and cares all at once. He offen curses a lot but it gets censored. He has a rotten attitude and wants to be alone most of the time.

Jaunty jerboa: a cheerful little mouse that lives in a burrow he has extremely energetic attitude. He loves everyone he meets and has self confidence but sometimes his energy can be bad thing.. he can make mistakes and do things by accident, he can sometimes purr and wags his tail when he gets too much love. He loves sweets and giving and receiving love, he helps and gives love to the other odd critters especially if there sad, He also acts very hyper.

Talented teddy: a fluffy teddy bear bee that's extremely sweet. He's very talented in pollen and honey making as well as other stuff. He's extremely goofy and silly he offen has pollen on him that makes him smell good. He's very cuddly and pronounces words differently then the others, he buzzes extremely loud when he flies or sees someone he likes. He loves flowers and pollen. He makes honey for the other odd critters, he hates being left out and gets ignored, He loves attention.

Sickly snail: a snail that is constantly sick. He always sad and feels unwelcomed, he always needs to taken care of, he can't control his body temperature so he will hide in shell. He's extremely sensitive, he loves soft cuddly things and headpats, if he's very sick slime will come out from the bottom of his feet and will make a trail. He is paranoid that he will die at some point from being ill too much, he walks extremely slow from being so ill.

sheepy: a very sleepy critter. She mostly lays around and, she commonly known for her tried attitude, she's the one with the most secrets out of them. She has pink,blue and purple gas that comes out her mouth to make people dizzy or get a high and fall asleep she commonly does this to sickly snail. If she shakes her fur blue and purple glitter come out. She loves clouds and hot chocolate, her and normal gnat are good terms kinda gnat still hates her but less then the others.

Motherly moth: a sweet and kind hearted critter. She treats everyone she meets like a child she might be very sweet but she has a sour side to her that's very cruel if she gets messed with too much. She has two rips in her dress from her wings randomly coming out, she cannot cook at all and ask talented teddy for help her. She wants children but can't, she loves light and helping people. She will offen have overwhelming panic attacks from overworking and stressing herself too much, she tries her best to do things calmly as she can but sometimes she can break.

Ok I guess that's it if you ask me anything about them or whatever I would love too lol just enjoy the characters and have fun!! Bye!!! X3

We are well beyond canary in the coalmine warning levels with the way trans people and particularly trans women are treated on this site.

Maybe you've heard the metaphor of allowing wolves and sheep to share the same space, welcoming everyone. You end up with just wolves because allowing them in that space makes it unsafe for any sheep. Or the story about how a nazi goes into a dive bar and is refused service. The bartender then explains to someone else at the bar that if you serve them once they tell their friends and before you know it you're the nazi bar they all go to and normal customers don't feel safe.

Terfs and other bigots are seeing these targeted harassment campaigns succeed against trans women and rejoicing. They see Tumblr ban them and officially stand by those decisions as endorsement for their harassment. It's a sign to bigots across the internet that Tumblr is a good place for them.

And what's more is that a lot of us probably don't realize just how much trans women contribute to Tumblr. The women banned recently were sources of site-wide memes and posts I wasn't even aware originated from them.any years old memes and references can be traced back to trans women on this site.

How many of these folks have to be removed before this is no longer a site you want to be a part of it? Sure you cultivate your own experience, but you can't follow or interact with people who aren't here. And if I wanted to interact with the nazis and terfs I'd go to reddit.

I encourage everyone to reblog this. Trans women shouldn't have to be the only ones speaking out against the bigotry they're experiencing. They shouldn't be the only ones risking their blogs being nuked by staff. We have to stand with them.
