Tell us your secret! What’s your process for making such gorgeous gifs?
hi!! first of all thank you SO much for the compliment 🫶🏻🫶🏻 it means the world to me that you guys like the things i do!
Now for the process: How i make the basic gif
I get my source material from the best quality i can! (1080p or 2160p if im lucky) I wouldn't say that this is a *must do* and that you can't gif things of lower quality and make it look good bc that would be a lie! But the more pixels the better!
I choose the scenes trim them down and select on photoshop -> archive -> import -> video to frames
When I have the frames (the amount of frames truly varies if you have more than 90 frames you would probably need to make your gif more small in terms of size, or with less light/colors, etc) i set the time of the frames to 0,05 (if it's a really short gif i put it at 0,1 or sometimes if it's a really short gif at 0,2 - usually if i want to use it in an edit and i need to make it last longer to have multiple gifs of the same time-)
Then I convert to the frames to timeline and select all the layers of the gif and convert them to smart object
MOST IMPORTANT PART: It doesn't matter if your gif is 1million pixels or 2 the sharpen is and will always be your best friend and it is a little tricky at the start but once you find the way you like it it would be the love of your life! I will give you my sharpening adjustments: I select the smart object i have and then I go to filters-> sharpening -> smart sharpen Here i go with amount: 500 and reduce noise: 0,5 or 0,3 (the first one really works with lower quality things and yt videos!). Then I duplicate the smart object with the filter and change the sharpening to 60px and 10, and to finish it of this one I reduce the opacity to 60% or 70%
Then here comes my fav part that is coloring and making your gifs feel alive! I use curves and base all the rest in this adjustment layer. I usually take the thing in letter D and place it in a lighter place so then the curves make the gif brighter and changes the colors (for the color part if you have a gif that the predominant color is more to the warm colors then this tool will make the blue curve more prominent and the other way around). I usually don't like my gifs to be in the red side, specially the red that comes with warm lighting like with candles so when i click on the lighter part of the gif that it's on the res hue it will bring my blues and greens more prominent than the red one. Then I just play around with the curves. The RGB curve is for all lights, where the H is signally is the lighter part of the gifs, the I is the like kind of all lights combined, and the J is the dark parts (shadows and those things).
Then I add a Brightness and Contrast adjustment layer and I put the contrast to 100%.
And then I make colors pop out with selective color (This also helps when you make a dark gif v light to play with the black parts to prevent their pixels to show, by adding % to the black, this also helps with the size of the archive, it usually brings it down that it's important sometimes bc tumblr has a limit of 10mb :/) and if it is not enough I use Hue and Saturation!
And last but not list I export the gif (export-> save for web) and the configuration where it says usually diffusion by default i change it to pattern! And then I save it! C'est Fini!
That's the most basic thing I do, specially when I need yo make quick gifs! But I do tend to add more things if I have the time, or it's a more complex gif. But this is how I made the last riverdale ones!
#ask#anonymous#tutorial#ps tutorial#photoshop tutorial#gif tutorial#im so sleepy sorry if this is a little bit of a mess#i can clarify things if you send more asks!

“Tomorrow morning, same time at 9AM. Remember to have your reports alphabetized and itemized,” your supervisor says, but the only thing you can focus on is the abnormal amount of bonsai plants in his living room.
“Alright now it’s time for the union to talk COVID protocol,” you frown when Mr. Kim moves ownership of the Zoom call to your union rep, who pulls up a Powerpoint. You feel your eyes burn at the sight: an itinerary containing over thirty-eight slides.
“For fuck’s sake—”
You so desperately want to turn off the camera and flop in your bed. Since working remotely you haven’t been operating in the most ideal of workspaces. You live in a one-room apartment with a communal kitchen downstairs, so you really only have four square meters to stretch your limbs around between breaks. You’ve pushed your bed aside and shoved an office chair between the bed and the wall, leaving you to squirm between ten centimeters of space. You have no desk because well, the little rectangle space is prioritized for your portable stove and meals.
The meeting drones on for another hour, until your brain melts to liquid and your limbs feel like Jell-O. Furthering your anxiety as they talk about protocol that never ends up happening, delays that continue to pile up, and the anger that’s been bubbling between the higher ups and little goldfish employees like you.
When you finally shut off the camera and fling your laptop under the bed, you still feel unsettled. Probably because your work life and home life have merged together, and it’s hard for you to separate work and pleasure.
Speaking of pleasure.
Your hand blindly reaches under your bed, looking for the pretty pink oval you purchased last week. Cleaned and ready to use, the little remote-controlled vibrator sits plainly in your palm.
Needless to stay you’ve been in a bit of a dry spot these past few months. With a fear to go out and meet someone new, you’ve been left with yourself and your fantasies. That’s fine, but lately your old vibrator isn’t cutting it. It’s unfortunate, you think you’re messing up your libido by buying toy after toy, but you’re horny and lonely.
Linking your phone’s app to the remote, you ignore the messages that have been beeping your feed since early morning.
[11:21] Jeon: let’s do lunch!
[11:23] Jeon: hehe i feel like i belong in mean girls. Do lunch💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️
[2:20] Jeon: u loozer. Come eat dinner with us upstairs @6
[2:24] Jeon: dropping off a snack for u
Another element of feeling horny and lonely? Jeon Jungkook.
You two shouldn’t have even met each other. You live off crumbs on the first floor while he and his roommates are livin’ it up on top in the penthouse. One day a few months ago he crashed into you while working out, having run up and down the whole flight of stairs at least three times before deciding to collapse on you between the second and first floor.
Despite the black mask that hugged his sharp jawline, you had felt nothing but attractiveness ooze off of him. Under his hoodie was nothing but curved muscle. He smelled so soft and sweet despite the fact that he was damp with sweat.
The rest is history. After that day he seemed to show up everywhere, jogging more prominently on your floor and doing exercises at your level’s gym. He says he likes you, likes your company. He’s wormed his way intermittently, whether he’s seeing you struggle with an armful of groceries or when he hears you screaming over an Among Us match (according to Jungkook, the walls are thinner on the bottom floors.)
The idea of Jungkook doting on you doubly frustrates you. He seemingly appears as the perfect man, unaffected by the stresses of the world. Jungkook’s job lets him work from home anyway, and he definitely had enough room in the penthouse for his own office. He works out, probably has a girlfriend and enough friends for you to gradually phase out of this weird neighbor interest.
So you ignore his seemingly harmless messages, focusing on getting the settings right on the vibrator. You feel your pussy jolt a little in excitement, watching the silver and pearl pink oval shake in your grasp. You smile a bit to yourself, immediately finding your iPad for your favorite videos and some pillows to support your back.
Half an hour later however, that excitement soon goes sour.
“Fuck,” you bite your lip, frustrated tears streaming down your face, “fuck fuck fuck!”
This isn’t a set of explicatives out of pleasure, unfortunately.
No matter what you do, you won’t cum. You can’t cum. Barely wet, hardly a drop glossing your folds. You don’t even want to bother getting out the lube at this point because you are so disappointed.
The vibrator is going at the highest setting, one that your neighbors can probably hear if they were home at this time of the day. You cease to care at this point, because the job is undone because you haven’t come undone.
You don’t know why this is happening. Maybe it’s because you’ve had the liberty to touch yourself in complete silence, now that your neighbors have been confined to their homes indefinitely. Maybe it’s because it’s been so long since you’ve relied only on your touch, that your body is tired of the monotony and needs more.
You bang the heels of your feet against your flimsy mattress, feeling whiny and utterly dissatisfied. Pulling the vibrator from your clit, you glare at the infuriating toy.
“You’re supposed to be helping me out of my dry spell,” you chastise, throwing the toy across the bed, sliding onto the carpet, “I get you’re not Jeon’s dick, but you gotta help a sister out.”
With a sigh, you fall into a bout of exhaustion. Not from a round of orgasms, but from the week’s stress and no way to let it out.
You wake up bleary and disoriented, practically melding through the mattress. The sky is pink and blue, washed in a sea of corals and purples. It comes from the incessant banging.
“Stop it,” you whine more to yourself than whoever dares to disturb your sleep, pulling up your panties and a pair of navy dolphin-trim shorts. “Whoever you are I’m comin’ so stop!”
Swinging the door open in two strides you’re met with a chipper Jeon Jungkook; looking all cute and sweet in his big hoodie and smelling like a rosebud.
“It’s 6:30,” he narrows his eyes playfully at you, “dinner’s in the oven.”
“You left your oven on,” you deadpan, turning around to grimace at the mess that’s your one-room apartment.
“Yes, so we have exactly ten minutes before my kitchen explodes in flames,” Jungkook chirps, closing the door behind you.
You don’t even bother to tell him to excuse the mess, ignore the pile of bras hanging on your vanity and the unpacked groceries that sit at the edge of your mini-fridge. It’s far too late to salvage your dignity and Jungkook’s too damn polite to call you out on your state of slob. Although, as you pull out a bottle of wine tucked in the back of your fridge you blurt, “I can hear your fingers tingling to clean up my mess.”
When you turn around Jungkook stuffs his hands in the kangaroo pocket of his hoodie, supposedly to stop himself from cleaning up. With a pout he says, “Can’t help it, Jimin says I’m currently manifesting a strong display of Virgo energy this month. Whatever that means.”
Jabbing your feet in a pair of slides you follow Jungkook out the door. The hallways are quiet and barren, yet the silence isn’t suffocating as you two pile into the elevator. Jungkook opens the keypad underneath the regular boring buttons, revealing a sleek little set of light-up buttons that have the code to the penthouse. Faaaannnnccy.
“Tryna look?” he jokes, cupping his hands to block your vision.
You scoff, “I’m sure it’s something easy like 0000.”
“You’re wrong. It’s 1234,” he replies cheekily.
The door dings open and you’re met with yet another door. Jungkook presses his thumb to the biometric scanner, and a pleasant ringer tings in response.
The penthouse smells like a mix of tonight’s dinner, savory, combined with a cinnamon apple candle. Jungkook is a fan of scented candles, ever since he got a whiff of your lavender vanilla burner.
“Where’s Taehyung?” you ask, more out of your own anxiousness than anything. Taehyung’s your buffer, the hyper roommate being someone to distract you from Jungkook’s incessant aura.
“Dunno,” he shrugs, flicking on the oven light to peer inside. You see the telltale signs of a mean lasagna, the shredded cheese on top crisping to a delicious-looking golden brown, “anyway, you’re my friend first.”
As grotesque as it sounds, Jungkook always finds his way to worm his way under your skin and find homage there. “Possessive much?” you quirk a brow, folding your arms over your chest even though there’s nothing to hide.
“What can I say,” Jungkook’s legs stretch out as he squats down to your level, “I really fell for you.”
“Gross,” you try to convince yourself, ignoring the thudding in your chest, “you technically fell on me, weirdo.”
Dinner is a quick affair. He cuts slices of lasagna and brings it to the couch, where you’re pouring glasses of wine in crystal glasses. They’re so clean and shiny you can see your reflection in the gold liquid. You grimace at the bottle, normally this would be poured in a mug or your sippy cup, tonight your liquid’s getting a high-end pour.
You two pull up an old anime to fill up the room, but most of it is spent in playful banter. Jungkook prattles on about his day, showing you all the cool updates he’s achieved during work. An app developer. A very on-brand, lucrative job for him. You love your job but it isn’t nearly as exciting as Jungkook’s, so you just let yourself be supportive and ask questions when needed.
When the subject of you comes up, you shake your head and stuff your face with another cut of al dente pasta.
“Not interestin’ Jeon,” you mumble, groaning at how delicious his cooking is. What can’t he do? “Is this oregano? Is the secret ingredient toasted oregano—”
“You’re deflecting.”
Your shoulders slump, “I’m not very interesting, I tell you everything I do during the week and nothing has changed since March.”
“Oh, not everything,” Jungkook mutters under his breath. You furrow your brows as his hands stuff themselves in his hoodie pocket. Is he upset you won’t tell him about your work stress? “And you’re very interesting, I’ll have you know.”
“Yeah?” a small smile tugs on your lips. You sink further into his cottonball of a couch, feeling utterly soft and meldable at his words.
“Very,” Jungkook gets up from the couch, looking down at you, “want something sweet?”
The prospect of dessert has you excited. Jungkook really is the perfect man, so kind and knows exactly when you’re craving something for your sweet tooth. You move to get up, only for you to sink further between the two large cushions of the loveseat. “Help me, ’m stuck,” you pout.
Jungkook giggles, and holds out his palm, “Hand,” he says simply.
You immediately reach for his larger palm, and you gasp when you feel something cold and soft touch your palm. As if you’ve been burned, you tug your hand back. But Jungkook’s hand is massive, the large ink-painted palm curling around your own, and it’s almost painful the way he clutches your hand so fiercely.
When he’s sure you’re not going to drop it, he releases your hand.
Nestled in your palm, is the new vibrator you left on the carpet this afternoon.
“Jeon,” you laugh tonelessly, hating the way Jungkook’s neutral expression mocks you, “you found my USB? Thanks, I know—”
“Know that you’re having a hard time coming?” Carefully extracting your plate from your lap, he places it on the coffee table before Jungkook cages you between the couch. You shrink further into the plush seat, “I tried being a good neighbor, but you didn’t answer my texts. I heard you when I tried dropping off some snacks before dinner. Didn’t know you were into toys.”
“Oh, c’mon Jeon. It’s 2020 and we’re confined,” well, in this scenario you’re confined, “everyone has a sex toy.”
“Hm, I don’t have one,” Jungkook bites the inside of his cheek, pretending to be deep in thought, “so, can you be my toy?”
Fuck.
It’s then that you feel the tell-tale signs of arousal. Your eyes widen, innocently surprised at the fact that Jeon Jungkook contained so much power in so few words. You snap your legs shut immediately, sealing any possibility of you dripping down your panties.
“I heard how disappointed you were, doll,” his arms have no problems as he bends down so he’s eye-level with your crotch, “it was pathetic, really. You couldn’t even cum on your own? You need someone to help you?”
“N-no,” you cross your arms defensively, frowning, “you–you’re being mean, Jeon.”
“And what, you’re gonna cry about it?” Jungkook smirks, now sitting on his knees. His hands run over the velvety fabric of the couch, making a beeline for your thighs. Gooseflesh rises to the surface, and he immediately presses down to iron out the little bumps that travel across your skin, “I do wanna make you cry, but not because you can’t cum. You’ll cry because of how good I’m gonna make you feel.”
You gape, clutching the vibrator in your hand.
A little bit of your sweet, cute Jungkook resurfaces, softening when he notices your lack of response, “If you’ll let me, of course.”
You finally drag the words from your throat, “I-it’s been a long time since I’ve… been with someone.”
He tilts his head, “Same here. I just figured we could break that spell together.”
What are you going to say? No? A dishonor to your sexuality, that would be. Jungkook’s offering himself up on a silver platter, and even though you do wish it was a little more you’ll take the sex.
You nod, forgetting to speak again. Jungkook chuckles.
“I want to hear you say it, doll.”
Doll. Like you’re his little fucktoy, malleable and bendable to all his whims. Fuck, why is that so hot to you? “Yes, I want to have sex with you,” you declare, your voice sounding more breathy than confident, “a-and, you can be mean. If you want.”
His thumbs press little light indents in your skin, over and over as if fascinated by the way your skin is so soft and gummy in his grip. “Okay,” Jungkook doesn’t hesitate to pull out his phone, jabbing a few things that you don’t see, “let’s do a little test drive, then.”
In seconds, the little egg vibrates in your touch. He puts it on the lowest setting, a soft buzz echoing in the large living room, then at a bruising pace that forces you to curl your fingers around it otherwise it’d fall. Your eyes flicker over to Jungkook’s, who’s focusing entirely on the way the pink and silver egg moves, dilated in interest.
“Fuck, and you thought this thing was broken?” he asks, taking it out of your palm and turning off the app.
“Maybe I’m the broken one,” you admit softly, wringing your shirt.
Silence seeps. Jungkook looks at you, brows furrowed as if he’s annoyed. “Don’t ever say that,” when you don’t respond, he grabs your chin, and you gasp when he forces you to look at him, “you’re not broken, doll. Everyone’s body is different, and we’re going to discover yours together. Got it?”
“Y-yes,” you reply immediately, mesmerized by his seriousness.
“Good,” he slaps the vibrator back in your palm, “and in case you’re wondering, this goes inside.”
“I know how it works,” you scowl, “but won’t you show me, just in case?”
“You would like that, wouldn’t you?” Jungkook gets up for good, piling the dishes in his arms and walking to the sink. You immediately miss his warmth, “but I think patience is a virtue. I have a developer meeting with some clients in America a little bit, actually. So just wait for my call, yeah?”
You frown, looking down at the vibrator in your hands. How much longer would you have to wait?
It happens at exactly three in the afternoon the next day, at the start of your staff meeting. You’re so tired of the same information being thrown back and forth, coupled with Brian and Jae having to fight over some mundane subject in the itinerary that no one cares about. For goodness sake, it’s Friday! What else would you possibly need to be meeting about?
You’re wearing a button-down dress shirt on top, no pants on the bottom. Your bare feet slap against the hardwood floor, antsy. It’s been a long day at work and your back hurts, you’re half tempted to dip out of this meeting and hope no one notices.
Your phone buzzes on your bed, and you blanch.
[3:01] Jeon: thanks for waiting, doll. It’s time
[3:01] Jeon: put it in
Shamelessly, your vibrator sits next to your phone, cleaned and ready to go.
[3:02] Jeon: need help? Answer my call
Making sure that your Zoom call is muted, you quickly answer the incoming phone call. Jungkook and you say nothing at first, waiting. The phone just ticks with the amount of time passing, one minute, two minutes, and so on.
Mr. Kim drones unknowingly, “So when we do return to live instruction, expect a strict process when returning. PPE must be enforced so our response team will—”
“How wet were you last night when you went home?” Jungkook asks languidly, speaking over your boss’ voice.
Your eyes widen, flickering back and forth between the phone and the camera displaying Mr. Kim’s boring speech.
“Doll, are you hard of hearing?”
“N-no,” your lips barely move, eyes glued to the camera and plastering an expressionless face, “I heard you.”
“Then give me an answer,” he says patiently, “how wet were you?”
“Very wet.”
“Little more detail.”
“Soaking wet,” you flush, thankful that your work laptop can only stream in 360p. “I haven’t gotten that wet in such—such a long time. My pussy was practically clinging to my underwear when I washed up that night.”
A heady, heavy groan resonates through your phone. You feel that voice straight into your panties, jolting the nerves awake.
“Fuck, you have a way with words, don’t you?” Jungkook chuckles breathlessly, “c’mon, touch yourself for me. Swirl your fingers around your clit, slowly.”
It takes a second for you to position yourself, spreading your legs in a way that your coworkers don’t question why you’re moving so much. A quick scan over all the tired faces says that you’re okay. Shyly, you press your fingers against your clit, doing as he says.
“Oh,” you say more to yourself than him, feeling the wetness already coating your fingers. This is earlier than usual.
“What?”
“I’m already wet,” you say, amazed, “I haven’t gotten wet this quickly in a long time.”
He scoffs, “If you’re so wet now, shove it in.”
You frown. You did tell him to be mean. But the idea of him telling you what to do, giving you all the porn-worthy experiences to accomplish has you relenting. Discreetly grabbing the egg from the bed, you bring it down to your panties. Swirling the cold metal around your clit, you coat it in your juices.
It’s still a little too early to be putting anything in, but you can take it. Slowly relaxing, you slip the little egg in your pussy, wiggling it a little to make sure it’s secure. It’s a strange sort of pressure, and it pokes against your clit from the inside, but you enjoy the stretch.
“It’s in,” you reply softly.
“Good.”
You wait. You listen to Jae make yet another speech about the importance of masks and gloves, and then Brian has to interject and say that gloves are literally useless because they spread germs around no matter what. Even though everyone else is muted, you can practically feel the misery seeping through the screen. For a second you almost forget about Jungkook on the line. Why isn’t Mr. Kim stopping them? This is the thin line stopping you from the weekend, unbelievable!
“Eep!” you jolt in your cheap seat, the egg buzzing in your pussy. Your hands fly out, gripping the edges of your computer.
It hits different when Jungkook is in control. Knowing that with a flick of his thumb he can have you careening, whining for more or less depending on how hard he wants you go. Your folds hug the egg, nestling it a fleshy grip as it brushes against your clit the more you squirm.
“You look so pretty, trying so hard to hold in your moans,” Jungkook says wondrously from the other line.
“W-what?” you frown, “you can see me?”
And immediately, you go to your trackpad to fish between the hundred-and-one employees also in this call. At the very end, you see a very simple name with no mic or camera: Jeon JK. He’s here.
“Worked in IT, doll. Know a thing or two,” he says, “now, tell me. What are you thinking about right now?”
“Y-you,” you mumble shyly.
“So,” Mr. Kim finally ends that part of the meeting, thank goodness, “what’s everyone’s plans this weekend? I’m going apple picking with a couple of my friends from college. Hoseok is a bright bean who loves to take long walks—”
What the hell. You squirm uncomfortably in your seat, hyperaware that Jungkook’s watching your every move. You make glossy, stubborn eyes at the camera, trying not to move when he jacks up the vibrator to a higher setting.
Jae’s of course the next employee to unmute his microphone, “Well, me and the bae are going house hunting…”
“Fuck!” you cry, moving the computer to the left so you can pretend you’re picking up something. But in fact you're leaning your head against your mattress, frustrated. “I don’t fucking care about your weekend plans, Jae! Shut the fuck up! You wanna know my weekend plans?” Jungkook’s laughing at you from the other line, but it only spurs you on, “my plans are fucking my super hot neighbor! He’s a hundred times more interesting than you and he’s going to make me come a hundred times this weekend—oh fuck!”
Your fingers latch onto your panties, drawing random squiggles and letters between the fabric. You’re damp, soaked to the core. You need some sort of friction, a reprieve from this hellish week.
“You flatter me, doll,” Jungkook is definitely grinning through the phone, you can practically hear his shit-eating grin, “I think you deserve a reward. As soon as you put the camera back on your pretty face.”
Quickly, you sit up to put the camera on you again. Once again, the employees are in a daze, listening to whatever the next person gabs about their weekend. Even though you can’t really see it, you’re sure Jungkook has a 1080p camera upstairs that shows off your blotchy face. You moan a little bit, lips closed as the egg buzzes against your pussy lips.
“You’re so cute, doll,” Jungkook praises, “you look so professional, holding it in. What could I do to make you unravel? Hm, what if you imagined the taste of my cock on your lips? Fuck, I’d love to slap your cute little face with my cock, baby doll–”
“y/n?” Mr. Kim calls your name, and you freeze, “what about you? Any plans this weekend?”
Jungkook doesn’t sound angry that your boss has inadvertently cut him off. “Answer him, doll. Be a good little employee.”
Like a zombie, you move towards the unmute button. “I–I uh,” you shake your head, trying to formulate a coherent response, “I’m going on a date this weekend.”
Jungkook jacks up the vibrator to high, and your legs are shaking.
“Awh, a date!” Mr. Park unmutes himself, practically shoving the camera in his face, “how much do you like the lucky lad or lady?”
“I like him uh—ah—” you pretend to think, covering a hand over your mouth to hide the fact that you feel your orgasm fast approaching, “I like him a lot!” you finally blurt, “I’m, uh, really excited to see him.”
“Best of luck to you,” Mr. Kim says brightly, “so Jimin, any news on those investors you had dinner with this weekend? I heard a lot of positive things…”
You immediately mute your mic, and pretend to lag as you fumble around with the camera. Shoving the laptop to the side once more you groan into your sheets, “Fuck—fuck yes—” you moan, shaking your head as you dip your fingers into your panties. The vibrator still continues at its bruising pace, spurring you to a high you haven’t peaked to in months.
“Good job,” Jungkook says simply, “could barely notice that you have a little helper fiddling around your dripping pussy.”
“J-Jeon,” you cry, “I’m, ’m gonna cum.”
“Yeah?” Jungkook eggs you on, “you’re gonna cum around that cute little vibrator? Gonna soak it in your juices?”
“W-wish it was your cock I was soaking,” you whisper truthfully, letting your orgasm take you at the thought. Your folds flutter around the vibrator, bringing you to a level of sensitivity you’ve only dreamt of, “Ah, yes, Jeon. It feels s-so good!”
“Yes baby,” Jungkook groans through the line, “feels good, huh?”
Mr. Kim interrupts for the last time, “And with that, I think our meeting is adjourned. Have a wonderful weekend! Stay safe and—”
You slam the laptop shut, grabbing your phone and keys. “I’m going up,” you mutter impatiently, already jabbing your feet in a pair of slippers and locking the door to your apartment behind you.
“I’m waiting,” he replies, eagerness trimming his voice.
“Password?” you ask quickly, jabbing the elevator door shut once you step inside. Thank goodness you’re alone, you think as you pull your dress shirt further down your ass.
“Did you forget already?” he teases, “I told you, it’s 1234.”
Thankfully, the doors zip you up straight to the penthouse. The connection is always a little spotty in elevators, and you sigh longingly when you feel the buzz jolt and leave it’s momentum, quickly losing its rhythm between your dripping folds. Once you get to the top and the elevator doors open the second door immediately swings open, revealing a soft but aroused-looking Jungkook. He looks fresh from the shower, absolutely radiant and delicious looking.
You don’t hesitate to run up to him, and Jungkook immediately cups his face in your hands, pressing his lips to yours.
You’re practically on your tippy-toes, and you squeak against his lips when he hooks his arms around your shoulders, immediately lifting you up. You wrap your legs around his trim waist, not wanting to stop kissing him. He’s like the sweetest ambrosia, a taste you can’t get enough of.
The connection to your vibrator has resumed, and you can’t help but grind helplessly under Jungkook’s clothed abs as he carries the both of you to his bedroom.
“N-need you to fuck me,” you bury your head in the crook of his neck, pressing quick kisses to his jawline, “I want you s-so badly.”
“Hello to you too,” he husks, shutting the bedroom door with his foot.
Jungkook drops you unceremoniously, and your limbs splay out on the fresh bedsheets of his feather-soft mattress.
“You look gorgeous like this, doll.” he sighs longingly, a hand going under your buttondown to press against your soaked panties. His hand lingers on the way your pussy moves in tandem with the vibrator.
“J-Jeon please I can’t take it—”
“Stop calling me that,” he snaps, hands leaving your skin.
You whine at the loss of contact, “Jeon, no. Jungkook. Kook, my Kook. Please, I need you.”
That gets him going. His pretty chocolate brown eyes zero in on you, and he immediately shucks off his shirt and sweatpants, “How much do you need me?” he asks, pulling out his phone and pressing some buttons, “how much do you need your Kook?”
The vibrator stops. You cry out in frustration, unsure if it’s because it’s off or because Jungkook’s taking too damn long. “I need you so much, Kook,” you warble with a pout, moving to undo the top buttons of your dress shirt to reveal your cleavage, “honey, you can have me all you want later today. I want you to slap my face with your dick, edge me until I cry, anything. I’m all yours, I’m your little doll. But please for now, I need to feel you inside me.”
“Say no more,” his lips latch onto your neck, and you sigh at the skin-to-skin contact. His hand fiddles under your shirt, clutching a breast and slapping it so hard it bounces back and forth, “fuck, you’re so pretty.”
His hand moves to your plain cotton panties, immediately shucking them off, “doll, you really are dripping,” he’s impressed, surprised when he has to untack the fabric from your glossy legs. He hangs the panties on his wooden headboard, a little ornament for him to jack off to later.
His fingers brush over your folds, wasting no time to slip the vibrator out. He holds it between your faces, forcing you to stare at the pearly substance that coats the entirety of the egg. “Mm, tasty tasty,” he cooes, pink tongue darting out to lick a long strip across the oval.
You tug him closer, pressing his lips to yours. He tastes a mixture of his own saliva and your arousal, and you grind helplessly against him. You feel how big his cock is, rock-hard and trying very diligently not to bust. He must have a crazy amount of control, and it drives you nuts.
“Kook,” you frown, bumping your crotch with his.
“Impatient, good thing I am too,” he shucks off his boxers while you unbutton the rest of your shirt, “knees and hands, doll.”
You don’t care how or what way he’ll take you. Fuck, he could bend you into an Auntie Anne’s pretzel and you’d comply.
Arching your back so your ass is in the air, you wiggle around, hoping he’ll take the bait. That’s when you sigh, feeling the tip of his dick brush against your wetness.
“Soaking my cock already, baby,” he says, “you’re so good to me.”
And finally, finally, he slips in. You don’t even care that it stretches you a little too far and too long, it’s been too damn long since you’ve had decent dick and Jungkooks far more than decent.
He goes at a quick pace, finally showing how impatient he’s been all this time. Your moans and groans fill the room, a symphony of pleasure and pain as he stretches your walls to the brim. You hold a pillow to your chest, feeling woozy at the way his fat cock stretches you out.
“F-fuck yeah,” the pace is hard, you practically feel it in your belly, and you love it. “You feel so fucking tight, baby,” he’s all up in your ear, kissing the lobe briefly, “I love the way you suck my cock back in.”
“Kook,” you press your ass back, “harder, please. I’m your little doll, right? Y-you can fuck me however you want, as hard as you want! Please, ah—! Use me!”
You cry out when he slips from your folds, immediately flipping you on your back. He wastes no time to wet his dick, lifting one leg over his shoulder to have you deeper. This position is far more intimate, and your noses are practically touching as he thrusts into you.
You can’t believe you’re in bed with Jeon Jungkook. This must be a dream, a really great, really long wet dream. You crumble in his grip, and you lift a shaky hand to run through his thick black strands.
“Why’d you make me wait so long?” you cry, staring right into his glittering eyes, “why couldn’t you come for me after your call last night?”
“Why’d I make you wait?” he grits, crushing the flesh between your hip bones so he can have more leverage to pound into you, “why did you make me wait? Since March, I’ve wanted you. I told you I liked you, told you I fell for you.”
“T-thought it was a joke,” you warble pathetically, breasts bouncing at his relentless rhythm.
“You think th-this is a joke?” for further emphasis, he glides slower, making you feel just how large and thick he is against your folds, “I want you, doll. Y-yeah, fu-fuck. Want to feed you every day, feed you lasagna, feed you with my cum, make you happy.”
“I—I want that too, Kook,” you’re a pile of pink mush, and you feel your eyes prick from the overwhelming emotions that have washed over both of you. “Sh-shit, Kook. I think, I think I’m gon’ cum again.”
“Good, you first,” his hand plays figure 8s with your precious pearl, seeping with arousal and coating his cock in delicious lubrication.
It doesn’t take long for you to cum. You’re holding him as tight as you can, nails digging into his shoulders as you clench around his cock. Jungkook cums shortly after, and you keen at the sensitivity when his hot cum coats your walls. “Baby doll,” he exhales, thrusting lazily. The both of you feel your combined arousal drip between the two of you, onto your skin and onto his sheets, “y-you’re amazing.”
His softened cock slips out of you, and his hands immediately reach over to swirl around the heady cream over your engorged pussy. You moan when he brings his fingers to your lips, “Open, doll.”
It tastes salty yet sweet, and you suckle around his finger with a cute little pop. Jungkook grins brightly, feeling like he won the lottery.
“Are my walls that thin?” you pout, pressing closer to him when he pulls the blankets to your chest.
“Very,” Jungkook nods with a chuckle, tucking the two of you in, “now get some rest, doll. You presented a lot of offers to me earlier, and I intend to go through with them.”
You smile into his chest, melty and feeling utterly sated.

1OFAKIND
9 member boy group
debut song: DUNK IT!
debut album: welcome to 1nderland
members:
mattie (16)
dancer, vocal, maknae, ‘02 line
energetic & hyper; cute & charismatic
still in school + incredibly short but still growing
drama queen & loves bothering RBF a lot
doesn’t speak any english despite his english (stage) name
the main advocate to get a cat. when they go to the shelter he doesn’t even bother going in the dog section. he goes straight to the cats and is literally the epitome of the “pls mom can we get him :(((” cliche while showing a cat to the CEO
he likes to joke that his only skill is cooking pizza rolls to absolute perfection. everyone knows that is a LIE but its funny so.
nathaniel (16)
dancer, rapper, speaks basic spanish, ‘02 line
mischief twin with mattie (though nathaniel’s a little eviler, and less hyper) the other members can’t leave them alone for a minute (like that 1 scene in community where the guy goes to get the pizza and a minute later the apartment is on fire) -- yeah.
calls the CEO “mom” jokingly until he slips up and means it
dropped out of school but getting his GED slowly. takes online classes and jack +suhyun help him
the first to volunteer for brightly colored hair (he gets the bright blue that vav’s ace had in dance with me)
suhyun (18)
vocal, composer, can play piano and guitar, born in 2000
soft, sweet and polite boy. well liked by everyone
he gives off the impression of being shy and quiet but he’s really not. he just waits for the right moment to roast someone. its not that he’s shy he just. really doesnt have much to say. when he does, though, everyone listens to him. more often than not its a quip at another member
speaks english pretty well, almost fluent
literal aegyo king. he looks so soft and sweet he’s already cute, but when he does puppy eyes and asks jaeyong/the CEO for something they immediately give in to him. he uses it for bad & selfish reasons, and refuses to do it on command (like on shows)
self proclaimed fashionista, gets irritated with the members when they purposely dress bad
the second to volunteer for colored hair (gets a dark red/burgundy)
haeyoung (19)
power vocal, dancer, 2nd leader, born in 1999
helps jack with choreographing
drama queen (part 2) always tries to one up mattie
even despite the rivalry to be dramatic, he LOVES mattie. he loves all the younger members, which is why he’s elected as 2nd leader -- to be an advocate for the younger members who sometimes perhaps don’t have the courage to complain to the hyungs
he loves dogs but animals don’t seem to like him.
one day he gets fed up with being ignored by daisy and dramatically falls to the ground in the practice room floor and whines about daisy hating him. one of the members kick him to get up but he refuses. daisy slowly comes over, as if sensing his distress, and licks him on his face.
to this DAY he maintains that he did not cry, the members are all slandering him! from then on, though, daisy sleeps on haeyoung’s bottom bunk bed with him
he’s recently got his driver’s license but no one likes to be in the car with him. he’s literally a mess and no ones sure how he got the license
he followed the hair color trend: a light, cotton candy pink color
he LOVES SPARKLES!!!! always asks for sparkles in his makeup. his aegyo skill is second only to suhyun. haeyoung always just. GOES for it. he’s less pleading and more cutesy high voice pitch. half the members cringe, and half of them love it. the one who seems to enjoy it the most though is jaeyong, surprisingly.
minchan (20)
vocal, dancer, and visual, ‘98 line
dumb and dumber with wooyoung. (minchan is the dumber) literally never knows what’s going on. tends to get lost, and if wooyoung is there, wooyoung’s lost too. jaeyong finds them and drags them back by their collars
though he’s mainly a vocal, he’s a wonderful dancer, too. he’s got (some) background in ballet, which makes his dancing perfect for this group
an amazing artist and incredibly creative. he designs their album designs and helps with photography. he’s also incredible at makeup and loves to do members’ makeup. sometimes he teams up with suhyun to give a full makeover to one of the members -- makeup, hair, outfit, etc. their victim is usually haeyoung or jack.
a dog person, came up with daisy’s name
he’s got light brown hair, and he makes sure to make it fluffy every day
he prides himself on learning certain niche skills. he’s first aid and cpr certified. he can also knit! he’s also the best cook in the dorm (not the only one, but certainly the best)
wooyoung (20)
dancer, rapper, knows basic english, ‘98 line
loves dogs & is best friends with minchan. he’s the dumb portion of the dumb & dumber duo, even though both of them really aren’t idiots
HIMBO!!! like he is kind of dumb (in a good way at least) and he’s the one who posts the most selfies. he enjoys stripping and ripping off his shirt
he likes to edit videos, and learns how to compose from suhyun. he’s the one members go to if they’re having tech issues.
somehow, he is a technology nerd but also a gym rat?? he’s THAT GUY who takes gym selfies and meanwhile jaeyong’s in the background with his shirt off lmao
he’s the actor of the group. if there’s an offer to be in a drama or whatever he’d be the first to be picked
also has background in dance! more street style though, like pop/locking or bboying. when he and minchan work together their dancing is beautiful. almost like art in its own form
BJ -- aka: RBF (21)
stable vocal, dancer, face of the group, ‘97 line
doesn’t like to be touched
dramatic, but not drama queen type. more like draping himself over pieces of furniture in silk outfits while there’s candles barely lighting the old room
has black hair that needs a trim, always wearing black clothes, bracelets, etc. (like the cliche emo in middle school in 2009)
what a fucking MESS! he’s always cheating during games and refusing to move/work out more than strictly necessary.
his stage name is literally BJ (their CEO thought it was funny, and he was always like ??? until jack told him what that means in English LOL and he’s SO SCANDALZIED! he’s that member who does a solo interview while the rest are off fuckin’ around. he does an entire vlive for this one rant. hes like, hey guys. now i know why you all laughed when i was introduced. jack told me what bj means in english! so im gonna change my stage name. i like the idea of letters. what do you guys think of rbf?’
‘you know what that stands for, too, right?’
of course! resting bitch face! don’t you think that suits me? nd thats how he goes from bj to rbf. their ceo thinks rbf is hilarious, too
he seems aloof but he actually has a lot of emotions. he tends to rant about anything, and jack’s the only one who rly listens to him.
he’s closest with suhyun, bc hes the only member who seems to understand him more than at a surface level. basically they’re a yin/yang type of friends
is very happy with his appearance. he likes being that dancer with swaying hips and lifting his shirt up. sexy dance!
jack (21)
rapper, fluent in english, choreographer, ‘97 line
closest with jaeyong (they were together at a different company before)
quiet, responsible, and well liked
makes sure all members are heard and understood. he also teaches them english (especially mattie)
basically: hes the long suffering mother type and lives in the bedroom with mattie and nathaniel to watch over the mischief twins
probably the most intelligent but doesnt act like it. kind of a nerd and wears glasses, but he’s ... well built. looks good. hes basically the “hot nerd” with flannel and beanies cliche
his only downfall is he’s extremely unlucky. everything he touches breaks or falls apart lmao. like, he’s the tallest member and gives off ‘rough’ vibes but. he’s constantly tripping, or falling down stairs. however the members know better than to laugh at him lol they’ve seen him angry.
‘im not angry. im just disappointed’ the rest of the group: WE ALL KNOW THATS WORSE!
maknae line (mattie, nathaniel, and suhyun) are constantly following him around like little ducklings. it comes natural to mattie and nathaniel, and suhyun just enjoys being there lol
jaeyong (23)
leader, eldest, main rapper, born in 1995
he’s got experience in the industry and leads the rest of the group with that knowledge. he debuted briefly at the previous company but disbanded early. he left the company with jack and now they’re in the new one.
main driver!! he drives all the members everywhere and its an ongoing joke that hes a chauffeur. however he’s got... a little bit of road rage lmao
GYM RAT! he’s jacked!!! he rarely shows his abs though, preferring to tease fans lmao however wooyoung keeps taking pics of him when he’s shirtless in the gym (both on purpose and on accident)
he’s also a bit cliche. if jack was long suffering mom(TM) then he’s the slightly detached but well meaning father(TM) ! not afraid to call out his members, but listens with an open mind. he’s a great mediator if there’s any issues within the group
though jaeyong is the leader, jack tends to be the one herding all the kids and making sure they eat. jaeyong is more about pep talks and being strong, giving great speeches, etc.
even though he seems like he’d be rough around the edges, he’s incredibly loving. in multiple ways. he teases, he rough houses, LOVES hugging the members until they cant breathe. he’s... also very susceptible to aegyo. like he cant help but be swayed. he will never admit it but haeyoung and suhyun’s aeygo make his heart race
#mtxt#okay anyway here we go#so ... enjoy my take on an original kpop boy group#literally it is soo long but. the dream was detailed#and i added a lot of extra info as i was typing#i put it under a readmore bc there's SO MUCH about the members#but there's actually a part 2 coming!!!#1ofakind#op#kg#mkg

mini-fic bc hide’s origin story made me sad™
Hide stands by an open grave, his black suit swallowing him whole.
The preparations had been hasty.
His death was almost insultingly mundane—a skirmish with a B-rated ghoul, late one night and with no back-up to be had.
Not even a big operation.
His father merely walked out the door that afternoon with a casual “be back later.” Hide hadn’t even bothered looking up from the book he was browsing.
And just like that, he was gone forever.
However, he was far from the first CCG investigator to die on the clock. There was protocol to be followed. There were formalities to be addressed.
Father and son lived alone. Their apartment was small, clean, and unlived in. It was just a place to sleep: his father spent the bulk of his days in the CCG quarters, and Hide killed time wandering the streets.
When the movers came, they fit all of the familial possessions in 4 measly cardboard boxes.
The house cleared and the boy retrieved, the next matter of business was the funeral.
He’s sitting on the dorm bed, dully gazing out the window at passers-by, when they enter the room.
Place something black and heavy on his bed.
Tell him to put it on, and be ready in 15 minutes.
He’s struggling with the tie as he steps into the hallway, tongue sticking from the side of his mouth as his small fingers fumble.
Heavy polished shoes make their way over and practiced fingers do the loops for him. The man says nothing as he gives the final tug, as he smooths Hide’s collar down.
This is just one orphan in a million. They blend together, after a certain point.
Regardless, Hide offers a smile up at the officer as thanks, running a hand down his tie front and looking himself over.
His father taught him what a good suit looked like, and this one is far too big. He didn’t have one already and they didn’t bother measuring.
His shoulders droop and the bottom of his pants pool at his feet. The tie goes past his belt line. The sleeves hide his fingers.
But there are no more adjustments to be had. The officers usher him down the stairs and into the car, and suddenly they’re there.
So as he stands at his father’s graveside, listening to some higher up say something generic about courage, he can’t help but shift awkwardly within his too-big suit, trying to even it out on his shoulders.
He wants to be mad.
Mad that they couldn’t just get him a suit that fits, one that wouldn’t distract him from his father’s rites.
He wants to be sad.
Sad that his father is no longer here, sad that this is his new life. Sad enough to leak tears, sad enough to sob like he knows he’s supposed to.
But these emotions don’t come easily to Hide. He’s hardly ever felt them before—he was too young to remember his mother, so this degree of loss is foreign.
The pain swirls beneath his skin, churning his stomach and squeezing his throat but not strong enough to manifest on the surface.
So he shows his emotions the only way he knows how.
He stands still, save for the occasional suit adjustment as he tries to fit himself into the new life the CCG is going to make for him, after taking his old one away.
X
They ask him if he wants to be adopted.
Not all children do. For some of them, the pain is too fresh, the memory is too clear. Shrugging off their old parents for a new one so quickly seems like an insult.
These are the kids that go into the Academy. The ones that live for the CCG alone, and ultimately die for it.
Hide doesn’t want that. He doesn’t want this to be a cycle. He doesn’t want to marry some nice receptionist, to have a kid and to leave them to the same fate.
So he agrees. New parents, please.
(Sorry, Dad.)
It takes a year or so to work out the details.
A year of wandering the dim, empty halls.
A year of meeting other kids—kids just like him—and trying to make this temporary home less of a morgue.
A year of learning how to make others smile.
He becomes more familiar with loss and its effects than he’d ever thought he’d be.
There’s the girl next door who shrieks herself awake every night. When Hide brings it up, she pretends she doesn’t know what he’s talking about. But he can see it in the bruised purple under her eyes and the pallor of her face.
She likes knock knock jokes and badly singing along to pop songs—it’s the only time Hide sees her smile crinkle her eyes.
There’s a boy, down the hall to the left, who spends his time leaning against the wall, gazing at his feet. He doesn’t look up when Hide first addresses him.
So Hide just talks to him—about what he’d seen out the window that morning, about a new show he’d seen on TV, about everything and nothing.
There’s no indication that he’s listening, until one particularly short conversation when Hide turns to leave and a hand hooks itself into the hem of his shirt.
“Please don’t go,” a small voice murmurs.
So Hide sits down with a smile, launching back into the book he’d been recounting.
There are some twins, two right turns and a left away, that refuse to let go of each other. They hold hands, they link pinkies, they hug. They never stop touching.
Hide coerces them to join him in the playroom—he’s wanted to try this new video game for so long, and he needs a couple people to play with him.
And he watches as they relax their grip on each other ever so slightly, as they settle for leaning instead as their hands dance across the gaming controls.
Hide becomes an expert at befriending those who have lost. At making them forget the fresh hole torn in their lives.
And somehow, it makes him forget, too.
His purpose in life becomes making others smile. In easing their pain, and his own.
He refuses to let the sterile white walls and thick quiet of the orphan dorms suffocate him. He refuses to lose himself, as well as his father.
He serves as an escape, a ray of sunshine in a bleak environment. Hide has a purpose.
And then, 13 months later, the paperwork is done. He has a new home.
He steps outside the chain link fence of the dorm and the sun has never felt so warm, the air has never felt so crisp.
But even as he walks away, he spares a glance over his shoulder and tells himself to never forget.
That even if no one else remembers these orphans, at least he will.
X
He has two fathers, now.
They greet him at the front door to their small, yellow house, with a neatly trimmed lawn and a line of flowers under the windows.
It feels like a weight is lifted off his shoulders, the second he’s handed off from the black suit officer to the color-clad couple.
One of them gingerly places a hand on his back and it feels so good, so paternal, he could cry.
He hasn’t forgotten his father. A year has worn the jagged edges of his loss down, but the dull ache still lingers.
But he sees his father in this new couple.
He sees him in the square frames of one of their glasses.
He sees him in the innocent dad humor of the other man, in the sly grin as his husband bats his shoulder.
He sees him in the way they ask him what he’s reading, what he’s watching, what he’s doing.
He misses his father. But these two are the next best thing.
And, unlike his father, they’re present.
They’re unaffiliated with the CCG: one is a teacher, the other a real estate agent. He can always find one of them around the house.
Even though they just met him, they already care about him. So, so much.
They ask what they can do to personalize his room. Take him to a department store—let him pick clothes, let him choose posters. They paint his walls in vibrant yellows and line his shelves with CDs.
It’s been a while since Hide felt himself in his room. Been a while since he dressed like himself. Been a while since an adult genuinely smiled at him.
Life settles into a happier rhythm. He almost forgets the past year and where he came from.
And after two weeks, they tell him that he’s going to school.
The opportunity to meet new kids—kids in the outside world—is exciting beyond belief. He picks out an outfit, stuffs his new backpack with notebooks, and thinks of all the conversations he’s going to have.
He waltzes into the classroom that autumn day, grinning from ear to ear.
But the kids aren’t quite as receptive as he’d hoped. School has been in session for a month, and they already have their friends.
Recess comes around and a mass of kids flocks to the field, kicking a soccer ball around.
But Hide lingers. He watches them play for a moment, then scans the rest of the area for his first target.
And then he spots him.
A dark-haired boy, seated on the hill leading down from the school. He sits alone, intently staring at the thick book in his hands. His clothes are bland and his face is drawn in a way that Hide has only seen back in the orphan dorms.
Hide knows why he’s sitting alone. He can feel it.
Loss hangs around this boy like a gray cloud. It radiates outwards, it darkens the air around him. It’s the reason for the slump of his shoulders, for the downward tilt of his head.
He’s been forgotten. Hidden by the loss wrapped around him.
Well, that decides it. Target number one.
So Hide works up a smile—the one he’s practiced for a year—and walks over to the boy.
“Hey!” he shouts, beaming as he climbs the hill. “Whatcha reading there?”
The boy startles, dropping the book in his lap and hands forming a barrier. When he spots Hide, his hands lower and arms cross in front of him, shoulders scrunched.
“Um. Some poetry,” he stammers, his voice weak with disuse.
“That book looks huge! How long have you been working on it?”
“Like… uh,” the boy trails off, picking the book off his lap and leafing through to try to find his place. He dog-ears the page almost daintily, then looks back up. “Maybe two days?”
“Whoa! You read fast!” Hide exclaims, coming to sink down next to him. “My name is Hide, by the way. What’s yours?”
The boy blinks, like the question is foreign to him. “My name is Kaneki. Kaneki Ken.”
“Nice to meet you, Kaneki! Now I have a weird question for you.”
“...Yes?”
“I’m new in town, so I don’t have any friends,” Hide admits, glancing down at the other kids frolicking on the field and then back at the boy beside him.
Kaneki follows his gaze, taking a moment longer to meet Hide’s eyes again.
“So, Kaneki: can you be my friend?”
The question is blunt and unexpected; Kaneki leans back for a moment, staring at Hide as if waiting for him to yell, “sike!”
But Hide doesn’t.
He just stares back at Kaneki, his smile never faltering.
And slowly, the corners of Kaneki’s mouth rise.
“Yeah,” Kaneki agrees. “I’d like that.”

Ep. 5 - “i want to see a live reaction to this in the reunion chat” - Maynor
Stephen
Ahahaha by the grace of the inactivity gods im still here. This is my karma for suffering through the preseason of Erinsborough. Now, I may not have actually gone home, but who knows I had an gut feeling and those are usually right.
Stephen
*laughing about surviving* Jay: Music Videos! *stops laughing*
Dylan C
me: [volunteers to edit for this challenge] me: [regrets this 5 min later]
John
ok i have a LOT of tea that needs spilled so sit back, relax, and enjoy this feature presentation:
-first things first, cormac. why couldn’t you have just voted. i would have one more ally and stephen would be out. so thanks.
-second, zoe told me about her advantage and how she has connections to the other side so that we should have a group of 5 at the merge. so that’s mind blowing. i’m just like in shock because in a way, cormac getting pulled allowed me to be zoe’s number 1. and that’s amazing. we stan.
-third, sierra is driving me insane. constant overdrive from her, and she’s starting to cross the divide between helpful and micromanaging. she can micromanage herself out of the game for all i care.
-fourth, timmy is ADORABLE. i’m definitely trying to get a cross tribal alliance with him bc wow. he cute. like really. he’s cute.
Keith John
Well if episodes are named here, This title of this episode would be "How you get screwed When tribal council gets Cancelled."
From being in a safe position last night to waking up and realizing that I am screwed in this game.
First of all, THANK YOU CORMAC for going out at the worst time possible. Last night my name was thrown out by Stephen. So obviously people entertained the idea.I do feel that I would have stayed but Cormac's evac has changed alot.
I had a planned final three with Cormac and Zoe, with Cormac gone. I'm down one alliance member.
Stephen is still in the game. And I know he is targeting me.
Maynor never spoke to me about the vote much. Inspite of me approaching him before tribal to see if he wanted to work together
John. who said he would have my back and would tell me if anyone would throw my name out. Never told me about Stephen's plan. I am sure he knew about it.
Sierra and I haven't bonded much personally. A little my fault there.
And Lastly Zoe. I know for now she definitely has my back. And I have hers but it feels like my game is extremely dependent on her. I feel alot of people want to work with her. And how long will she want to work with me? That I don't know.
Honourary mention: JAY thanks for throwing a challenge that I would suck at the most. I hate being on camera, Hate singing unless I wanna punish someone.
Raffy
Cormac being gone kind of relieves me since he has been giving me bad vibes ever since day 1 of this game. Now that's just one more person that I do not talk to out of the way. I figure that merge is happening at 11 because Jay said there was a twist which can only mean that it is merge or that someone is coming back into the game. Maybe both. I'm just going to focus on winning this challenge for my tribe by providing the lip sync of my life. This shit is about to be so FIRE.
Raffy
I think I am fully in crackhead behavior. I just messaged 6 people at the same time trying to have conversations with them. This one world has made a mess of me, and I do not like it. Also, I am pretty much giving up on the idol because I don't want to go through the effort of hunting for it. So, instead, I'll just pray that it isn't used against me.
Maynor
Well. Now im not sure if Stephen vote was true or not but i have to rely on that my allies were gunna be with me. Its sad seeing cormac go since he was someone i connected with. But im glad it was done before tribal and not after tribal. Im hoping we could win immunity this round since im still feeling a little nervousish.
Maynor
Catch me voting out John for calling Timmy cute.
Omg. Like i want to see a live reaction to this in the reunion chat. Them finding out we are dating. 😂😂
Raffy
I kind of put my neck out there in this challenge by suggesting the song. While I am not editing the video, I did make the song suggestion which is almost as important. Perhaps this could lead to my downfall. Furthermore, I talked to Dylan and they said that only themselves, Ellie, Justin, and I submitted videos which means we are missing Timmy's and Joseph's. Plus, editing takes a long time, so Dylan might not even use their videos if they are late. I just hope what people managed to film is enough. I've never won a music video challenge, and I am hoping this game can change that. I'm not that confident though.
Raffy
I think I have made some strong connections in this tribe and the other. The people who I have talked about staying strong and working together include Justin, John, Dylan, Ellie, Timmy, and Keith. This seems like a diverse group of people that I can fall back on if one ends up turning their back on me. I always have to have back-up allies, otherwise I am liable to get voted out early in merge which I suspect is soon. I just want to establish myself in another alliance, but that seems hard in this game. I don't know who would be in that new alliance, but it would be some combination of the people I mentioned and others who I get good vibes from. Let's pray for me!
John
if rupaul was judging this music video challenge, she’d be telling us to sashay away. we are literally on the level of valentina with her mask on bad.
Ellie
Let’s hope that this damn video comes togather
Stephen
We’re losing this challenge. Theres only about 4/5 of us in the video, a lot of the video is from the original music video and the rest is... ok, but not great. Dylan CI wanna say we have a better video but I'm gonna be the most biased on the tribe since I edited the damned thing for about four hours. I had to sacrifice some synchronicity a little bit towards the beginning to get Ellie in for the 10 seconds for the extra points. I had originally trimmed her clip to what I could match up the best, but then I double checked the post lol. Hope the judges don't care too much there.
Dylan C
I'm not even gonna go feral. I'm just gonna lay face down on my kitchen floor for a while.
Stephen
I.... okay, im not complaining. But yeah judges thanks but the fuck?
Dylan C
I'm like, actually upset right now? Like not so much that we lost, but that I spent all that time editing, when I've been worried about getting all my homework done this weekend but I volunteered to edit and wasn't about to back out cos that'd be shitty!!, only to lose by 20 motherfucking points. And also? I worked with what my tribe gave me bitch!!! Raffy was the only one who recorded the whole song, Justin did like half, Ellie and Joseph only gave me short clips, and Timmy was sick so he didn't film anything? I just wasted my entire afternoon and evening on this when I have real life shit I should've taken care of, but I made a commitment to my tribe, and for what? Tribal that's going to be happening while I'm at one of my Thanksgiving events! Granted, that was going to occur regardless upon losing since I'll be busy both Thanksgiving and the day after. But fucking still. Kinda just wanna ghost the world atm.
John
i’m kinda torn that we won. on one hand, we’re safe. on the other hand, i wanted to vote out stephen. so like, i’m feeling mixed emotions. these people will be dangerous to take to the merge. i hope it’s not next.
Dylan C
Kinda funny how I was so zazzed to be strategic at the start of this but I really haven’t been since. Strategy? I don’t know her. Also I’ve been ass about socializing one on one with ppl on the other tribe so I have a feeling that’ll bite me in mine.
Sierra
By some miracle, we’re safe! I’m so glad that we don’t have to vote anyone out right now... especially because I don’t have my vote right now. Maybe I can make it to the merge and hide for the first vote there without having to vote.
Joseph Collins
I am confusion. Dylan did such a good job editing. Our tribe and group is such a great mix of personalities and stories. And they came together to blend and make an amazing video. I actually got emotional watching it. I was very surprised to find out we lost. And now, we have to vote someone off our tribe. I hate it so much. I feel like it’s gonna be Timmy. He was absent in the time-crunch immunity challenge. Even Justin showed up and showed out which I thought was awesome. I like Timmy. And I feel like this is a hard vote for others so now I have to go be cutthroat Jo
Justin
Alright, so another tribal for us. I feel better than last time, but I'm still not 100% confident I won't be targeted again. Before the results for the challenge came in though, Raffy approached me and started talking to me some more about working together which makes me feel better keeping him around. Especially since I realized that he talks to me more than Ellie, so honestly I want her out now cuz whenever I talk about working together she leaves me on read. So, in conclusion I don't want you in the game lol. At least Raffy talks to me and says he wants to work with me, even if it might be fake. I told Joseph that I would like Ellie out, but he says Timmy cuz he doesn't talk to him and he feels Ellie could be our shield. I don't want him to go yet because I feel like he would vote with me, but I'm not jeopardizing my game to save him since he barely talks to me too. Although Joseph makes a good point that Ellie can make a good shield, I feel like we have other shields to hide behind in Raffy and Dylan. Plus, I feel like she has more connections than Timmy could get if he keeps playing the way he is.
Maynor
Im so happy that we were able to pull of the win in immunity. Im making it to the final 11. I really want to make it far in this game. I am really hoping Timmy stays alive. Like i know its bias cuz we are together. But we normally dont play the game together. Im just hoping we can make it far together this time. Plus ❤️ Jay. It would be amazing if i won this game. Me winning my first and last game would be pretty awesome. So im going to try my hardest.
Timmy
So apparently Justin is going around saying my name. Does this idiot not realize that I’m the reason he stayed last tribal we went to. Like seriously, and apparently he’s telling everyone the same thing that he’ll be with them always. And he calls me inactive, like sorry you message me at 9am when I’m walking into work and j can’t answer you until like 5pm when I get out. He better leave this tribal. I wish it was happening tonight just to also move things forward.
Dylan C
Me? Lying by omission to Ellie? It’s more likely than you’d think. Justin gave me her name earlier, and I tried to talk him out of it. He made a comment about keeping it between us. Now Ellie’s told me that Justin through her name out. “Between us.” Sure, Jan. And hey, I never mentioned it to Ellie or Raffy in our alliance chat (which exists as of last night). So I did keep it between us unlike him. Didn’t mention it because he had a decent point about Ellie’s strong social game, but now isn’t the time to try to get her out, IMO. Especially since I’ve just allied with her. Granted, I’ve turned on allies shortly after making alliances before but that’s not happening in this game. No way. So, I just acted like I didn’t know when Ellie told me and I’ll keep on that. That’s how I’ve been doing a lot: acting like some information people has given me is new to me (usually with Joseph tbh) when it isn’t new at all. Just kinda agree, maybe say I was already thinking about that, but not imply that I’d been Discussing it, depending on how I’m talking to.
Ellie
So Justin is scrambling like HARDCORE, He threw Timmy’s name out and hen my name out right after saying that we were tight, and he’s so paranoid and it’s driving all of us crazy. Like we have until tomorrow night, chill out. And Jospeh really wants Timmy out but I’m like IF WE TAKE JUSTIN TO MERGE HE WILL FLIP WITHIN FIVE MINUTES!! Timmy might not be the most active but at least he’s fucking loyal. Raffy, Timmy, and I want Justin out so badly. Dylan is trying to listen before making a concrete decision, and Joseph and Justin want Timmy out. Justin even wants me out apparently.
RaffyA lot happened today, so I am going to break it down. Last night, Timmy, Ellie, and I (Just Go With It) discussed the vote early. Timmy suggested that we might want to get rid of Joseph or Dylan since he thought he would be able to sway Justin, since he considers Justin a close ally to him. That's when we all compared notes that Justin had claimed his apparent closeness to everyone on the tribe. This immediately put him on my radar as it could be a sign a double-crosser later down the road. As was not going to push anything since tribal was two days away, however I did talk with Ellie a little bit and she seemed down to vote Justin since she had a close relationship with Joseph and Dylan. While this was happening, Dylan created the Hypothetical Alliance with Ellie and I. This is great news since that means Ellie and I have control over two other votes (Timmy and Dylan) based solely on votes. In this way, whoever I wanted gone would go. Justin messaged me early in the morning asking about the vote. He heavily suggested that we vote for Timmy because he is inactive and bad at challenges, but those are the things that I want in an ally going into a merge. Besides that, Justin was asking incessant, paranoia-filled questions regarding the vote and would not let up. It is safe to say that he doesn't get that he's being incredibly messy and scramble-y when he doesn't have to be. The vote isn't until tomorrow, yet he's acting like it's in thirty minutes! The King of Crack right here! Anyways, so I told Ellie and then she was experiencing the same thing, so we then told Timmy. Timmy instantly wanted him gone which meant what I wanted from the beginning was going to happen. Furthermore, I learned from Ellie that Justin does not trust me and that he thinks I am vague and noncommittal. Not only that, apparently Ellie heard him say her name from someone. This dude is incredibly dangerous for my alliance! So, I was determined to see him go and to get everyone to go after him. Joseph was a tough nut to crack. He was very adamant today about voting out Timmy and keeping Justin. Apparently, Ellie got through to him, but I do not know how well that worked out for her. I have a feeling that Justin also said that he was tight with Joseph to the latter as he did with everyone. And Joseph thinks it is serious which means they'll be a powerful duo going into merge. I have to keep my eye on Joseph and make sure he doesn't slip from my grasp. Other than that, I managed to get Dylan on board with the vote as they thought Justin's paranoia and overall messiness was also a danger going into merge. Finally, Zoe approached me today asking who I felt good with. I knew she was sniffing for an alliance so I said Ellie, Dylan, and Timmy. She suggested that, since a merge was coming soon, that we create an alliance with Dylan, Timmy, and John making us a strong 5. I immediately agreed of course. A strong alliance helps me navigate the merge more comfortably and easily. Plus, in that alliance, I have Dylan and Timmy to have a majority over the decisions. So, if it came down to us 5, I would be good. Not only that, but this means that Dylan and Timmy will vote together in this tribal along with Ellie and I, ensuring that Justin goes to EoE. This is all working out for me. I do not know whether to tell Ellie about this alliance eventually, but I am planning on keeping it pretty tight-lipped for the most part. What doesn't kill her makes her stronger. And that's what you missed on Glee Johndamn. who knew i’d align myself with the perfect ride or die. she has an advantage and NOW she has an idol?! she is STACKED, and now i gotta protect her at all costs.
Maynor
Ive been talking to Keith a lot more now but heard from Timmy that people have been saying that he has been doing that with everyone so idk what to think of our bonding. Like i would like to think he would be on my side but who knows. We been talking about pokemon cards and the funko pops that i have. Its been fun. Im really glad talking to him more.
Keith John
Due to thanksgiving. Tribal was moved a day ahead and everyone was busy celebrating. So things have been slow.
I decided to take the opportunity to complete the fox portion of the idol hunt. which turned out to nothing, As Zoe already informed me and Cormac that she got the advantage. after informing her I told her I will give the other path on the idol hunt a try. didn't want to go behind her back and do it. especially we are expecting a swap. this is my first time playing so I'm not sure that its a sure swap or another twist.
Also finally I messaged Timmy again. After he didn't reply to me the first time. which was like 10 days ago. I know since I felt that I wasn't in the best position possible during the last tribal. I should have made an attempt before to talk to him as I need people, any people who want to work with me. But since I have had previous instances when I worked abroad, when people immediately snubbed or ignored me or changed their attitudes towards me when they found out that I am a Pakistani. N for a moment I felt like Timmy had decided that he didn't want to work with me. And me being a Pakistani was the reason. Which I guess is stupid on my part, I saw he added other people from the game to his skype. But didn't even reply to me. So When Zoe brought up the possibility of working with him. I decided to approach him again. This time he did reply. he seems nice but reserved. hopefully, we swap on the same tribe since we might have mutual friends who want to work together. But I would also like to make a genuine friendship with him and whether that becomes an alliance or not. that's to be seen.
OK Signing off for the night.
Timmy
People are quiet today in PMs but i hope that’s since we talked about tribal yesterday. Justin better be going bc he’s a snake ass bitch and I can’t deal with that shit.
Zoe
I got an idol, folks!!!!!!
I'm incredibly surprised at the rest of the tribe's laziness, considering I now have an advantage and an idol. The downside of the idol is that I have lost my vote next tribal, so now I really have to have trust in my tribe members and alliances cross tribal to keep me going through the twist, unknown as of five minutes before tribal. I predict a swap, but (not) knowing Jay makes me doubt that as well.
I'm still really sad about Cormac, but it's my game, not his game. As long as I can still count on my other connections, I'll just have to go on strong and know that it wasn't his time.

Can’t get a read more to work, so sorry, you’re gonna have to scroll past this whole thing if you don’t wanna read about horse training stuff
(or just press j if you’re not on mobile)
So, more background to explain what Lady knows/what I’ve done with her so far since some have asked and for a bit of clarification. Some video has been posted and more will be posted soon too. This is concerning the behavior analysis/ training post I made last week so I’m tagging those that responded
@themotherfuckingclickerkid @clickerhorse @clickercake @mylittlehony @french-link @theclassicalhorse @spanishequestrian
(I hope I didn’t miss anyone?) and @anyone else who is interested/wants to help: As far as NH stuff, (skip this paragraph if not relevant to what you meant you needed to know? kinda long. it covers about 8 years of our lives. I summarize at the end of this paragraph with a tl;dr anyways) taught her the typical groundwork stuff like backing up and moving hind and forequarters away from pressure via direct pressure applied to her sides/chest/nose as well as those “mean looks” backed up by waving sticks around aggressively and hitting if she was unresponsive and wiggling the rope and whatnot. “Desensitizing” to swinging the whip around, ropes tossed around her, plastic bag, being touched everywhere, etc. and the NH version of “lunging” / “lunging for respect” (ugh). Did the whole join up thing, spent some time using John Lyons stuff which inspired me to teach her to set herself up at the mounting block (kinda) uh… then my journey took me to Parelli so did the basics of his games, which taught her somewhat to target things (I used this to actually get them to allow me to deworm them without restraints by just giving them treats first for targeting the dewormer, then for letting me stick it in their mouth further and further, etc. Went very well! Probably a key part of me beginning my clicker journey lol). She was always very laid back and very lazy, and therefore very motivated by rest, I learned to use after way too long, and also food ofc, but that was a no-no. I needed Respect from her, not to bribe her. She nearly always required at least one physical hit to get her anywhere beyond a walk, under saddle and on the ground. Under saddle, I rode in a more western fashion, and was inspired like many other little girls by Stacey Westfall’s bridleless performance, and so tried to train for that just by giving a cue to turn that required no reins (I always used outside leg to turn her away from the pressure, idk what you guys consider correct) before backing it up with a neck rein and then a direct rein. Made… some progress there. When I rode bridleless, at the best I got using -R, could get w/t/c with a whip and Lady was always willing to stop so that was no problem, but turning was basically only if she wanted to turn that way anyways. Things improved slightly when I began rewarding big efforts like attempting a jump or trotting/cantering on cue with a break or ending the session, then it reached the point she began charging at the nearest jumpable object if I asked for anything more than a walk just so she could stop. Began rewarding for not charging at a jump uncued/not rewarding an uncued jump and that helped… soon after I began clicker training..
(tl;dr she knows basic NH groundwork, and is essentially green broke with those methods, and was never very willing to cooperate/took a lot of force usually to do anything besides walk aimlessly and I don’t blame her)
Side note, also summarized at the end, I did train her to do some tricks during that NH time period, and I did train those with +R, “because they were tricks, not necessary behaviors” or whatever. Those include smiling, giving kisses, hugs, standing on a platform, striking her foot out when I did to train spanish walk (never got that finished), started training a bow??, which would’ve led to lay down but decided to not train that bc I was afraid she’d just start laying down to get out of work lol, I now regret training bow bc 1. I never finished it and 2. she offers it when I pick up her left foot and hold it for longer than she likes, and smiling bc she offers it sometimes when I just wanna touch her face and isn’t very impressive lol, but the others are great. The kiss is good for when she doesn’t seem to be getting what I’m asking, so I use that to kind of “restart” before trying again with a smaller step or clearer cue or something, and it and the hug are just cute af imo, and she never offers them in an aggressive or nervous way so it’s okay when she offers them off cue, I just don’t reward lol. The leg thing is especially useful. On trails or in new places, when she’s nervous, I can use it to bring her focus back on me and it calms her down very well. It also set us up for “do as I do” so she now steps forward/backward/on things with the same foot I do, which is also very useful. With another horse they might not have worked that way, but for her they’re great.
(tl;dr she knows some tricks)
Idk how to summarize the rest so no more tl;dr’s
Last summer (2016) was when I began clicker training. I spent several sessions - with all the horses actually- charging the clicker with non-mugging exercises, clicking and treating when they quit searching my bag for treats, and once that was solid, clicking for calm, head forward behavior. Once that was solid and they made it obvious they knew click=treat, I started working on other things, but not much with the other horses so just talking about Lady again now: I made a target with a ~6″ section of pool noodle slipped over the end of a riding crop, did some work with that; in general did everything I used to do, but would only ask with the lightest pressure and reward any attempt with a click and treat, and never punish if she didn’t do as I asked. (example: lightly touch her shoulder with my finger, maybe kiss to let her know “I’m asking you to move” and if she leaned her weight slightly away, great, I’d click and treat. If not, I just didn’t reward. eventually of course she would actually step until i quit asking and rewarded) She became much more willing in everything.
Side note just to brag: My favorite development since using clicker training with her is that since we only have the pasture and the round pen to work with, and with treats they all want to be by me to get some, I need them restrained away from me, so I pour some grain in the round pen to lure the horses in then lock them up, and when they’re done eating, take the one I want to work with out. After a few times, Lady began walking out with me instead of eating the grain with her buddies! I can think of no higher honor than being chosen over grain with her buddies… she’s “second in the hierarchy” so it’s not like she has to fight for it. and if for whatever reason I make her stay in there, she nickers to me whenever I look in her direction <3
Anyways, so with clicker training, on the ground, as far as things she has down very well, she has learned to not mug/default to standing calmly with head relaxed and somewhere not in my pockets and to boop a target. I also use clicker training to reward standing still for grooming and fly spray and for allowing me to clean and trim her feet, which are things she already did, but now I reward her for it. idk if that’s good/bad/neutral or what...
Under saddle, first I taught her to position herself by the mounting block when I stood there. I did this to give her a chance to tell me she doesn’t want to be ridden. I don’t ride much right now bc I’ve become more concerned with saddle fit/bareback hurting her (I’ll probably be asking for help with that soon) so she doesn’t really know this, but end goal is to have her consent to being ridden by standing there for me (obviously, not standing there would be her refusing), and to be able to tell me she doesn’t want to anymore by returning to the mounting block. Under saddle, after maybe two or three short bareback and bridleless sessions using clicker training, she now turns willingly every time I ask.
On the ground, what I have been working with her on since I got back home from college is just staying by me and doing as I do, not getting ahead of me, etc. and she actually offered a behavior last week that I’ve been shaping since. I was at her side and turned about 45 degrees from her, and she stepped her hindquarters over so that she was aligned with me, facing the same direction, and that’s kinda what inspired the work on the ground that I’ve been doing. Just stay by my side, if I turn, you turn, if I step over, you step over, if I step back, you step back, etc. I use (what I think is?) a high rate of reward, never asking for more than like… an absolute max of 6 steps/strides before rewarding, and usually averaging closer to 2 or 3, even with stuff we’ve done for a long time, and of course clicking for the slightest try for new things. I break up that work with rewarding for standing still when I’m not cueing anything to remind her that sometimes I just want her to stand still.
The only time she pins her ears is when I ask her to trot/canter, and she never does anything actually aggressive/puts me at risk, and her ears aren’t even super pinned, just laid back a bit more than usual. Anyways, hopefully I can get the rest of the videos up today, but this explains everything I can think of, some of which might not have been caught on video.

11 dark brown hair with blond highlights
Enriched with breathtaking dimensions, dark brown hair with blonde highlights is the next thing to divine beauty! Matching your luscious brunette locks with sweet and bright honey highlights unlocks a new world of definition and movement for your hair.
Plus, your mane also gets an envy-inducing contrast and shine from the contrasting dark and light tones that are beautifully intertwined in your strands! In this way you will be free to style your hair as you want and still have a Vogue result. A sophisticated updo, a lazy top knot, loose boho braids or even simple beach waves – this rich hair color combination will inspire you to play with your hairstyle day after day!
All these wonderful benefits you can get without the hassle of too much maintenance and salon visits! Unleash your hair's full potential if you try one of these trendy dark brown hair with blonde highlights!
Chunky Blonde Highlights
How would you look this?
This look is as much about being fashionable as being practical. My client is probably 75% gray, so these chunky highlights and lowlights not only bring definition and dimension to your hair, but also are super low maintenance as the only delimitation we'll ever see is on the lowlights.
It's really just about taking what's already going on with your hair and giving it a structure that makes it look not just beautiful, but intentional. This is the polar opposite of the lived appearance. Nothing about this contrasting look is secondary to sun kissing. This is color with a purpose, color on a mission.
Any advice for someone considering it?
Make sure that you have a good consultation with your stylist to make sure that you are a good candidate. Think of hair as a fashion accessory, chunky highlights work well if you want to carry lots of solids. If you love prints and patterns, it can be very busy mixing a striped shirt with plaid pants.
It's a great look for a round up to square face shapes, since the verticality of the highlight placement gives the illusion to lengthen the face and you can continue to contour by placing the pieces closest to the face on the sides darker (or darker) for a minimizing effect.
For me and my guest, the rudeness works in our favor, but for someone with less gray, the look can quickly turn into high maintenance (think dark roots on blond chunks). On hair with short layers, it can look pretty choppy, making it best for people with long or no layers and chunkier highlights means more brightener that requires better aftercare to keep it healthy and shiny.
I recommend BC Bonacure Time Restore shampoo and conditioner to replace lost nutrients, with a weekly dose of Bonacure Color Freeze shampoo to keep the blonde bright and brass-free, followed by the Bonacure Time Restore Mask, all from Schwarzkopf Professional ,
Golden Blonde Highlights
How would you look this?
This look is a great way to introduce a brunette blonde into your life! It adds a ton of dimension to a brunette without getting completely blonde. Brunette clients also tend to highlight your look as a subtle way to hide your gray hair.
I personally love the beautiful straps of the blonde on this client, which adds so much dimension to a normal brunette color when wavy. My client is a full-time mom, so we needed a cut that is easy to get up and walk, as well as style for those nights. We went with a long layered with some face framing for texture.
Any advice for someone considering it?
I would say customers, if you look at this, to think about how often you want to visit the salon for maintenance. Someone who visits only twice a year may want to look at a low-maintenance look like a balayage.
On the other hand, as I've already mentioned, highlights are a great way for a brunette to step on the blonde side without a full head makeover. They also help to hide the gray hair that everyone is fine with! This cut is perfect for people who prefer the wash and wear look, as well as someone who has the time to curl up / style. Long layers and face-framing give you great texture, whether you wear your hair naturally or styled.
Strawberry Blonde Highlights
How would you look this?
This look is a graduated bob with highlights. I have used cut diagonal cuts that soften and complement the face. The color is bronze-rose. To achieve the color, I mixed a light copper blonde with a semi-permanent pink.
The best thing about this look was to adjust the color and use Sassoon cutting techniques. I love that bobs are easy to style, always in fashion.
Any advice for someone considering it?
The graduated bob complements diamond, oval and square face shapes. If you cut properly, this hairstyle can easily add volume for women with fine hair. This hairstyle is modern and fashionable, but it requires more maintenance. I recommend shaping and trimming the hairstyle every 6-8 weeks. The pastels and shades fade quickly and require regular touch-ups. Colored hair requires special care to keep the hair strong and healthy. This includes:
With a clear plan, which direction and goals you want to achieve with your hair. Beautiful blondes and colors are a process and several sessions may be needed
Sulfate-free shampoo and leave-in conditioner help to keep the hair moisturized while reducing breakage and fading
Olaplex / Fiberplex at-home repair bonding treatments can help give the hair firmness
Washing your hair less often is always a better option
Try to avoid heat while styling on bleached hair. If necessary, always use a heat protection spray. Remember how moisturizer for dry hands.
Some of my favorite products come from Swartzkopf Blonde me and MoroccanOil product lines as well as OLIGO violet / blue shampoos and volumizing powder.
Honey Blonde Highlights
How would you look this?
I would describe this look as warm and cozy with reflections of honey to really give depth to your darker hair. The cut and style work with your natural wave to keep it simple and manageable. The best thing about this look is the dimension you have now, without it looking clunky or "bland". "
Any advice for someone considering it?
This is a look that is ideal for the client who wants a change but does not want to be in the salon all the time, along with not spending too much time styling it with your busy schedule. The cut and length work best on thicker hair to control whether you want to wear it straight or natural.
Icy blonde highlights
How would you look this?
I named this color "winter white blonde" because my client, Rachel, looked so great next to the snow we got that day. The most important thing for potential customers is that this color does not appear on the first appointment and the maintenance for it is quite large.
This was Rachel's Third Appointment, and she came every 6-8 weeks. Each appointment is different, always working to be lighter and brighter without affecting the integrity of the hair. Rachel has very fine, level 6 hair. It is not super dark, but the thin density requires only a little more attention and care.
The hair is the most fragile even in the wet, which is why I like to wet 60% of the haircut and dry the rest after a big blow-dry. Especially with a color like this, the small details are crucial. If you have a great color, but the layers are too heavy, it will completely overshadow the white blonde you wanted. I gave Rachel some longer layers with a little face framing in advance to really amp that awesome coin.
I think the coolest thing about balayage / foilage / hair painting is that no two services are alike. I've mostly used transparencies around Rachel's hairline to maximize lightness. But since this was your third appointment and your ends were pretty light, I used a clay-based brightener in zones two and three to gently lift a little more without damaging the cuticles. This is different than your previous appointments, where I only used slides or just balayage. But because she wants to be so bright and white, foils provide a great lift that is easily tinted to the final destination. This is different for every customer and especially for darker hair. Balayage will always produce a warmer tone, so knowing when to differentiate between techniques to give your customer what you want is the key, even if that does not look like the hair saloon videos you've seen anywhere on Instagram.
Any advice for someone considering it?
The first thing I tell customers, if you show me a picture of a blondie like this, is that it will not happen overnight, and it will not be cheap. This picture was taken after Rachel's third appointment, and she has scheduled two more visits before her wedding in the spring. It's a slow process, and trust your stylist will give you the best out of your service. They want you to love your hair as much as you do and slowly and steadily wins the race.
Purple shampoo will be your best friend during the time you wear this color. Amika wears a big line called "Bust Your Brass," which I swear to all my blondes. Both the shampoo and the conditioner are extremely pigmented, so you should use them only once a week to avoid graying. Also, any non-professional brand of products can really be confused with any color, but most of all these. I know you hear it all the time, but a stylist can not guarantee color unless you take care of it.
A blonde customer with Kenra shampoo will be healthier, brighter and more durable than a blonde with Pantene. Sulfates and parabens really strip out paint and toner, releasing the warm tones underneath. That means you can say goodbye to your beautiful white blond hair that you have just spent four hours and $ 150 + on. Stylists ask you to buy professional products, not for your own profit, but to protect and keep the investment you have made in your hair.
In terms of hair type, a color like this definitely works best on someone with long hair under your collarbone. Although that does not mean it can not still be beautiful on a bob, only the effect would be different. However, this would not work on a bit shorter as the hair would be too short to create a nice mixed gradient in the lighter color. A great tip is that ashy colors look good before! Do you find yourself wearing a lot of blues and greens? Or are red and brown your go to? Also consider your eye and eyebrow color. Someone with darker, olive-green skin with dark eyes and thick eyebrows does not lend itself best to a bright white color like this one. If you are unsure, your stylist can help!
Remember, this look needs regular maintenance. A customer who does not like coming to the salon more than once a year may be better suited for a less-groomed color. Although balayage itself is a very low maintenance of hair color, the tone and placement of this particular scenario often require touch-ups. Make sure that your lifestyle fits that before the jump, as your stylist wants you to be completely satisfied with your hair and return for more!
Dark brown hair with subtle blond highlights
How would you look this?
The look is subtle hand-painted highlights on a natural chocolate base color. The highlights have been toned to a honey / caramel to complement your natural base color and your skin tone. The nicest thing about this look is how easy and low-maintenance it is.
Any advice for someone considering it?
Determine what you want from your hair color. This look is perfect for anyone, especially those who do not want a drastic change or need a low maintenance paint. With hand painting, I can customize the perfect formula and placement for each individual customer, to give you a look that you will love and that fits in with your daily hair routine at home.
Light blonde highlights
How would you look this?
This is the perfect combination! Beautiful blonde balayage and beach waves. I just love how the color blends so seamlessly. I created this look and gave it a nice blowout and used my curling tongs to create the soft waves. Finish with a soft hair spray.
Any advice for someone considering it?
I always guess that it's easier to go through a process. Depending on what the color level of the hair is. Is there an existing color on your hair? All of these factors play a role in creating the look or a particular look. Always use a good treatment.
This look is perfect for customers who do not have time to come every 6 weeks to do their hair. This can be stretched every 12 weeks, but I recommend a toner in between, just to keep it nice and fresh. The toner can be done 6 weeks later.
Aftercare is very important. I will highly recommend that you use a purple based shampoo and conditioner and a good treatment once a week.
Red and Blonde highlights
How would you look this?
This was something new and fun for my guests to do out of their everyday norm and what work would allow. We were "foilayage-ing" your hair blonde all summer long and she was ready to go darker for the winter. She wanted something fun and lively instead of going back brown. She suggested red traffic lights.
We at London Calling Salon use itely hair color and they have the most beautiful permanent red hair color line so I was confident no matter which red you took it would look nice. We went red with a vivid purple plum lvl 6-7 and piggybacked it with an intense deep lvl 5 red to support the richness of one and intensity of the other all while touching your highlights and toning you light neutral blonde.
I love the range of creativity of the placement (you can make it tasteful for work or make it stand out, depending on how much purple or red).
It's a bit of fun to work with your hair when working in a shop that does not allow "unnatural colors". It dances on this line just enough to give you something exciting and new without offending anyone at work.
The salon I work in is known in our area for our work with direct dyes (Galaxy Hair, Unicorn Hair, etc.) which only a minimal amount of people can actually do. So, for our guests who want something fun without being too extreme for work, this is usually something fun to recommend.
As far as the cut and style is concerned, she had a short, angled bob for a while and now she grows it out so I texturing her ends for a softer look (she has very thick hair) and gave her a softer blowout with SexyHair- Products (Your Love Oil and Luxe Blow Out Spray).
Any advice for someone considering it?
First, I would talk about maintenance. With red, everyone knows that you will fade a little faster than most, so you will be a little more on your daily routine. If you are a person who washes your hair every day, I would not recommend you to go that route, because every time you wash your hair, the liveliness of the red becomes less and less. But if you do not do it and decide, there are two things you always have to keep in mind to fade the colors faster and keep you alive: heat and alcohol.
Try to avoid using a lot of heat (cooler temps for washing, minimal use of hot tools, but if you do that, lower the temps on your hot tools, religiously using heat-proofing agents). The products that I suggest most are Paul Mitchells hot off the press or Sexy Hair Hot Sexy Hair heat protectant spray.
Avoid products containing high levels of alcohol in you, such as hair sprays, mousses etc. These help to pull out the color and reduce the liveliness. I tell you to check the ingredients and if alcohol in the top 3 avoid or use sparingly.
I think all hair types, faces and personalities could rock that kind of thing. It's very nice how the colors intertwine (curly or straight) and the placement is always the key to your final look. How to use for the choice of red, of course, always work with your guest what he / he likes the most (purple / red, red / red, copper / red). Understand your color line and do not be afraid to support piggyback colors each other to showcase your strong suits and add more dimension. As for the customer point of view, I always grab the color swatch book and take the color swatches and place next to the face to see what compliments the best and run with it.
As I said before, this special look fits her best to give her something new and fun when she was ready to go darker from a highlighted blonde and without being too extreme for work.
Platinum blonde highlights
How would you look this?
This is a very popular and trendy look. It's an ash-blonde balayage look. "Balayage is the actual technique of highlighting, where the brightener is hand-painted onto the hair for a natural-looking highlighted result. There are so many color combinations for dark brown hair with blonde highlights because of the many colors for blonde hair color.
You can only reach about 4-6 lift levels with this technique. To achieve the highest level of lift, especially to get an icy blonde like this photo, I used a foiling technique with Oway Hbleach, an ammonia-free cream-colored whitener that works more gently on the hair. After lightening, a combination of fused toners was used to create a more natural blend. Because of its natural blend, it grows more graceful than traditional foil highlighting a boho giving, fresh from the beach appearance.
The cut is a highly structured praise. The layers were kept on the longer side with weight taken out from below. This allows a soft, effortless shape that not only grows gracefully, but is also easy to style. I used O & M Surf Bomb which had a buildable sea salt spray all over your damp hair, as well as Oway Glossy Nectar, a light remodeling of oil on your mid-front blowdrying. Once I was dry, I used a 1.25 "curling iron to reach the natural shaft, alternating curling directions, to safely roll away from the face in the front, while the ends of the hair from the iron.
Any advice for someone considering it?
It is important to realize what your hair is capable of. The health of the hair is most important.
If you are a dark brunette natural, it can take many hours and possibly several appointments to achieve that color combination. The internet has made the job of a hairdresser much more difficult. It's important to have honest advice with your stylist to find the best way to achieve realistic goals that are not just in your price range but also something you can and do. It's easy to see the finished look online and think it was an easy process to get there. Not usually the case!
Yes, the first appointment could take 3-7 hours and be a very expensive date, but the maintenance ends up less work when you arrive there. You can only need one toner with your next appointment and just have to do the entire process 1-2 times a year. With the style, it can also age through several days without having to shampoo. That's a bonus! It is important to always take care of these brightened ends. Shampooing less while an intensive mask and / or protein treatment once a week will be key to home hair care. Always make sure to use a heat protection product before using heat.
Brown hair with champagne blonde highlights
How would you look this?
It's a natural low-maintenance balayage, and the best part is that it's the perfect blend of sun kissed and dimensional. You can wear it all year without worrying about changing it for winter or summer.
Any advice for someone considering it?
Sometimes turning such a dark root color into such a bright color is not that easy, so it's important to be patient! Besides, I would recommend this type of balayage to anyone who has a super busy lifestyle! (as a mother, traveler, nurse, etc.) It is so low maintenance that normally my clients can come up with this type of paint and see me as little as twice a year and having the right product is the key in maintaining one fresh, new look all the time!

More background? To explain what Lady knows/what I’ve done with her so far since some have asked and for a bit of clarification. Video will be posted soon too. This is.. pretty long so I made it a read more (or tried to. I hope it works. also, no one I tagged should feel obligated to read or help) This is concerning the behavior analysis/ training post I made last week so I’m tagging those that responded @themotherfuckingclickerkid @clickerhorse @clickercake @mylittlehony @french-link @theclassicalhorse @spanishequestrian (I hope I didn’t miss anyone?) and @anyone else who is interested/wants to help:
As far as NH stuff, (skip this paragraph if not relevant to what you meant you needed to know? kinda long. it covers about 8 years of our lives. Did the whole join up thing, spent some time using John Lyons stuff which inspired me to teach her to set herself up at the mounting block (kinda) uh... then my journey took me to Parelli so did the basics of his games, which taught her somewhat to target things (I used this to actually get them to allow me to deworm them without restraints by just giving them treats first for targeting the dewormer, then for letting me stick it in their mouth further and further, etc. Made... some progress there. When I rode bridless, at the best I got using -R, could get w/t/c with a whip and Lady was always willing to stop so that was no problem, but turning was basically only if she wanted to turn that way anyways. Things improved slightly when I began rewarding big efforts like attempting a jump or trotting/cantering on cue with a break or ending the session, then it reached the point she began charging at the nearest jumpable object if I asked for anything more than a walk just so she could stop. Began rewarding for not charging at a jump uncued/not rewarding an uncued jump and that helped... soon after I began clicker training..
I can think of no higher honor than being chosen over grain with her buddies... she’s “second in the hierarchy” so it’s not like she has to fight for it. and if for whatever reason I make her stay in there, she nickers to me whenever I look in her direction <3
Anyways, so with clicker training, on the ground, as far as things she has down very well, she has learned to not mug/default to standing calmly with head relaxed and somewhere not in my pockets and to boop a target. I use clicker training to reward standing still for grooming and fly spray and for allowing me to clean and trim her feet.
I use (what I think is?) a high rate of reward, never asking for more than like... an absolute max of 6 steps/strides before rewarding, and usually averaging closer to 2 or 3, even with stuff we’ve done for a long time, and of course clicking for the slightest try for new things. I break up that work with rewarding for standing still when I’m not cueing anything to remind her that sometimes I just want her to stand still.
The only time she pins her ears is when I ask her to trot, and she never does anything actually aggressive/puts me at risk, and her ears aren’t even super pinned, just laid back a bit more than usual. Anyways, I’m using this free day to dig up the footage I have and post it so I’ll have it up, but this explains everything I didn’t get into video.
