it's not like alistair is wrong at the landsmeet. it is bullshit if you recruit loghain. at that point you don't even know that only a warden can kill the archdemon (riordan i do have to say that is a day one discussion not a night before the climactic battle discussion) and alistair has been at your side this whole journey... like if i'm him tbh fuck you. you killed marjolaine for leliana and flemeth for morrigan and like a ton of other people but you're not gonna kill The Guy?? you're stopping now??

thinking about it, all the ghosts before captain and pat came along were probably so disorganized and bored. we see how chaotic and uncompromising they can be with each other now, just imagine all the ghosts without pat or captain. even with just the captain, they probably didn’t listen to him or get together very often. but when pat introduced clubs and activities they could do, they probably got a lot more manageable!

#i can imagine the captain trying to round them all together and they just ignore him #but when pat is added he's like we can have fun!#they're intrigued and slowly join in on his little speeches and games #finally when julian comes and starts playing chess with robin #they become a whole set :)#they probably wandered around aimlessly before these three #without very much to do at all #annoying each other more than anything else #but now they stick together #now they have allison and mike #bbc ghosts

There are three flavors of Leshy fanartist make and I adore all of them.

Forest peepaw who is looking directly though you. He is disassociating. He is thinking about his game’s lore and literally nothing else. He will spring up suddenly and run off and will not explain to you why. He is outside the concept of time. There is not a thought behind those eyes.

This is a mad hare in humanoid form. He is sizing you up to determine if you are a threat or not. He will say something and it will mean absolutely nothing. Take this dirt. Stares with extreme intensity. Probably doesn’t blink. Stands just on the other side of corners and creates jump scares on accident. Speaks incredibly fast or not at all.

An Ape five seconds from cracking you in half over his knee like a twig. Wide eyed like the hare but in a much more tired way. Wants you dead wants P03 dead wants Magnificus dead Grimora’s fine though she can stay. Does the bigfoot walk and makes direct eye contact with photographers while doing so.

#submas #ingo #ingo pokemon #warden ingo #I rushed through the first three areas to get to him even though I knew it would be sad #I always save my game by him at the Training Grounds when I'm going to stop playing #I actually was not able to be as invested in the plot of PLA very much because they did this to him and there's no closure #If we get closure in a DLC later and it's GOOD closure most people are wanting I'll likely feel differently #But for now the whole game feels sad...I mean they even left the main plot and player character without closure!

the fire emblem franchise makes it so hard for me to convince people fire emblem games are good and worth playing. i promise. i promise theres good ones. theres so many good ones. please ignore the toothpaste person. please ignore the babyrealms. please.

#fire emblem #the worst part is like #there are more good games than bad ones!#binding blade and blazing blade are REALLY fun #path of radiance and radiant dawn!!! also fun!!!#awakening and echoes are my two most favourite 3ds games hands down #with awakening being the amazing game that introduced me to the series #and echoes having some of the best character design ive ever seen in video games #and three houses was really fucking good as well! i enjoyed the gameplay (main reason i like the series i love strat games)#but the characters and different stories compel me #the problem is like. everything pre-awakening (THATS LIKE 12 WHOLE GAMES BTW) is completely inaccessible #i could only play a few through emulators and the rest are HUNDREDS of dollars alone ignoring the decades old #platforms you need to play them on #and the bad games are. just phenomenally REALLY fuckibg bad #fates had SUCH poor localization choices made that turned the characters into either one-note fascimiles of anime tropes #or made their motivations convoluted and contradictory. fuck there are conflicting characterizations and character history #within the game because the writers didnt talk to each other #and it seemed it was fighting half on whether it was a dating sim or half on whether it was a strategy game #while implementing the worst parts of either genre #its a game confused about its own genre story and characters #and those flaws have become what the series is known instead of. the genuine good stuff it has so much of

#this game is just all about a three-way political conflict #at first it was that the galaxy team refused to side with either the diamond or pearl clans #now it’s gonna be that neither of the clans will risk siding against the galaxy team #man…#peach plays legends arceus #this music is still so atmospheric i wonder if it’ll stay that way for the whole rest of the game #and even the ‘you’re under attack by a wild pokémon’ music is different now it’s just a more energetic version of this same thing

If your WIP was a video game, what type of game would it be?

as a certified Game Enthusiast™️ (according to my friends), I won't allow myself the benefit of going typical RPGs for both Den and Witch because I love talking about games and I'd like to think I'm well-versed enough to think of cool game ideas and RPG is an incredibly broad term that can mean Animal Crossing or Digimon Cyber Sleuth or Lego Batman 3.

Demons in the Den |

a top-down hack'n'slash game akin to Unsighted and Hades. I'd say more like Unsighted since this wouldn't be a roguelike. there would definitely be Metroidvania elements because exploration and attaining character abilities is awesome. plus having bosses you can challenge out of order or straight up ignore is always fun. I'd also say that you'd play the game as a pair (Mara and Aliah) and you can switch which of them you'd like to play as but also there's also parts where you're locked into one.

Memories with the Witch |

likely a life management sim with RPG elements. think Stardew Valley and Rune Factory type games. newer examples include the Atelier series and Moonlighter (but it's also a roguelike). the main game loop would be like Stardew or Moonlighter where you do daily business things and use the rest of the time for other things you wanna do. roguelike/roguelite features might be cool since Lyzandir can fulfill that role, but it's iffy if I want it to be more like a life sim. it's also kind of hard to incorporate all the characters because so much time passes, so I'd need to focus either on Lyzandir's time (more life sim) or Lucille's time (more action RPG)

It’s amazing how Sang-woo antis lack of rational thinking. Every post I see about him by said people is just them frothing on the mouth on how much they hate him and goes on to ramble in swearing and insults because he killed their comfort character on a game designed to kill each other. But no! Let’s hate on the player instead of the stupid rich people that organized the game. Like, WTF? A lot of you guys even let the old man (Il-nam) slide when he had no remorse and was having so much fun at seeing poor people die.
