I Used to be So Young Album Cover!

Another decorated case for a Homeless Gospel Choir CD today! The original album cover has lots of colours on it, so I tried to include as many of them as I could. Since the original cover is a childhood photo, I wanted to try to keep the aesthetic of nostalgia for youth, so I included some manga panels of people to try to get that childhood picture vibe. I think it came out nice, I'm certainly happy with it and that's what counts.

the stealing story is really tied with the time frank was out with … thgc Derek? i believe? and they bumped somebody’s car parallel parking and the person who’s car got bumped gave them a hard time and wanted money and somehow frank ended up convincing the dude to pay THEM instead. literally rl rogue.

this will never happen but it would be so cool:

it's the season 2 teaser trailer. the shot is of the hollywood ghost club. the band is playing a jazzy melody, slowly building up. caleb covington, in his purple cape, is facing away from the camera, standing on the stage. we realize the song playing is cheyenne's cover of feeling good. we hear the lyrics "it's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life". caleb turns around to sing, arms spread "and im feeling good." in the little evil melody after, his face flickers to nick's horrified one. caleb laughs a little maniacally, and the screen goes dark. while the laugh still echoes, the words "everything has got a price" are displayed. then, a shot of thgc's night sky ceiling, with the beat jatp intro, and the show title written. underneath, season 2 release date. end scene.

You Work so Hard Just to be Like Everyone Else Album Cover!

A good few years back now, I was gifted some copies of The Homeless Gospel Choir's albums as a lovely surprise! I finally got around to decorating one of them and wanted to share it!! The original album cover is pale blue and white and I wanted to stick with that colour theme in my cover :)

NEW AU NEW AU NEW AU-- The Hubert Galeforce Collection!! (big explanation/ramble under the cut)

Hubert Galeforce in his early-mid twenties is happy go lucky, full of life and excitement. And has timeline powers like Henry does in the original games! This leads with his self-sacrificing impulsiveness, but can branch off to several different outcomes for the stickmin games; yet as Galeforce got older he found himself less and less in control of his powers as he let himself live out certain endings. So this AU would focus on him in the past when he was in the prime of using his powers. He’s a Government trainee, very self-sacrificing and Galeforce being an all round do-gooder, Must Be Responsible With These Powers. He meets Dmitri Petrov, a young transferred trainee who he gets bunked with. The man’s abrasive and cold, however Hubert’s gonna try to win him over as a friend. No matter how many tries (and fails) it takes. In the toppat clan the leader I can see being either Sir Wilford IV or Jaques Kensington. (still haven’t decided but I want more love for them) He comes up with convoluted and outrageous plans to take them down, since he KNOWS they’re guilty (He’s seen with his own eyes!!) but he still needs the proof to take them down. Dmitri comes along to make sure he doesn’t get himself hurt or worse. Unfortunately these missions are never successful, (Well.. there’s no “perfect” run for Galeforce in taking them down, there’s always going to be something he loses or can’t succeed with if he does get the evidence. So he bides his time, potentially exploring other paths with his powers. However, as he gets older he starts to lose control over his timeline powers, and by the time Terrence Suave becomes leader, the Toppats are out of his hands and so are his abilities. ((stuff might change/I might expand on this more as time goes on!!!))
