Imagining Hunter being Legitimately Bedridden for the weeks it takes to recover from such a big surgery. He keeps trying to leave early, to be with Luz, and ends up lengthening his recovery even further.

Eventually it gets to a point where they decide to just wheel his sorry ass to his place beside her throne. In his medbed. His suspiciously queen-sized medbed.

Once her duties are done for the day, Luz plops herself right onto the other side of the bed, and lets someone wheel her and Hunter back to the infirmary. Probably Amity, so she and Luz can be insufferable (affectionate) about it.

Actually, better make that medbed king-sized.
