some people feel sorry for regulus as he is roommates with barty and evan (the two most batshit crazy people in their year, if not the whole school) but what they don’t know is that regulus is their enabler and the one who started it all.

evan starting to have a small interest with biology? regulus nicks a book all about biology (more specifically dissection) from his family’s library and gives it to evan. not to mention that it was him who got the boy his first dissecting tool set.

barty has always been a violent child, that’s just how he acts out, but when his father gets a letter from the school about barty’s behavior he sends a letter back to his son, leaving him in tears. regulus likes barty, enough to tolerate him and call him his acquaintance (he really means besties for life) so in order to help barty he teaches him other ways of torturing people which is through psychological torture.

regulus enjoys the chaos (that he caused). he even helps them in the dorms. he compliments and helps evan improve his cuts (so that they’re mor precise and he can identify more parts) and gives barty suggestions on how to fuck with whoever victim his friend had in mind.

regulus is just as much, if not more, batshit crazy as his two roommates.

I like that the better than revenge lyrics are immature and unfeminist. I like that they were written by a teenager and sound like they were written by a teenager. It’s part of the charm!!!
