what are the tips you can give out to the first time writers when it comes to description, proper wording or just writing in general?

I'm flattered you'd ask me for tips but... I'm not the best with giving advice like this.... so I think the best tip I can give you for writing is to just write what you like, and what you enjoy writing. don't force yourself to make anything you don't want to make, and don't worry about whether or not your writing is good or whether or not people will like it. write something that you will want to read. then, when you go back and read it, you'll be able to see how you can improve for next time!!!

#it's cheesy advice I know but it works #there's no cheat code or study guide to being good at writing you just have to.... write #and read a lot too #and remember that you can always improve your writing in the editing process #your first draft is never your final draft (unless you want it to be)#I usually just throw whatever at my doc on the first draft and the editing phases are when things get good #if you guys saw my first drafts..... guys.....#they would scar you for life #and as far as describing things I don't know how to say that other than...#I just picture the scene in my head and go from there #try to describe things using the senses #like how the scene smells or feels or sounds #because then it will make your writing more immersive and descriptive #thank you for asking I hope it was a sufficient answer 🫡#ask mags

The line art colour match the characters vibes they're not really lore based but you know what is

The poses. Obv grain is looking at the camera (and has eyes) cuz he's a watcher but also scott and martyn are looking to one side cuz they were happy about their win and pear and scar are looking to the other cuz they were sad/confused

None of them really have facial features cuz like they're players in a game come on why would they ever have an actual identity other than 'player'

Also look at scotts bow and scars cane please i put way too much detail into them

[Starting high school was a fresh start for me. I met new people and my best friends were by my side. I made lots of happy memories and forgot the bad things from primary school. It was all perfect when it began]

[That day, it started like any other day until I got to school. I was met with staring eyes and whispering voices. Talks about a missing person. Kingsley? Could he be related to Ashton Kingsley? 4 months have passed since the shed incident and we never talked about him at home. I hadn't thought about him in a while]

[Billy drove me home after school and I asked about the missing person case. The man was Dr Anton Boerescu and he showed me the newspaper, it was that doctor again. He kept quiet about my dad when he talked though. I was reading the article then looked up and saw an undercover police car parked on my house drive]

Police Officer: Payton Wilkinson, you are under arrest for the murder of Ashton Kingsley-

[My heart was racing and I was too stunned to speak. I couldn't understand what was happening. Billy tried to take control of the situation, demanding details as he recognised the officers from the other station]

[I wanted to run to my mum, but I was stopped and I froze at the sight. All I could see was her shaking while being handcuffed, crying and denying the accusations. I could hear Billy contacting his chief: he had no power]

Payton: [begging] Please! I would never do such a thing! Billy take care of Vincent! Make sure nothing-

[I was so scared: the police were arresting her for murder. I didn't know what to believe and started suspecting my own mother. The times she didn't seem like her usual self, if she was at work while I was at school, how much she despised him, why she has never mentioned his name. I fell to my knees. She couldn't have, could she?]
