I know the Charthur Bandwagon (me included) never shuts up about this interaction but it's so DIFFERENT guys it's different I swear. There's just some moments between these two that are frighteningly personal and soft.

"...and Dutch was worried" Meaning Charles probably wasn't following Dutch's orders, but instead offered to look for Arthur himself, just mostly on account of Dutch's concern.

Or (and I like this one a lot better) he set out on account of his own worry, not really telling a lie, but still using Dutch's name to prick Arthur's ears and let him know it's time to come home. He wanted Arthur back himself.

"Soon, I promise" is UGH. I honestly think there's enough physical contact just in how they speak to each other. How Arthur's voice gets softer when he says it, like he's pushing Dutch out of the conversation and cupping his hands around just the two of them. Promising— like a vulnerable admission— in the sole attempt to ease Charles and his concern. The shift in his tone is so natural and secure and warm it hurts.

I know it's not canon and never will be, but you gotta admit there's a (arguably intentionally) blurred space in their relationship and it's affections that is terribly intimate, romantic or not.

i think ghost and soap get jealous but it's different for both of them

soap is more possessive, he gets jealous when someone outside of the 141 is taking up "too much" of ghosts time, or if they're out in public and ghost pulls up his mask to have a drink, he'll cover his face up for him bc "they don't get to see u!! how dare they!!". he's the most likely to just do a bunch of pda, like sitting in ghosts lap whilst ghost talks to the person taking up more of his time, so he's simply claimed his space

ghost on the other hand doesn't feel much when people talk to soap too much, his boyfriends a talkative man and he gets it. he does however get jealous when they start stealing "his tasks" with soap. it's the most random shit soap isn't even aware of to begin with, but like in a morning, if someone else makes soap a coffee he's like >:( bc that's his job!! what the hell!! or like if they spend specific time with eachother, eg every monday ghost is soaps spotter in the gym, if someone else does that he gets SO jealous abt it

Brill knew from the start of their relationship that he wanted to be with Bev forever. But at fourteen, he didn’t fully grasp what that meant. So, on a quiet Friday night, Clark Brillstein sat on his pristine and expensive couch, across from his mother, and asked if he could use her ring to ask Bev to marry him. Not yet of course, but someday. Someday he’d get down on one knee in front of the same girl he’d loved since middle school and ask her to choose forever with him the same way he’d chosen it with her. And someday, with his mother’s ring being offered to her, she’d say yes.
