I already answered about Crocker's reaction, but basically he only vaguely rembers Timmy having Fairy Godparents. Da Rules affected him somehow but not as directly as on Timmy since he's still passionate about hunting fairies down whether Timmy's involved or not. Sooooo he's still salty around the kid. He just targets him less than he used to.

As for the rest, they probably don't even notice (or care) about Timmy forgoring lawl. There's a guy named Harfang Longbottom who marries into the Black family, who happens to be Arthur's uncle and (possibly) Frank Longbottom's cousin, meaning Neville allegedly has Black cousins
