"It was a joke." He adds, should his first insight wasn't clear enough for her. He feels slightly awkward, offput. Not so much being her fault for that, but he feels... embarrassed? Is that what it is? She's embarrassing him, her own son. Is that what that feels like?

He's not a fan honestly.
