I love it when you all include your little head-cannons in your work because then i come out of the fanfic being like “yes i see that too” , “omg they would totally do that” It honestly amazes me the way you all write it makes me so fucking happy. im currently midway thru the ruins near aspio 4-ish hours of gameplay my thoughts on vesperia so far:

- first of all yuri's character is very wudbsjxuskxn to me bc omg he is really this Cool Bishounen Capable Cool archetype played straight and its like.. i cannot for the love of me recall the last time i encountered a character like this, especially as a protagonist. like the closest character i can think of is fucking... Batman. but he isnt a bishounen. and like maybe squall and zidane come close in being a Cool And Capable protags but the thing abt them and every ff protag really (that i know) is that they are Dorks (and no i didnt include cloud as a Cool And Capable protag bc hes just cosplaying as a cool guy, cuz he literally has a mental episode in like the first 2 minutes of gameplay. hes awesome but cloud strife is not a Cool guy) but yuri is not a dork at all (at least so far) and its like. Such a new type of creature to me.. and so im excited on how his character is gonna be explored like whats gonna be his flaw or conflict cuz he seriously has it together so far.. itll probably be smth to do with flynn im guessing

- and speaking of flynn im really liking this buildup of going after flynn like we keep talking about flynn flynn flynn all while we never catch a glimpse of him, its sooo interesting like surely Somethinggg will happen when we meet him.. heehee hee

- also i love how super upfront this game is abt its themes of classism LOL... like w abyss and most other games ive played it takes a while for u to piece together what the game is thematically abt. but this game has it right out of the gate with 'Man The Nobles Are Opressing The Lower Class This Sucks I Hate Nobles They Are Monopolizing Resources The Guilds Offer An Alternative For Specialized Labor And I Hate The Rich And wjsjcnjskdk im honestly loving it

- i already said this but its worth repeating but this game is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL omg its so smooth too and like I Can See. omg. tbf i came from abyss 3ds which is like. god. GOD THAT PORT WAS UGLYJRSJXN but yeah its just incredible to have... smooth framerates... DETAILS I CAN LOOK AT.... i love it 😁 (and ofc this makes me so hopeful and excited for a possible abyss release that looks this good)

I honestly have no idea idea what im doing really but i guess you'll just have to listen to me ramble about something i enjoy. Seems to fit the theme we've accidentally settled on and well! if theres one thing im good at rambling about its bl fanfiction. i read ALOT of fanfiction. like 13million words worth of it in 2023 alone (an estimate but i did the ugly math for jan and feb last year and id already read 2.7 million words so i dont think its too high an estimate).

ive read fics from too many fandoms to count and also have way more hyperfixations then any one person has a right too but the one that has owned my ass consistently for the last 4 years is The Untamed otherwise know as Mo Dao Zu Shi (MDZS).

The lovely Eucalyptus from week 2 was watching the untamed during covid (and holy shit what a wild ride that was) and the next thing I know im neck deep drowning in fan art and tiktok edits of beautiful chinese men that have no business being as talented as they are (Im looking at u Wang Yibo) This. shit. fucked. up. my. life.

then i turned to my good friend AO3 (love of my life i could not exist without you) and 4 years later ive read my tags dry. if its complete, ive read it. im getting desperate and ive started reading works in progress, yikes. its so risky i honestly cannot tell you how much anxiety it gives me. ive been burnt too many times.

why am I starting to think it’s funnier if Billy is average sized and just really insecure about it? - exactly what my thought process was lmao, like because A) he's dramatic about it (boy needs that a little bit dramatic shirt Regina wore in Mean Girls which I'm now picturing him wearing in the final act for his dying swan/falling down the stairs scene and the entire kitchen scene) and B) hates Randy, so this is just another thing for him to be pissed about. (speaking of I have always headcanoned he hates Randy because he's jealous of Stu's friendship with him, not because Randy is into Sid like he lets Randy believe.
