Since a changlings role is to replace the child as to not cause any problems, wouldn’t it be easy for the changling to just go ‘missing’ during adulthood? By missing, I mean disintegrating. Like, the magic needed to make a changling isn’t meant to last anyway. So one day every changling that has ever existed will go into the woods and never be seen again. The magic it was made of going back into the world. It also solves the problem of potential children. Changlings physically can’t get into romantic relationships and if they do they’ll disappear into the woods before the idea of having kids even comes up. Kind of scary though since if the not Timmy was out on a family camping trip and just straight up rounded a corner in front of the Turner parents and BAM. Gone.

You would be correct about that. Changelings are not meant to last longer than 2 years past the child's adulthood.

Perhaps it's due to Timmy's immense Good Luck when he was human, or perhaps due to Timmy's stubbornness, but his changeling has thus survived well beyond its necessary lifespan.

Regardless, his changeling is nobody's concern. Not that it has ever been anybody's concern. A well built Changeling will collect bad luck into its body by nature. If Wishes were to attract Luck, then Unwishes attracts Bad Luck.

It'll sort itself out eventually.

The day that Katsuki married her, most of his friends kept advising him it was not a good idea, she was a walking red flag, and she only loves him for his wealth since being the second-ranked hero he is and holding his own agency, money isn't a problem to him.

Until he got her pregnant. After giving birth to his son, recuperating, and finally moving on her own again, she left him without any notice, not any letter. He just got home and frantically made his way to his wailing child in his crib. Katsuki immediately picked him up and made his way to the kitchen preparing his child a bottle for his formulated milk. As soon as he felt the milk was lukewarm, he tap the nipple of the bottle on his child’s lips and saw how his son starts sucking it.

That made Katsuki leave work for a month until he was able to ask for help. With the help of Mitsuki and Masaru, they took care of their grandchild in daylight, and when Katsuki got off from work, he would pick up his child and take care of him by the night. Even though his mom insisted to take care of her grandchild full-time, Katsuki declined and said that he wanted to take care of his own blood as much as he can.

Years passed and his now 7 years old son adores him very much. He saw how his father beat up the villain and save people. It makes him want to be a hero like him. Every time Katsuki would come and pick him up from his grandparents, he would reenact the moves Katsuki did making Katsuki smirk.

“Alright brat. Stop with that and pick up your stuff. Let's head in.” Katsuki said parking his car in his garage as he opens the door for his son to get off.

“You look so cool! And you went kick! And then bam!” the kid said as he went and pick up his things from the back seat.

“I know I am. Now let's go inside.” Katsuki said locking the car door and going inside their home.

Once they both settled, Katsuki changed from his work clothing to his normal clothing and starts preparing their dinner. “Oi. Don't forget to work on your assignment!” he yelled, receiving awe in response that made him chuckle.

Katsuki watched his son drag down his school bag making his way to the living room where the center table is.

“I heard from your teacher you’re doing well,” Katsuki said as he chopped the ingredients.

“I need to be good so that I can be strong like you!” his son said making Katsuki smirk.

“You think I’m strong?” Katsuki looked at his son who was working on his homework by himself.

“Mhm!!”

Katsuki took his time watching his son count his fingers before saying aha as if finding out the answer. When Katsuki continued his chopping, little did he know his son suddenly went quiet and stopped writing. He stared blankly at his unfinished homework before speaking up.

“Dad,” he called out softly.

“What?” Katsuki replied thinking that he might need his assistance with his homework.

“Why don't I have a mom?”

His question made him halt his chopping. He knows the answer to his question and yet he was hesitating to say it. He's too young to know that his mom suddenly left them when he was still a baby.

“I saw my classmates being picked up my their mom.” His son added.

“I could pick you up after school.” Katsuki glancing at him.

“I hate being left alone at school when Grandma can't pick me up.. Sometimes, Ms. Y/n would take me out with her and eat in a cafe.”

This he didn't know. “What?”

“Sometimes grandma and grandpa can't pick me up because they have a lot of clothes to make so I'm always left alone at school with Ms. Y/n”

Why doesn’t his mom tell him this?

“How long do you usually wait for them to pick you up?” Katsuki was pissed.

“It gets dark outside. Ms. Y/n would take me to her home and would cook for me! She's a great cook, dad!”

Katsuki will make sure he’ll discuss this with his parents.

“Sometimes, Ms. Y/n is like a momma to me! She take care of me. She wipes the dirt off my knees whenever I tripped. She has a small apartment though. But it's very clean!” Katsuki stared at his son as he rambles about his teacher. “And, and, Ms. Y/n has a healing quirk! It's very cool whenever I watch her heal someone, her hands are glowing! Although if it heals, she’ll get a wound out of nowhere..”

Katsuki is now interested. He has this eagerness to meet this teacher his son is talking about. He's been too busy being a hero to the point he relies on his parents to drop his son at school. But after what he heard, this is the first time he’ll drop his son to school.

This was it. This was the moment the entire pack had been waiting for.

Jungkook was back.

The only problem was it wasn't on the terms they'd hoped. They wanted Namjoon to track him down. They wanted the hunters to bring him to them under safe circumstances so they could be sure everyone on their side would be safe.

Instead, it was chaos.

Ryujin was held tightly in front of him, one of his strong arms wrapped around her to keep her there. In his other hand was a gun, the barrel pressed to her temple. Jungkook's wild eyes scanned the small crowd in front of him.

"Don't move," he threatened through clenched teeth, his jaw impossibly tight, "or I'll shoot."

But how could Minho not move? Of course he was going to do anything to save his mate, even if it meant putting his own life in danger.

He lunged forward, betting on his reflexes being faster than Jungkook's. The hunter moved his arm that held the gun to his sister's head and--

Bam!

The room froze, all eyes going from Ryujin to Minho as time seemed to slow. Chan's jaw dropped as he watched his brother fall to his knees in front of Jungkook. He saw the bullet come out from the back of Minho's head--

"No fuckin' way!"

Aeri slowly lifted her gaze from the two large books she propped up around her like a child in school taking an exam and trying to hide their test behind folders and binders. Spread out in front of her were more papers. But instead of her eyes being wide as she read off of the papers she had written and spent hours planning, she was now glaring at the cause of the interruption.

"Minho died?!" Hyunjin gasped, looking at the dungeon master with wide brown eyes.

"Well dumbass over here wanted to just lunge at Jungkook like a psychopath!" she stated, gesturing across the long table to the psychopath in question.

Minho still looked displeased, continuing his earlier outburst, "There's absolutely no shot I die there."

"There was actually a shot," Seungmin stated, "and you did die to it."

Minho continued to glare at Aeri as he grabbed his d20 without looking, while she scanned over her paperwork to make sure she was correct -- even though she knew she was. She had copies of all of their character sheets and had been keeping careful track of all of their stats. Minho definitely hit 0.

She looked up and nodded once, stating, "Roll."

It was her idea to start this D&D campaign. She actually came up with all of the characters and their backgrounds. She also decided to modify it to make it at least a little more realistic.

Originally, the eight boys were supposed to be part of a gang with all of them having different roles. But her boyfriend begged to be a werewolf, and then Seungmin decided he needed to be one, and it snowballed into all eight men banning together to create their werewolf pack.

Chan was their fearless alpha, which gave him an extra strength point just for that. Aeri assigned Minho as a Rogue, taking some inspiration from his slyness in real life. Changbin was a Rogue Barbarian, using a mix of stealth and brute force to take down any foes in his path. The others in the pack were simply 'Scholars', a class Aeri invented for this "realistic" campaign -- though, Hyunjin's character had a mysterious past that nobody knew details about, and they had yet to discover anything else about his possible class or alignment.

Overall, the girlfriends of the group were simple Human Scholars with their different alignments. The only exceptions were Jamie, and the sisters. Jamie's class and alignment were both unknown, though her character was a mostly non-verbal person with a lot of her thoughts, emotions, and past kept a mystery.

The youngest of the Jeon sisters was classified as a Fighter, while Elsie was a Werewolf Hunter -- another class Aeri invented, but said it was a sub-class of Fighter.

And their brother was made one of the villains, and was the current main villain. All because Aeri was upset he wouldn't join their campaign.

Minho's die hit the table. 14.

"One win," he smirked.

"Two more to go," Aeri reminded him.

"Wasn't there a rule last time about not going with Minho's first answer and letting the group decide?" Ankita recalled while the rolls for combat continued.

"Yeah, but it wasn't as fun," Aeri sighed. "I made an executive decision as DM to undo the rule."

"Honestly," Jamie spoke up, holding a steaming mug of tea between both hands, "it's his own fault for getting shot."

"It's Aeri's fault for rolling a 19!" Minho shouted, making Mari jump during her turn to roll, prematurely dropping the die on the table.

"Okay, okay," Chan stepped in to calm the group before they decided to gang up on his girlfriend, "let's remember this isn't the first time someone got shot -- and Elsie lived."

"Barely," she stated. "I literally met God, like, 3 times."

The bad thing about having a DM who only just recently got into D&D and only knew the bare minimum -- if that -- was that Aeri tended to just make things up as she went. She wasn't always sure when to roll Perception or Initiative or when to roll for one's literal life. So sometimes she just...made things up.

The good thing about having a DM like Aeri, though, was that things were always interesting. Sometimes she would throw things in as she went, even if they weren't pre-planned. Having her ex-boyfriend, Taehyung be the original bad guy along with her mutual friends with him was something she had planned all along, but she decided to really focus on Jungkook out of nowhere when he refused to join the campaign when she offered that one time he came over for the Halloween party. She had always planned for Elsie to be a Fighter, but decided last minute to add on Werewolf Hunter when her and Seungmin went on The World's Shortest Break just to tease them. She made the decision while they were actively rolling for their Abilities to lower Minho, Hyunjin, and Jisung's Intelligence and Wisdom scores despite what they had rolled because she just couldn't have them being smart in any universe.

The die hit the table again. 1.

Aeri smirked at Minho, "Two losses. Good luck, champ."

"Two?!" Minho exclaimed angrily. "But I--"

"If you roll less than 10, it's one loss. If you roll a 1, it counts for two," Seungmin explained before rolling his eyes. "Don't you pay attention to the rules?"

"Not when Chan's girlfriend makes up half of them!" he shouted, gesturing toward the DM at the head of the table.

All she did was stare back at Minho, glance around the table, and shrug.

"Some of us died several times and aren't complaining," Elsie reminded him.

"Babe, can you just roll?" Ryu whined softly. "This is supposed to be fun."

"It's fun when I'm not about to die!" he exclaimed again before tossing the die across the table, landing on Hyunjin's character sheets.

The younger boy looked down in front of him before looking up at Minho to tell him, "19."

Minho tossed his head back and loudly groaned before shouting, "Motherfucker!"

The rest of the table, however, was having a fantastic time watching Minho struggle. He was so close to an instant win, and they couldn't help but laugh at his failure.

"If you die, you can always have Yoongi bring you back to life," Minseo shrugged. "I don't see the problem."

"That was only because Yoongi showed up for one game night and he wanted to do something cool," Aeri stated. "If he's not here, he can't help you."

"That's a stupid rule and you know it," Minho huffed, rolling his eyes until they glared at Aeri.

"Not stupid. Intentionally mean," Hyunjin corrected.

Aeri just grinned, "If it wasn't so funny seeing Minho get this mad at a game, maybe the rules would be different."

"Monopoly may end friendships but DnD completely burns all bridges of friendship," Ankita said quietly as she stared down at the table, too afraid to look up in case she caught Minho's intense stare.

Minho blew on the die, mumbling, "C'mon, c'mon..."

Finally, with a deep breath that was slowly let out, Minho tossed the die onto the table. Everyone leaned over to see what the outcome was, some standing up from their seats to see. And...

Ryu cried out Minho's name, one hand reaching out for him as she squirmed to get away, but Jungkook just tightened his grip. Some of the pack stayed frozen, trying to process what had happened as Minho blood pooled on the floor around where he lay seemingly lifeless. Others fell to their knees, sobs wracking their bodies.

Chan was one of the few that hadn't yet processed what exactly had happened as he stared at Minho's body. But as he stared, he realized...he was still breathing. Was it possible that maybe, somehow, Jungkook hadn't used a silver bullet? Maybe he didn't have access to that after running away? Maybe there was a chance for Minho to live.

But they would have to act quickly.

"I try to distract Jungkook to get his attention off of Minho and avoid a finishing blow, and so Changbin can sneak around and attack," Chan stated for his turn.

Aeri nodded for him to roll the dice.

Slowly, the alpha put up his hands in surrender. Jungkook's gaze and gun immediately pointed to him, but Chan didn't even flinch.

"It doesn't have to end like this," he said slowly and calmly as he tentatively took a small step forward, testing the waters. Jungkok was shaking and had clearly lost all rational thought, but this was still a risk Chan was willing to take for his brother. "You don't want to hurt Ryujin -- I know you don't. You care about her. You just want your family back and for things to go back to normal. Trust me, I understand that. But...this isn't how you should go about it."

Changbin tried to pull himself together, sniffling as he wiped stray tears from his cheeks. His reddened eyes stay trained on Jungkook as he slowly and cautiously took a step to the side. He just wanted to get out of the rogue hunter's line of sight. But currently, Jungkook seemed to have tunnel-visioned onto Chan.

"You still have a chance to stop yourself from hurting her and making it worse," Chan assured Jungkook. His eyes were sincere, even if they were still blood red. "If you walk away now and let Minho go--"

"This isn't realistic literally at all," Elsie was the one to interrupt this time with a huff and a roll of her eyes.

Aeri froze, eyes wide in annoyance and staring at her sheet. She slowly moved her gaze to the older girl toward the other end of the table, "What now?"

"You really think Kookie wouldn't notice that absolute unit side-stepping away?" she snorted.

Jisung sighed, "Fine, I'll roll for distract--"

"No," Seungmin stated. "Every time you roll for speed when you're driving in serious situations, you end up going, like, 5 under."

"Fine, then you do it," Jisung told him in a sassy, high-pitched voice.

"For Minho? No."

"Your character would, though," Hyunjin reminded him.

Seungmin let out the loudest and most drawn-out groan before picking up his die and rolling it in his hand. He threw it on the table and immediately was beaming.

"15!"

However, his smile fell when he saw the way Aeri was looking at him, "What?"

Seungmin took a step forward to start running and immediately shifted, roaring at Jungkook as he lunged toward him. Jungkook's arm moved at lightening speed, and all Chan could do was cry out, "No!"

Jungkook shot Seungmin in the chest, but the distraction was still enough for Changbin to sneak up on the hunter and wrap one arm around his neck before forcing the gun out of his grasp with his other hand. Chan rushed to Ryu's aid to get her away from her brother before handing her off to Felix, who escorted the girl out of the room while she was kicking and screaming for Minho.

"How do I get shot?!" Seungmin demanded.

"Shut it, you're still alive. It wasn't a vital shot. Get a higher number next time," she said dismissively before going back to the story.

Jisung and Jeongin rushed to help Changbin subdue Jungkook, while Hyunjin went to the alpha's side as he examined the hurt wolves. Chan had rolled Minho onto his back and saw his chest was still rising and falling, even if it was shallow. He knew a bullet that wasn't made out of silver wouldn't kill him, but it could still wound him pretty badly. For all he knew, he could have permanent brain damage. And Seungmin could face something similar.

"We need to get them out of here," Chan breathed, trying to stay calm. "We need to get them to Josh and Aya."

"How are they still alive?" Hyunjin questioned. "It shouldn't be possible, right?"

Chan had his suspicion the bullet wasn't silver, but he had to make sure. His eyes scanned the floor until he found the bullet from Minho. Without even thinking about it, he reached for it, hissing in pain as it immediately sizzled against his skin.

His eyes widened.

"Roll to kill Jungkook!" Changbin shouted out of turn.

Aeri immediately turned to him, "Can you wait your turn? It's technically Jeongin's anyway."

"Roll to kill Jungkook!" Jeongin cheered with a wide grin.

"Don't you have the lowest stats?" Jisung asked.

"No, I'm way smarter than you are."

"Are you sure?" Aeri asked, her tone serious as she looked across the table at the youngest. "If you don't roll high enough, it could end badly for you."

"What, another fake shot?" Minho scoffed, rolling his eyes.

"No."

All eyes went to Aeri. This was very crucial information to the campaign. She was warning them that this time, there would be a very real death for Jeongin's character. There would be no going back.

"I don't want to spoil anything, but...I know this run means a lot to you guys so far. So...just a warning," she told him with a shrug. "Are you sure?"

The group looked around between each other. The girls didn't really have much to do with the current predicament, so it was something the boys had to work out. But ultimately, they decided it was Jeongin's decision. Did he think he would be lucky enough to roll a number high enough to actually get rid of the biggest villain thus far in the campaign?

Jeongin stared at his d20. Did he think he could do it? Did he even want to risk it? But if he pulled it off, it would be so cool. And it would be such a big accomplishment within the campaign. They could move onto something new or even expand Ryu and Elsie's lore with this. Overall, the opportunities for Jeongin pulling this off would be great for the group.

But if he failed...

Jeongin lifted his hand, pausing like he was second-guessing if he should pick up the die. But then his hand moved forward again.

"You're killing me off?"

The majority of the group at the table jumped. Hyunjin even let out a gasp and almost fell into Mari's lap as he put a hand to his chest.

"What are you doing here?" Ryu whined, looking at her twin brother that had just walked into Jeongin's parents' dining room.

"Didn't you tell me to pick you guys up at 9?" Jungkook asked, checking his phone again to make sure he had the time right.

Jisung's eyes widened, "It's already 9?!"

"It's passed my bedtime..." Ankita mumbled.

"Oh, shit," Chan chuckled as he also checked the time on his phone. "Didn't realize it was already ending time."

"But it was just getting good!" Minseo whined.

"And I'm on death's door with chucklehead over there," Minho scowled, pointing his thumb over his shoulder to Seungmin. "We can't just leave it like this!"

"If you guys are killing me, shouldn't I fight for myself?" Jungkook asked.

Aeri scoffed, "No! You didn't want to join the campaign to begin with!"

"Yeah, but now my life is on the line," he countered. "Can't I join in at least for the boss battle?"

"We don't even know if Jeongin is gonna go for it," Jamie said.

"And we apparently won't know until next week," Aeri sighed as she slapped one of her books closed.

"Well," Jungkook began as everyone started collecting their belongings and standing up from their chairs to leave, "maybe I'll hang around next week to see what happens."

Aeri eyed the boy up and down, eyes narrowed. She had wanted him to join... Maybe letting him play his own boss battle -- if it happened -- would be interesting. Even if Jeongin didn't go through with it, just watching the group play might convince Jungkook to join.

She grabbed Jungkook's character sheets, and the notes from the campaign so far from her folder and slapped them into his chest, "Study up, buddy."

"Alright, dingdong," Elsie walked up behind her younger brother and reached up to mess up his hair, "let's roll."

Jungkook shot her a dirty look, "Can you not?"

"Bye, guys!" Ryujin called as she put a hand on her brother's back to guide him out behind Elsie.

"Can't believe we're leaving it on a cliffhanger..." Changbin mumbled, clearly unsatisfied with the current ending.

Aeri just shrugged with a sweet smile, "Isn't that what this campaign does best?"

Dating Vampire!Bam HC’s! + Fic

An: I had this idea a while ago and I’m sort of seeing if anyone would want to see more content for Vampire!Bam. I am also using this to test interest in a more extensive Au for the guys, so let me know if you would be into that!! If you were wondering why this is coming out outside of my usual upload schedule, today is actually my birthday, so consider this a very self indulgent present to myself ;)

Normally, dating a vampire would be a dream come true to you. You could even get past the Not going out during the day and the whole drinking blood thing because, in your eyes, the positives outweighed the negatives

But unfortunately, while your boyfriend was a vampire, he was also Bam Margera.

The sleeping arrangements were probably your biggest complaint

Even though vampires are classically night owls, Bam would still cuddle up to you at night while you fell asleep because A: he had a job to be up for the next day and B: he was a good boyfriend

But the next morning there about an eighty percent chance you find him hanging upside down up in the rafters.

“Bam! Not again!”, You groaned. It was always such a pain to try to get him down

Speaking of jobs, his Jackass career wasn’t all that disrupted by the fact he wasn’t, you know, human. I mean, he was already pretty damn pale and he stayed up late most nights partying anyways

Whenever you were on set with him and they needed to film any water stunts outside, he’d always be sitting off to the side in his sunglasses and trunks, lathering up in SPF 500

“Hey, Y/N. Think y’could get my back for me?” Since you were more than eager for an excuse to feel up his muscles, you jumped at the opportunity

And of course Bam would thank you with a hug, finding it hilarious how angry you got when he messed up your clothes

But if there was one thing that entertained you to no end was how passionately your boyfriend hated vampire drama shows,

Especially Buffy.

Still, you would spend your weekends on the couch hate-watching it with him, laughing at every groan or eye roll from him

“I’m just sayin’- if I was there,” Bam picked a popcorn kernel out of his fangs, “I would rather starve than drink from an otter. I’d sooner suck on Steve’s neck than that thing!” Snickering, you gave him an ‘oh sure’ nod, turning back to watch the tv

Another perk of dating a vampire was the scary dog privileges you got whenever you went out to bars together

Bam was always pretty possessive of you, but he could be downright territorial

So while your boyfriend wasn’t one to go around flaunting it, he had no problem pulling you close by your waist and flashing that impressive set of fangs at whatever creep was annoying you at the bar

But those fangs- god, he could not keep them off of you!

No matter if Bam was hungry or wanted your attention or was just plain bored, he always had some excuse to get his mouth on you,

All day, Bam had been getting on your nerves so you decided it was time to put your foot down. “Nope.” Crossing your arms, you turned away from your boyfriend, “I’m not letting you today.” He was confused at your reaction- okay, maybe he didn’t ask you first, but wasn’t the ten minutes he spent kissing and licking your neck enough? Nuzzling his face into the crook of your neck which was already full of hickeys, he murmured “C’monn…”

Bam’s lips made a popping sound as they left your neck after you pulled him off by his hair, “I’m serious!” Groaning like a child who didn’t get what they wanted, he sat back, “Fine…S’not like I need it to survive or anything…” His resistance lasted for about five minutes until you heard his stomach growl.

Begrudgingly at first, Bam mumbled, “M’sorry.” After another five minutes went by, he saw you didn’t relent as quickly as he though you would and Bam was all too eager to grovel, pushing aside his pride. “Okay, I was being a dick earlier! I’m sorry! Just- please?” His neediness pleased you and, unable to resist from cracking a smile, you waved him over with one hand. Your all too excited boyfriend just pounced on you! Clinging to your side, Bam cuddled up to you as he eagerly sucked from your neck in total bliss, moaning softly. You didn’t mind that much when he bit you, but you were kinda curious as to how he would react to being told no (for once in his life). After he had his fill, the only sounds in the room were his occasional hiccups as he lay next to you, content. Reaching over to him, you ran your fingers through his dark curls, thinking about how pretty he was when his mouth wasn’t ruining everything.

just another Haein ramble post don mind me.

Look man I love Haein as much as the next person but I feel like, even with the new content of her coming out (from SL Rag to Arise to the anime) she's still lacking in something of her character. And, as I began to look more into her I kinda saw that the main culprit of her characterization is that: She is perfect.

Too perfect, I mean she holds no flaws or anything that can set her aside from the rest (and no being an s rank and female doesn't automatically make her different), and even if she does she doesnt hold them to the extent that other characters might have them, or she just has the same thoughts as anyone else. Her personality as well never clashes with the other hunters or is too different, especially from Jinwoo-- and okay yeah that's expected bc trophy wife trope and all that–  and in a sense I think this might derive from the fact that everyone wants her to still be stuck into this mold of “perfect wife + perfect mother” that doesn't have the same level of flaws as the rest. 

She wants a comfortable life, like Jinwoo, she trains constantly, like Chiyeol, she is not burdened by trauma unlike Juhee who leaves the story or Jinah who actively tries to stop his brother at one point from entering dungeons (and stopping the MC? Clashing due to real life precautions and worries? And expanding on that? No sir we don't do that). She is strong but not too strong to be a threat (in their first meeting maybe but then Jinwoo just levels up in the castle and then bam stronger than her again) just like… yeah everyone else lol. She fights Jinwoo at one point but it's not due to some difference in thinking or to stop him from something, rather Haein just wants to spend time with him. And yeah despite wanting a comfortable life, or so told so far, she is still placed in the spotlight during her idol years, and has to deal with the most supernatural shit going on in her life constantly. She might be strong but she is still a damsel in distress, and her olympic background… I mean it's there.

I like the implication that she might have been stressed about appearing perfect during her idol life, especially pressured to do great by the adults around her just as she was pressured to be a maintainer of peace when she was an S rank (friend’s death and all), but that… doesn't get anywhere, and I admit Haein hinted to being stressed was only in the date scene with Jinwoo, the rest was expanded by Arise and Rag, still, still its not treated as anything else except ‘oh she is so camery shy’ and ‘oh she just wants a normal life being a normal wife’ (mind you Jinwoo is there as well but he even he doesn't see a problem with that except for when the cameras are pointed at him to which he just makes all the photos look black) and not, idk, dwell on the amount of pressure she would have been faced in since she was a child, the failure of not meeting those expectations in her past life and wishing to meet them when she was given the chance to become an s rank hunter, or how all of that constant training might have affected her life and social ties with other children who werent as talented as her. Or maybe how Haein has had to constantly keep people at a distance due to her nose problems, plus her almost never appearing in the news (so it was said during her hunter years, bc she had signed a contract with Jongin for this to not happen i think) leading everyone to not get to know her as well as the rest of the other hunters who were practically seen as celebrities.

No? None of that? Not even tackling the fact that olympic athletes tend to suffer from burnout, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, or how traumatic the double dungeon must have been since it was the first time Haein, an S rank, had ever come so close to dying (as far as we know in the og sl), and it cant be backed away with saying ‘oh that would be too complex for the story!’ when we’ve seen Haein trying to challenge her fears against Beru during the Ahjin guild arc. 

It's also not needed for her to be so overly complex either, I was listing examples out of the many routes in which her story could be fleshed out more. She can have a small healing moment to herself or slowly unwrap the tolls of pressure she’s been under, and that would be enough, because tbh, she does deserve some time to breathe, as a character, as herself. For the most part she’s never alone, in every scene we see other she either is with someone (mostly a guy) or thinking about someone (90% Jinwoo), so seeing her outside of anyone’s interaction, seeing her go on about her daily life or her daily struggles, or seeing how Haein fixes her own situations without the reliance on others, that I think, would be more needed than ‘just more Haein scenes’ 

Arise has one scene which I like, her talking with Chiyeol after his double dungeon incident. Both characters definitely needed something like that in my part, 1) because it highlights Chiyeols maturity over the certain years he has been as a hunter, and 2) because it emphasizes Haein’s relationship with her teacher and how she’s not only learning to be skilled but also the pain that comes with losing your comrades afterwards.

And in Rag, though I find it way too absurd to the point that its funny that Haein has managed to protect an entire village, on her own, for the past 5 years, with daggers, in her 40s, no experience whatsoever in a fight unless it was also transferred alongside her memories, and also had no qualms in protecting the race of beasts that had once pose such a level of danger Jinwoo himself rewinded time itself— I do like her interactions with Sirka,  and it posses such an interesting dynamic to see considering she is one of the few humans who has managed to maintain a connection and lived alongside intelligent magic beasts like he elves (Suho being the other which is… interesting actually when you think about it considering Jinwoo is somewhat yes and not on the list). 

Again, she is so interesting in her own right, but the thing is that we never see her act alone or be solely in the spotlight, and don't get me wrong, this also goes from the other characters too. But with her I feel like too much of what she could be or experienced is brushed off too quickly or not given enough time to expand. 

So anyways, I will like to see where she might go off from here foward, especially in rag, and the anime.

Lesbian Courtney anon, oh I am sorry about Blaineley x Courtney ship. I didn't mean to say they get to together but more of sisterhood on set of movie plot then they get their own romances like Blanineley with her own oc or another character of her age. And Courtney maybe realizing romance is wonderful, you know what is better? Being herself and having friends/mentors that actually care about her,

I just get upset sometimes that we- some- or even me sometimes make Courtney suffer a lot for the plot or so called the one! For the name of romance but the truth is we forget her agency, her Courtney self from TDI to ALL-Stars, and I think is troubling for a little girl growing up watching that since I watched as a child.

Courtney deserves better with along the other characters.

I love Courtney but I really wished she in canon or lesbian fandom Courtney been treated more better not so seen like villain without arc of growth or just disrespect so often for angst instead we shove Duncan, Gwen, Heather, Scott, and whoever to 'save her' or 'fix her and show who to care/love in general'. I like to think we or Courtney is old enough to just realize I don't need to be pity and saved. I need to grow, heal on my own as well as get comforted by someone who cares and loves me doesn't need to marry me somehow end of the day.

Courtney has a lot of range as a character but hitting Duncan and yelling like him is a no go because it not safe type of love or system to treat people, yet the writers did it as be joke. The joke which is a problem more in society standards of trauma bonding relationships or two teenagers clearly love each other but need more mental health and their parents to put more nurture into them. It shouldn't be funny but sadly this kids' cartoon were farts, throwing up, hitting, and other things are supposed to be silly haha hehe no brain thoughts but come on? Really making Courtney the villain and it states in the Duncan wiki that he is on the creators' favorites like Duncan get arc of grow and oh it's okay he can be loved but nor the crazy ex trope. I think and believe both Duncan and Courtney didn't deserve that as a couple as well as their own characters.

Heck Duncan even loved Courtney being like that with him until they chose to rewrite their characters once more just for the Duncan and Gwen situation to happen which didn't need to happen in my opinion. Because it could be better for plot if Alejandro and Tyler be rivals somehow like Tyler struggling warn the others aa well as help Heather with Alejandro trying use the girls in the plane. Then Alejandro someone blaming all on Tyler as Heather lost her other ally and somewhat male healthy friendship a long the way.

Then Courtney vs. Heather vs. Alejandro for the 3rd season, get my vision? Heather sure wants Alejandro but puts it side with Courtney who was used by Alejandro then they work together to defend him against winning!

Bam it's Heather vs. Courtney but Courtney feels hollow not really in the game in it anymore her relationship with Duncan is more stable or they couldn't save it depends on the fan I guess, her growing friendship with Gwen is rocky since she left and took Gwen out the game, and now she might win! She has that AH moment maybe money not that worth it if the game made her power hungry.

Anyway, that's my code of choice saying Courtney I love you and sorry for being a shitty write on your character at times, and all girls of total drama deserve why better that being connected to a man/boy to make them better.

Jules Viole Khun

Age: 17

Position: mainly light bearer but he can also use the ice spear.

Jules is smarter than the average kid, he likes to think he is a genius that surpasses his father. When he got older, he began to skip classes since these were too boring for him. He likes having a good challenge, something that can stimulate his brain. Being the oldest of the siblings is always a huge responsibility for Jules. If something were to happen to his father, he would be the next head of family. Which is a thing he didn't like to think about. Knowing how strong his parents are, it's not something that is bound to happen soon.

Jules' relationship with Khun is complex. Due to their prideful nature, arguments are bound to happen. Part of him admires his father's brilliant mind while another part of him hates how different and strict he is around him, compared to his sister. There are times where he feels unloved even if it's not the case. On some rare occasions, Khun does take Jules on some father and son fishing trips. It's not much, but Jules enjoys those moments of peace and quiet.

As for Bam, his other dad, he always lends a listening ear to whatever concerns or problems Jules might have. He tries to spend as much time as he can with him. Jules can always count on his dad's wise words and comfort when times are hard. Jules tends to hide his feelings behind some snarky remarks and his overconfident demeanor. Rare are the people that can truly see Jules' kind side. He thinks that showing too much of his emotional side makes him weak. He is not much of a hugger even if deep down he would love some physical affection. The only time he lets loose is around his little sister.

He tries his hardest to be a good older brother and will even prioritize her safety over his. He never blamed her for the changes in his life. Jules is convincing with his words, making sure she doesn't worry too much about him. That doesn't mean he neglected his physical training. Jules is proficient at using knives, his throws are almost impeccable. Sometimes, he will infuse his blades with ice shinsu. He can also create an ice spear but barely uses it because he isn't totally confident in his skills. He doesn't like how cold and heavy it is to hold. He prefers playing around his lighthouse, he could spend nights thinking of new clevers ways to make use of it. He even pestered Hachuling to teach him some of his hacking skills.

Age: 16

Position: Wave controller (can uses lightning shinsu)

Charlène is seen as elegant and polite. Some may think she is intimidating but on the contrary she is kind with a heart of gold and an affectionate side. Jules might even say she is too kind for her own good. She worries for the people around her and she looks out for her family's well being. She tries to put out her brightest smile whenever she can. She seems to be the perfect child, but behind her smiles hides all her insecurities and fears. She admires both her fathers and her brother deeply and tries her best to be at their level. Sometimes, she feels like she is behind them. She doesn't have a lot of confidence when it comes to her abilities even if she has great potential.

In all honesty, she never liked fighting or conflicts and tries to keep peace around her. There is always this fear of hurting the ones she holds dear to her heart and being alone. Nonetheless, she still learnt martial arts along with her uncle Ji sung and how to use shinsu so she can defend herself in dire situations. Charlène has a natural talent when it comes to shinsu, similar to Bam. She is also proficient with lightning which is why Khun "asked" Maschenny to teach her some things or two. One time, Charlène accidently zapped Jules with her lightning. She apologized so many times, he couldn't stay mad at her.

Khun has a much more soft side when it comes to Charlène. She is the youngest and her gentle personality reminds him so much of Bam in his younger days. Rumors are that Khun sometimes lets her win against him at chess. Bam can understand Charlène struggles and will be there when she needs his support. He is always here to remind her that being different from Khun and Jules isn't a bad thing and that nothing could replace her kindness. He does teach her some useful things based on his own experiences. She is always eager to spend time with Bam

Charlène is very supportive of her older brother. She will be the first one to cheer on him whenever he accomplishes something or when he feels down. She admires his skills and guts, she secretly wishes she could be more like him. Charlène could spend hours sitting on the grass while watching the night sky along with her family. Whenever there was a shooting star, she closed her eyes and wished for her family's happiness.

I absolutely love the Class of Villainy AU by @artzychic27 and @imsparky2002! It inspired me to come up with an AU where they’re the heroes instead of villains! These are what I have so far. Marinette: Mulan. Clumsy and a bit scatterbrained, Marinette took the place of her childhood friend, Socqueline, at the school so she could follow her dream. She aims to be a good warrior, but her inability to stay balanced may impede that.

Adrien: Rapunzel. Sealed away in a tower by his overprotective father for most of his life, he’s relishing his newfound freedom by trying to learn as much as he can and make as many friends as possible. His shining golden hair has healing powers.

Alya: Tiana. Driven and motivated, she is determined to open up her own, world famous restaurant, often neglecting to take care of herself in the process. She works several jobs to save up money and to help support her large family!

Nino: Fairy Godbrother. (Thanks to @artzychic27!) The ultimate bro, whatever you need, he’s got you! New duds? Sneaking out? Bam, you got it! His magic has a pesky time limit though…

Max: Hiro Hamada. (Thanks to @imsparky2002!) a brilliant young inventor who excels in anything related to robotics. He is typically accompanied by his most proud creation, Markov, an AI robot designed to tend to the sick and wounded. (Markov as Baymax!!!)

Alix: Aladdin. A cunning and quick-footed street urchin who loves to mess with authority figures. She also has mild kleptomania, obviously. She usually gives things back…

Kim: Hercules. A demigod with incredible strength, desires nothing more than to help people and be a hero. Sometimes gets overconfident and into trouble, needing help from his friends.

Ondine: Ariel. A young mermaid princess who made a deal with the sea witch Amelie to become a human in order to go to school. Bright-eyed and curious about the surface world, sometimes gets into trouble. Bonds with Marinette over being insanely clumsy. (She’s getting used to her legs…)

•Ondine and Kim are still dating in this universe. He was immediately smitten with the sweet, beautiful mer-girl when he caught her falling from a staircase on the first day of school.

Marc: Elsa. Terrified of hurting people with his ice powers, Marc is shy and withdrawn, constantly wearing his gloves and retreating to solitary places when he feels his control slipping. Nathaniel is the only person who can calm him down.

Nathaniel: Aurora. (Thanks to @artzychic27!) A shy and passionately creative boy who was cursed as an infant to be put to sleep for a hundred years unless he receives a kiss from his true love before he turns 16! Thankfully, a certain ice prince may be able to help him with that!

Sabrina: Pinocchio. A wooden puppet brought to life, she wants desperately to be a real child like her classmates. She’s upstanding and follows rules, like her father taught her, as well as very sweet, but you could say she has a bit of a problem with brutal honesty…

Mylene: Snow White. A quiet and shy girl, with a love for animals and nature. She spent most of her time in the forest, before she was driven from her kingdom by her cruel stepmother after her father’s death, the woman being jealous of how the people adored the princess.

Ivan: Quasimodo. Told that people would always be scared of him for his hulking and intimidating appearance, he spent most of his life hiding away. He’s still incredibly shy and gets along well with the school’s gargoyles.

• Ivan is surprised when the quiet and gentle Mylene isn’t scared of him, and the two quickly develop a sweet relationship.

Juleka: Beast. She and her household were cursed by a dark sorcerer for rejecting him, and it caused her to become cold and withdrawn. Until she meets Rose….

•Luka is still her brother. He was turned into a grand piano.

Rose: Belle. Kind and loving with a fondness of reading fairytales, Rose sees the beauty in everything and everyone. She makes it her mission to befriend Juleka, and the two eventually fall in love.

Zoe: Cinderella. Treated as a servant by her cruel stepfamily, Zoe is allowed to come to the school to continue attending Chloé’s whims. Her friends are helping her learn to stand up for herself.

Kagami: Merida. A fiery princess who fights hard against the restraints put on her by her controlling mother. She’s fond of fencing and archery.

My thoughts on a South Park/PJO crossover au I will never write.

Okay so our main 4 boys are all demigods! Whooooaaahhhh! but if this is so, who are they’re godly parents? Well let me tell you.

Kyle - Athena

Now you may be saying, “boooo! basic! of couse you put the smart character in the smart cabin booo!” And you’d be right I did. But for more than just smart kid = smart cabin. Athena is the goddess of wisdom yes, and battle strategy. Athena kids are known not just for being smart, but also for being incredible strategists and problem solvers. They also tend to be rather stubborn. Kyle would fit right in! He’s overall a smart, rational kid, and there are multiple instances of him coming up with great, functional plans (Free Willzyx and La Petit Tourette for example).

Cartman - Nemesis

If you’ve read the books, you probably know who Nemesis is. If not, Nemesis is the goddess of revenge. Now here’s my fun reasoning. So they all get to camp and everyone, Cartman included, thinks he’ll be the son of Ares because he’s mean and Ares and Athena have beef but then BAM no its Nemesis! And Cartman would be all mad because there’s NO WAY his godly parent is a MINOR goddess! But like, it fits. Now if you’ve seen South Park then you know Cartman only has a mom. Then how does he have a goddess parent? Because it was proven his mom is actually his dad. THEREFORE ITS LITERALLY PERFECT AND IM A GENIUS.

Kenny - Thanatos

Hear me out! I know Thanatos doesn’t have any canon kids or even a cabin at camp. But disregarding the Cthulhu thing for greek demigods, it could explain his superowers/curse! “Well why not Hades?” you say. Because Hades is the god of the dead, NOT the god of death and therefore cannot bring people back from the dead. However there’s never been a child of Thanatos and thus there’s no precedent for the kind of abilities his children may have. Making him the perfect candidate to have a child like Kenny.

Stan - ???

Stan I’m unsure of, to be honest. I could go the easy way out and say Dionysus the god of wine and theater. But he’s so obviously Randy’s son I feel like his godly parent would be his mother. I could say Demeter, which is where he gets his love for animals and animal rights and saving the Earth. (See Fun with Veal and Whale Whores) Or I could say Tyche goddess of luck for the irony of his bad luck in newer episodes. Or I could say Nike goddess of victory and lean more into his sporty football side. I don’t know.

What would happen if the JL noticed Deathstroke checking in on Dick while he was in the military? And traced him to Dick’s company? It could be really fun if they sent the new team to investigate.

Okay but the meeting. Cause like. They fully don't expect the team to be there. Nor do they know about half of them being alive. And they take down the meeting, round everyone up, start arresting them, Artemis, Conner and kaldur are probably on a separate corner till the league can deal with them and then they turn around and suddenly bam. Dick and M'Gaan are there.

OOOOH m'gaan is still not quite fully indoctrinated like Dick is. Dick trying to act normal and like any other prisoner, as Slade expects. And M'Gaan just. Comes up behind him and just takes his mask off.

God the idea of them being like 'why is Slade constantly visiting this one military company? Like over and over again?' and being like. 'lets send a covert team. Of actual adults tho, not child soldier teams. So it's like black canary and a few others rocking up and snooping around like 'hi we think there may be supervillain activity around here, we're here to protect you' and Dick just like 'fuck'.

Finding the base while Dick's patrol is out and he comes back tired after dealing with normal soldiers and their stupid brains and now he has another problem to deal with.

I'm fully imagining a "oh my god, Dick?" *Play dumb* "What's a dick?" *Not that dumb!* Situation. That's probably a bit more goofy than would be accurate to the situation, but it'd be hilarious.

Ch 17 was oh my god *chef kiss* i would kiss this chapter if it was a book!

The first Paragraph was a great info and i love; of course when leo wants to be alone he would go places he knows his family can't find him and the older he gets he not only can hide better BUT HE KNOWS OTHER PEOPLE'S HIDING SPOTS!! Like imagine; an young adult with some problems was in an area but vanished - let's say park - leo can think of where this young adult can hide!!✨✨

But all of this hard thinking wasn't needed as leo was behind a couch - big bruh - and he joined the train but very late on " i want to spend my time with big blue as my father figure " is both awe and funny.

A soap opera marathon is something i think good because i don't know much about soap opera but it's hella long and above that Spanish?! Yeah that would be difficult for me buddy.

April pointing out that big blue is like Jupiter jim is so beautiful - despite the fact that i HATE HIM - but still adorable, and he offered to take blue to see his older brothers and sister!! That's a great treat, now i wonder if other siblings can see the older ver of them or not somehow, someway...

And the adusity of playing volleyball while big blue is SLEEPING!! Ahahaha it's like some loading screen or when you wait in elevator to reach your floor, and mikey just turned leo's core into sims 4 XDDD

Leo being an unpredictable person in his family and able to predict what said family are doing down to a T really gets my brain going. It’s such an interesting concept that is so bittersweet in context.

You can’t leave little blue out of the peepaw itinerary lolll he’s the first of the brothers to witness the peepaw in action

The soap opera marathon will definitely be a doozy for me to write… if I planned to write it out but I won’t. Mainly to save time so that we dont get lost in the story and dive into the marathon with them (/j) but because it’ll be a pain in the ass to write. April mentioning Little Blue’s childlike wonder to how he viewed Jupiter Jim made my heart warm :) and of course she doesn’t mean the way Jupiter Jim had treated them irl but to the excitement of their eyes locked on the screen watching all Jupiter Jim movies

The future turtles playing volleyball makes me laugh a little too much because they have to do something while Leonardo is sleeping.

Of course as an advisor, the fae would be busy. And while they could have decided to come closer to their appointed time, Eriskyne preferred to be early. Less chance of overlap between them and their father, the better. Of course that left the older scribe but he tended to be overlooked when he wasn't actively attempting grace.

"Young lord, have you considered...marriage?" the man brought up, breaking the quiet of paging through one of the many books present within the library the Ìomharach maintained. They leaned against one of the table-like desks.

"That is a question for Lord Allanach, not myself," Eriskyne said, crossing their arms. The book laid to the side, "and do not call me that, you will confuse any passerby."

"You can be convincing when you want to be," the scribe reasoned, "and besides, you are the one that has to live with the arrangement."

"As we have witnessed with the farce of an engagement, he does not quite care as to the quality of life when it comes to those. Unfortunate for you, he likely will not settle for less than a Moireasdan at this point."

The man sighed, "He and every other gentry but he needs only one to achieve that and unlike Ruaidhri, you have your prospects open."

The mention of the other soured their expression, completely missing what they had over him, "Your aim is lofty but I doubt he would accept a common blood in the house."

"Oh no, I dare not think I could attain anything such as the Allanach family," he gave a wipe of his glasses. And Eriskyne could sense where this was going, "but the Oir--"

BAM!

A book slammed against the ground at the same time as the family name would have slipped out. It and its echo drowned it out. Eriskyne warned, "Refrain from speaking so casually in regards to our friend."

Honestly, they could understand the unease their father felt about the scribe. His ability to traipse unnoticed was impressive, certainly. But it was the keeping of his mouth shut and keeping other mouths from speaking was where problems developed. And they'd be damned it was loose lips that cost them that persona.

"...that is also a matter beyond myself and again to be deferred. But, and I mean this with the utmost care, Scribe Ìomharach, but your daughter is an eccentric even by the standards of the Court. Further accentuated by her usual grace that is found wanting even for a fae. You would have better success with her adopting a new pupil and setting them up for someone in the gentry. But now I must ask, why are you so desperate to have her marry?"

"Your words are harsh...but not untrue," the scribe ceded, "but the answer should be obvious. I want for my family, my position to rise. As anyone else would be looking to do. I dare not ask for the Allanach name for that's far too greedy and far too much at once. It is how one garners a reputation. It is also how one loses their low profile. So one milestone at a time. If I was the one to establish this position, then I have Ceilidh to raise us to nobility. Who knows, maybe with a grandchild or great-grandchild there will be a thought to court the Moireasdan but that will be long after my role."

Even a fool can make a point. Playing a long con, was it? Eriskyne called it such but with the lifespan as long as a fae's, it was possible this was merely the norm. They couldn't imagine such a span. They could however imagine schemes with even their own as a pawn. Thinking aloud, voicing their own curiosity, "Does it make it easier because of her heritage?"

Eriskyne wondered that for as well as themselves. The fact they were here seemed to tell of something with their father. Was it easier to assign them to all this dirty work simply because they were not of the 'correct' blood? Was it easier to the scribe to give away his child regardless of whom that may be because of similar reasons?

"Her heritage has little to do with it. This is a good opportunity for herself too, I just wish she would see it. Ceilidh is an eccentric, it's true but that eccentricity makes her brilliant. Why even the book you were looking at were from the collections she has been restoring for centuries. She has a vision for what it means to be a scribe. Now, I can't imagine the grandiose and strange things she says but I do know it will get nowhere without the push from a commoner to a gentry. If she put aside her foolish pride, maybe that'd come sooner."

The door opened and the scribe separated to see if someone was looking for a book or if it were the last component of this meeting. He gave a last quip, "Do consider the offer though."

Eriskyne watched the man. Though their expression bordering contempt, their thoughts were contemplative. How strange...
