"We saw her character arc in reverse!! We first saw all the good she did and then learned of her terrible actions in the past. If her story was told the other way around, it would have been a great redemption arc. Yes, she did some terrible things, but she had no choice. Blue and yellow diamond just didn't listen to her and when they did, THEY were the ones who made the zoo and shit. Rose wanted to free them but couldn't get to them after the war! And with the corruption, there's no way she could have known that'd happen. There's so many things she wanted to do but just couldn't. And with spinel, yes it was shitty to leave her alone for so long, but again, between running her court, running the rebellion, dealing with earth, she likely wasn't a very high priority and like with the zoo, there was no way to get to her after the war since the galaxy warp was destroyed. And don't forget, she was practically a child around this time. You're saying you didn't do any stupid, selfish, or harmful things as a kid? She learned from her experiences and grew, we just saw that growth in reverse, leaving us as viewers with a poor perception of her."

"Rose Quartz is Steven Universe’s dead mom. Initially, she’s set up as sort of an ethereal perfect figure who everyone misses and compares him to. Later we get to see more of her backstory and discover that she’s actually like, a person, with flaws, who has done some bad things, but she did those bad things largely in the course of trying to escape an abusive home life and save the people and planet that she fell in love with. It’s very clear that despite her flaws she was trying to do the right thing and that she deeply cared about others. Unfortunately, a woman who was not a Perfect Martyr was way too much for the Steven Universe fandom to handle. She pretty much set off the wave of SU crit blogs because these people were furious either that she had taken violent measures to solve her problems, that she hadn’t taken violent enough measures to solve her problems, or both somehow. Lots of “Why didn’t she just murder her abusive parental figures?” Lots of “She was evil for having a baby even though she knew she’d die in childbirth!” Lots of “She should’ve been able to protect everyone from a magic nuclear weapon with the power of love somehow.” Lots of “She shouldn’t have rebelled (even though not rebelling would’ve meant the destruction of Earth) because her abusers retaliated and that’s her fault.” LOTS of people drawing her as stick thin even though she was fat in the show. People treated her like she was on the same level or even worse than her abusive parental figures who were also the main villains of the show. It was unbearable to witness."

"Mahiru Shiina is the most traditionally feminine character in Milgram, and she’s very in love with the idea of love. That makes her an easy fandom target. In Milgram, we are introduced to ten murderers. It quickly becomes apparent that not all of these murders are conventional. By the time we are introduced to Mahiru, we already know most of these unconventional murderers. Mahiru’s first music video depicts her going on various dates with her boyfriend, even though he is not shown in the frame. At the end of the video, Mahiru wakes up, turns to the camera, and has a horrified expression. Whatever happened, she didn’t want it to happen. And then a lot of the fandom accused her of being a stalker. Was that what got her a 55% guilty/unforgiven vote? I don’t know. I wasn’t there. But she heard what the fandom said. She heard these voices saying she couldn’t be forgiven. Saying that she was a stalker or that she didn’t really love her boyfriend, even though that wasn’t true. She was beaten to near-death by Kotoko, a vigilante who was forgiven by 67%. Fuuta, who also sustained serious injuries from Kotoko, calls out the audience surrogate, saying what we did with our verdicts would have made us the same as him if Mahiru had died. And yet Mahiru doesn’t blame either us or Kotoko. Mahiru’s second music video shows that she was indeed in a proper relationship with her boyfriend. She smothered him with her love. The video slowly revealed the toxicity in their relationship. She asked why she can’t do anything right. The fandom perception was better in that she was safely voted innocent/forgiven. Still, there are issues. Some infantilize her or say that she’s delusional. Yes, she had a sheltered upbringing and has difficulties reading social cues, but that doesn’t take away her agency. On the flip side, some have theorized that she kidnapped her boyfriend and wasn’t in a proper relationship with him. (Not sure what to say about that, but this is a series about sympathetic murderers.)"

Wow, so Amethio really got booted from the Explorers entirely. Spinel's scheme actually worked, and it turns out he actually expected Amethio to escape, and his plan was actually to put him in a situation with Liko specifically to force them to work together then get footage of them collaborating to use against him as blackmail.

Gibeon fired him for it and basically disowned him...but now I really have to wonder if we'll see Amethio's father (who is also by extension Gibeon's son) actually show up soon. When Gibeon fired Amethio he said, "I don't want to see your face again" but also said "You did the same dirty thing your father once did, Amethio". Basically, that in the end Amethio was just like his father. We know Amethio's father once served Gibeon and was disowned by him for "failing" him, and Amethio originally vowed to not be like his father...but now that this has happened, I do wonder what Amethio will do, and if his father will actually show up. With what we know here it seems we have a bit more of an idea of what Amethio's dad really is like: most likely that he is a good and kind man, and he most likely was disowned because he chose to extend a hand of kindness to someone who was Gibeon's "enemy". Amethio doesn't want to admit it, but he's repeatedly lent a helping hand to Liko and co. and ultimately cannot avert his true nature, which is that at his core, he's actually a compassionate and good guy deep down, whose sole motive is to belong and to be loved. He clearly cares for his Ceruledge as well and treats him as a dear partner.

Gibeon really seems like a bitter man if he disowned both his son and his grandson simply for showing "kindness" to the "enemy", even if in Amethio's case he could've easily passed it off as mandatory courtesy. I really do wonder why he's so fixated on Lucius, and the fact that Amethio helped Liko who is implied to be his descendant implies Gibeon seems to have some beef with him that he wants "resolved". Terapagos seems to get angry at the very mention of Gibeon as well...so like, what's the deal there. Terapagos certainly knows him from back then and it seems Gibeon did something that really shattered trust with the rest of Lucius's friends.

That said...while no one has brought them up I really wonder about Coral and Sidian more and more. They're still "serving" the Explorers and obeying the orders of their fellow admins like Spinel, Chalce, and Hamber, but they don't seem to really be in the know about Spinel and Chalce's underlying motives, much less Hamber or Gibeon's. When Gibeon declared his intention to disown Amethio and fire him from the Explorers, Spinel and Chalce were genuinely delighted as they explicitly hated Amethio and wanted him gone, but Coral and Sidian on the other hand seemed rather shocked at the revelation. Coral for one seemed to just enjoy the "petty beef" that Spinel and Amethio had and saw it as amusing while Sidian is just a "I'm doing my job, nothing more" guy, but this implies they really had no idea just how deep the hatred Spinel and Chalce had for Amethio ran, or that Amethio would ever be removed in such a manner. I feel like they're mostly just here because they're good at their job as firepower, but they're never trusted with information. Spinel even openly admitted way back in the last Rayquaza confrontation that he was just "using them", and Chalce for this entire chapter has been dragging them around and they're following her orders. Coral didn't even seem to be happy about having to obey Spinel's orders in the last episode. It honestly feels like they're basically treated by the rest of their comrades as "tools", particularly by Spinel and to an extent Chalce, and they're useful but no one in the Explorers really trusts them with the inner details of the Explorers' goals and motives. In other words, their connections with the Explorers organization are practically entirely transactional. "You do your job, which is to take down our opponents", and they see it as an opportunity to unleash their power.

Those two got a lot of focus in the Terastal Debut chapter but it looks like they'll be a bit sidelined again in the next chapter (Rayquaza Rising), but I'm genuinely curious if something will happen with them especially since they're pretty much just ordinary peeps. Spinel in particular seems to see them as disposable, and while he and Chalce rely on their battle prowess it seems they will be very willing to discard them once they're no longer of any value. I kind of wonder what situations they'll be thrown into next in that regard.

Spinel x Reader General Romantic HCs

Despite his somewhat... sleazy tactics while on the job, Spinel is actually quite courteous when it concerns the person he loves.

You just happen to be that person.

He spends as much time with you as he can; sometimes working under Gibeon makes his presence scarce, so he tries to make up for it the best he can.

Speaking of his job... if you aren't also a part of the Explorers, Spinel probably won't tell you about the nature of his work.

He says he's something like a private investigator, to explain all the equipment and the time he spends in front of a screen.

It's not that he enjoys lying to you, but Spinel is all too aware of the dangers that come with his line of work, and the last thing he wants is for you to be caught in the crossfire.

When he does have to leave, he'll leave his Beheeyem and Magneton to watch over you if possible, just in case.

He trusts you and your pokemon's ability to keep yourselves safe if something did happen, but he does worry. It's more for his own conscience and to know if something goes wrong, so it's best to just humor him.

Calls you "dear" or "dearest."

Please pull this man out of his office to stretch his legs and get some sun, he spends too much time in the dark staring at a screen.

It takes some convincing to get him to take a break, though. But it's worth it.

"Just a few more minutes, dearest, I promise. I just have to finish this one last report..."

"You said that same line 10 minutes ago, Spinel. You're taking a break."

He concedes when his Umbreon starts to fuss at him.

He truly is grateful for your concern, though. He feels much better when you make him eat something and you two go out for a walk.

"What would I do without you, my dear?" Followed up by a kiss on the cheek.

Rest in peace to anyone who decides to mess with you.

Especially if he is there to witness it.

You'd just be out with him shopping or just enjoying the atmosphere in town, and maybe someone makes a comment.

And maybe Spinel has his Beheeyem wipe their memories while he distracts you by pulling you toward a stand.

It's fine, it's only temporary, after all. Just a bit of a warning to not disturb his dear partner again, and you're none the wiser.

Spinel prides himself on his work and cool, calm and collected attitude. The only time that falls to the wayside is a particularly interesting development in his work, or if you are threatened.

Spinel becomes frightening if that happens. He'll annihilate anything and anyone in his way to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

If you are there to witness it, it's shocking. It's very different to the Spinel that gently greets you in the morning with an adoring gaze and sweet words.

When he reaches you, though, his attitude is the same as it's always been towards you.

Gently takes you in his arms and holds you close, scanning you carefully for any signs of distress or injury.

"Oh dear, are you alright? I'm so sorry it took me so long to find you. Rest assured, it's all taken care of."

yesterday my friend suggested that a crossover between the ye olde vocaloid song black vow alluring secret and likodot made a lot of sense but they weren’t sure how to articulate why and i had never thought about it prior to them bringing it up but it absolutely brain blasted me and after listening to both black vow and white vow again since it’s been a while i wrote a bunch on discord about it

“im still listening to white vow but i See it i see it so much. im trying to figure out how to word things but this might come out poorly LOL IM TRYING

miku meeting rin (as an angel) for the first time is described in black vow as rin being like lost and aimless or whatever and miku's smile and eyes immediately make her fall in love and this is similar in feeling to the jumping point of liko and dot's connection being formed because of liko's friendliness and patience and optimism and etc

dot is a really androgynous character and the idea of her, in this situation, literally changing bodies/swapping genders to be with liko is incredibly believable and within the range of her gender expression

miku has a marriage with some guy who she doesn't actually love (that's when "len" shows up) and it's really giving old timey arranged marriage vibes and i don't know how to articulate this point but the imagery in the mv i could immediately overlay like Amethio on top of that and imagine family drama in that sense

and generally the idea that liko and dot have saved each other's lives and push and pull for each other so often, the general emotional intimacy of their bond and the amount they reach out to each other, when dramaticized Really matches the vibes of this song with rin literally committing essentially angel suicide to be with miku, while on the other hand miku in white vow is tormented by not being able to remember and constantly searching... like they'd look for each other to the ends of the earth. likodot core actually

only thing i dont feel comfortable matching up in particular is Kaito in black vow who the fuck. i guess it being spinel would be interesting, like he's angry about the loss of control over dot, or something

Some character notes and episode notes for HZ045, writing them down for future reference.

Towards the beginning, we see the Explorers going back to Spinel who asked them to withdraw since they got to see Rayquaza's power for themselves. They all follow his lead. Spinel probably knew that Rayquaza was too overwhelming, so this plan might have simply been a way to gather data or see Rayquaza's reactions etc. Spinel likes observing and act on concrete information so he can plan better in the future, so. At least, he got confirmation that Rayquaza does react to the resonance generator, has an idea of his moveset, the way he reacts and potential weaknesses.

Liko and the others proceed to challenge Rayquaza. Really shows how far they came too, since Liko introduced herself and her goal of taking Terapagos to Rakua, Roy talked about how grateful he was to Rayquaza since he got to go an adventure thanks to him.. Rayquaza actually listened to them and agreed to battle them. I liked how formal the whole thing felt and the way they communicate with Rayquaza and how Rayquaza's feelings are taken into account too. He could just refuse to battle them at all if he didn't acknowledge them but the fact he accepted means that he is willing to test them. Rayquaza being Lucius's greatest partner really shines through.

Liko and the others start battling Rayquaza. I liked how nervous Liko felt at the beginning because she was reminiscing how she couldn't do anything last time so she wanted to make a difference this time, but was unsure on how to approach Rayquaza since he is in the sky and she is on the ground. It seems like having a Flying type will potentially be important to face Rayquaza again in the future. Amethio has an Armorga, who can fly. So, maybe something will be done with it in the future.

Anyway, the group split into two teams during the battle. Roy went with Friede on Lizardon, and Dot teamed up with Liko as Cap assisted them to help their Pokemon fly. At some point, Hogator and Lizardon launched a Flamethrower at the same time. I liked it, because in HZ002, I remember Hogator trying to mimic Lizardon when he was using this move but he couldn't use it back then. And now, Hogator can battle alongside his idol, which is really cute. Something else I found significant is when Dot came up with a plan to help Nyahoja jump even higher to reach Rayquaza, which was to have Nyahoja get on Kuwassu and then having Kuwassu fire a Water Gun towards the ground and give more momentum by using Low Kick. I'm pretty sure this is a reference to HZ017, when Roy asked Dot for advice when he trained Hogator and Kaiden and he eventually came up with the plan to have Hogator use Ember towards the ground to propel himself and Kaiden upwards, etc. I like that Dot was resourceful and quickly remembered this, and it really feels like all these moments from the first year are now paying off against Rayquaza. Dot and Liko work well together, so do Roy and Friede so I wonder if we'll see them battle together more in the future. Maybe with some changes every now and then? (maybe Liko and Friede teaming up, and Roy and Dot together etc, idk)

Rayquaza started taking everyone pretty seriously after all their attacks so he used Draco Meteor (that one move that hits pretty much everything around). It quickly overwhelmed everyone, and the move almost hit Terapagos so Liko and Nyahoja quickly went to Terapagos to protect him... and that's when Amethio's Soublades showed up to repel that move and protect them. (The BGM used during that specific scene was good too, it felt kinda knight-like to me, Soublades being a knight who protects others like Liko and Amethio...) I find it quite interesting that we don't know how Amethio phrased his sentence to have Soublades protect them... I wonder what he said exactly. Either way, Amethio protected Nyahoja back in HZ002 when she was about to fall off from the ship and now, he protects Liko and her Pokemon again. I really like that and that this is how he shows up again. He also muttered and went on about Spinel (so he used his name around Liko so maybe she heard him and knows his name now ww) and how he knew he was scheming something... Spinel keeps an eye on Amethio and seems to pay attention to what he does (as seen in HZ034), and despite not acting with the others and sometimes even being "excluded" from their plan, Amethio also pays attention to what Spinel does.

Either way, Amethio used Terastal so he mastered it in the time between HZ034 and now. I talked about his Terastal pose being the same as Friede, which I like because he probably was really impacted by their battle at the castle in HZ025, so he remembers it. His "follow your own path" is also significant (for obvious reasons). Amethio seemed much more in control this time, the way he battled and used Ghost Dive seemed much more controlled. Friede joins Amethio and uses Terastal too, and he seemed really fired up. He suggested a teamup when he asked Amethio to have Soublades ride on Lizardon, and I found Amethio's reaction kind of funny because there was a silence during like, two seconds, like Amethio was considering whether he was going to follow his lead or not ww Amethio eventually does though, and their teamwork was fantastic. I have a lot to say about it, but the inherent trust between the two of them, the way they were able to work together so seamlessly, no hesitation, no miscommunication, it really shows how much they know and respect each other. I feel like their battles during chapter 1 were also important for them to have a good grasp of each other's battle styles, which is also why they can work together so efficiently now. They were both overwhelmed by Rayquaza, but it's good they could team up and I'm hoping they team up again in the future. I feel like Zir watching Gurumin's video in HZ027 about multi battles and how battling alongside friends is reassuring was leading up to this episode and Amethio battling together with Friede.

Liko and Roy end up battling again now that Friede and Amethio can't anymore. Liko and Nyahoja seemed a bit unsure, but Hogator was motivated and learned a new move (Nitro Charge). Liko reaffirms her desire to take Terapagos to Rakua and how she wants to go farther with Nyahoja and be more helpful to everyone (I really like the way she phrases her desire to get stronger), and Nyahoja responds to her feelings by evolving into Nyarote. The growths of characters and Pokemon are intertwined in Horizons, so I knew that Nyahoja would eventually evolve (it was more of a matter of "when" and I already suspected Amethio would be around too), HZ040 cemented the fact that her evolution would be soon too (because it felt logical that the next step after Nyahoja overcame her past and feelings of doubt about where she belongs would be evolution to show her growth even further, and they did just that, which I'm happy about). Nyahoja was cute as she was and I liked all her moments so I'll miss her a bit like that (especially Liko carrying her!), but I'm looking forward to her moments as Nyarote. I hope she has more opportunities to be protective of Liko, Mibrim and Terapagos since she has grown now. Maybe she'll be able to carry the Pokemon too.

Anyway, Liko and Roy managed to land some moves on Rayquaza and made him wince a bit. Nyarote caught Hogator with her yoyo (or vines?) and protected him, which was cute. Terapagos called out to Rayquaza and they talked a bit, but he eventually went away. Rayquaza looked intently at Liko though. I felt there was lots of focus on Rayquaza's eyes this episode (it shows his resolve, feelings, etc). It's still too soon for Rayquaza to join them, but this was a step in the right direction because he is testing them and properly battling them.

Amethio was about to leave with Zir and Conia (who joined him, and they were glad he was okay), but Liko caught up to him to thank him for saving her earlier. He brushes it off and tells her not to misunderstand because Rayquaza is his prey and that's all there is to it as he leaves. Boy, your excuse doesn't make sense (what does Rayquaza have to do with you going out of your way to help Liko ww), but it's okay. There was definitely a shift in Amethio's dynamics with the group (especially Liko and Friede, with him helping Liko and him teaming up with Friede), and it'll be interesting to see how it'll change in the future. The Explorers teamed up together against Rayquaza, and Amethio was not shown with them but with the main group. Also, this episode was Dot's first time meeting Amethio (she was always in the ship when he showed up).

Liko and the others go back to the ship. Everyone is okay, but Liko and Roy are sad about losing, not catching Rayquaza, and seeing the ship destroyed. Friede gives them a solemn speech about how giving up means that their adventure will end. He reminds them of everything they gained through their adventures, and reassures them that they haven't lost as long as they don't give up. Reaching Rayquaza, who once seemed so far away, is incredible by itself. (Friede was really cool in this scene, I love when he shares his wisdom like that and it feels really effective because we know everything he's been through)

Liko and Roy decide not to give up and reaffirm their goals. Dot also joins in and says that she doesn't want to sit in the sidelines, and she wants to chase the mysteries together with Liko and Roy. (Also really loved this scene because Dot has decided she wants to be together with her friends more and it works well after HZ's first year of her trying new things at her own pace and getting used to having friends and going outside) Liko and Roy want to learn Terastal (Roy mentions how amazing Lizardon was, and Liko mentions Soublades) and ask Friede for advice, so he tells them to leave everything to him because he has something in mind (which we know is a transition to the next chapter, as Liko, Roy and Dot will be going to school to learn Terastal). Liko looked at the Brave Asagi and thanked it for taking them this far (good scene, I love that Liko thanks the ship too).

The last scene of the episode is at the Explorers' base. Agate apologizes to Gibeon for not being able to handle Rayquaza. He tells them to allow the RVT to gather the Six Heroes. Sango and Onyx seemed surprised by this decision and Onyx wanted another chance. It seems like both Onyx and Sango are devoted to Gibeon. I wonder why. Spinel deduces Gibeon's plan to have the RVT work for them. Spinel is buttering his boss up ww Gibeon tells the Explorers to monitor Terapagos and Liko (he used her name), and they agree and bow to him.

Two things to note: they specifically didn't show Amethio in the scene when the others are bowing to Gibeon, probably because Amethio doesn't bow to Gibeon? Which would indicate something about their relationship. Amethio also seemed to be at the base physically, alongside Hamber. The others were there as holograms.

Spinel also seems to have his own agenda, since he was shown smiling. He probably doesn't have any loyalty to the Explorers (even though he butters up Gibeon by calling him with honorifics and everything), so something else probably drives him. I wonder what. (I will support Spinel in everything he does. I just hope we get to know why it seems like he is detached from everyone, and that his heart seems closed off to anyone who isn't Blacky. What are his motivations? He specifically referred to the Explorers as a job back in HZ016.)

We get a glimpse of Gibeon at the end. He seems bedridden? His hair looks like Amethio's (he is probably a relative?). He talks about returning to Rakua and getting the "Rakurium" and that his adventure isn't over. He also mentions Lucius. Potential old man yaoi?? Is Gibeon still pining for Lucius after a century? Were they friends? Was Gibeon part of the original Explorers? (since Diana mentioned in HZ025 that the Explorers were Lucius's friends, but I don't know if the "friends" part referred to human friends, or Pokemon friends) Did something happen that caused a rift between them? Maybe Gibeon just wants to see Lucius again to apologize to him? (I really hope Gibeon has human motivations. So far, he has the same wish as Terapagos, which is going to Rakua.)

This episode was written by Kureha Matsuzawa btw, so he is the one who handled the climax for a chapter this time (climax of chapter 1 was by Dai Sato). Both chapters ended with a scene of Gibeon talking (last scene of HZ025 was with Gibeon as well).

and yeah my fan-headcanon is that Mammon from Helluva Boss is Pansexual and as for Adam, he is Bisexual but he is still in the closet but at the same time, might not be fully aware of it.

meaning he doesn't know he is Bisexual.

Spinel befriending Adam, could be from a Timeline where Steven does end up using the Rejuvenator on Spinel, even if in the Movie he hadn't plan to...but in a Crossover Timelines, from many different Fanon Timelines of infinite Alternate Universes.

Steven ends up using the Rejuvenator on Spinel, and possibly having Lion open up a type of warp portal, to throw Spinel into...

possibly to send her back to the Garden until he can think over how to meet her again and try to get Spinel to learn about Earth again in a different way, that doesn't involve Pink/Rose...

but instead of sending her to the Garden, Steven ends up accidentally sending Spinel to where Adam is, where he fell in battle and where he will also in fan theory by a few fans...would end up being reborn as a Sinner.

so like picture after he gets regenerated and reborn as Sinner, Adam finds a heart shaped gem next to him, and it all of a sudden starts glowing and floating in the air, and then Smaller Spinel back to how she was made (before she took on her second form and looking a bit older and taller...) ends up hugging Adam, because she ends up imprinting on him as her new "Best Friend"...

and yeah, besides the whole Mamtella being my fave, which is Mammon x Stella, which that ship name that pop into my head still sounds like a type of food that you put on toast, and yeah one time when I had talked about that ship name, it did make me hungry.

and well besides Mamtella, the Bromance of Mammon x Adam seems too perfect. O_O

I still think Valentino has a type of split personalities, which would explain his accents and how he speaks changes on his moods...

even if I can have my moments where I might can be a doormat at times and can still have my closed off side and maybe not very confident at times...but well, there can be different sides to a person, even sides where they get tired by the actions of some Eon-Boomers.

not everyone has to agree about my believing in not just God, but also Goddess as well...but don't be a Toxic-Religious person about it, and throw misused words at me like "may the lord have mercy on you." or "may god have mercy on you"...and the only reasons I bring up that is to point out that it can be misused by some Toxic-Religious people, like that jerk from a few years ago, who had to throw one of those two at me, I can't remember which version of it, but I know it was one of the two...and that jerk, is probably one of the top reasons I started to really dislike Toxic-Religious people when they cross a line.

at least some who use to be Toxic-Religious, get detoxified and become no longer Toxic-Religious...but some percent might end up staying Toxic-Religious for who knows how long.

on the day I was still working on this drawing, it ended up being a bit of bad weather, and it was lucky I had stop working on it and saved it, before things turned off for a bit...meaning the computer had turned off, but I didn't dare turn it back on right away because I didn't want to do so when the bad weather was still going on.

this took from April 1 to April 2 to finish...

so I had first started to work on it on April Fools Day...

didn't really get to play a April Fool's Prank, one of the things I did was work on this drawing, also took a breaks, and of course had to wait until some time later once things seem a bit better, to finish the drawing...

I would of seriously been super peeved if everything went off that day, when I was in the middle of working on this drawing...

it was lucky I had stop to take a break and saved it when I did.

so. ik I don't rlly like her but back in may i had a little bit of a small yet fun concept for depicting harumi- she's named after gemstones bc i still like my whole 'mineral brothers' thing i came up with last year. also because of amber and what it does/can do fitting harumi and her personality, sorta. in a way. idk.

slightly more detailed explanation for this:

I envision Harumi to exist in different stages throughout the story. There's her before the Great Devourer, after being adopted as the Jade Princess and becoming the Quiet One, there's the resurrected Crystal General "phase" and then her after the Overlord/Crystal King is defeated. Details below ↓

First of all: the picrew I used

Stage 1: "Jade"- Again, this is her when she's still living with her actual parents and idolizing the ninja (who.. canonically weren't even big figures in Ninjago at the time of s1 but whatever). This is who she truly is and will always be, no matter what she tries to claim.

Stage 2: "Amber"- As you can see, the design would drastically change when she's the Quiet One, completely hiding everything that resembles that little girl she still is deep, deep down inside. She wears purple and black due to the idolization of Lord (Emperor) Garmadon, has piercings and spikes on her to appear more tough than the softness of her true self. The amber is represented with the orange in her hair here. She looks a bit busy with the red, orange and purple at the same time but I feel like it fits her perfectly. The purple represents what she wants to be. The red shows her misguided anger and how lost she has become with wanting to destroy the ninja and hurt Lloyd. The orange is, well, amber. Amber can trap insects in it and, to her, the ninja are exactly that. However, she encases her own 'jade heart' in amber to protect it- protect herself from further harm. When the building collapses with her in s9 she is assumed to be dead. That is when the amber encasing her heart cracks, though she would die anyway- if not for..

Stage 3: "Spinel"- (idk I couldn't find a pink gemstone I liked) When she's resurrected by the Overlord she's lost an eye from the collapsing building. The swirl in her eye is to represent that she's under his control. And the pink.. because the crystals are. This is still Amber-Harumi, practically, with the crack that lets Jade-Harumi show every now and then (like, the flashbacks with Lloyd, trying to get him to join her, "no, Crystal King, I don't have any feelings whatsoever for that guy" etc.). She's.. cracking. The crystal power is breaking away the amber around her heart, making her fall out of line every now and then. But then, the hears the Overlord was responsible for all her suffering...

Stage 4: "Bloodstone"- And when the Crystal King has fallen to the Golden Oni (Lloyd), this shy girl is all that remains of her. It's basically Jade's personality with Amber's and Spinel's appearances mixed together but without any colors to represent the grieving of everything and everyone she's lost. It's the regrets of what she did and said. It's her finally opening her eyes to the truth she's denied for so long. It's the fear of who she has become. My original note said that in this form she'd only stay alive for 24hrs after the defeat of the Crystal King but idk about that anymore.

They woke up in an unfamiliar place where they find themselves in an organization, an organization that Beatrice has no idea if this is part of the story of My Hero Academia but there's one thing for certain: They don't trust this organization at all.

Chapter 2 - P.T.W Organization

Aizawa opened his eyes to find himself in the hospital. He slowly sat up on his bed. He held his head thanks to the throbbing headache that he suddenly experience.

"Thank God, you're finally awake. " A voice spoke and Aizawa recognize that voice, it was Hizashi Yamada also known as Present Mic. Present Mic is a Pro Hero, he's also a teacher in U.A High, and a friend of Aizawa.

"Wha-what happened? " Aizawa asked. he then suddenly remembered the incident back at USJ, he gasp as he remembered that the villains unexpectedly appeared at the USJ but then he remembered his students.

"Class 1-A- " Aizawa said as he got out of bed to check his students but Present Mic stopped him.

"They're alright. " Present Mic reassured him, putting both his hands on Aizawa's shoulder.

"They're...alright? " Aizawa repeated what Present Mic said but he sounded confused. Present Mic nodded his head with a smile.

"Yup, the kids are alright thanks to the 20 people that arrived unexpectedly. "

"Wait, wait. What do you mean by '20 people'? " Aizawa asked, now he is even more confuse.

"According to your students, a portal appeared out of nowhere and this 20 people got out of the portal. " Present Mic explained. He continued to explained about what happened back at the USJ and now those 20 people who helped his students.

"So, that's how happened. " Aizawa said after Present Mic told him the entire story. "Can I see them? " Aizawa then asked, he wanted to know those 20 people that save and protect his student but at the same time he needs to know if they could be trusted or to know if they are friend or foe. Present Mic scratched the back of his head as he knows that Aizawa is gonna ask this question but he still hasn't prepared an answer this question.

"W-Well, after they save your students a bunch of armed men stormed in, knocking them out and drag them out of USJ. " Present Mic answered, he thinks it's best if he just tell this to Aizawa what really happened back in USJ, he's bad at lying to be honest.

"Wh-What? " Aizawa asked. He was shocked to hear this but suddenly the worry about his students once again but Present Mic put his hand on Aizawa's shoulder, making Aizawa froze on the spot.

"But don't worry about your students, their safe. " Present Mic reassured him.

"Do you know where they took them? " Aizawa asked.

"Dunno. " Present Mic answered. Aizawa look up at the ceiling as he wondered who those 20 people that protected his students while he was unconscious.

It was a sunny day on the beach, it's been awhile since Beatrice visited the beach. Beatrice could feel the warmth from the sun and the noises coming from the seagull. Beatrice felt at peace.

She opened her eyes to find the blue sky, seagull flying around in the sky, and the sound and smell of pure water. Yup, a very common scenery of a beach.

"This is...beautiful. " Beatrice said. She felt at peace but then a rumble of thunder began to appear which made her look up to find a cloudy sky. The blue sky was now replace with grey clouds and covering the sun and it is ruining the peace.

"Oh yes, it's peaceful alright. " A voice spoke coming from behind Beatrice and Beatrice recognize that voice. The hairs of her skin lifted but at the same time she feel a chill running down to her spine. She slowly turned around, hoping and praying that it wasn't him but she was wrong. Standing right in front of her is none other than All For One.

Beatrice turned around and face him but she was terrified to find in the floor, she finds Sans, Dogday, Alex, Anakin, John, Garnet, Spinel, Shadow, Slenderman, Jack, Glamrock Freddy, Scarecrow, Remus, C.B, Zenkichi, Hulk, Dr. Egon, Optimus, and Dracula were all laying on the ground, lifelessly.

It looks like she was standing a pile of bodies. But upon seeing them Beatrice was horrified on the sight of her favorite characters laying on the ground lifeless, their clothes were dirty, tattered, and torn, and there was blood on them.

"Wh-What did you- "

"You must be Beatrice Emerald Delos Angeles. " All For One said. Every single word that came out of his mouth brought nothing but shivers down to her spine and it made her even terrified than ever.

"You're- "

"You have a beautiful gift, child. " All For One spoke. All For One teleported right in front of Beatrice as he raised his hand with a wide smile on his face while Beatrice was helpless and all she could do is backed away. "I want it! " All For One shouted and then he placed his hand on Beatrice's chest, stealing her gift.

"AAAAAHHHHH!!! "

"Woah, woah, calm down kid. " Sans said, placing a hand on her shoulder. Beatrice breath in and out and find herself in a couch.

"Did you get a nightmare? " C.B asked. he was behind of the couch and Sans is sitting on the couch and her legs are on his lap.

"Y-yeah. " Beatrice answered. She look around to find herself in a room where she's not only one here but she could see all of her favorite characters alive and well and this proves that this is not a dream. She really is in the world of My Hero Academia universe.

"Here. " Someone spoke. Beatrice look at her right to find Bruce Banner. Beatrice was surprise to see Bruce Banner instead of the Hulk and in his hands is a hot cocoa. Beatrice carefully grabbed the cup of hot cocoa.

"Thank you. " Beatrice thanked him and Bruce nodded his head as a response.

"Oh, by the way, this is Bruce Banner. " C.B introduces Beatrice to Bruce. "In case you didn't know, Bruce is Hulk. " C.B revealed. Beatrice pretended to be surprised about this. Of course she knows that Bruce and Hulk were one in the same thanks to the Marvel Comics and the MCU movies but she had to hide this as she doesn't want the characters around her to be suspicious.

"W-Wait, you're that big green guy back at the USJ? " Beatrice asked.

"Yeah, that's me. " Bruce answered but she could tell that Bruce doesn't want to talk about the other guy which was the Hulk and Beatrice understands that.

"Wait, what's USJ? " Freddy asked, coming out of the kitchen alongside the loud stump that was coming from Optimus Prime.

The room is like an apartment but the area is huge perfect for Optimus to move around.

"I ask Izuku about the place that the villains ambushed and he answered that we are in the Unforeseen Simulation Joint or USJ for short. " Beatrice lied. She mentally cursed at herself for slipping those words.

"I can't help but wonder who those kids were doing. " Sans wondered. Beatrice and the others can't help but wonder about Class 1-A. Beatrice drink her hot cocoa and wa surprise of how wonderful it tastes like.

"Woah, who made this hot cocoa? " Beatrice asked, she took another sip and was amazed at the taste. "This taste so good! " Beatrice exclaimed and it made her eyes sparkle to which makes everyone chuckled at her reaction.

"It was Egon. " Dogday answered, taking a sip as well. Scarecrow and Dracula can't help but wonrer of how Dogday drink that hot cocoa with just a sip since he has this big wide smile plastered in his face.

"Am I the only one who just woke up just now? " Beatrice then asked. Most of them nodded their heads.

"We wanted to wake you up but we decided not to. " Spinel answered.

"Oh, okay. " Beatrice simply replied, sipping her hot cocoa. There's another question she had in mind.

"Who woke up first? "

Meanwhile, a man in a beige suit watch the security footage of the 20 people, the last one just woke up and they began having a conversation over hot cocoa. He build that apartment like room to give them a peaceful and friendly environment.

"It seems that they have risen from their slumber, sir. " The man's right hand woman spoke right beside him. The man nodded his head as a response.

"Come now, let's them now. We don't wanted them to be waiting for much longer." The man replied. as he and his right hand woman exit the security room.

Back to Beatrice and the others, they told her that the first wake up is Egon then garnet and Spinel then Freddy followed by Anakin then Slenderman then Optimus then Dracula then Jack and Dogday then Sans and Alex then Scarecrow and Remus then Zenkichi, Sans, C.B, and Bruce and then Beatrice was the last one who woke up.

After that, they were discussing about this place. Just then, the door opened making everyone stop their talking and look at the person who opened the door.

"I'm glad that all of you are awake. " The man spoke, his accent is British, the man has blonde short hair, he wore a beige suit with a black necktie, and he wore a pair of black shoes.

"Who're you? " C.B asked.

"I'm Dante Hisoki. " The man whose name is Dante Hisoki introduces himself. he then move aside to reveal his right hand woman. "And this is my right hand woman, Sage. " Dante introduces them to her.

Sage has black long straight hair, and bangs on her hair. She has pale skin, her eyes shows no signs of emotions which makes them uncomfortable and her smile is not even helping as well. She wore a black blazer, she wore a very long dress with white floral designs at the very end of the dress, and she wore a pair of black shoes.

Sage smiled at them and bow right before them.

"It's nice to meet you all. " Sage spoke with a smile that made Beatrice and Spinel hug each other just seeing that woman smile at them makes them scared.

"Now, don't introduce yourself to us. We all know you. " Dante told them which made them taken aback at this.

"You know us? " Dracula asked. Dante nodded his head as his response.

"How? " Jack asked.

"The guards told me about your name. " Dante answered and this made everyone remember what happened back at USJ. Scarecrow quickly rose from his seat and ask:

"Those men, those men that knock us out, were they yours? "

"Yes and I must apologize for all of you for giving you all a surprise. " Dante apologized.

"But why did they knock us out other than telling us to leave the place? " Freddy asked and that made everyone agreed with him.

"Because I know that some of you are going to refuse to cooperate with us. " Dante answered. Beatrice had to admit that this man has a point, she looks at the others as she knows half of them will refuse to cooperate with those men which makes sense to Dante's plan to get them.

"Alright. Where are we? " Bruce asked.

"You're in P.T.W Organization. Located in Britain. "

"BRITAIN!? " Everyone exclaimed. They were shock to learn that they are in Europe. Dante was taken aback at their exclamation.

"B-But, we were just in Japan moments ago how did we- "

"We were knocked out, remember. " Sans reminded Remus and that made perfect sense. While they were unconscious those armed men took them to Britain.

"I know that all of you have questions but let's walk through the halls to show you the place. " Dante offered. They look at each other but they have no choice but to follow the man and his right hand woman. They all stood up from their seats and follow Dante and Sage and so everyone exit the room.

While walking down the hall, all eyes were locked on them which makes Beatrice uncomfortable. They were looking at them like they were criminals or something, every stare it was anger, disgusted, or fear. Dracula hears a heartbeat, he followed those beats until he realize it was Beatrice, he could feel the anxiety, the fear, and the panic coming from her. Dracula walk up right next to her and hold her hand.

Beatrice gasp when she felt a cold hand holding hers. She look at her and look up to find that it was Dracula, who is holding her hand.

"It's alright, child. " Dracula reassured her and just those words already calmed her down and Dracula could hear her heartbeat calmed down with that he felt relief that the child has finally calmed down.

"Don't mind them, when you guys brought here the rumors spread like wildfire. " Dante informed them. "In other words, you guys are like celebrities. " Dante added.

"Mind if I ask you something? " Dogday asked.

"You may. "

"What's P.T.W stands for? "

"P.T.W stands for Protect The World. " Dante answered. They walk at the main lobby where they saw men and women dragging a cryptid or supernatural creature that trapped in a glass case, they are dragging to another room.

"Woah. " Beatrice whispered. She suddenly remembered the S.C.P Foundation, a website that contains the supernatural creatures and the website itself is just a work of fiction, it's just a website that all artists and writers can post there creativity in that site. She always wanted to post on the website with her own creatures and original characters but she don't know how.

"This organization protects the world from the supernatural and hide those creatures from the world. " Dante explained.

"Are you going to do the same with us? " Sans asked, he sounded defensive and that brought everyone's attention. They don't look like human or normal like everyone and just seeing those creatures in glass cases makes them think that they are next to be experimented.

They heard Dante let out a laugh which made everyone tensed.

"No, of course not. The 20 of you, you are very special. " Dante answered Sans' question and with his answer this lead to many questions to the 20 people especially when he says that they are 'very special'.

"Oh, later, Dogday, at 9:00 PM we will be performing a surgery on you. " Dante informed Dogday. All eyes look at the crawling stuff toy dog. Dogday raised an eyebrow.

"H-Huh surgery? " Dogday asked. "Why? "

"We found the perfect the lower half for you. " Dante answered. "So that's why we wanted to perform a surgery on you and so you wouldn't crawl all the time. " Dante added. Upon hearing the news, Dogday beamed with happiness as he was so out of words and all he could say is:

"Th-Thank you, Mr. Hisoki. "

"You're welcome, Dogday. " Dante replied with a smile. Beatrice can't help but smile at this news and was wondering what would Dogday look like once he get his lower half back.

"Congratulations, Dogday. " Garnet spoke with a smile.

"Yeah, congrats Dogday! " Spinel piped in, putting Dogday's head. Dogday chuckled.

"Thanks Garnet, Spinel. " Dogday replied. Beatrice's grew wider as she saw the characters from different universes interacted with one another.

"Tomorrow, we will be putting you guys to a test. " Dante began, going to another subject.

"A test? " All of them asked at the same time. So much so that they look at one another in surprise.

"Yes, a test. All you have to do is to defeat the villain and save the civilians. " Dante explained to them. "It's a situational test. "

The card that he is holding is The Tower. The Tower represents disaster, destruction, upheaval, trauma, sudden change, and chaos but there's a negative representation such as: averting disaster, delaying the inevitable, and resisting change.

She turned around and close the door. She concluded that the interrogation room is part of her room and she guessed that the others have the interrogation room like hers. Beatrice is fine with it, she went to the television and turned on and right of the bat the news was playing.

Beatrice sat down at the bed and began to remove her shoes and was planning to change her clothes, she's still wearing her LHMS uniform and she needed to take a shower.

"Huh? A card? " Beatrice was about to stand up when out of the corner of her eyes she spotted a card at the foot of the bed. She picked it up and to her surprise she found a tarot card.

She was introduce from this deck of cards when she watch the Persona Games where the player is going through a social link. Social Link is like a side quest or side story of the game and whenever their bond deepened a tarot card appeared that's when Beatrice was introduce to this deck of card. But she never tell this to her parents especially her mother, her mother is very religious, I think it's best to not tell her mother since tarot cards are like witchcraft, bad omen, or summoning a demon. The card that she is holding is The Hermit.

The Hermit represents self-reflection, introspection, contemplation, withdrawal, solitude, and search for self but there's a negative representation such as: loneliness, isolation, recluse, being anti-social, rejection, and returning to society.

The Hermit depicts an old man standing alone at the peak of the mountain while holding a lantern in one of his hands and a staff on the other. Behind the card is a quotation and it reads:

"He walks through the dark night of his unconscious, guided only by the low light of the northern star, which his destination being his home, himself. "

Hey Hey guess who rewatched SU and got dreams from that but TD SU (I slightly got emotional damage from revisiting the lore but feel lazy to rewatch Future jeez)

Well TD SU AU coming right up Alright boys now that I think of it, basically from what I think for this one but except the fact the plot gets darker with it’s progress throughout it and along with some subplots with it (atleast I think less amount of subplots) (I really would wonder who would be Lapis, Peridot, Bismuth, Jasper and the others since I’m getting confused into some complicated plot points tho but you can decide!) 🩰 | I also don’t really know how Julia as Pearl would work, I suppose they have similar physique and color palette, but their personalities are very different, I think if we were to try and compare Pearl and Amethysts dynamic with Julia and MK’s dynamic we could start getting somewhere... but in my binge this came to my head, hear me out: Julia as Peridot. They give me similar vibes, specially post ep 5 Julia to Peridot, like just imagine Julia calling people buttknuckles like Peridot calls people clods!

🍬 | Garnet is a difficult one, because not only is she her own character but she’s also the combination of two separate characters. Nichelle as Garnet is a cool idea I agree, like if Nichelle was a girlboss instead of a girlloser lmao. But there’s also a different way we could go about this; Make one character Ruby, one character Sapphire, and make a literal fusion of both be Garnet, I think that’d be really cool and If so I propose either Raj (Ruby) and Bowie (Sapphire) or Axel (Ruby) and Nichelle (Sapphire)

⭐️ | Damien as Steven is a very interesting choice! It very much made me realize Damien does have that main character energy to him and I think I can definitely see it, specially with Priya as Connie! (I also don’t know who Rose Quartz would be but like we can figure this out eventually I believe in us)

📚 | Both Priya as Connie or Pearl are such 1000 IQ ideas because they both fit so much, She fits Connie as a socially outcast girl that values her one friendship so much and has a natural knack for battles, and she fits pearl as a strictly trained, battle trained person who does everything she does not for herself, but for someone else.

Some extra thoughts/ideas!!!

So I remembered about the “do it for her” song I and imagined the possibility of Millie as Connie and Priya as Pearl, seeing as Priya trained Millie in the show like Pearl trained Connie. But something I think would be interesting though too is Millie as Pearl, idk why but like it makes sense in my head.

Idk why but I Can very clearly imagine Julia as Peridot, Nichelle as Lapis, and Axel as Bismuth, opinions?

I also think there’s high potential for Emma to be part of this AU somewhere, I just can’t immediately tell what character she’d be. Emma as Sadie could be neat! Which I guess would make Chase Lars? But like I want her to have a bigger role in this au though because she deserves it.

Lots of interesting things about Lucius from today's episode and the new preview!

First off, we finally know the identities of all six Heroes and it's a bit of an... eclectic mix. When we first learned about Lucius, I expected Rayquaza to be the only legendary on the team since it's the special Pokemon the story is built around, but the presence of Moltres and Entei alongside Arboliva, Lapras, and Kleavor ends up giving the whole group a very weird vibe for an anime team. It kinda feels like a kid just picking their favorites lol. I'm guessing we'll see Lapras, Kleavor, and Entei in that order since that's the order Diana listed them.

We also have this image giving us hints of how our future Hero encounters will go down. Lapras seems to be part of a pack, so I'm guessing we'll get something similar to the Arboliva encounter, where the RVTs earn its trust after helping the pack. I think each Hero will probably be found in its native region, so it could be fun if this whole thing takes place around Roy's island (although it might still be a bit too early to revisit it). Then, judging by the blurry Kleavor image, probably some sort of encounter where they hear about a rampaging monster from the locals and go to investigate. The black and white makes me wonder whether it's been hanging around in this area for a while - maybe something that's has its own little folk legend spring up around. Entei's image is too vague to really make any strong guesses about. Rayquaza, on the other hand, is very interesting, as it appears to be in Motostoke again. Are we going to be returning there at some point or is it just a flashback?

The next interesting tidbit is that the Explorers were apparently connected to Lucius at their inception. This becomes much more suspicious, however, when you realize that aside from Hamber and (presumably) Gibeon, the Explorers don't seem to actually know much about Lucius at all. All the underlings know is "capture the pendant." Neither Amethio nor Spinel actually knew that the pendant was a Pokemon, both of them maintained tunnel vision on the pendant even when directly faced with the Heroes, and neither seemed to have any knowledge of a black Rayquaza, despite it being the only Pokemon explicitly named in Lucius's legend. Gibeon and Hamber are clearly withholding information from the rest of the organization and taking advantage of their peons' loyalty in order to accomplish whatever their true goals are. The question now is whether the two of them are somehow connected to the original Explorers or if they're just using their name.

And finally, we have what appears to be an actual photograph of Lucius, which threw me for a loop. I compared it to the glimpse of him we saw after the Moltres capture, and it definitely seems like same person. I thought he lived several centuries ago, but I went back to Alex's telling of the legend and it's only about a hundred??? That seems way too recent considering how he's been treated in the story but whatever. Anyway, the prior episode already established the high likelihood that Liko's family is somehow associated with Lucius, what with Diana finding the pendant and journal in her attic. Now that we have a full-body shot of Lucius, the design similarities between him and Liko/Diana are very apparent. I've been skeptical of the theories he was related to them before this point, but I can't deny that the evidence is growing rapidly. The curious implication about it is that with the stated hundred-year timeframe (assuming it's not a mistranslation or a misdirect), he's probably no more than two generations removed from Diana herself. I'm not quite sure whether I like the idea of him being her father since she would easily recognize him if she had this picture all along, but a grandfather or older uncle could work. Or maybe this isn't a picture of Lucius after all and everything I just said will crumble to dust in an episode or two. Who knows!

Do you think that in canon, Spinel wishes she could’ve first met Steven in a MUCH more pleasant, peaceful, and non-“I want to kill you and your planet” way? Like she really has extreme guilt and remorse for what she did when they first met and she wished she could undo all of her damage? I imagine a scene where Spinel looks in a mirror or her reflection in a puddle where she sees her previous “evil” self with the crazy eyes in shame and guilt, but promises to not be that same person anymore.

OOOOH I HAVE DONE A THING VERY SIMILAR TO THAT IN ONE OF MY UNFINISHED FICS!!!! With the reflection thing I mean!!! I've also seen a lot of art referencing a scenario like that...

It's obvious - Spinel feels so much guilt for what she did. I refuse to believe she doesn't think about her actions all the time, and I REFUSE to think that she wouldn't have nightmares about herself being a villain if she ever fell asleep.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Spinel had no plan to do anything if her plan succeeded (or, if it failed. Which is why in PIC, she didn't succeed OR fail - her plan just worked differently than she expected). And the sad but very believable possibility is that she would HAVE nothing to do and nowhere to go... and would lead to her realising there's only one way out of her trauma.

Spinel in canon would ABSOLUTELY want to go back in time and undo everything she did to Steven. I believe that very often, in secret, she wishes she never met him... for his sake.

Idk about that, but really, Rose didn't get any real personal consequences to her actions. She got so many gems corrupted and shattered, but she herself was fine and got to live on doing whatever she wanted for thousands of years. All the while being treated like a hero and idolized by her remaining companions.

I get that she felt she had no choice with the whole "faking her death" thing, but really she did not think this action through at all (as she did with all her actions, tbh. It's evident she didn't think any of her actions through, and certainly never considered anyone's feelings when she made a choice. Why would she? She's a diamond. The world revolves around her and always has). Even if they didn't care about her, she of all people should know they wouldn't tolerate a Diamond being shattered by a lesser gem. They're not exactly a peaceful democracy that treats all gems equally (and there's no way she doesn't know that. Her actions prove she doesn't even fully view other gems as people. Mainly how she treats Spinel. Never once does she consider how Spinel might feel being left behind. And again, why would she? Spinel was made to be her friend. She was a toy, not a person. Likewise, the same could be said about Pearl. Made to serve her. A tool, not a person. This may even by why she never acknowledged her affection, yet immediately got attached to Greg (she was always fascinated with humans, after all, viewing them as so much more important than Gems that she was willing to fight a war to keep Earth from being destroyed to create more Gems. Damn the consequences, damn the Gems that would die in this war whether she wins or loses. And the sad part is, she didn't even really succeed. If not for Steven, the Cluster would have destroyed Earth anyway. I doubt Rose could have reached the Cluster the way Steven did).

Now all this said, I don't think she was ever acting out of malice. She's a child, almost literally, who was always treated as the most important thing. As above other gems, other lifeforms. Of COURSE she's going to be a selfish thoughtless person cuz she's never NEEDED to give a shit about anyone's wants, desires, etc other than her own. Yeah, she encouraged gems to be free, to be more than their intended role, but only because she wanted to do that herself. And looking at how she acts towards new gems who start to break their intended roles (like Garnet) her interest is typically because they did or discovered something that interested her (in the case of Garnet, cross-gem fusion, which hadn't really been done as far as we know before this). Looking at her, her own interest and wanting to see new things seems to be her driving force, and she doesn't seem to care at all what other Gems feel about it (again, looking at Pearl here. It's shown over and over that Pearl's love for Rose is so completely blatant and obvious. but never does she ever address it. Not even to tell her she doesn't feel the same. And despite how intense Pearl's love is for her, she gets with Greg, a human, and has Steven, which results in her no longer being alive (which she HAD to know would happen. She has Garnet, after all, who can see the future. Quite far into it, too). And yet she never tries to ease the burden on Pearl. Doesn't even let Pearl finally tell everyone she's Pink Diamond. She completely disregard's Pearl's feelings and disappears.

Again, I don't think it's malice, but that doesn't make it any less shitty.

Best known for her temper, she's almost always on the edge of going off and flaming out.

She has her own lil ghosts like her dad that her rep of Sadness, Joy, and Rage. Rage is Pseudo leader of the ghosties trio.

She genuinely tries to be nice but like death and being the child of a vengeful ghost can mess up anybody.

Lilly really loves music! Her song is definitely Money by Mystery Skulls.

Her legs and arms are transparent since she's a ghost and do flare up with her when she gets mad.

She can't speak. Lacking a bottom jaw does that to you.

Lilly isn't looking for romance right now. She's got to work on her temper first. But maybe she'll find someone with her blue heart.

Delta wasn't certain what she was staring at. It was a squirmy human thing with a large squishy plume on it's head. The plume had what she assumed was an eye in it. It certainly looked like an eye. A big fiery one. The thing's face was hidden by strange pink and blue strands of twisting hair that circled around it's head.

She gestured to the thing "Mariza what is this?" She asked.

Mariza smiled as she held the thing in her watery tendrils "It's a mer child, a jellyfish one. I've only heard about them but look at him... her... Them!" The god mumbled, they shifted the child a bit.

"Did you even check?" Delta asked. Her girlfriend was wonderful but also very, very impulsive at times. It was cute when it wasn't child kidnapping.

Mariza nodded "Yeah, it just they uh- they didn't have anything. As far as I could tell it was stingers and oh do they sting," she remarked. The jellyfish child giggled. Little chubby and uncomfortably pale hands grasped at the air.

Delta held out her hands "Give me them, you're going to drop them like that," she said. The ocean god sighed by gladly handed them over. The trio went to a spot on the ship for a little more privacy.

The shark smiled "Okay, let's see what you're hiding under this mushroom hat," she teased. The child giggled again as she pushed their hair (?) Back. Her hand stung sharply. Delta jerked her hand away "Ah shit," she grumbled.

"Those might also be stinger bits," Mariza warned. The god closed her mouth from the glare the pirate sent her way. Delta shuffled over to a trunk and grabbed a glove. She pulled it on then went back to the child "Okay, take two."

When she managed to touch the stringers without being violently stung. Delta felt the blood drain from her face "Mariza," she said.

Mariza popped up by her side and winced. The child had big glassy eyes. They were looking at Delta but it was definitely in a way that didn't exactly see her. More like the general direction of her.

Mariza waved a tendril in their face "Hey kid, can you see that?" She asked.

The little one blinked "What?" They asked, half aware.

Delta dropped their tentacles and pulled her girlfriend away from the kid "They're blind," She whispered.

"I noticed."

"Mariza!"

The god made a vague gesture "What! You want me to toss them back into the ocean or something? They're a jellyfish, I'm more shocked they can even talk rather than them being blind," she replied.

The shark mer fell silent. Her eyes went back to the jellyfish sitting on the bed, idly kicking their legs all dapper in a makeshift outfit from an old sail cloth. An idea hit her.

She approached the child and crouched down again "Hey little one, do you think you can answer some questions for me?" She asked.

They nodded excitedly.

A smile crossed Delta's face, Mariza electing to join her "Okay, do you have a name? Something your family calls you?" She asked.

The child smiled, all goofy and all teeth "Papa called me Ab- am- aboination," they said, stumbling through the word.

That sharp cold feeling on the blood draining from Delta came back "Abomination?" She asked weakly.

The child nodded happily "Mhm, Mama called me Abe or Abbey," they replied.

Once again they went back to the corner. Delta gave Mariza a look "Where did you find them?" She asked.

After the whole mess of Ascension thing and relearning each other, Delta knew one thing. It took a lot for the New Mariza to be anxious. What she had asked made the god's eyes dart everywhere but at her.

"Mariza."
