Hi, do you have a list of Ghostbusters comics that would be worth to read (prefetably RGB, but others are fine, too)?

Hello! I have actually read all the comics that have RGB in them so this is a question I can answer properly!!

So, there are 2 old RGB comic series: Marvel and NOW. Marvel is a short-story type that has additional content like QnA from Peter, Winston’s journal stories, Egon’s book and so on. I’d say it’s pretty fun, though nothing crazy and the characters are often OOC.

NOW comics are more like proper episodes, however I must warn that if you’re looking for fun and/or cute character dynamics, they don’t have a lot, but the writing’s good!

IDW comics have multiple issues with RGB where they don’t play the central role, but are still there, here’s gonna be my personal opinion on them:

Mars Attacks The Real Ghostbusters is short and cute, it’s one of the rare ones that just has them doing their job rlly.

Ghostbusters Vol. 2 Issue #2 - couldn’t even find them there. Briefly mentioned.

The entire Get Real series is great, super fun, ties into the show, has a lot of references and easter eggs and has RGB interacting with the movie gang. Peak.

International is meh, it’s RGB Egon teaming up with ppl I don’t know cuz I haven’t read the comics. Not a fan, personally, but might be good if you care ab other GB groups.

GB Annual 2017 - one panel cameo.

Ghostbusters 101 #3 - this is it.

GB Annual 2018 - appear at the end to bust some ghosts alongside other GB versions.

Crossing Over: peak imo. They combine all the different GB from all the different universes and make them work together, I found it extremely entertaining, recommend.

35’s Anniversary: maybe my favourite RGB comic. Very nice art style, very chill and fun story, very good and canonical character interactions, overall great!!

I actually have seen this figure irl. It’s in a local forbidden planet and it’s been there for a hot min. Literally don’t think I’ve seen it moved once since 2022? I remember asking if they had any other ghostbusters products and they had you know the funkos, that loungefly bag, a few pins— I asked them about the Walter figure and weirdly enough that they confided in me they didn’t know what figure I was talking about.

Why is this figure so ominous and why has it not been bought yet? Idk
