God is not fickle like people; He does not chop and change His mind. God knows everything; from the beginning to the end of each and every situation, in the lives of people and what is on the inside of people's hearts. He speaks every word with reason with His purpose to save, teach, correct, train and rebuke, yet as a Father He pulls His children towards the light, calling us out and away from darkness towards His love. God does not speak the unknown, but He speaks the known and He Confirms His word and His promises. "As my word goes fourth out of my mouth, so it will accomplish that what it was sent to do." Isaiah 55:11 _ To save, Heal, restore, lead and guide into all truth. God's word rips apart the darkness and every lie from Hell. The truth is not found in fears or in disbelief. The truth and forgiveness are found in abandoning the very nature of the flesh and sin culture and finding yourself immersed in the blood of Jesus Christ. That is Grace, the ability. of God and His redemption plan and redeeming power. There is an old song and hymn from my childhood that the oldies would sing in their worship that is as relevant today as it was back then, and in every generation since the death and the resurrection of Christ. The lyrics to the song were... " Have you been to Jesus for His cleansing power? are you washed in the blood of the lamb? are your garments spotless, are they white as snow, are you washed in the blood of the lamb? Are you washed in the blood? in that soul cleansing blood of the lamb; Are your garments spotless are they white as snow are you washed in the blood of the lamb."_ Salvation Army song book. Only the blood of Jesus, the son of God, the Massiah can wash away the dirtiest, filthiest sin and stains from sin that try to Seare the consciousness of people's minds. After Jesus drove into Jerusalem on a Donkey, He went to the Church first…

And He set them straight!

He freed the doves - Let the Holy Ghost move

He overthrew the tables - It matters which table you sit at.

He fixed all this “sand from the holy land, oil for $25 and $1000 prophecies, and whatever some of these smooth operators are busy with”

He restored a bussiness model back to a Kingdom model.

He brought the Church back to a praying people.

Protection

During these uncertain times so many of us are asking for protection. I encourage us all to step out a litter farther in our prayers. Let's ask God for the courage and boldness to carry out his will in the midst of these troubled times. The same God that covered his Apostles and Disciples during the Roman persecutions is the same God that will cover us today as we carry out his will.
