SALVATION PRAYER REQUEST

Hey Christian Tumblr, I'm just reaching out to ask any and all of you to pray this Christmas. Will you join me in praying that a lot of people will receive Jesus this year? Christmas is a time for miracles, and there is no bigger miracle than a soul receiving salvation. So please join me in praying for the lost, whether those would be the wayward Christians, the ones who have fallen away, those who have never heard the gospel, or those who have heard it and have so far rejected it. Please join me in prayer. Let's help bring God's children back to their true Home. Thank you all. ❤️

Although we normally meditate on the birth of Jesus at this time of the year, His purpose in coming to earth was not to give us the sweet picture of a baby in a manger...that little Baby was born to die for you and for me and thus pay for the forgiveness of our sins. He was born to die on the Cross that we might be reconciled to God. Jesus came to this earth as a human being, in the womb of a human mother, for one purpose: so that He could one day die a miserable death on a cross to purchase our salvation! Salvation is free, all we need to do is, put our faith and trust in Him.

Luke 15:7, "There is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who were righteous and haven't strayed away!"

i was thinking about this verse recently and wondering.. how different it would be if people could see just how important they are to God. so important in fact that the Creator of the universe, an everlasting Being, came down Himself to experience death to set us free from Death. if you were the only human needing redemption, He would have gone through it all just for you.

it's up to you to accept or reject this payment on your behalf. there's no way to pay it yourself, you can never be "good enough" to make it to Heaven. He took on your punishment for you and only His sacrifice absolves you from it. if you reject Him, He will honor that decision, and you'll spend eternity separated from Him and all joy, light, and happiness. not because He's cruel, but because all good things stem from the Lord. there is no life without Jesus Christ.

the experience of the man in this comic is actually based on many testimonies i've listened to. people cried out to Jesus, and either saw or felt His love and were changed. don't wait! you have the entirety of Heaven cheering you on, longing for you to join our family. the hole in your heart can only be filled by the Holy Spirit's Presence. don't reject your opportunity to experience God's wonders forever, in a reality far greater than Earth could ever hope to be.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

We love Him because He first loved us and gave His Only Son to die for our sins (1 John 4:10).

 Think about it. Jesus was blameless and sinless, yet He was crucified. He laid down His life for us, so that, we would inherit eternal life. Truly, that is ultimate love.

What God has done for us, He did for love. His love for us is immeasurable. Instead of trying to understand it,  just receive it and say, “Thank You Jesus.” His love begins to change us, His love has the power to change us inside out! We are no longer what we used to be.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, all things have become new! .

The kind of love God has for us cost Him dearly.  His body still bears the scars from His suffering. God loves you to the end, He will never give up on you.

Don't give up on yourself.

The tension of the future is unbearable in us. It must break through narrow cracks, it must force new ways. You want to cast off the burden, you want to escape the inescapable. Running away is deception and detour. Shut your eyes so that you do not see the manifold, the outwardly plural, the tearing away and the tempting. There is only one way and that is your way; there is only one salvation and that is your salvation. Why are you looking around for help? Do you believe that help will come from outside? What is to come is created in you and from you. Hence look into yourself. Do not compare, do not measure. No other way is like yours. All other ways deceive and tempt you. You must fulfill the way that is in you.
