Story: The Carpenter’s Mission
In a small town nestled between rolling hills, there lived a humble carpenter named Samuel. Samuel was known for his craftsmanship, but even more so for his unwavering faith in God. He built homes, furniture, and even the town’s church, always praying over his work and dedicating every piece to the glory of God.One day, a wealthy and influential man named Darius moved into the town. Finding Peace Through Prayer: An Exposition of Philippians 4:6-7
Tumblr media
prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
In these verses, the Apostle Paul offers profound spiritual guidance on overcoming anxiety and finding peace through prayer. The command to "not be anxious about anything" is not a mere suggestion but an imperative grounded in the understanding of God's sovereignty and care for His people. It encourages believers to relinquish their worries and concerns to God, trusting in His provision and wisdom.
The phrase "in every situation" encompasses all aspects of life, indicating that no matter the circumstance, prayer is the pathway to peace. Through prayer and petition, believers are invited to bring their needs, desires, and concerns before God, demonstrating dependence on Him for guidance and provision. Furthermore, the instruction to approach God "with thanksgiving" underscores the importance of gratitude in the believer's spiritual life, acknowledging God's goodness and faithfulness even amidst trials.
The promised outcome of this faithful prayer life is the "peace of God, which transcends all understanding." This peace is not dependent on external circumstances but is a divine gift that surpasses human comprehension. It is a deep-seated assurance and tranquility that guards the hearts and minds of believers, protecting them from the turmoil of anxiety and fear. This peace is rooted in a relationship with Christ Jesus, who is the source of true peace and security.
In essence, these verses emphasize the transformative power of prayer in the believer's life. By entrusting their concerns to God with gratitude and faith, they can experience a profound sense of peace that defies human understanding, knowing that their hearts and minds are securely held in Christ Jesus.

Every parent desires the best for their children. One impactful way to shower blessings upon them is through the power of spoken words. Decreeing Scriptures over children is not just a ritual; it's a faith-filled practice that releases God's promises and protection into their lives. In this blog, we'll explore a selection of Scriptures that can be decreed over children, transforming their journey with the grace and truth of God's Word.
1. Protection and Safety: Decree: "I decree God's shield of protection over my children, guarding them from harm and danger."
Scripture: Psalm 91:11-12 "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone."
2. Wisdom and Knowledge: Decree: "I decree that my children are blessed with wisdom and understanding, making righteous choices."
Scripture: Proverbs 2:6 "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding."
3. Divine Favor: Decree: "I decree that my children walk in divine favor, finding favor with God and people."
Scripture: Luke 2:52 "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man."
4. Confidence and Strength: Decree: "I decree my children are strong and courageous, facing challenges with confidence."
Scripture: Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
5. Love and Compassion: Decree: "I decree my children grow in love, showing compassion to others."
Scripture: Colossians 3:12 "Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience."
6. Purpose and Calling: Decree: "I decree my children fulfill their unique purpose, walking in God's divine plan."
Scripture: Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
7. Health and Well-Being: Decree: "I decree divine health over my children's bodies, for they are fearfully and wonderfully made."
Scripture: Psalm 139:14 "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."
8. Obedience and Honor: Decree: "I decree my children honor and obey God's Word, experiencing life's blessings."
Scripture: Exodus 20:12 "Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you."
Decreeing Scriptures over children is a spiritual act of love that shapes their identity, character, and future. By aligning our words with God's Word, we activate His promises in their lives. As parents and caregivers, let's embrace this practice as a powerful tool to cover our children in God's love, protection, and purpose, nurturing them into the individuals God intends them to be.

2 Thesallonians 3:3
As I face the trials and tribulations of this world, I find solace in the words of the Apostle Paul to the Thessalonians. Though they too faced persecution and opposition, Paul reminded them that the Lord is faithful.
The verse 2 Thessalonians 3:3 is part of a letter written by the Apostle Paul to the church in Thessalonica, a city in ancient Greece. The verse reads: “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” In this verse, Paul is reminding the Thessalonians that even in the face of opposition and persecution, they can trust in God’s faithfulness. Paul believed…

Quick Message: The Losses Are Always Gains, GOD MAKES NO MISTAKES!👇🏽✨✨ Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, the Good fortune may be followed by misfortune. The term alludes to the Bible's Book of Job, in which Job suffers considerable misfortune. “The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord” (Job 1:21). Sometimes we always look for the blessing from God in receiving things but have you ever thought about the blessing from God can and will also come from Taking away some things? Many times the Lord will remove Friends, Family and people from us because he see things we don’t see and in order for us to grow we have to let go, Sometimes the Lord will closed doors on us because he have an better one open for us and we trying to get in an door that is not meant for us, Sometimes We get laid off or let go from an job and it hurt us at that moment but God took that job away because he have something better for you and when one door closes another will open for you! But the thing is you have to believe and trust God that everything in your life is for your good! You have to know that God is in control and he make all things work together for your good to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28📖‼️ So when God say count it all Joy he is saying this for an reason because the Gains and The Losses are all considered Blessings‼️🙏🏽❤️🫶🏽🥹 #godmakesnomistakes#godfearing#believeandreceive#trustinggod#trustinggodsplan#blessings#godisincontrol #inspirationquotes#inspiration#christianbloggersofinstagram#christianblog #godwill#godwillprovide#godsprotection#godsplan#godisfaithful#godisable#faithfulgod#godspromise #godlyquotes#godsword#godswordfortoday#testimony#christianmessage#godsplan#trustingtheprocess#godsmessage #godwillfightforyou#godsincontrol#godschosen#biblequote (at Nigeria) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cp9iRq6oRtD/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Time flies when you're surrounded by love! A year ago, we celebrated our Nigerian engagement ceremony with family and friends from around the world, and today we're still cherishing the memories. Our journey to marriage took us to Guatemala, where we tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by those we love and respect. And now, our little one is already three months old! Time truly does fly, but we're grateful for every moment we've shared together. As we reflect on the past year, we're thankful for God's protection and guidance, and for the wonderful friendships that have grown and flourished. From my sister's visit from DC to Ashley and Soumya's support as our best man and wife, and Xena's surprise visit, our hearts are filled with joy and gratitude. Baby Niles was thrilled to meet everyone too! #NigerianEngagement #LoveKnowsNoBoundaries #FamilyOverEverything #GratefulHeart #Blessed #NewParents #FriendshipGoals #MakingMemories #Thankful #GuatemalaWedding #GodsProtection #FamilyReunion" (at Manhattan, New York) https://www.instagram.com/p/CpJ3aQ-sa8N/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
