I have returned to watching demon slayer after a year and it came up while I was having a serious late night talk with my big sister. I was talking about the relationship between Michikatsu/Kokushibo and Yoriichi and it turns out we both see each other in Yoriichi's shoes and ourselves in Michikatsu's place. Definitely surprising, but really relieving to know that we both worry too much and we are not so far apart in skill as we believe.

This is technically the first piece of fanart I've ever made for the characters in Demon Slayer, I have made OCs before but I never drew an actual character from the story. For context this is mostly just a fun "what if" scenario with them meeting in the afterlife. I like to think Yoriichi's love would reawaken Michikatsu's humanity.

Finally finished one of my “hey wouldnt it be cool if—“ animations. Ever since I watched puss in boot the last wish in english (i saw it in south korea when it released), my brain was itching to animate this with leo. So when procreate dreams dropped, i gave in and made this. Def took longer than i thought it would mainly bc i was trying to find a nice work flow in the app. Overall, Id say i like the convenience of dreams by being able to animate on the go but ooooooh boy there are a lot of missing key features that I hope they implement down the road.

Could I request Squirrelflight, Leafpool and Whitewing together (or one of the siblings if it's too many cats)? They don't really have a close bond in the books despite being kin and in the same apprentice generation and I always found it a missed opportunity.

I feel like Whitepaw would be interested in herbs and pay attention to what Leafpaw is saying while Squirrelpaw is completely distracted by being in the forest adult free.

Whitepaw would be an older sister figure to them, in where she listens to both of them and 100% tries (and fails) to keep them out of trouble.

Unfortunatly canon forgot Whitepaw was older than them, so she can be the sweet baby than¹ the sisters like if you wanna make her younger than Leafie and Skwerl!

i keep feeling guilty about the like. state-sponsored employment counseling/resources i'm getting. (i basically have a case manager for job-hunting or continuing education, a work-health counselor to help me balance my disability/health needs with whatever work i end up doing, and uhhhh maybe a couple others i forgot.) but then i remember of the 10 years i've been out of school i've actually been full-time permanently employed for roughly 3 of them, and fully unemployed for about 3 of them as well. and i'm like oh yeah okay. i do actually need extra support & assistance.
