The second issue has just come out and it is so great again. From the art to the character introspection to the relationships, it all fits so well together

there's a clear parallel between Damian and Talia, they both search for parental approval, they were both born for a cause, but Damian was the only one that got the chance to scape, a chance to be more then a mentally ill tool for a cause

Damian's view of Bruce's other sons, the way each of them occupies a niche in his mind and how he doesn't have a place to fit in is giving me a whole load of feelings. The way he simplifies them in his mind, that he only ascribes two character traits to them, the way those are their roles in his mind, leaving no role for him to fulfill, the way he sees this as not complex people with complex relationships to Bruce and each other, but each having their designated spot (that leaves him without a spot) is really hurting me in the emotions place right now.
