I've been sorta getting into forest bathing lately bc there are some nice woods with walking trails near me and some time in the fresh air and nature is good for me, but I refuse to talk about it normally. My friends will be like "what did I do today" and I'm like "oh I went to the woods" "you mean you went on a hike or a walk or something?"
