oh jeez. I didn't think it would be this soon.
I'm nervous - what if I hate it?? what if they ruin Klaus? or Diego? dang I'm angsty.
also this poster is kinda cute got the tentacles with some goo. honey? is it Ben centralised?
it's a subway train? maybe? the caption was "your train is arriving"
I'm also about to become so freaking annoying so sorry in advance for that except I'm not really because I actually choked on saliva when this popped up on my feed.

⚠️⚠️ Season 1, 2, 3, and s4 trailer spoilers!!! ⚠️⚠️
I love how the writers did a flashback to Five saying "[Viktor] is the bomb" and then Diego repeating it. It's a full circle moment. And then Diego says, "[Viktor] will always be the bomb." (I'm going to make a separate post about this whole thing because I have things to say about this, s3, and what we know of season 4).
Okay, so in season 1, [Viktor] was the bomb. This is because [he] was mad. Neglected. Forced to be ordinary. And having those powers within [him] just brewing for so long, was not good. So they exploded and ended up blowing up the moon.
Season 2, [Viktor] is the bomb. This is because [he] lost all memories. And now [he] is being forced to remember them in an FBI building. Once again, he blows up. Causing the world to believe the Russians attacked and boom, doomsday.
Season 3, Viktor is NOT the bomb. However, it can be argued that yes, he is. But that is only true in part if the others are the cause too. Because they are. Their existence caused the grandfather paradox. Aka the kugelblitz. So, him being there caused the apocalypse, so in part, he was responsible.
Season 4, as we know, Viktor is not the bomb. It's Ben this time. Now, we're all like, Yay! Congratulations for not causing the apocalypse this time! But I wonder how Viktor will be involved this season.
In the very first scene, Viktor is seen with Reginald as he calls Ben to warn him. My brain immediately goes to Viktor sought him out. He wants answers about his powers, his family, why he's done this, maybe he lost his memories again, I don't know.
Viktor was the last one at the end of season 3. Which makes sense. After all that work, Viktor is still confused. He wants a relationship with his family, and they've all just left. They're done with this. But Viktor doesn't know what to do. So it makes sense he'd go to find Reginald.
What will this do? What does this cause? Who actually finds out that Ben is the one to end the world? Is it Reginald, or is it Viktor?
The umbrella academy has always been about Viktor. It's posed in a way where most view Five as the main character. Some argue it's all of them. I argue it's Viktor. Season 1, [Viktor] ends the world. 2, ends the world. 3, part of ending the world and meets Harlan and that whole storyline.
Now, in s4, it's going to be all about Ben.
So how is that going to go?

Theory for The Umbrella Academy Season 4.
I think Diego is going to die, here is why.
1. He is well liked. He may not be the favourite, but he places in a spot where it would hurt if he died, but not as much as someone like 5 or Viktor.
2. If I am remembering correctly, Lila is pregnant. This means Diego is about to become a father. He wants them to be a happy family.
3. In shows like this, it is not uncommon for a main character to die in the final season.
4. It can't be 5, Viktor or Klaus. They are generally the favourites. Five is the favourite, Viktor is very powerful but also essentially the main character and Klaus is another the favourite, and can't die. He did lose his powers at the end of season 3, but in the Trailer we 5, Viktor and Ben using their powers, so it is safe to say that Klaus can no longer die, again. See the next 3 images.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
5. In the trailer we see Lila and five hugging and Lila is sobbing as if someone close to her died. The only time these two, the adversaries, would hug is if someone close to both of them died. AKA Diego! See the following image

TUA SEASON 4 SPOILERS‼️
DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU HAVEN’T SEEN THIS SEASON‼️
Tumblr media
Ermmm season 4 of The Umbrella Academy HAS to be a joke… Lila and Five? Five would NEVER. I’m so disappointed in the way it ended. I genuinely feel like season 1 and 2 are the best seasons. They actually had a correlation. Season 3 wasn’t that bad but season 4? Omg i will never stop talking about this till the day i die. The way the season ended suckeddd like why couldn’t it be a happy ending☹️
The writers could have approached this season differently. Turning Five into a home wrecker and absolutely massacred him as a character is insane. The trailer had me really excited but after watching the first episode i knew it was gonna be worse than season 3. Five really broke character w the whole Lila sitch. It’s upsetting what the writers did to both Five and Lila and it’s not fair to Diego. I really set my expectations too high. The 8 marigold flowers that appeared at the end was cute and all but why didn’t they get to have a happy ending? We were robbed of a great opportunity for the writers to redeem themselves after season 3. It’s all Ben’s fault.
Sorry about the topic hopping, when i write something there is generally no structure at all. Anyways i’m done ranting (for now)
Well guess who’s back to rant again!! Let’s look at it this way. If Five had said no to finding Jennifer then they wouldn’t have gotten the box w the marigold. If they didn’t get the marigold then Ben wouldn’t have given it to them. If Ben didn’t give them the marigold there would be no end of the world. Everyone literally said no to finding Jennifer except for Five.

The Teaser Trailer: Transcribed
I got so hyped that I combed through the entire teaser trailer at 0.25x speed to catch everything for prediction and speculation. But this might be helpful for people with screen readers, maybe? Or who can’t watch for any other reason.
This is pretty informal, but very interesting to think about!
(1) Luther and Ben walking into the a place lit with orange light.
Speculation: (manor?) I also might be wrong about it being Luther, it’s in shadow, hard to see.
(2) Zoom in on a decrepit, old, cobwebbed “Hargreeves home for Wayward Boys”, and a bird flies away.
(3) Reginald: “Our world is changing,”
(4) Five standing in a subway station as an empty train comes by.
Speculation: time traveling mechanism, also Ben was on a subway in the last scene of season 3, so could be connected!
(5) Reginald: “has changed.”
Another shot of Five looking at the subway from a different angle, slightly alarmed somewhat (I think)
(6) Reginald: “There are some among us”
Viktor as a bartender gets a call, and rubs at his eyebrow a bit.
(7) Reginald: “gifted with abilities”
Allison holds Claire’s cheeks, smiling, in some sort of bedroom.
(8) Reginald: “far beyond the ordinary”
Someone closes the door on Ben, who is holding a plastic bag and appears to be facing a bunch of prison cells, or some other grimy facility.
(9) Diego turning around a small girl with a big grin, who’s about to hit a pinata at a celebration, a bunch of other girls in party hats and their parents, presumably, in line behind her.
Speculation + Commentary: absolutely precious. This is likely Diego and Lila’s daughter.
(10) Reginald: “I have adopted six such children.”
Luther putting on a space helmet in a space suit.
Speculation: Something pertaining to Abigail was on the moon…that was the first timeline, but Spaceboy is looking to be returning!
(11) Reginald: “I give you.. the inaugural class”
Klaus in some sort of grimy apartment. It’s kind of hard to tell.
Speculation: He might be hanging from the ceiling, floating perhaps?
(12) Reginald: “of the Umbrella Academy”.
Viktor, Allison, Five, Klaus, Diego holding Ben’s jacket, then Lila in front of a phonebox in a snowy area.
(13) Luther using the camera to take a picture, saying “aaaaand…..smile!” The van (Diego’s van, most likely) is in the background.
(14) Viktor, Allison, Five, Klaus, Lila: not pleased, Viktor and Lila actually partly cover their faces.
Klaus says “oh no”.
Diego and Ben pose cutely, Diego looking serious while Ben is the only one actually smiling.
The screen gains a white border to show us the actual photo taken.
(15) Netflix logo
(16) Shots of them walking, then shots from the top, then shots from the “front” where we follow Diego.
Diego: “We’re back. We’re back, out the way. Out the way. Out the way.”
Lila: “I’m going in the front!
Allison: Why are you yelling?!
A chorus of groans from the rest.
Ben: Shut up!
(17) They get in the van.
Diego, punching the roof of the car: First mission back!
Ben: Hell yes! Let’s go kill this b****!
Diego driving, Five passenger, Klaus-Lila-Allison middle, Klaus is breathing into a paper bag
Ben-Viktor next to each other.
Luther in the very back.
(18) Comedic pause as everyone reacts with “what the hell” faces.
Allison: This is a rescue mission.
Ben: …Right.
(19) The subway line aesthetic comes in.
Typography: On August 8
The song, “The Final Countdown” starts playing in the background
(20) A huge drone helicopter takes off.
Speculation: I’ve already seen this on the timeline, but apparently this is “The Minerva” from the comics. Credit to @/feralnumberfive for pointing this out!
(21) Subway line graphics
Typography: See the Final Timeline
(22) Five and Lila at a glowing orange subway map, Lila running her hand across it.
Speculation: Likely how they traverse the timelines.
(23) Allison(maybe) and Luther(maybe) looking up at a white and blue pristine building, the van is parked.
(24) “You children bicker constantly..”
Luther does a light shove at Diego, who is in his vigilante gear again.
(25) They’re in the manor, Viktor is angrily punching someone (Ben?) while the rest look surprised, Klaus and Diego try to intervene.
(26) Viktor: “Yeah, and we drive each other crazy.”
Cut to Reginald, who is having this conversation with Viktor.
(27) Five and Diego about to punch each other, with Allison(maybe) coming in yelling at the end.
(28) Allison hitting a steering wheel/car dashboard.
(29) I assume our new characters for the season doing a dance and a synchronized clap. In an attic room (maybe) decorated with multicolored lights.
(30) Viktor: “But when things go to hell,”
On the clap, it cuts to an explosion. A dead soldier with a gun lies to the right, but it’s hard to make out.
Speculation: This is likely connected to the last scene with Ben and the soldier.
(31) It cuts away very quickly, but Five and Lila entering a ruined area, bright fires burning around them. They enter out of the subway with some strange runes and symbols for the “Station”.
Speculation: Another timeline, another apocalypse, or a destroyed Commission headquarters.
(32) A retro diner that sells chicken nuggets. The waiters are handing out guns.
(33) Viktor: “They’re there for me”
Shot of Viktor talking, then Five holding Lila as she breaks down crying. I think they’re still in the subway.
(34) Room with blue neon lights. Reginald strapping Allison down into a machine. Someone else strapping Diego down into a machine. There is a woman behind him. The lights turn red.
Speculation: The woman might be Abigail, Reginald’s wife. Doesn’t look like Grace. This machine might have something to do with the marigold that powers them all.
(35) A lever is pulled. Screen goes dark.
(36) Klaus: “God, what a bunch of losers…”
Klaus sits on the floor, Five, Luther, Allison on a couch.
(37) Diego shirtless and Luther, who seems to be big again, doing a fun little handshake.
(38) Five blinking except its purple instead of Blue.
Confusion: is this the subway again, or somewhere else? There’s a bunch of tile.
(39) A Santa running while shooting guns in both of his hands.
(40) A shot of the magical timeline subway from the subway’s perspective.
(41) A reveal of an Umbrella Tattoo, except instead of curving down it looks like the Umbrella is inside out and spiking up.
(42) Klaus with a bunch of candles and Knick-knacks, likely doing some sort of Seance.
(43) They’re in the van again. No Ben. Diego driving, Allison passenger, Lila-Luther-Five, and Klaus in the back.
(44) The drone thing flying somewhere
(45) Luther emerging from a ball pit with joy in his eyes.
(46) A gloved hand grasping another non-gloved hand with intense orange-yellow-red energy
(47) In a extremely white and fancy room, Reginald approaching with a gun and someone in the foreground falling over (unclear)
(48) Viktor with orange palms sending a plastic of energy at someone.
(49) Luther seems to be fighting someone, and Diego is throwing someone wearing heels through a glass door, same outfits as the handshake scene.
(50) A soldier being dragged by a tentacle. There are dismembered limbs on the floor (hand, head, part of a leg, maybe?).
In the background, something is on fire. Ben’s tentacles sprout from the back instead of his stomach. He takes a deep breath, the soldier flung far into the background with ease.

Post-Umbrella Academy S4 Reaction Part 3: Viktory!...ish (spoilers under cut)
If you're just joining me, Part 1 was a reaction to FANDOM'S reaction; Part 2 was a snippet of fix-it that poured out of me yesterday. Now to get into the nitty-gritty.
Let's start off the show-specific commentary with something, to counteract the online vitriol, I have the most genuinely positive feelings about (though also a few definite opinions on how it could have been improved): VIKTOR. VIKTOR MY BABY whom I have written 35,584 words from the point of view of (and almost as many ABOUT him from other povs) since last we saw him. I think I've mentioned in tags or something the weird possessive feeling I got just seeing him in trailer footage-- the same thing happened when season 3 of Legion came out and I saw the Loudermilks again. There's something about spending a lot of time in a character's head that makes me weirdly emotional about them after that.
Five is my favorite character from an objective what-an-absurdly-interesting-character standpoint, but Viktor has always been the character I've connected to most emotionally. I, too, have spent my life convinced I'm Nobody but desperately longing to be SOMEBODY. And he had the tragic arc I've been morbidly obsessed with since Lester Nygaard-- the doormat who finally stands up for themselves but it all keeps going horribly wrong.
He finally speaks up, tells his story to the world-- and it only further alienates him from his already-troubled family, and the one guy he most hoped WOULD read it immediately shelved it and never touched it again. (At least, in a possible future, it became an anchor and lifeline for Five. But I'm not sure Viktor ever canonically found out about that. All Five told him was that it was "ballsy," which is better than anything anyone else ever told him about it, but not about how he carried it everywhere he went for 40-some years and used it to keep all his most important home-going equations)
He finally gains the power he always longed for, but instinctively lashes out violently with it at every reveal of betrayal from people he trusted (and only one of those people probably deserved it).
He finally gets first chair, is the most extraordinary violinist the world has ever seen, and then-- well-- he blows up the moon.
Again and again, he ends up triggering apocalypses every time he steps out, takes a stand. He saves a little kid's life, and THAT action ends up eating up the entire universe.
He can't catch a break. All he wanted was to be a hero like his siblings, and it KEEPS. GOING. WRONG.
I am OBSESSED with this. I'm obsessed with this kid who cried when his brothers stepped on ants unwittingly destroying all life as we know it over and over again. I need him to break this cycle, I need him to prove that he CAN be powerful AND have good results, I need to see it as a fellow struggling-to-get-out-of-her-self-esteem-pit doormat who only wants to do GOOD, and I ache for him when he doesn't. But in a good way. Because it's fiction and I savor the angst.
Which brings us up to Season Four, under the cut.
So, six years have passed since Viktor got off mood suppressants, tasted power, came out as trans, and got asked by the brother who used to completely ignore him and once locked him in a sound-proof cell to serve as Best Man at his wedding. He's been living a completely new life! We saw in the trailers that he's a bartender, but then you get his location establishing shot and it turns out it's HIS BAR. HIS NAME IS OVER THE DOOR.
Reader, I reacted vocally, out loud, to this reveal. HE built and runs this genuinely nice bar all by himself! Look how WELL he is doing for himself! Okay, he can't maintain a relationship for the life of him (but that's okay, it's just he hasn't realized that Five is his Soulmate SORRY I WILL PROBABLY DO IT AGAIN) (also, I'm very tickled that his last girlfriend was named Amy. I'm flattered, really), but otherwise he has built a darn nice life for himself. (It gives me the same bittersweet feeling as this one Fiktor fic--there's your warning, don't like don't read-- by @sissytobitch10seconds, "Completely Alone," in which Viktor runs off to become a farmer without telling anyone. Sure, he's isolated himself from the family he once longed to feel a part of, and that's a little sad, but he's working well and quietly, and living fully and in peace, and I love that for him!)
And from here on out, you can just see how far he's come-- the confidence in the way he talks to the siblings he used to be in awe of! The way he doesn't hesitate to share his ideas-- and the way the others actually listen to his ideas now!
And then the majority of the season for him becomes coolly (and...sometimes not so coolly-- but much more in CONTROL than he was six years ago) standing up to the father who belittled, sedated, and gaslit him (or, a variation of said father, at least), and being respected back.
It was just so SATISFYING.
One little victory-- um, viktory?-- that stood out for me was when he had the idea to infiltrate a militia of cultists by Sharpie-ing an umbrella tattoo on his wrist. The symbolism of this action that had once been a sort of pathetic and misguided attempt at fitting in, he was now reclaiming it for purposes of pretending to fit in, a more important goal forefront in his mind-- it was a little thing but it touched my heart, how he was like, "Oh *I* know what to do! I used to do this all the time!" but this time it actually helped him be a hero.
And then the biggest full-circle moment: he insisted on trying to talk Ben down, to bring him back from the edge of blowing and destroying the world-- just like Ben had done for him at the end of season 2.
If only it had worked.
Anyway, I now direct you to the Venn diagram I reblogged the other day: I liked Viktor's arc: it made me really happy, in fact. It GENERALLY made in-universe sense. It could do with some major improvements as a piece of narrative storytelling, though, and that comes back to the overarching theme of Viktor I discussed before we got to the season 4 stuff.
In the first three seasons, the concept that he WAS the apocalypse was always hanging over his arc, even as he gained control of his powers and emotions and gained confidence in his place in the family. I would not have been happy if he really WAS cursed to always bring about destruction, but I want to see him explicitly break this curse, onscreen. But a lot of his personal growth happened off screen, between seasons-- which is generally a good thing, I'm so happy he's been doing so well-- but I feel like we should have at least acknowledged that the Curse of Being the Apocalypse was still hanging over his head as the season began, and THEN SHOWN him deliberately turning that around, AND THEN HE SHOULD HAVE SUCCEEDED.
Him trying to reach Ben was a start. It was symbolic and circular. But it ultimately didn't work, so bleh. Someone on the Elliott's House Discord suggested that what SHOULD have happened was that Viktor succeeded in removing all the Marigold in the world--from Ben, from his other siblings, from everywhere-- and taking it into himself (an action his long-desired powers had been shown to be capable of) , and then sacrificed himself into the Cleanse to save everyone else. BINGO, full-circle, the Apocalypse becomes the cure, the wannabe superhero becomes the ultimate hero. It's a bummer to have a hero die, but compared to what actually happened in show, this would have been one glorious, well-built-toward death, as opposed to a lot of completely hopeless, emotionally ill-timed deaths.
That would have been narratively a lot more satisfying. I would have accepted the death of my blorbo--sadly, but with acceptance-- if it had been so perfectly heroic in this way.
But I'll discuss the way the show actually ended-- which was, for me, the only serious bummer letdown of the season-- in a separate post.
Two more things about Viktor in season 4, before I go, though:
I appreciated that they at least acknowledged his violin-playing. I could not believe that a professional musician would utterly and completely turn his back on music, and they basically let it drop entirely in seasons 2 and 3. It wasn't just a plot device, it was his vocation, dangit! So when Abigail mentions it to him, and he says it's "really more of a love/hate thing," that makes it all make a little more SENSE. Yeah, sure, he's got QUITE a bit of trauma tied up in the violin now, I guess I'll accept that as an excuse for not getting back into it. I would have made a different choice for him, but at least you gave me a REASON, show, so thanks for that.
Secondly, look, I'm not so naive and deluded to believe that my warped, pseudo-incestuous ship would ever be canon, but Viktor and Five barely said a WORD to each other all season, and I wanted just ONE good one-on-one interaction between them, like we've had every other season-- just ONE MOMENT of the childhood besties/apocalyptic foils-for-each-other being more than distant random family passing like ships in the night. They SHOULD have stuck together at the end of Season 3, to be completely honest-- I did slip in a meaningful explanation for why they didn't in that fix-it scene yesterday-- but I'd settle for just...anything at all!...when they reunited. Ah well.
I was honestly just so happy that Viktor had grown so much, that I'm willing to accept a LOT of things-I'd-rather-have-happened not happening.
And that's where I'll leave this post. I'll make a few more-- at least one whole post about the end (going from my favorite part of the season to my LEAST favorite part of the season-- but I have a lot to say about it that is not just emotional ranting!), one post about the infamous love triangle (which I am not opposed to despite it going against my own ships, and I'll have lots to say about that, too), and at least one post of miscellaneous observations, if any of those topics don't jump out at me and demand I give them their own post as well.

here’s the thing about me + lockwood content
before lockwood & co. i wasn’t really in the mood for editing. yes, i did come up with videos and photo edits but i wasn’t really enjoying it much. it was the same all over again. a new episode - a new video. don’t get me wrong, i loved the show (still do, it’s magnum p.i. i’m talking about) but i’ve been editing that for years now.
every now and again a show was coming back with a new season. the umbrella academy for example. i did my usual “new season = one edit with number 5“ and then stopped (because there’s not really much content to use when there’s 50 main characters and you’re only willing to sit down to edit one of them).
then outer banks came back, i thought “hey, time for a new rafe edit“. he wasn’t in it much. i didn’t come up with a video. fine, okay, back to magnum p.i. (which i still LOVE to death, don’t get me wrong, i would always come up with edits, it’s my 2nd favorite show now) but sometimes it’s nice to have different characters to work with.
wednesday was released and i really liked that, especially tyler. i made some photo edits and a few videos (4 or something). and what then? back to the old routine?
no, lockwood & co. was out. i remembered i had seen the trailer a while ago and liked it so i clicked ‘play‘. and look where we are now. i don’t know the last time one character has sparkled any interested in me and got me this motivated. a new one as well, might i add. i don’t do well with new characters since i always have to kinda let them get to me first, you know. it’s quite the process, too, when you want to edit. you have to get the episodes, the scenes you wanna use, you have to select 0.04 seconds from episode 1 and then 0.02 seconds from episode 8 because you think they could work really well together. so it’s a lot to think about even for short videos or photo edits (find the right episode for a certain scene, take screenshots, have ideas of what you wanna do with that screenshot, find good fonts, effects,…) i think you get me. it takes a lot of dedication (for me) to accept a character. and it’s not like i don’t like most of them. i like a lot. for example i’ve enjoyed characters from titans, fate: the winx saga, the sandman, hsmtmts and so on.
so, what i usually do when i watch a new show is play it in the background. i don’t know any character - i’m not interested in any of them. i press ‘play’ and scroll through instagram or twitter. however with lockwood & co., i didn’t. i had my phone sitting right next to me but i didn’t click on instagram. i didn’t click on twitter. i actually watched the show from the first second on. for some reason it was very special to me, i can’t explain it. it felt like i had found THE show (and character) for me. the one show that could get me back into editing, actually loving what i do and create. and it did. look where i am now.
i’m very emotional about this, i cannot even find proper words to express how thankful i am for all of this. i wake up in the morning and am excited about the evening because that’s the time of day i 1) have time to re-watch the show 2) read the books (again) or 3) edit. so this whole saving campaign is not only a matter of stopping netfl** bullshit with unnecessary cancelations, it’s also a matter of heart for me. lockwood & co. is my comfort show. i’ve found it after so many years and i didn’t even know i needed one but i did. lockwood & co. is not your ‘typical ghost show’. lockwood is not your typical good-looking, dick-ish protagonist, he’s way more. he’s the reason i’m doing all of this. i’m trying my best to help with whatever i can because they all deserve to come back for at least one more season. so, every day i stay up until 3-4am, get up at 9am the same day and i don’t regret a single thing. i wanna do this. and i know we can all help them get a new season, together.
it’s been four months (and two days) since the release of lockwood & co. in these four months i’ve been the most creative i’ve ever been, i’ve met the most kind people on social media and i’ve never loved editing more than i do now. and all thanks to anthony lockwood.

The Umbrella Academy season 4 episode 2
Oh no, Lutherrrrr. He's gonna break the pole
Oh my god
Oh no, he's a gorilla again
LILA
So that's why Viktor beats up Ben
Tracks
That looks like Jayme's power...
"Most importantly he's a Klaus that Claire likes! And trusts and looks up to." Oh Klaus
Maybe Ben drinking so much of it is why he ends the world this time?
I hate them for this song
THEYRE GONNA KILL DIEGO FOR THIS
OH MY GOD THATS SO LONG
Klaus is in hell
THIS IS SO FUNNY BEING SET TO BABY SHARK
This conversatioj
"You're a good brother" MY HEART
Oop
Oh my god
Get his ass rosie
Luther I adore you
That's shotgun lady from the trailer..
Oh my god. Lovers, the tower, and the death card
Come on Klaus, join the party!
God, he's a genuine crypto bro
Methinks she DOES
What the fuck
He keeps blinking specifically to that subway
Damn I wish I could read
Uhhhhh
What's special about Rosie? She has to play a part here
The whole town except her knew about this... and her step uncle said "we can't hurt the girl" hmmmmm
Different timeli- yup
Oh my god that was majestic
OOP
Okay so that explains why Rosie, but not why Jennifer is important... maybe the same reason Ben was drawn to her? Whatever happened in the first time line?
Well, now I know how Klaus gets his powers back, they give him the marigold so he lives
Absolutely estatic at everyone's relief and giddy laughter at Klaus being alive and the marigold working
GIVING KLAUS ONE OF THE REINDEER TO HUG
"Well that was a weird fucking town" LMAO
Mhm, yup, Sy is a bad guy too
So do Jennifer plus Ben equal end of the world? Im unclear on that still
Oh, definitely, cause they just touched and that orange energy, oh I'm so excited

Season 1 episode 7 (Spoilers! ⚠️)
Wait. Okay, so I know we all hate on Reggie but I think he actually did care. People have already come to this conclusion, but after rewatching this episode where Klaus sees him, and with the knowledge of later seasons and the trailer, I think he does legitimately care.
He pauses for a minute, asking if Luther is okay. And then he says that they were never just kids. That they were meant to save the world. He still has faith in them.
⚠️⚠️
In season 3, he's changed. And that's because the Sparrow Academy never allowed him to become the way he did with the umbrellas. They kept him medicated. But Reginald cared enough for klaus and the others to 1. Come to the wedding. And 2. Make Klaus realize his true potential and help to further his powers.
I think he genuinely cares. I think that his alien brain doesn't know why he cares, but he does.
In the s4 trailer, it's posed to make it seem like he wants to help stop the apocalypse. This could be because he wants to continue ruling the world and yada yada yada, but I like my version better where he's a good guy.

Ok I finally finished TUA and my god. First of all this season did have some flaws, actually many flaws but it also had some enjoyable moments. Klaus and Diego will forever and always be my favorite characters
Anyways, the ending to the show is bittersweet I'd say ,, it definitely feels like a rushed and sloppy ending but for the time they had with six episodes I'd say it did the job as best as it could? There definitely were some moments where I literally could not watch and I do have so much to say about Lila and Five because how do you fuck up a character so badly???
This season is not my favorite (it'll always be season 2). It definitely could've been so much better and it did have potential but it just felt so rushed. A major thing I also have with this season is the soundtrack like wtf?? No MCR?? The trailer lied to me (ik they used it as a song for the trailer and that's it but still). But yeah I'm gonna be upset abt this bc this show has such a good soundtrack but this season was not it with the songs 😭 like I didn't know the majority of them and that pisses me off !!!! But yeah I have a lot more to say about it but I don't want to turn this into a five paragraph essay so all I'm gonna say is that I literally do not believe they ended this show like that wtf 😭 😭 anyway love Umbrella Academy and love Gerard Way

The full trailer for season 2 of "Heels" is finally out and it looks great!!! :D Jack's dealing with his wife having left and estranged relationship with his brother Ace, Ace is struggling too, Crystal is now an actual wrestler and the DWL are actually adding more female wrestlers, Bobby seems to be now a ref and one of the announcers as well as it exploring more of his and Crystal's relationship, Rooster has a new wrestling persona, there's new cast additions like Emmy Raver Lampman from "Umbrella Academy", and looks like CM Punk is a series regular now too as Ricky. Excited to watch and it's back July 28th.

Okay but what is the soundtrack for season 2 going to be? They used Buddy Holly in the trailer and it wouldn't make sense to just do more Queen (in the book the Bentley only plays the Queen's greatest hits, not the niche stuff) so what's their plan? Only old songs? Only old rock? I feel they they aren't gonna default to a copy of the Umbrella Academy's soundtrack but the vibes do feel similar.

I love how vampires in tma are depicted as the most grotesque creatures that the human mind could ever imagine. They're super difficult to kill and they're generally really fucked up.
And then vampires from wwdits are:
Horny
Goth
Queer
Oh yes.
And dumb as fuck (affectionate)

Okay but I want mooooooree of Makkari and Kingo's friendship. I'm talking about them watching all of Kingo's movies and Makkari being so hyped and Sprite joining in just to roast Kingo's ass. Or Kingo teaching Makkari what an iPad and a Kindle is.
And more of the girls friendship too. Like, yeah Thena kicks ass but she will never skip Self Care Saturday Night™ with the girls.
Give me a timeline where they're all living "a la 2012 Avengers" and they have movie night, where Gilgamesh is the cook of the family, and where Sprite and Druig have abandoned society to live in the vents. I want found family. Give me the found family.
