Harley Quinn from DC (her journey from being the jokers "property" to becoming her own independent professional BAMF antihero is inspiring and I love her)

Abigail Hobbs from nbc Hannibal (watching her struggle to deal with her past and her father while enduring accusations from the fbi/reporters and being forced into the murder husband's life during this whole thing is so fascinating and I wish I could know more about her as a character)

Allison McRoberts from Kevin Can Fuck Himself (the blurring of lines between her trying to break free from her horrible husband while becoming horrible herself and trying to fix it is a refreshing choice and I'm glad to see more problematic/complicated protagonists)

Nica Peirce from Child's Play/Chucky franchise (she is a clever kickass survivor and I hope she gets her revenge)

Furiosa from Mad Max Fury Road (she is a beautifully unstoppable force of nature and I love her no notes)

Jennifer from Revenge (while I'm not a fan of the rape revenge genre, I enjoy seeing her fight back against her attackers and reclaim her sexuality)

Annie Newton from The Invisible (I doubt most people have seen this movie but please, go watch it, she is amazing)

Kat/Joan from The Blackcoats Daughter (I love this movie and I love this character, despite how little dialogue there is you can still feel the loneliness consuming her)

Carrie White from Carrie (this victim of abuse did nothing wrong and did not deserve to die your honor)

Erin Wyler from The Swordswoman (I just read this book and I am in love, this character and her journey is incredible)

I refuse to change my headcanon that most of the other people at Canaan House probably thought Gideon was Harrow’s pretty boy toy until she showed them she could actually fight because she acted exactly nothing like a real Cav in anyway. A teenage ruler shows up with a hot butch that clearly isn’t trained to be a ninth Cav or even a normal-ish one? Come on. They probably thought griddlehark were over compensating trying to hide by staying away from each other.

(There’s been some confusion, I’m a real fencer, not a cosplayer 😭😭)

My friend and I took some amazing and edgy glamour shots of me in steel fencing kit holding a steel sword yesterday, I’ve just been playing about with them.

The red band around my arm would signify who I am in the tournament (You’re either Red Fencer or Blue Fencer, they don’t call out your name during a fight), and well, my best friend’s steel jacket is already blue so that makes me Red Fencer. And fits with my Jupiter persona—

They’re very album-image-esque. Me, getting into music? No wayyyyyyhhhhh unlesss (I don’t just foreshadow nothing!) (Don’t worry I have a musical background + bits of musical theatre too, I promise I’m not a YouTuber who just decides they’re a singer 😭😭😭) For fun, anyway.

Side note: Not all the guards I did in those shots are real fencing guards, sometimes we just wanted a good shot.

god fuuuck maki and peko both losing their sense of self and becoming killers in order to protect their childhood friends..... I'd say they could connect over this but i think seeing peko and fuyuhiko would probably fuck with maki a lot because of her own childhood friend dying despite maki's efforts to protect her
