ToMakeAmends - First Thoughts.

Let's get my nickpicks out of the way because it might just be a me issue. Not a fan of the sound design. the little idiot mumbles every word and the distortion bursts my eardrums. But my headphones make everything slightly louder than they should be, so I could also be lying... I do like the chime you hear in the background, though. Very interesting.

ToMakeAmends is an up-n-coming Slenderverse series created by Grey from TheNoisesBelow. TNB, along with everything from that era, never caught my interest. Imagine bad. So I honestly wasn't expecting much going into TMA.

it's fine. Not much as of now, but what's there is pretty neat.

The editing especially. That's the main thing I like.

This shit? Fire.

It's weird seeing a slenderseries that actually catches my interest. Especially a modern one.

I've only heard good things about ToMakeAmends, and it didn't make me fall asleep by the first video, so I'm assuming it'll do something awesome later on!

Smile vs Slender Man

Premise: The Smile Entity possesses one of Slender Man’s cultists and by trying to set off the curse further with more of Slender Man’s cultists, Slender Man is pissed off and takes action to exact his revenge and punishment against the Smile Entity.

Specific moments: When Smile tries to enter Slender Man, looking like it has a face, the mouth dissipates like a pile of dust in the wind revealing white nothingness and Smile finds itself losing its control, Smile now feels what he inflicted onto countless lives, fear.

Slender Man either choking Smile or pulling out several of its teeth and him using his own tentacles to keep it from closing its mouth or even breaking its jaw(s).

Smile retaliating by biting down on Slender Man.

Both of them using their powers, but cancelling each other out or neither one being affected by the other.

I've been wanting to redesign and remade the SlenderMan for a while now...

My train of though about it (I say IT because it's not a person, it's not really a being in any way we could understand) would be to make it more akin to a sort of ThoughForm or a memetic virus.

What is it then? Like I said, it's a Memetic virus, something which can only "exist" within our mind and collective consciousness.

But something is real... when people go in the forest sometime they feel something...

watching them...

Even when they come back it's still there...

Always watching...

sometime they film or take pictures while in the forest, and when they look at the footage it's all scrambled, distorted. But they could swear that they can see it... There's something there, a colossal shape within the trees... They talk to it to others, show the tapes but they can't see it... They're definitely something wrong with the tape, but they can't put their finger on it...
