shower sex with sukuna?
꯳⃘꤫⃛✿ contents: true form! Sukuna - explicit content; minors DNI - size difference - standing + against a wall positions - biting/marking - kissing/making out - itty bitty degradation - unprotected sex - clitoral stimulation - cervix-fucking - pet names (babe, dove, pet) - overstimulation - mention of drool/spit and pain.
“Mmmahh, ‘Kuna, wa—Eeek!"
“Keheh, so damn noisy.”
Being fucked in the shower with Sukuna would be out of this world — an experience that one would have difficulty to even formulate into words. Something that they would have to experience for themselves…
Nude bodies enclosed within a confined space, shower water sprinkling down from up above glide down across wet skin, and a mist fills the atmosphere and clouds your vision…Either that or the proximity of your face with Sukuna’s.
The cursed being holds you to the wall, your hands balled to fists as hot breaths exit your frame. The man behind you carries you effortlessly with his multiple arms, the water hitting his tattooed chest showers to your buttocks. One girthy cock is stuffed inside your cunt, stretching your entrance and rubbing your inner texture in a gratifying rhythm. Every smack of the giant’s hips on your butt is louder and bounces the walls of the shower, making it easier to drown your eardrums.
“Fuck, you’re so fucking wet,” Salmon-pink hair, usually pushed back, is now damp and low, sticking to his forehead and nape. He scoffs, “And it’s been like that way before I put the water on, huh.”
“Haaahh, ohhmyGod,” you stammer with eyebrows knitted. Sukuna’s hands arms hold you up by your arms, his lower ones keeping your waist still and stuck to the skin of his pelvis. “Ohh G-God…! So hooot…”
The man snickers to himself, observing from behind how your body’s movement is affected by his. A powerful man such as himself can put you at your whims efficiently. Even now, as his second cock doesn’t have to be inside you to have you turn into a whimpering mess, the erect, free limb rubbing up against your clitoris is enough to cause shivers to rattle your spine. All it does is feed the man’s egotistical self; seeing you try to writhe from his grasp – knowing damn well you’d fall and bust your head on the floor – keeps the sadistic excitement going.
And to keep it up, Sukuna spawns lips of his palms to chew and bite on your arms, resulting in a cry from the simultaneous pain. “—Ahaack! F-Fuucking shiiit.”
“Hmmph, so tight on me,” he purrs to your ear; the twitch of your vagina was anything but discreet. “Enjoyin’ this, aren’t you? Hmph, such a slut for my dicks, babe?”
“Ohhh, myGo—Ahhh! ’Kunaaa…!” Your mind is swimming; sticking to one thought is strenuous when all you can hear is the sounds of skin smacking up against each other or the sensation of your southern region meeting the hilt of Sukuna’s cock for his other one to press your clit again. “Suk’naa, I beg of y—“
“What?” He steps back, causing your hands to come off the wall. You nearly lose your soul, forgetting that the behemoth is holding you. Yet your fright is humorous to him. “Can’t hear you; if you wish to beg, speak aloud?”
Now is where he decided to increase the pace; the work of his hips changed to an irregular cadence you can’t keep up with. Frequent grazes to your sweet spots now happen every second or so, and the poke of your cervix nearly knocks the wind clean off you. Warm, tranquilizing water felt like cold, sharp knives for a split second, like the tongue of his stomach on your back. “Ohh! Hoooh!! Wa-wait, please, no…!”
“Answer me, pet.” He barks with a grin, sporadic plunges to your chasm becoming the norm.
“Taahh, I’m so close…!” The heat within this enclosed space strengthens the smog, disorienting your brain and causing fuzziness to blanket you outside of this intimacy. Your senses are wholly stuck to the moment, sticky and wet by the man who has you levitated and fills your slit with his girthy groin. “Please, Suku, let me cummm…!!”
Sukuna laughs bitterly, using his upper left hand to swipe his wet bangs. “Ask again.”
“I beg you, Sukuna,” Holy fuck, you can’t take this anymore! “Please, let me cum, I wanna c—Ohooo!!”
A harsh flex of his abs causes another hit to your cervix, turning your words into instant babbles. “Again.”
Before your mind becomes numb, you spit out the words in desperation. Drool mixes with the trickled water hitting your chin, and your ass is practically embedded in Sukuna’s length and meaty thighs. “—Cum!! I wish to cum!! Please, please, pleaseplease—”
“Quiet.” His upper left-hand silences your wails, the mouth of his palm chewing on your bottom lip until you open up. “Hurry up and cum, you cock-hungry whore.”
His hand kisses you — no elegance nor grace in it, an utter mess of saliva and water that you can nearly choke on. Instead, you moan along to the tongue shoving and fucking you orally. A sinful kiss that pairs with the raunchy scene and noises around you. Your ears could melt any second now, brushes to your clit has you on the brink of tears, and the heat gets worse within the span of ten seconds. Constant pokes to your cervix quicken your heart rate, and your body submits to the shocks that pull you down to your euphoric apex.
You howl to his palm; your frame jolts with every single passing crash of your orgasm with quivering toes. Sukuna doesn’t stop moving; however, he allows the gesture of going slow to treasure your vaginal walls spasming on his member and biting his lip at the feeling, having to control his urge to release by enjoying the merits of your essence coating him.
“Hnngh, fuck…That’ll do, little dove.” He whirs to your ear again, licking your helix before a chew from his canines. “Keep wringing me out.”
His words were barely decipherable because of your after-haze, succumbing to the kiss of his hand and the cold water that plasters on your hot figure. And yet, despite the contrasts, the warmth within you has you hum in delight.

chapter twelve: breath of fresh air
May teetered on the edge of June, the steadily climbing temperatures and the pungent odor of garbage signaling the beginning of another New York City summer.
You awoke just after noon, sunlight pouring through the windows. Whispers of a headache nagged in your skull; not quite a hangover, but scarily close to one. Another drink definitely would have put you over.
With a tired grimace, you shoved the covers aside and started your day. A day just like any other, except that you were still reeling from the fact that Eddie kissed you last night. That precious moment of connection was bested only by the sound of your name murmured from his lips onto yours.
The memory put a smile on your face as you dressed in your standard shorts and t-shirt. You wanted to kiss him over and over, to run your fingers through his mess of curls and hold him close, not parting until you both needed a breath.
You could still taste the stain of nicotine when you swiped your tongue over your lips. Could still hear his breathy moan in your ear like a harmony. Could still feel his belt buckle pressed to your skin, the metal cold yet somehow filling you with a blazing heat.
Stripping the linens off of the bed, you lost yourself in thoughts of how it would feel to have Eddie laying beside you, his body pressing yours into the mattress, hands framing your body as he sank deeper into you—
You needed fresh air. Immediately.
You tucked the pale pink sheets under your arm, time-faded from their original rosy hue to a salmon color, and zigzagged to the recently vacated rooms. The change of scenery did nothing to quell the desire stirring within you. Your mind was wrought with images of Eddie trailing his lips down your throat, or his teeth nipping at your collarbone, or his fingers slipping into your underwear—
“Stop it,” you hissed under your breath. The next stop was Eddie’s room, and you’d be damned if he had any inkling of the feelings you were harboring.
His door swung open before you could even knock, halting you in your tracks. “Heard your footsteps down the hall,” he admitted, sheepishness coloring his cheeks pink.
You only nodded as you caught your breath and your heart floated down from your throat into your chest. Thank God he couldn’t read your thoughts. “Got your pants?”
“Right here.” He held them up, balled in his fist. “Lead the way.”
“I can, um,” you searched for your words, still scrambled from your earlier musings. “I can wash them myself.” You were already throwing in the rest of the laundry; a pair of jeans wouldn’t make much of a difference.
Eddie shook his head, curls bouncing from his temples. “Nah, ‘s cool.” He plucked the bundle of linens from you. “Hasn’t been a lot to fix around here lately, so I might as well do some housekeeping.”
You threw him a playful grin as you led him to the laundry room. “No moochers allowed in my motel, y’know.”
The overhead lighting bathed him in a yellowish haze, matching the once-white walls. Maybe that could be his next project.
“Exactly.” Eddie opened up a few cabinets, frowning when he couldn’t find what he’d been searching for. “Detergent?”
You pointed towards the cabinet below the sink. “Over there.”
Eddie saluted and stooped down to tug the economy-sized detergent tub from its spot. You couldn’t stop yourself from staring when his boxers peeked out from beneath the waistband of his jeans. Those damn Calvin Kleins; they would be your kryptonite.
“Heiress?”
Shit. He’d been talking to you, and all you could focus on was his underwear. “Yeah?”
“Do you have that stuff that makes the clothes smell really good?” He scooped out the detergent powder and sprinkled it in the washing machine.
You laughed. “Sorry, no daisy-fresh pants for you.”
The ensuing beat of silence seemed to stretch on for hours. Words bubbled on your tongue, desperate to continue talking to him. To discreetly sneak glances of the veins that intercepted his arm tattoos or of the sparse hair that adorned where his V-neck undershirt left his chest exposed.
“Do anything fun today?” Christ, were you talking to a toddler? Should you offer him a sticker or a lollipop?
But Eddie perked up at the question. “Yeah, actually. I called my uncle for the first time in…” he scrunched up his mouth in contemplation. “Too damn long.”
“How did that go?”
He set the dial to “start,” the washing machine humming to life. “Pretty good.” He hoisted himself on top of the adjacent dryer. “Same old Wayne. The world might change, but he never will.” Eddie’s eyes met yours. “When I started making money, I offered to buy him a house. Get him out of the trailer park and into a safer neighborhood. And he refused.”
Your brows raised. “He did?”
Eddie nodded, chuckling at the memory. “Said that if he left, there wouldn’t be anyone to feed the stray dogs.” He cocked his head, concentrating on your face. “You two would get along well. Similar personalities.”
“Thoughtful?”
“Yes, but to the point of stubbornness.”
You opened your mouth to protest, but Eddie cut you off. “Don’t even argue with me, Miss Social Worker by Day, Heiress by Night.” His feet swayed back and forth, tapping against the metal every so often. “And don’t think I didn’t notice the box of crayons that you keep in the desk for kids like Izzy.”
He might have had a point, but if you were going down, you’d go down swinging. “If I recall, one of us chose to sleep at a bus stop instead of accepting my gracious offer.”
“But I took you up on it eventually.”
“Only because I practically forced you,” you argued.
“Exactly.” Eddie grinned. “Thoughtful to the point of stubbornness.”
A stillness filled the small room, and you wondered if he had the same agenda as you: keep the conversation flowing without bringing up the date. Without bringing up the kiss; the one that seared through you and set your bones aflame. That kiss sent you to bed aching for more, mentally mapping out any way you could sneak into his room without your parents noticing.
Eddie broke the silence. “I meant to ask…did you have a good time last night?” He scratched at the nape of his neck, the gesture betraying any air of casualness.
“Yeah.” You smiled, trying to ignore the fluttering in your abdomen. Your skin warmed at the memory of his touch. “I mean, I got to hear you sing, and I reunited our drunk friend with her boyfriend. I don’t see how it could get better than that.”
He laughed at that and ducked his head. “Those were the highlights?” His eyes met yours; that knowing gaze seared through you and sent your nerves humming. “Nothing else?”
“There was…another highlight.” Longing anchored the words deep in your throat, but you forced them up. You let them seep in, placing the ball squarely in his court.
“Yeah?”
Eddie inched back onto the dryer, the shift opening a gap between his legs. A space for you to fill. Your feet carried you as though they had a mind of their own, your body slotting against his.
“Tell me about this other highlight.” One hand reached out to yours and tugged you closer; he laid the other on your cheek. His thumb slowly swiped over your jaw as though he was memorizing its contour.
“Well,” you started, letting your fingers rest on his denim-clad thighs, “I really liked when we kissed.”
Eddie’s eyes lit up when you supplied the answer he’d been hoping for. “That makes two of us.” He let his forefinger trail down to your collarbone, the slight movement saturated with equal parts awe and desire. “I think we should do it again sometime.”
You nodded, your voice barely a whisper as you asked, “when?”
“Right…” He grinned, and before you could double-check that you’d closed the door, his lips crashed into yours. You felt his tongue cautiously prod at the seam, seeking entry, and you allowed it. The scents of cigarettes and spearmint gum accompanied his tongue in a way that was so uniquely him.
Eddie only broke the kiss to bring his lips to your neck. He was gentle at first, peppering delicate kisses down the column of your throat, but he lost all control the moment you tilted your head and gave him clear access to your pulse point.
The hand on your cheek fell to your waist and pulled you close enough to feel Eddie’s heartbeat against your own chest. “This your favorite spot to be kissed?” He murmured into your skin. You felt him smile when you nodded in response. “Where else do you want me to kiss you?”
Was ‘everywhere’ a valid response? A soft sigh loosened itself and escaped you at the feeling of his teeth grazing your flesh. “Just my neck. For now,” you added, “but I like when…when you bite it, too.”
“I can do that.” Eddie’s voice rasped. He bit down again, swiping his tongue over the mark to soothe your bruising skin.
You gripped his t-shirt, resisting every urge to pull it up over his head. It wouldn’t be the first time you saw him bare-chested; that honor had been bestowed upon you the night he arrived. But now you could kiss it, trace the lines of his tattoos with your finger, with your tongue…
You needed it. You needed to memorize him, to learn every square inch of his body.
His shirt hit the ground and your lips immediately found his shoulders. Eddie’s arms snaked around you, keeping you in place as your tongue explored the contoured muscle.
“More,” he pleaded. “Fuck, keep kissing me there.”
Heat blossomed in your core. Your lips traveled, placing some marks of your own just below his collarbone, where they could be easily hidden. His skin was already tinged bluish-purple where you’d sucked and nibbled, proof that you had been there.
Eddie had pushed your own shirt right below your bra when the washing machine rattled, a stark reminder of where you were. Your chest and his rose and fell in syncopated beats. He loosened his grasp, letting your shirt fall back down your torso.
“Christ.” He chuckled, a low growl in his laughter. “I’m gonna need a second. You…Christ, Heiress.”
Your eyes traveled to where he instinctively palmed the bulge straining against his jeans. You wanted to be the one to touch it, to relieve him of his pent-up frustrations. Maybe you’d even get some relief of your own. But your gradually slowing heart rate informed you that the moment had passed.
“I, um…I didn’t just follow you in here to maul you like some horndog.” Eddie hopped off of the washer. He swiped his shirt from the floor and slid it over his head, once again cloaking his tattoos.
“Could’ve fooled me.”
“Hey.” Eddie bumped his elbow against your arm. His smile was uncharacteristically shy, which only made him more endearing. “My other reason for following you in here was because I wanted to see if you were free sometime this week.”
His hand brushed against yours. You let your fingers intertwine with his, soft and gentle in their touch. Your thumb grazed over one of the paler spots where he must’ve worn a ring. The coloring was beginning to match the rest of his finger as though the memory of the rings was fading away with time.
“Yeah. I mean, I’m around during the day.”
Eddie hooked his free pointer finger through your belt loop. “Cool.” He cocked his head. “Do people really have romantic picnics in Central Park? Or is that just in the movies?”
You laughed, leaning in and lightly kissing his jaw. Everything about him was so tempting. If there was a way to sneak him into your room without either of your parents noticing, you’d do it in a heartbeat.
“They do, but…” You shrugged. “Central Park is super overrated. In my opinion, anyway.”
“Really?”
“Mhm.” Another kiss, right below his ear this time. You could feel his body tense with each lingering touch. “Flushing Meadows is the superior park. Less crowded, shorter travel time, and you don’t have to worry about running into any Upper East Side snobs.”
Eddie tilted your chin so that you felt his lips on yours when he spoke. “Fuck those rich assholes.” The words were muffled and ended with him nipping at your lower lip; the slight pinch of pain from his teeth were sparks that set you alight.
Your hands framed his face as you kissed him, his grasp tight on your lower back. A wanting groan vibrated in his throat when he felt your body against his.
“Heiress.” Your nickname was molasses on his tongue, sweet and slow and syrupy. “Y’gotta let me take you on at least one more date before we do this. I’m tryna be a goddamn gentleman.”
He was right, even if his body seemed to protest. You needed to stop before you caused him physical pain. Needed to stop before you lost all semblance of control. Your first time with Eddie didn’t have to be caviar and champagne—and it likely would not be, given how broke you both were—but the occasion deserved to happen somewhere more private and more comfortable than the motel’s laundry room.
Eddie breathed out consciously, trying to collect himself. “Does Thursday work for you?”
You blinked, batting away the fogginess left behind by his touch. “Thursday would be perfect.”
“Perfect,” Eddie echoed. A cautious, nervous smile curved his lips. He paused for a half-second before leaning in once more and pressing a kiss to your cheek. Its gentleness scorched your skin, flames licking in its wake.
The kiss rooted you to the ground for a second too long, and Eddie was already turning the doorknob before you could listen for any incoming foot traffic.
“Wait, we–”
His eyes widened when the opened door revealed Phyllis heading back to her room. “Didn’t realize laundry was a two person job,” she quipped, revealing a smile of cigarette-stained teeth. “Although…it takes two people to get the sheets dirty…”
“That’s not–we weren’t–” you sputtered helplessly, knowing that there was nothing you could say that would make the situation any better.
“Well, it’s either you two were messing around in there, or he stuck his finger in an electrical socket.” Phyllis gestured to Eddie’s hair, mussed and sticking up from where you’d thread your fingers through it.
Eddie choked out a laugh, red creeping up his neck and coloring his cheeks. Even the tips of his ears turned a delicious shade of pink. “The washer was making a, um, a noise. But it’s fixed now.”
Phyllis’s forehead creased as her brows raised, not believing a word he said. “The noises I heard didn’t sound like machinery. They sounded more like—”
“Phyllis,” you hissed, hoping your embarrassment wasn’t overly palpable.
The older woman took your hint and pivoted towards her room, seemingly satisfied with the buttons she’d already pushed. Though she likely hadn’t done it purposely, her comment about the noises served as a warning: If she heard them, your parents could have, too.
You needed to be more careful. In order for this burgeoning relationship to have a chance at survival, you needed to keep it a secret. Phyllis knew, but her worst offense would be quiet ribbings. Not everyone would remain so tight-lipped.
“Thursday…let’s meet at the bus stop.” There was the chance of someone seeing you together there, but at least it was less suspicious than Eddie knocking on your door.
Confusion rippled across Eddie’s face for a beat before he composed himself. “Yeah. Sounds good.”
Good. A definite few steps down from his earlier declaration of perfect. Your heart sank, joining the lead ball of anxiety currently sitting in your stomach.
He’ll understand, you told yourself. He knew how it felt to have all sorts of external pressure pushing down on him; a weight too great to fight. It would all be fine.
Yet you couldn’t convince yourself that that was the truth, nor could you bring yourself to look back at him as you rushed to the front desk. You were suddenly eager for a chore or two to keep your thoughts at bay.
Amy’s Café was quieter than its usual bustling pace during the semester, and you easily snagged a table for three. It seemed like a blessing at the time, but now…
“Hold on,” Nora said through a bite of croissant. She held up her forefinger, signaling you and Ben to stay quiet until she finished chewing. “So you and Eddie were making out in the laundry room—”
“Don’t forget the part where she took off his shirt,” Ben added.
Nora nodded, brushing crumbs off of her hands. “Basically feeling each other up. And then Phyllis caught you, and he pretended that he was fixing the washing machine?” She laughed incredulously.
Ben put down his mug and shook his head. “It’s a good thing you didn’t get carried away. Imagine conceiving your child in the motel laundry room, ten feet away from your parents at the resident prostitute.”
“Oh, my god.” You buried your face in your hands. “We’ve gone on one date and you’re already talking about me having his baby?”
“People have made babies without going on any dates,” Ben pointed out. Nora just snickered.
“I hate you both.” You glanced between the two of them. It was hard to believe they’d met for the first time today. The way they effortlessly teased you in tandem was impressive for people who were basically strangers. “Can we please change the subject?”
Nora leaned back in her chair and crossed her arms. “Not a chance. In fact,” she looked at Ben and then back to you, “we need to know more. Like, what are you wearing for this second date?”
You shrugged, trying to play it off as nonchalant, though you’d been wondering the same thing. “I dunno. It’s a picnic, so nothing fancy, I guess.”
Your friends found that answer insufficient, both of them rolling their eyes in tandem. Ben took a bite of blueberry muffin and said nothing, but Nora plunged right ahead.
“Why do you always do this?”
“Do what?”
Nora sighed. “You never let yourself enjoy things. You should be happy about this. A hot guy is staying at your motel and can’t keep his hands off of you, and you’re all Mopey Magee about it.”
“I’m not Mopey Magee,” you mumbled, but she was right. Every time excitement began bubbling up, you shoved it back down. Every time your mind wandered, dipping into thoughts about a cozy future spent with Eddie, you yanked yourself back. It wasn’t that you didn’t want to be happy; you just needed to stay realistic. Eddie wanted to be a rockstar, always on the go and living on the edge. You wanted to be a social worker, to come home and curl up with a good book. You’d be tucking yourself into bed as Eddie’s night was just beginning, and you’d wake up in the morning just as he was going to sleep.
Not to mention the women, especially Death Echo’s badass drummer. And it didn’t help that she was Eddie’s ex. No matter how far you let your imagination stretch, you would never be her.
“Hey.” Ben rested his hand on yours, his eyes kind and free of judgment. “We just want you to be excited. Eddie seems like a…decent guy.” Clearly, he wasn’t fully convinced after the fiasco of their first meeting, though he’d thawed out a bit since Eddie helped clean the vandalism.
Nora nudged him from her seat. “He’s more than decent. He took a cab all the way to school to bring her paper. He sang a lovey-dovey karaoke song for her. And he had enough respect to not completely maul her in the laundry room.” She looked at you and asked pointedly, “Tell us the truth: would you have fucked him if he didn’t stop you?”
“Nora!” Your entire body flooded with heat. It was all the confirmation Nora needed.
“See? He’s a good guy,” she declared. Case closed. “I bet he wants to, like, decorate the bed with rose petals and all of that corny shit.”
“He’ll probably play his guitar and serenade you.” Ben relented with a smirk. “Naked.”
You stood up, the back of your legs pushing your chair behind you. “Okay, thank you both very much for your insight, but I’m gonna go.”
You refused to admit that you were currently picturing Eddie as Ben had portrayed him. His guitar would rest on his bare thighs, his chest on full display. That beautiful body that drew your lips to each inch of skin, no matter if tattooed or unmarked.
“You know you love us,” Nora trilled.
And you did. They only wanted what was best for you. Yes, you would love to lose yourself in daydreams of Eddie Munson, his strong arms wrapped around you, his tongue hungrily exploring your body. Yes, your stomach fluttered each time he smiled at you, called you beautiful, or took your hand in his. But was that worth lying to your parents about yet another part of your life?
The question branded you with a headache, one that sat right behind your eyes and thudded against your skull with each step back home. You did everything you could to focus on the pain instead of its cause.
By now, you were well-acquainted with Eddie’s schedule, which meant you were able to meet him outside the subway station before he returned to the motel. You’d had a moment of panic that morning just as you drifted off to sleep: your parents would immediately be suspicious if they saw the two of you leaving together, especially in your current outfit. Nora had dropped off a floral sundress, the tag still on it, and quietly proclaimed that Eddie wouldn’t be able to keep his hands off of you in it. It wasn’t until later that you noticed the back of the tag where she’d scrawled ‘happy boning!’ in tiny letters.
There certainly wouldn’t be any boning; not in the middle of the park. That was too far out of your comfortable zone, even if you weren’t trying to hide your relationship.
“I’m hanging out with Nora,” you told Dad before he even looked up from reading the newspaper. “Be back later.”
Your sandals thwacked against the pavement as you hurried out the door, not even pausing to hear if Dad had responded.
You nearly collided with Eddie halfway down the block. He held his guitar case in one hand and a plastic grocery bag in the other. His focused expression shifted to one of excitement when he saw you.
“Didn’t expect to bump into you here.” He lifted the guitar slightly. “Let me just put this back in my room so I’m not lugging it all over Queens.”
Eddie started back towards the motel, pausing when he realized you weren’t following him.
“You comin’?”
You shook your head. Dad might not have noticed you leaving in your new dress, but he would definitely notice you going back and forth with Eddie Munson in tow.
“I’ll wait right here.” You tried peeking into the bag as he walked away, but he tugged it back and out of your sight. “What’s in there?”
His eyes lit up. “Patience is a virtue, dear Heiress,” he drawled. He leaned in to plant a dramatic kiss on your forehead before rushing towards the motel’s front door.
The spot where he’d laid his lips still tingled for a moment after he left. If you could work up the nerve, if your head and your heart could cooperate, you would pull him in for the longest kiss of his life. But doubt creeped in before even he returned. If someone saw you…if Mom or Dad took a look around the door to see where Eddie was going…if a guest got an eyeful and made a comment about it to them…
“Okay, I’m back.” Eddie grinned, grabbing your hand with his empty one. “Your dad tried to pull me into a conversation about the Mets. I had to break the devastating news that I’m not a sports guy.” He laughed and adjusted his hand to better grasp yours.
You barely registered the movement. “Did you tell him where you—we—were going?” If Eddie told Dad about the date…
Eddie shook his head. “Nah, just said I had to run.” His nose wrinkled in confusion. “Why? Are we not supposed to be going to the park or something?”
How could you explain it to him without hurting his feelings? ‘We can’t be seen together’ might be true, but far too harsh. Nor did you want to embroil yourself in another lie. You mulled over your words for a few seconds before speaking.
“I just don’t want them asking a bunch of questions that even we don’t know the answers to.”
That was honest enough, you supposed. This was only your second date; far too early for any serious ‘what are your intentions with my daughter?’ speeches even under normal circumstances. The fact that Mom had explicitly warned you against dating guests would remain omitted for now.
He nodded in agreement, and your chest sagged with relief that he didn’t push the topic further. Instead, you enveloped yourself in the temporary safety that came with holding Eddie’s hand. The way his calloused palm pressed to yours, his grip tight yet without unwarranted possessiveness. Each brush of his thumb stoked the fire steadily building within you.
You once again tried to steal a glimpse of the surprise inside the bag once you found seats on the bus, but Eddie remained steadfast in his decision to keep it out of your view.
“It’s a surprise,” he practically whined, pouting to make you laugh. “C’mon, I’m trying to be romantic on a budget. Cut me a break here.”
“Fine.” But the moment he let his guard down, you swiped at the bag. Eddie was stealthier than you gave him credit for, and he held it shut between his legs. “Eddie!”
Eddie placed his hands on your cheeks, trapping you in place. “Don’t…ruin…the…surprise.” He kissed you between each word, little pecks on the lips that became increasingly more difficult to land as you both smiled. “You really are impossible.”
You begrudgingly relented, resting your head on his shoulder for the remainder of the bus ride. He shifted his stance every so often to purse his lips and kiss your forehead. You let out a contented sigh, the tension in your body fleeing with each gentle touch.
Flushing Meadows Park was relatively quiet when you and Eddie arrive. Kids were still in school until the end of the month, and nine-to-fivers were still at work. Besides you two, there were only an assortment of joggers, a few bird-watching retirees, and some particularly rowdy squirrels
Eddie led you to a shaded spot beneath the branches of an old oak tree. He dug into his bag and pulled out a cloth, spreading it out on the overgrown grass. The fabric and color looked awfully familiar. It was almost as if…
“Is that your bedsheet?”
Eddie grinned sheepishly. “I couldn’t let you sit right on the grass. Besides,” he added, tone heavy with mischief, “it gives us another excuse to do laundry together.”
“We’re lucky we didn’t get caught the first time,” you muttered. But you couldn’t deny how good it felt to be pressed up against him, to feel him stiffen beneath his jeans as his tongue explored your mouth.
He laughed as you both sat down, a melody if youd ever heard one. He continued unpacking, placing foil-wrapped sandwiches, a small plastic container of pre-cut melon, and a bag of store-brand chocolate chip cookies onto the sheet. The last thing he dug out was two glass bottles of Yoo-Hoo chocolate milk, handing it directly to you. It was still relatively cold, a miracle in the early summer humidity.
“Only the finest cuisine for my date.” He unscrewed the bottle cap and waited for you to do the same. He raised the bottle, clinking it against yours. “Cheers.”
“Cheers,” you echoed, taking a swig. You hadn’t had chocolate milk since you were a kid, and it was all at once nostalgic and too sugary, but you couldn’t get enough.
Eddie’s eyes rake over you, pupils fixated on the neckline of your sundress. His tongue darted out to lick up a droplet of milk that was caught in the corner of his mouth. “You look beautiful. You are beautiful,” he amended. One hand found your knee, and he rested it where the dress’s cotton fabric met your skin.
It had been a while since a man had called you beautiful, save for the cat-callers who pressed their luck from where they leaned against buildings and worked at construction sites. The compliment sent warmth surging through you, your head so airy that you hardly register the smile blooming on your face.
How would he react if you just leaned in and kissed him, mouths crashing together in a hunger that would remain forever unsatisfied? What would he do if you straddled his waist and let the hem of your dress cover the fly of his jeans?
You swallowed the thought, tempering the heat that fluttered in your core as you unwrapped one of the sandwiches. The cheese had cooled but was still melted, and a few strips of bacon peeked out from the sides of the roll. Your mouth watered just looking at it.
Eddie tucked into his own identical sandwich, a groan tumbling from his lips as he savored the taste. “I will never understand how those tiny corner stores make the best food. Like, better than all of those fancy-ass restaurants I went to for dinners with execs.”
“Those ‘corner stores’ are called ‘bodegas,’” you corrected through a cheesy mouthful. “If you’re gonna stick around, you’ve gotta start talking like a New Yorker.”
“Oh, yeah?” Eddie raised his brows, one corner of his mouth turning up in a knowing grin. “I gotta start tawk-ing like a New Yawk-er?”
“I don’t sound like that!”
He ignored you, continuing to massacre the stereotypical New York City accent. “Maybe on our next date, we can grab some caw-fee and go for a waw-k around the pah-k.”
“First of all, you pronounced ‘park’ like a Bostonian, which is a cardinal sin around here. Second, there won’t be another date if you keep making fun of me.”
“My apologies, Heiress.” Eddie placed his hand on his chest, and you immediately felt its absence from your leg. “I’ll be sure to more accurately mock you in the future.”
He was insufferable in the most endearing way. You took his hand, smoothing your thumb over his knuckles, and brought it back to where it was. He gave your thigh a small squeeze; not inherently sexual, but made your pulse quicken all the same.
You retrieved your breath from where it had hitched in your throat and opened the plastic container of melon. With delicate fingers as to not touch every piece, you plucked a cantaloupe cube from the pile and took a bite. The juice trickled down your chin; you cupped your hand beneath it to catch the droplets before they stained the bed sheet.
Eddie, meanwhile, kept his gaze plastered to how your lips wrapped around the fruit. His Adam’s apple bobbed slightly and he coughed as though snapping himself out of a daze.
“You okay?”
“Y-Yeah.” He managed a smile and popped a piece of melon in his mouth, chewing if only to keep himself busy until he could concentrate on something besides your parted lips. “Peachy keen.” With another slight twitch of his mouth, let out a cough.
It dawned on you, then, that he was losing control, and that you were the cause. If you indulged him in his desire–desire that you admittedly shared–you’d soon find yourselves pawing at each other on an old bed sheet in the middle of a public park.
You couldn’t, wouldn’t, shouldn’t let desperation get the best of you. You knew better.
Instead, you surveyed your surroundings for any other conversation topic. Grass, blooming flowers, the ants parading towards a puddle of spilled soda.
You took another swig of chocolate milk, hoping it would cool you from the inside out. “Yoo-Hoo was an interesting drink choice.” The words were strangled, forced, too abrupt.
Eddie knew it, too, but he played along. Perhaps more for his sake than yours, but he still loosened a chuckle. “Yeah, I saw them at the cor—bodega, and it reminded me of when I was a kid.” Fiddling with the discarded sandwich wrapper, he continued. “My uncle would buy one on every payday. A Yoo-Hoo for me and a lotto scratcher for himself.”
“Did you get more Yoo-Hoo if he won anything?”
“Nah.” He crumpled the sandwich foil into a ball. “That went towards bills.”
Right. Eddie had told you that he grew up in poverty, sharing a tiny trailer with his uncle. Any extra money wasn’t really extra at all.
You knew the feeling. How many times had you found loose change on the ground or a dropped dollar at the subway token booth and slipped it into the motel’s register?
“How did he feel about you pursuing music?” You were back on the right track, retreating into topics as far away from sex as possible.
Eddie shrugged, his shoulders holding a story that he wasn’t ready to tell. “He wasn’t thrilled. Wanted me to have something steady, something I could count on.” So I didn’t end up bartering to stay in a shitty Queens motel remained unspoken. “But he was the one who bought me my first guitar, so it’s partially his fault.”
There was that smirk, the one that turned your knees into jelly. God, to be on your knees for him, to taste what lay behind that godforsaken zipper–
You scrambled to patch up the cracks that might allow desperation to seep through. “Did you always want to be a musician?”
“Pretty much. I mean, when I was really young, I wanted to be a dinosaur.”
You burst out into laughter, slapping your hand across your mouth to contain it all. Out of all of the things he could have said, ‘I wanted to be a dinosaur’ was nowhere near your list of possibilities. “A…dinosaur?”
“Yup. A triceratops, to be exact.”
“Mhm.” What was going on? How did we get here? You chalked it up to being a blessing in disguise, a definite pivot from your racy thoughts. “Any particular reason?”
Did you want to know?
“The horns seemed cool. And good for impaling.”
You tucked your lips into your mouth and stifled a laugh, trying to keep a serious face. “I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you.”
“Yeah, I was real bummed when I found out they were already extinct.” He pursed his lips and tilted his head towards you, breaking out into a smile. “So, any updates on social work school?”
You almost shook your head before you remembered. “There’s this event they’re doing where admitted students get to tour the campus, meet each other, talk to advisors...”
“You gonna go?”
“I probably should.” It would be a great opportunity for you to get your bearings and register for classes. “Are you busy next Friday?”
“Next Friday? Let me check my schedule.” Eddie feigned contemplation for a beat, then looked at you with a smile that flipped your stomach. “Free as a bird. Why, does the Heiress need to be accompanied to her Smart People Gathering?”
You stuck out your tongue in mock annoyance. Eddie grabbed it by the tip, pinching it between his thumb and forefinger. “You’re a brat.”
His eyes bore into yours, holding your gaze even as he let go. He’d set the challenge: You make him beg to tag along, or you back down and admit that you wanted him to join you.
You chose the former.
“I mean, I can take Nora if you’re busy. Or Ben.”
Jealousy flashed across Eddie’s face at your flippant reply. Did you have to add Ben? Probably not. Was it fun to watch Eddie squirm? Absolutely.
“I’ll take you.” He didn’t need to say it; not when his brief scowl already proclaimed that you won.
Grinning, you kissed his cheek triumphantly. “Great.” You wiped at where your lipstick had left a smudge. “But the next time you grab my tongue, I’ll bite you.”
Without missing a beat, he growled, “Maybe I want you to.”
You couldn’t temper your reaction, not with his voice reaching a bass note that signaled that his desire was just as strong as yours. Without warning, you anchored yourself in his lap, legs on either side of his, and let your teeth graze the skin above his collarbone. You bit down just enough to make him utter a tiny yelp.
His fingers dug into the soft flesh of your ass as he pulled you forward, your core now directly atop his. Instinct kicked in and your hips moved of their own accord, your cotton panties dragging over his fly, already wet just from your proximity to him.
Teeth clicked and tongues found one another, the kiss somehow sloppier and more ravenous than the tipsy one you’d shared a few nights earlier. You grabbed hold of his t-shirt, the fabric bunching in your shaking palms as you brought him closer, closer, still never close enough…
Eddie nipped at your lower lip, one palm sliding up to cup your cheek. His touch teetered between a timid ‘you’re mine?’ and a possessive ‘you’re mine,’ opposing sides in a battle to claim and be claimed. His own hips hedged upwards, the friction equal parts tantalizing and torturous.
God, you wanted him. You wanted him to flip you over and pin you down, hands grasping your wrists hard enough to leave a bruise. You wanted to remember that he was there, that he was on you, with you. You wanted to stare at those marks from the privacy of your own room and recount how he’d taken you in public.
And then you heard it–your name. Not ‘Heiress,’ nor did it come from Eddie’s kiss-swollen lips. The voice was feminine and familiar.
You broke the kiss, your blood running ice cold as you swiveled around to see Aunt Tam and Uncle Mo standing before you. Aunt Tam’s brows were raised in a combination of disappointment and disbelief; Uncle Mo’s cheeks were splotched pink in pure embarrassment–a feeling you knew all too well.
You froze, your fingers now tangled in Eddie’s frizzy curls as reality sunk in, squashing down most of the lust connecting you to him. You’d been spotted dry humping Eddie in the middle of the park by your parents’ best friends. People who’d known you since you were born.
Too quickly, you removed yourself from Eddie’s lap and smoothed out the hem of your sundress, as though your aunt and uncle would forget what they’d just witnessed if it wasn’t happening anymore.
This was bad. Worse than bad; this was humiliating. You wanted to beg them not to tell your parents, a child with her hand caught in the cookie jar, but the words clung to your throat. Instead, and much more shamefully, tears ran down your cheeks.
“I’m sorry, we just–we got carried away, we shouldn’t have–I’m so sorry, please don’t say anything to my parents–”
Damn it. Damn it all to hell. Why couldn’t you just keep yourself in control?
Aunt Tam cleared her throat, shaking herself from surprise. “No, I’m sorry for interrupting. I just wasn’t expecting to see, um, that.” The coloring of her cheeks now matched her husband’s as they hurried away, unable to leave fast enough. “Enjoy your picnic. Good to, uh, see you both.”
Everything was suddenly too much. The sun was too bright, the birds were chirping too loudly, the grass beneath the sheet was too sharp.
You scrambled to clean up the remaining food, all of which now looked as appetizing as a pile of mud. You couldn’t even look at Eddie when you spoke. “We should go home.”
“Heiress, it’s fine. Calm down–”
“I can’t calm down!” Too snappy, too harsh, but you no longer had the capacity to care. “My parents will kill me if they find out we were together.”
Confusion knitted Eddie’s brows together. “You’re a grown adult. And it’s not like we were naked and getting arrested for public indecency.”
His lack of understanding only strengthened your frustration. “No, I–it’s just not a good look for me to be fooling around with a guest.”
There was no mistaking the hurt in Eddie’s scoff. “I mean, we’re on a date…and we’re kinda a…a thing, right?” He chewed on his lower lip, and you felt a wall come up, that same barrier he’d erected when you’d all but accused him of vandalizing Eisen’s. “I didn’t realize I was just a guest.”
“Yeah, no–I mean, we are a thing,” you rushed to explain, “and you’re not just a guest to me, but you technically are still a guest.”
“Right.” Eddie stood up and shoved his hands in his pockets. “I get it. Yeah. I just thought…never mind.” He blew out a breath and stooped down to help you clean up.
You forced yourself to speak again, terrified that you’d shatter this already fragile moment. “I’m sorry,” you said, your voice so low that you weren’t sure he’d even hear it.
“S’okay.”
But it wasn’t. You knew it wasn’t okay even when he reached back and laced his fingers with yours. It was no longer an act of affection, but one of needed reassurance. And it didn’t fix the gaping chasm; you weren’t sure how to fix it, or if it could be fixed at all.
It was a Band-Aid on a bullet wound, and time was ticking until it bled out.

Dinner Served
hmm, I got a really big problem
PAIRING: mark lee x fem!reader
GENRE: pure filth, public sex, oral sex (giving)
WORD COUNT: 1.3k+ words
SYNOPSIS: already in a dinner with your boyfriend, yet you still craves for something else.
A/N: 'golden hour' got my brain all mush up, enjoy this 1k+ words about pure filth with the one and only, mark lee. stream golden hour and happy reading, everyone!
A fancy dinner at a 5-michelin stars restaurant, something that one could expect from the one and only, Mark Lee, the ever so romantic man most people would do anything to be with. Too bad for them because clearly, the man they desperately desires only have his eyes fixated on you, full of love and adoration.
''We'll have creamed spinach stuffed salmon, smothered filet mignon and a bottle of wine for now,'' Giving the waiter a small smile, Mark dismisses him. He taps away on his phone, eyebrows scrunch to the center in concentration.
''Look-- we're nearing to finish my new single, kinda going through the concepts I want on the music video right now,'' The screen tells you how much progress was made, making you smile in a proud manner. ''What are your plans for the music video?''
Mark doesn't hesitate to go on about his plans and all, why would he? You've always made sure that your boyfriend won't be wary of crossing the 'talking too much' boundaries whenever he excitedly shares his adventures on his job. You love to see and hear him ramble about it, even though most of the time you can't understand anything.
Though, as much as you love the way he's so dedicated about his music, sometimes, the extreme passion results to the lack of attention towards you. It's not like you want him to choose you over his passion, no. You just couldn't prevent the feeling of longing.
Throughout, you nod at him and give comments or questions as interest pricked you from time to time. Now that Mark is distracted on his phone while he searches yet another story or TMI to tell you, you take in his appearance. Wearing his black dress shirt tucked in to his black jeans, watch and rings dawning his wrist and fingers, his quite long blonde hair braided on one side-- letting the other side falls naturally. You thank every possible gods and deities to exists that you are the lucky one to have Mark Lee as your lover.
''Oh,'' Flinching in a faux surprise, the spoon hitting the floor makes a slight tud sound, catching Mark's attention. You get off your chair to pick it up under the table, getting on your knees as you hold on to the hem of your dress, preventing it to ride up.
''Get back, babe. We'll just ask the waiter for a new one.''
''It's okay, I could just wipe it with the napkin,'' You rumble a chuckle when you hear a sound of disgust from Mark, taking back what you said, informing him that it's just a joke. You catch a glimpse of Mark's blonde strand peeking at you from under the table slightly.
''Have you found it?''
''Yeah, I found it,'' Shoving your face at the clothed crotch, you lap the outline of his dick, smiling against it when you feel him jerk, enjoying the reaction.
He gulps, eyes wavering as it roams around the place, observing the different groups of people who's busy chatting and eating. They seem to be indifferent to what's happening around them. Mark sighs, closing his eyes for a quick second before he turns his attention back on you. ''Just be quick, please?''
''Babe-- what do you think you're doing? Get the fuck out of there!'' He whispered but in a shouting manner, afraid that people might notice and see your face situated right in front of his dick. Humming in stubbornness, you fondle the bump, looking up and batting your eyes innocently at Mark when he lifts up the table cloth, cursing when his dark eyes meets your doe ones.
Your lips curves to form a cheeky smile, fingers working their way to open his pants and pull down the zipper, you place a gentle kiss to the certain area which you assumes his tip. Mark, himself, pulls down the front part of his jeans, revealing his near-hard shaft, waiting to be devoured.
Taking the cock in your hands, you move to lick from his balls to the slit of his tip, wiggling your tongue with a weak attempt to dig in the parting line. Giving you a last look, Mark fixes the table cloth, enough to cover your figure and slouches, enabling you to have a much better and easier access.
You suckle the tip lightly, spitting to have it wet. It is when you realizes that you don't have much time before the waiter comes back with your food and wine, so you relaxes your throat, opening your mouth widely enough as you take him fully.
Mark must've been sensitive because his hands travels down to grasps the back of your neck, his hips thrusting upwards slightly as he tries to cut your process of prolonging the activity. You closes your eyes shut, bobbing up and down while you adjusts to his girth, feeling his thighs flexing against your cheeks.
The dick is long enough that you have to use your hand to cover the rest of its length, pumping and circling it, matching the pace of your mouth. With the cock being wet enough, you stays on the head, mouthing and sucking it eagerly, as if you have little to no patience of having his release on your tongue. You let your hands do the work for the remaining length, biting your lip when you see the color of your lipstick staining his cock a bit.
Taking a breath, tears that prickles your eyes earlier finally escapes your lids, running down your cheeks as you push Mark's shaft inside your throat again, reaching the farthest that you can. Oh how you wish you could see your lover's expressions right now. If things are different, Mark will be cursing and whining loudly, his hand will be gripping your hair in a ponytail as he fucks your mouth.
But you're in a public place right now, and he can't do what he usually does, giving you the upper hand and power to control him because what can he possibly do? Thrust his hips feverishly while he holds your head in place and risk the public seeing their dear romantic boyfriend material, Mark Lee, railing his lover's mouth like it's her pussy?
Of course, he wouldn't do that. So you take advantage of it, pressing your nose near into his pelvis, pulling off of him as you passes the work to your hands again, moving your lips to take in one side of his balls, wetting it while you let your tongue taste his flavor, closing your eyes.
Your cheeks makes a contact with the spit on his cock, smearing it messily at the right side of your face. The mixture of saliva and tears on the surface of your skin feels so fucking dirty but that's what makes it hot, especially that you're not caged in the four corners of your bedroom, the possibility of someone noticing your figure under the table stirs the feeling of thrill inside you and Mark.
It isn't that long before your boyfriend tightens his grip on the back of your neck, signalling the nearing of his release. Yet the odds seems to not favor Mark right now as your ears rings at the footsteps you're sure is coming your way, pulling off of Mark completely as you sit back on your chair, fixing yourself before someone comes.
The activity would've been naturally pulled off if Mark didn't let his usual awkward and nervous persona take over him, fully giving it away as the waiter's eyes widens, clearing his throat while he tries to stop the stuttering when he places the foods and wine on your table. Smiling at him, you say your thank yous.
''Can I get a new spoon, please? And here's your tip, I apologize for the trouble,'' The waiter have no choice but to nod, hoping he wouldn't see the same scenario when he comes back with your new spoon.

Hello! 😘 For the little birthday fic idea:
Depressed and lonely Ed sleeps with lots of pillows and blankets because that's the closest he can get to feeling safe and warm.
Until he has a one night stand with this guy, Stede, but after Stede spends the night holding Ed, Ed never wants to sleep without Stede ever again...
Yes! Yes!!! This turned out another one of my absolutely favorites I'm posting today!
All Ed had ever really known of love was how to make do with not having it.
And that was fine. Some people just weren’t meant to be loved. Ed was used to it. It was fine. No biggie. Ed wasn’t even worried about it.
If he spent some nights alone and crying his eyes out, wishing desperately that someone just saw him, wishing that anyone could look at him with even a smidge of sympathy or affection or compassion…well, that was between him and God, wasn’t it?
Ed knew how to cope. He took guys home for one-night stands and knew not to expect more than he would be given. He expected harsh words and cruel hands. He expected people to hurt them, and he tried not to be upset when they did.
At night, he snuggled up with a collection of soft plush blankets and lots of pillows and some stuffed animals, and he wondered why he could never feel safe. He wondered why he never felt truly warm.
Fuckin’ sucked, yeah, but Ed knew all about putting up with things that were awful. He knew how to cry quietly, biting his knuckles in the dark of his bedroom to keep himself quiet even when he was alone because he was just too embarrassed to make a sound.
So, when he invited the cute, sweet guy he’d been chatting up at the bar home, he’d been expecting the worst. Sex that hurt was better than nothing.
But Stede had laid him down on his bed, carefully arranging a pillow under his hips, and he’d asked Ed what he wanted. He’d called him beautiful. He’d asked what he could do to make Ed feel good.
Ed had started tearing up before Stede had even gotten inside him, and Stede hadn’t complained, just crawled up the bed to hold him close as he cried.
They did make it to having sex, eventually, and only after Ed promised Stede over and over that he was fine, that he wanted it. Stede had taken his time with him, made him shake and whimper and come three fucking times before he came himself, holding Ed close the entire time.
Ed had worried it was too good to be true. He’d been sure Stede would pull out of him and get dressed and leave with hardly a word.
Stede had stayed.
They’d laid in bed to cuddle, for a while, and the entire time Ed was sure he’d been looking at him like he wasn’t sure he was real. When he’d whispered about wanting a shower, Stede had asked to go with him, almost shy, like he hadn’t just made Ed come his brains out, and when they washed each other in the shower, Ed knew he was a goner.
He didn’t know how he was supposed to live without this now he'd had a taste of it.
Stede helped him make dinner, laughing and bickering light-heartedly the whole time like they’d known each other for years. He’d picked a bit of grilled salmon out of Ed’s beard for him (and, sure, maybe Ed could’ve gotten it himself, but he really wanted Stede to touch his face again). They’d laughed over popcorn and some silly romcom.
And Stede still hadn’t left.
Ed had tried to keep his distance when they climbed into bed. One of his earliest boyfriends had actually pushed him out of the bed for being too clingy.
But Stede pulled him right into his arms, just like it was second nature. Just like they were made to hold each other close.
It was the best night’s sleep of Ed’s entire life.
He fell asleep curled up into Stede’s side, an arm across his chest and a leg swung across his thighs and his head resting on his shoulder. He watched Stede smile in his sleep when Ed kissed his neck, felt Stede’s fingers tighten instinctively over Ed’s hip when he shifted.
When Stede woke Ed up with a gentle kiss to his cheek, Ed had been terrified this lovely little dream was about to end.
“Please,” he whispered, burying his face in Stede’s neck. “Please don’t leave.”
“Oh, Ed,” Stede laughed, like the mere thought was inconceivable, and he held Ed even closer. “I’m not going anywhere.”
And Ed believed him.

Solar Opposites oneshot😧😧😧😲😲😯😯😲😮😲☹️😲😧😲😲
I STAYED UP RLLY LATE WRITIN DIZ i write everything off the top of my head as im writing so idk how good it is but HEREZ HOPING!!
Its tervo durin their normal era at work (boo) some sort of hurt comfort thing
________
Every click of every letter on the stupid plastic keyboard delivered to the piles and piles of digital documents on the screen in front of him felt like one of his blood vessels popping. The screen was so bright, the office lights were so bright, and his eyes were so fucking tired. When are they going to create coffee powered eye drops already? He would've done it himself if they hadn't sworn to cut off all sci-fi for the sake of The Pupa.
He prayed and prayed to his abandoned Shlorpian gods that nobody fucking bothered him right now or else he'd probably murder them on the spot. Or at least make a bloody mess trying.
Shoulders tensed up, viens more clearly outlined on his hands with those aggressive dancing fingers, teeth grinding almost audible now. He was going to BURST any second now.
Any.
Second.
"Breathing check, Korv," said perhaps the only non-agitating sound that's penetrated his ears all day. Paying attention to his words, Korvo realized he infact, was forgetting to breathe again. He had a bad habit of doing that when focusing too hard. Especially when stressed,,,,
A dramatic sigh escaped him, more of a gasp really, as his breath went heavy to catch up on the oxygen he was missing. He clutched his chest where his main heart was. It was pumping fast. He sighed again, softer now.
"There you go," said Terry. He smiled and continued back to his work, click-clacking away. Korvo was so thankful that not only they had landed the same job together, but in the same area too. If Terry hadn't been sitting by him in this cubicle every day, he'd probably be hospitalized long ago. For as much as that green fuck could not pay attention, he sure did know how to pay attention to his loving husband and his health. Something as simple as noticing that he wasn't breathing, Terry always caught on and made sure to remind him. It was comforting, if only a little.
Korvo slouched, releasing the tension in his back from being so rigid for so long, and then straightened again, resuming his boring task on the computer. He typed away, quickly returning to the frusterating and depressing exhaustion of freedomless low-wage work. After a minute or so, his mind wandered off again to Terry. He was so greatful for Terry. Truly, he was. Sometimes it may not seem like it, but he couldn't thank him enough. He kept him going through all these rough times. For annoying as he is,,, he surely is such a loving, caring sweetheart.
"Thank you, Terry," Korvo spoke quietly.
"Anything, babe," was replied, followed by a quick smooching sound. Korvo chuckled to himself. "I packed that leftover salmon you made for our lunch. And some Caprisuns for a little boost."
"Terry, you know microwaving seafood makes the office stink, and then Susie will bitch and complain about it again."
"Yeah yeah she bitches and complains about everything. Better that you eat."
Korvo sighed for god knows how many times today. He guessed Terry was right. That salmon WAS pretty fucking good, though.
"Babe, what time is it?"
"You have a clock on your computer, Terry."
"Yeah I know. I just wanted to hear your voice."
That stupid cheesy idiot. God. He wished he'd stop being so stupid and corny and just come over here and kiss him already. But they would get scolded for that. "10:53. Almost time for lunch. Almost."
"Yessssssss."
After about another twenty seconds or so, Korvo had noticed through the sound of his own typing that Terry had not been typing at all. Or shuffling papers, or re-arranging things in his desk, or anything. No sound at all. Korvo turned and peered over his shoulder at Terry's desk, pausing his work, to observe why. His husband was leaning back in his wheeled office chair, one leg crossed over the other, arms comfortably relaxing behind his head, rocking back and fourth oh so gently.
"Why aren't you working?"
"Its almost time for lunch, man. No point. Besides, I read this article about strategies for working with ADHD, and it said to give yourself timed breaks."
"You give yourself enough of those already, but okay."
As if on cue, the office bell rang, and one by one people slowly stood up from their cubicles and left to start their lunch hour, stretching and groaning their way out of their previous uncomfortable positions. Korvo turned back to his desktop and continued working. Terry spun his chair around and waited for him, confused when he realized he wasn't getting up.
"Why are you working still?" He asked, louder now that there was no need to be hushed.
"I just need to get this typed up. I'm almost done. Don't wait for me."
Terry sighed, "Okay," and got up and left the cubicle. Korvo echoed yet another sad breath, sadder this time now that he was alone. He missed Terry already. He just wanted to lay in his arms forever and never work again.
What felt like both an hour and two minutes simultaneously went by, not being either of those and being a mere eight to ten or so, and Terry was back, with two plastic containers filled with food and plastic forks jammed ready to be used into them. Korvo didn't notice this, however, until the smell of the "freshly" microwaved salmon wafted towards his area, and his head perked up in the direction of it. A green hand gently placed the container of food down by Korvo's computer mouse, and when he looked up, to his delight, it was none other than Terry, who smiled down at him. "I wasn't ganna leave you for long."
Korvo smiled back warmly. Oh again how greatful he was for his dear husband. "Thank you, Terry. I love you."
"Love you too, honey boo!" Terry sang as he went to sit back down at his desk and eat his not-as-delicious-anymore-but-still-pretty-fucking-good leftovers.
-
He didn't realize just how hungry he was until the uncomfortable stretching of his full stomach pained him. That salmon didn't last very long, that's for damn sure. He tossed the plastic container in the trash can under his desk and rested his hands on his belly, leaning back into his chair and closing his eyes. He trusted Terry would wake him if he fell asleep. He fidgeted only slightly, fingering at a button on his shirt, and enjoyed the quiet.
"So, Korv," his momentary silence indeed was only momentarily, "I was thinkin we could just order, like, some KFC or something tonight. I can head to the grocery store tomorrow with The Pupa and pick up some more of that good salmon."
"Sounds good." His voice was mumbly and he wasn't entirely listening to what Terry was saying.
Another moment of silence. Soothing for Korvo. ,,,,Not so much for Terry.
"Sooooooooo,,,,,," Terry hesitated, wanting this conversation to be worthwhile in any way at all.
"Wanna binge some of The Rookie tonight on Hulu? I know you've been getting hooked on those cop shows."
"Maybe. I don't want to stay up too late."
"Trueeeeee." Terry elongated that word with a disappointed tone.
Another moment of silence. Terry frowned. God, when would it end? He cleared his throat awkwardly. "What about,,, the weekend?"
"What about the weekend?" Korvo lazily turned his chair to face Terry.
"Anything you wanna do?"
Korvo furrowed his brows in thought. He wanted to give a genuine answer, but as soon as he opened his mouth, all that came out was a stutter. He gave up instantly and turned back towards his computer screen. "I don't know, Terry. Nothing we have the time to do."
"But-" Terry tried, but ultimately was left with the same fate of just a stutter. Slouching, he stared down at his shoes and lightly gripped the hem of his pants. Korvo's typing continued in the background. It frusterated him but, it was oddly comforting. I guess because it was a sign Korvo hadn't dropped dead already and was showing some sign of life. He groaned sadly and turned towards his own computer, readying himself for more tedious work. "I miss you."
Upon saying that he slowly noticed the clicking ambience come to a hault. He waited momentarily for it to continue and,,, it did not. Swiveling in his chair again he turned to face the absence. Korvo was clenching his fists and staring down at no real object of focus. A funny little garbling noise broke the silence, and once Terry found where that was coming from, he saw a tiny little purple goobler jigging about on the office carpet. Looking back up now, his beloved partner had started shaking. He was worried for him.
"Korv,,?"
"I'm s-sorry, Terry." Korvo buried his face in his hands and let out a pathetic sob. Terry frowned, and got up out of his chair. He slowly made his way to his husband's desk and gently grabbed his shoulder, rubbing it in soothing circles. Korvo was cowering in on himself, in a distressed, tight little ball, stupid purple wriggly things popping out his spotted head and landing wherever.
"Oh, Korvo,,," he mumbled, the weeping blue alien only weeping harder. Terry guided him into a tight embrace, Korvo accepting by nearly falling into Terry's arms, who now securely wrapped around his shoulders as he rubbed away the forming goobler lumps in his previously smooth dome head.
Korvo cried, "I-Im so sorry Terry, I m-miss you s-so much, I hate doing this. I hate it."
Terry could already feel his shoulder getting damp with tears. "Baby, it's okay. You're okay. If we hate it so much, cuz I know I sure as hell do, why don't we just return back to our fun sci-fi lives?"
"Because we CAN'T, you idiot!! D-don't you remember the whole thing with The Pupa?? We can't have that happening again!" Korvo was raising his voice, mostly out of frusteration. He immediately feared he might've upset Terry and he pulled away, but Terry only brought him close again.
"I know, I know. But does it really matter?"
"YES!!!"
Korvo choked another long, loud sob, Terry instantly shushing him and trying to be as caring as possible. "Shh, shh. It's okay, baby. Shh,,,"
He looked around, surveying the office room. Everyone was still out for lunch. He knew Korvo would hate for his co-workers to see him like this, so he was trying his best to comfort him as much as he could as soon as possible.
"Hey, I know it sucks but,,, there's a bright side."
Korvo sniffled. "W-what is it?"
"I have you. And you have me."
Oh, that cheese filled motherfucker. God, he wanted to kiss him so bad. Terry was right. Through all of this, they've had each other. The one thing that's helped Korvo more than anything else was Terry's touch and gentle voice.
"Y-You're right,,," Korvo looked up, and Terry looked down. Terry lightly cupped his partner's cheek in his hand and smiled warmly.
"Of course I am. You'll always have me, my silly little biscuit boy."
"Oh, Terry." Korvo leaned in again, pressing his face into Terry's shoulder. Terry leaned away, only to guide Korvo's face upwards. He tilted forward, pressing a tender kiss onto Korvo's quivering lips, who reciprocated with passion.
They gently nuzzled into each other and shmushed in as many smooches as they could, Terry curling his arm around and massaging Korvo's lower back, and Korvo clutching onto Terry's shirt collar firmly. Soon enough, the tension escalated, and the soft touch of a tongue prodding the other's lips was enough to make them both melt like butter. Right as they were about to start full-on sucking each other's faces, an embarrassing reminder was received.
"Hey now, don't be getting too frisky in the office."
The two aliens jumped and swung around at the voice, still holding onto each other (and a little drool coating their chins.) It was their co-worker, back from the office kitchen with an almost empty bowl of spaghetti. Terry defended first.
"Oh gosh, we would never." they would. Not now, though. "Just givin' a lil lovin' to my husband. what's wrong with that?"
"Yeah! Mind your own business anyway," Korvo spoke after, trying to pat down his now sort of wrinkled shirt.
"A bit hard to do that when you're over there just slurpin' away in the middle of the room!" The man chuckled, meaning for it to be playful, but it came off as annoying and kind of passive aggressive. Terry rolled his eyes dramatically and Korvo giggled.
Slowly, their other co-workers were filing back in. Was lunch really over already? Shlorpian's gray gods.
Terry patted Korvo's shoulder, wanting to hold him by the waist and kiss him again so badly, but sadly not having the time to anymore. Korvo looked up at him and smiled.
Oh fuck it, just one more. He leaned in and pecked a long audible kissy on Korvo's lips, a nice surprise, and then pulled away. He grinned from,, not ear to ear but you get what i mean, and gave a hopeful thumbs up as he made his way back to his desk to continue working.
Korvo chuckled and turned to his computer again. He really, really, WAS greatful for Terry in his life. Really.
This time, the plastic click clacking of the keyboard was nowhere near as agitating.
Still annoying, but not as bad as before.
He'll take what he can get.

EXHAUSTING WORK DAYS — theodore nott x pregnant! f! reader
CONTENT WARNING: so much fluff
SUMMARY: you and theodore are expecting in a few months time, and he has taken up extra work hours to support the family. you try to help ease he stress but theodore assures you that you need not lift a single finger.
WC/ AVG. READING TIME: 1034 words/ 5 minutes
return to the theodore masterlist here
THEODORE HAD BEEN coming home quite late from work recently.
he was a trainee healer at st mungo's.
he had inherited the nott family manor ever since his father died while in azkaban, yet that was about it.
the nott manor was huge, it spanned multiple stories and tens of rooms.
it'd been two years since the wizarding war and we were barely getting by.
theodore's job, which did not pay much, was our only source of income since he had insisted i not work due to my pregnancy.
theodore also refused to sell the manor as it was the last physical thing he had left of his mother.
"hey baby," theodore knocked on our bedroom door before stepping in.
he'd looked exhausted.
he threw his bag on the ottoman before flopping into the bed where i was sat.
i set my book on the nightstand and crawled over to him. i was only a month pregnant or so hence i still had most of my mobility.
i placed a gentle kiss on the top of theodore's head.
"hi my love."
theodore lifted his head so that his chin was resting on the bed.
"i missed you."
"god theo, 4 years and you still manage to make my stomach do butterflies," i ran my hands over my face as i leaned against the headboard.
"i try," a smirk grew on his face.
theodore lifted his body and rested the side of his head on my belly.
"this is the best part of my day, snuggling up with the two people i love most in the world," theodore kissed my belly lightly and reached up to do the same on my lips.
i felt my heart melt instantaneously.
i hummed into the kiss, never have i ever or will i ever love someone as much as i love theodore.
"are you hungry?"
right when i asked him, we both heard his stomach grumble.
"i take that as a yes," we laughed simultaneously.
wiggling out of theodore's grasp, i got out of bed and put on my fluffy house slippers, sticking out my hand for him to take.
theodore interlocked our fingers as we made our way out of the bedroom.
four years into our relationship and that is one thing that never changed.
theodore always wanted to be in contact with me, be it holding my hand or placing his hand on my thigh. i found it rather endearing.
we walked down the stairs as we engaged in small talk.
theodore helped take out utensils from the cabinets as i took the baked salmon out of the oven.
the one thing pureblood families like is having long dinner tables in the dining room, which was rather odd because it felt as if i had to shout in order for the person sitting at the other end of the table to hear me.
that's why theodore and i always sit next to each other by the width of the table since it was wide enough.
we each had a piece of salmon and some string beans on our plates, both of us digging in.
since i was now eating for two, i basically inhaled the food.
i noticed theodore had been rather quiet, not even the sound of his fork scraping against the plate.
i turned to face theodore and realised that he'd fallen asleep with his head leaning on his hand.
the brunette had woken up at the wee hours of the morning to head to st mungo's, which probably explained why he was so tired.
"pst theo," i lightly pat his shoulder.
"huh? yea?" theodore snapped his eyes open, shooting his head up.
"you seem tired, finish up your dinner then you can shower and turn in for the night," i rubbed small circles on his back.
theodore nodded his head and finished his food. i did the dishes while theodore prepared himself for bed.
when i walked back into the master bedroom, theodore was sat by the foot of the bed drying his hair with a towel and dressed in his usual sleepwear, his boxers.
"my love, you're a wizard remember?" i chuckled at him and waved my wand around him, drying his hair.
i climbed onto the bed, kneeling behind him as my hands found themselves on his shoulder.
i started massaging them, loosening the tight knots, placing occasional soft kisses on the back of them.
"theo?"
"yes darling?"
"i was thinking...maybe i could get a job, so there wouldn't be so much pressure on you to support our family."
theodore quickly turned around.
"what? no. you're pregnant you should stay at home, i don't mind being the sole supporter."
"but you're always exhausted, and it pains me to see you this way."
theodore shook his head frowning.
"it gets boring home alone all day anyway. please theodore," i sent him puppy dog eyes, "it doesn't even have to be manual labor work."
i got off the bed and walked over to the daily prophet i had set on the nightstand after reading it this morning, "there's a position open at st mungo's as a secretary."
i handed the paper to theodore and sat next to him by the foot of our bed.
"you'll be in the same building as me, and i'm quite literally in a hospital so i'll be fine if anything were to happen, what do you say?"
theodore sighed, "you're not going to give up until i say yes aren't you?"
"you know me so well mr nott," i grinned.
"alright then, i'll see if i can do anything to help you get that position," theodore lifted my chin with his hand to place a kiss on my lips.

patiently
bungou stray dogs | G | 546 words nakahara chuuya x reader/OC
sometimes you get grumpy at chuuya while you’re sick, but he never turns his back on you.
the sniffles quickly turn into an unrelenting fever.
god knows what kind of bug you’ve caught, but you’re sure as hell not letting chuuya 1.) know 2.) catch it. so in a last bid of survival, you call the front desk and ask for a bunch of anti-fever pills, two litres of apply juice (for comfort), and the 10-pack of cupped soup. the lady on the other end of the line asks if they’ll charge it to chuuya’s card, and, half-delirious, you say yes.
the next thing you know he is calling.
“do ya have a fever?”
“no.” (you sound miserable.) “aren’t you on a mission?”
“i swapped with someone.” a beat. “it’s just surveillance, don’t mind it. why didn’t ya tell me ya were sick?”
“and?” you’re grumpy from the fever. you just want to sleep, not get scolded. “it’s not like you’ll come home..” silence. “look—i’m sorry for charging it to your card. and—i’ll be fine in a day.”
“no you will—”
“goodnight, chuuya!” (it is 1:00pm.)
click.
you really don’t want to argue. he doesn’t call or text. you pull your blanket up from the floor and go to bed.
-
delirious; your order arrives; meds get taken; dinner somehow happens, soup in a bowl. the penthouse is cold. your bed is warm. suddenly it is 9pm. you look at your phone and find no missed calls, no new texts. somehow your heart breaks even if you’ve done it to yourself. you curl around a cool pillow, and sleep.
-
by the time chuuya gets home it is 5:00 am.
the sun is still hiding but the sky is already turning brighter. he’ll have the morning to himself to rest, but he’ll have to report in the afternoon.
for now he’s got a job to do.
off comes his work clothes as he slips into casual wear. he’s bathed and dressed by 5:30. when he comes out of the bathroom, you look up at him blearily from the bed and he approaches to kiss you on the forehead. you have the audacity to swat him.
“you’ll catch it!”
“i won’t, i’m healthier than you.”
you put your tongue out at him even if he’s right and he exits the room. when he comes back, it’s with the sweet aroma of breakfast.
on two floating trays comes a pair of delicious japanese breakfast meals—grilled fish, rice, miso soup, and the imperfect yet endearing slices of the tamagoyaki you had painstakingly made him learn to make.
“you shouldn’t have.”
“and go hungry? no thanks.”
you chew the salmon slowly as chuuya (leisurely) scarfs down his own food. when the effort of eating becomes too much, you lean your head against his shoulder and chuuya takes the hand you’ve got resting on your thigh into his.
“sorry for cutting you off.”
“you were lucky i really was homebound today.”
you snort. “i would’ve managed without you.”
“sure you would,” chuuya says with a roll of his eyes, but he looks on at you so tenderly anyway. he knows you can. “but i’d rather be here by your side. and you?”
he takes your hand to his lips, kissing the knuckles. there’s no resisting him like this.
“yeah… i like this better too.”

Jumin with a Mc coming home drunk
Request by Anon: Can you please write about jumin x mc coming home drunk?
Hey! So I tried to reach out for you, I didn’t quite understand who was the drunk person so I decided to make Mc be the drunk one, I hope it’s okay! Enjoy!
Tick-tock, Tick-tock, Tick-tock, Tick-tock, Tick-tock, Tick-tock,...
The clock, which was standing on a little drawer next to a wonderful green plant, was slowly showing how much time passed ever since you, the wife of Jumin Han, finally showed him a sign of life. The time was passing painfully slow and the more Jumin tried to look away from the little line passing through every little number in the round clock, the longer the seconds seemed.
Jumin Han was trying his best to not be the overprotective husband, the controlling one, even through he would have loved to follow you, check your location with the GPS in your phone, or make a guard follow you just so that he could know that you, the love of his life, were healthy. But when you told him that you would go out with your friends and have some fun, he tried to overplay the urge to beg you to take him with you. And when he told Assistant Kang to make someone follow you, she tried her best to tell him that this would be the worst idea.
,,I mean, she will find out and once she finds out she will think that you, Mr. Han, don’t trust her as your wife… I will gladly find someone who will take great care of her, but I don’t think that this will end well.’’
With these words she made the big Jumin Han take a step back and instead of checking your phone if the GPS was turned on, once you told him you would go, he just gave you a kiss, a very long hug, and wished you a lot of fun.
,,Please take care,’’ he begged.
,,Jumin, I will take a guard with me who will wait outside for me, don’t worry please,’’ you smiled and suddenly his heart felt at ease. You took someone to guard over you. Was it because you knew that he feared that something could happen to you? But the more he thought about it, the more it seemed odd.
,,Assistant Kang, what’s the name of the guard Mc took with her?’’ he asked the young woman who wasn’t happy about the late call.
,,Mr Han, no guard left with Mc. No one told me anything,’’ she said and cut the call in less than a minute. Jumin’s head began to spin around him and the more he thought about it the more he feared that something happened.
But then, a sound of the door opening, a few stumbles, and a moan - and finally you arrived.
Jumin didn’t quite expect to see you on the floor of your cold entryway and he didn’t expect Zen standing in front of him trying to hold you.
,,Haaaatschi!! Fucking fur, I’m going… Ya, you freak, your wife isn’t a good drinker like she always said… I’m happy that she made it home at least,’’ Zen groaned, trying to get you up. Jumin didn’t like it. The more his hands were on yours, the more he felt his anger taking over his body. With a single action Jumin snatched you from him and picked you up from the cold floor.
,,How come that you, not her husband, took her home?’’ Jumin asked, his eyes observing him from below.
,,She called me ‘cause her friends wanted to meet me and God, she drank so freaking much that we had to go home earlier,’’ he said and opened the door after he sneezed once more.
,,Earlier?’’ Jumin asked and took a look over to the clock. Was two in the morning early? Jumin still thanked Zen and then closed the door. You were reeking of alcohol and somewhat of smoke. The usual lavender smelling hair was smelling as if you were a smoked salmon and all your skin was just as sticky as honey. Jumin knew that he first had to undress you to give you a good shower.
,,Mr, I am married,’’ you groaned, half asleep as Jumin took off your shirt and tried to open your bra.
,,Mrs Han, I know that you are married,’’ he joked and the anger he felt earlier seemed to vanish with the short sentence.
,,I don’t love you,’’ you groaned, ,,I only love my Husband… he’s waiting at home for me…’’ you kept mumbling and Jumin nodded. With a short hand move he took off your skirt and kept talking to you. ,,If you have a husband, why did you go to a party alone and drink so much?’’
Suddenly, you seemed fully awake and looked into the black haired man’s eyes. ,,I drank away my sorrow. My husband didn’t understand my signals… I wanted him to come with me, but he somehow ignored me…’’ you finally confessed and suddenly it hit him… he should have just gone… with you…
He was just about to respond to you when you suddenly puked all over his shoes and at that moment he knew that as soon as the next day would arrive, he would do everything possible to make you forgive him…

If I Fell For You (Part 3) - A Moment
Summary: Jensen is away from home for a few days but isn’t having the easiest time being away from the kids for the first time since the accident. When he returns home, he has a gala to attend on Saturday night but a kiss on the cheek and slip of the tongue will snowball into the reader and Jensen sharing a moment...
Masterlist
Pairing: Jensen x nanny!reader
Word Count: 6,100ish
Warnings: language, death of a spouse, death of a parent, anxiety, self-worth problems, referenced past harassment
A/N: I love this part so much for so many reasons. Please enjoy!
________
“Hi Jensen,” you asked Monday night when your phone rang. “How was your flight earlier?”
“Same old same old. I just got out of work,” he said with a yawn. “Gonna grab a bite out with a friend. Kids eat dinner okay?”
“We had honey sriracha glazed salmon with brussel sprouts and roasted red potatoes.”
“Really?”
“They had kraft mac and cheese and I had Taco Bell.”
“See this is why I like you,” he chuckled.
“I’ll try the salmon again tomorrow. I was gonna make it but they didn’t have any at the store,” you said, opening the fridge and taking out a pint of ice cream. “Hey can I have what’s left of this mint ice cream?”
“Sure. Pick some more up for me sometime before friday please,” he said. “Also, Taco Bell? You do realize we live in freaking Austin right. There are literally hundreds of places you can go that have better mexican food.”
“Yeah but fake cheese tastes good,” you said. He laughed and your stomach rumbled. “I so should have gotten more than two tacos.”
“You in the kitchen?” he asked. You hummed and you heard him let out an oof in the background.
“Yeah. You alright?”
“This bed in my hotel room is comfy,” he said. “But I was starting to say, go in the drawer at the end of the counter by the table. There’s only five hundred gajillion take out menus in there. Order a treat for yourself. It’s on me.”
“Jensen. I can get my own dinner.”
“True but you’re on call 24/7 until I get back.”
“Well in that case I bet you got a menu for a fancy steakhouse in here somewhere,” you teased as you picked up one for a tex mex looking restaurant. “Does this place really have quesadillas this big?”
“You must be looking at the menu on top. I almost ordered from there last week actually. The food’s great. They do delivery too. Just buzz the guy into the gate when they get there.”
“Any recommendations?” you asked, taking out the menu and flipping it over.
“Quesadillas are good. Loaded nachos are amazing. I’ve literally never had a bad thing from there,” he said. “To be honest I’d rather be getting that than where I’m going tonight.”
“Why’s that?” you asked, reading through your options, surprised to find such good prices.
“I have to wear a suit,” he said with a sigh. “After being poked and prodded all day I literally would rather just eat crap and watch food network.”
“How long have you known this friend of yours?” you asked.
“Twenty years, why?”
“Then you guys knew each other when you were young. It’s not too late out there. Call him, see if he’d rather get some crap food, a six pack and just catch up on his couch or in your room. I’m pretty sure he’s more looking forward to seeing an old friend again than the food,” you said.
“You make very good points. I should pay you more,” he said.
“You pay me plenty and barely let me spend a dime of my money on myself,” you said. “I don’t need more.”
“You got that fancy computer though.”
“You literally have the exact same mac in your office.”
“You moved in like three boxes and two computers,” he said.
“An ipad is not a computer,” you said.
“Debatable.”
“Well I like to draw sometimes and it’s easier on an ipad when you’re laying in bed,” you said.
“Are you any good?” he asked.
“No.”
“I bet they’re really good,” he said as you rolled your eyes. “I see you draw with the kids sometimes and those are good.”
“It’s a hobby is all,” you said, leaning back against the counter, your stomach grumbling again. “Anything else you want me to grab at the store? I’m going to hit it tomorrow while everyone’s at school.”
“Nah. Get the usual stuff,” he said. “The kiddos in bed?”
“Yeah, got the last one down about fifteen minutes ago,” you said. He hummed and you heard the sigh in it. “I got a video of them playing earlier I’ll send you.”
“Thanks. It’s my first night away from them in a long time. Normally I’m able to come back same day. I was kinda hoping they’d still be awake to say goodnight.”
“They’re safe and sound dad. We’ll call again after school tomorrow to talk like today,” you said.
“Yeah,” he breathed out. He was quiet and you pulled the phone away, taking a deep breath.
“You okay?”
“I haven’t been alone like this in a really long time.”
“I know. You check out your backpack yet?”
“No. Why?”
“You didn’t bring a jacket with you so I put that yellow hoodie that’s always on the hook in there in case you got cold.”
“That was Dee’s hoodie.”
“I was pretty sure it was,” you said. You heard him shuffle around briefly before he hummed, much happier that time. “I thought you might like to have a piece of...something-”
“I really don’t pay you enough,” he said quietly. “Thanks for putting this in there. I need something from home more than I realized.”
“Well put it on, call up your buddy and have some fun tonight, Ackles. Nanny’s orders.” He laughed and you felt that twinge in your stomach again, your eyes quickly closing.
“I will. Hey you mind if I call again tomorrow night? I don’t have any plans and sitting in a hotel room by myself isn’t very fun.” You smiled and felt heat in your cheeks, quickly thinking it away. He wanted company for a few minutes was all and you were friends. It was completely normal to talk with friends on the phone everyday.
“Of course. As long as you get a dinner in at some point that’s more than fine with me,” you said. “We can talk about The Bachelor!”
“Oh God no,” he groaned, chuckling after a few seconds. “I’ll settle for Grey’s Anatomy.”
“This Is Us?” you asked.
“Supernatural?”
“I haven’t watched that yet. I’m working up to it,” you said.
“Work faster woman. I only know legit everything about that one,” he chuckled. “But probably not a good idea to watch that one until I get back and you're not alone. First episode is kinda scary.”
“Oh well thanks for that,” you said, watching the clock tick by, knowing it had to be almost seven out there. “I’ll let you go. Have fun tonight Jensen.”
“I will Y/N. Promise.”
Friday Night
“Arrow,” you said after she’d flung her pasta bowl all over herself, covering her hair and face. She sniffled and you forced a smile. “Okay. How about a bath after dinner?”
Fifteen minutes later JJ and Zeppelin were in the movie room watching a cartoon while you had Arrow in the kids bathroom, scooping up some water over her head in the tub.
“Well hello ladies,” you heard behind you. You jumped and spun around, glaring for a moment before you recognized Jensen.
“Just me,” he said, backpack still on his shoulders.
“Daddy I got ziti all over my head,” she said.
“You did?” he asked, dropping his bag and taking off his jacket, kneeling down next to you. You got the last bit of sauce off and squirted some shampoo in her hair, Jensen watching you with a smile. “How was your day?”
She told him all about breakfast and daycare, playing with a few toy boats with him while you rinsed out the soap. You did a bit of conditioner before getting it out as well and putting the spray nozzle back.
“I got the rest if you wanna get the dryer ready?” he asked you, reaching for the soap. You swapped spots with him, Jensen washing her up while she kept talking about her day. By the time he was all done you had the dryer out and plugged in, Jensen picking her up and wrapping her up in a big bundle of towels before he set her on the counter. You went to work drying her hair, Jensen draining the tub and finding some pajamas for her.
“Do you want your hair up or down, sweetie?” you asked. She tried gathering it up and you grabbed her soft scrunchie perfectly fine for sleeping in from the counter. You put her hair up in a soft little bun, Jensen making an adorable sound when he returned.
“Aw, you look so cute, baby. I’ll be right there alright?” he said. She hopped off the counter and got dressed, rushing off downstairs when she was all done. “Survive the day?”
“Somehow we always do,” you said, gathering up the towels. “Kids are in the movie room.”
“Thanks. I’m gonna shower but we’re all good for the night,” he said. “Thanks for watching them this week.”
“You gotta go do your job,” you said. “You working on a movie or something? You never said.”
“Uh gonna be in a show called The Boys,” he said. “I’m gonna be one of the superheroes so I gotta go out and get my suit made all special for me every so often.”
“You’re gonna be a supe! That’s so fucking cool!” you said. He grinned and you blushed, shaking your head. “I’m so sorry. That was so not appropriate.”
“I don’t see any little ears around,” he chuckled. “You like the show then?”
“Yeah. It’s great. Like no other show consistently makes me go what the fuck did I just see. That’s so cool you get to be a supe though. Are you a one off or like a main character?”
“I’ll be very present in the next season. Gonna deal with the seven, all that,” he said. “I’m gonna be Solider Boy.”
“I can see that. You have that all American boy thing about you.”
“It’s my adorable face,” he teased.
“Well remember to not stay up too late. You have the gala tomorrow night remember?”
“Yes mom,” he said as you walked out. “Get the kids some takeout for dinner tomorrow and yourself.”
“Sounds good boss,” you said. “Night Jensen.”
“Goodnight, Y/N.”
The Next Night
You froze from where you were mixing up some brownie batter with JJ at the kitchen counter as Jensen popped downstairs. He was in a gorgeous black suit, a maroon pocket square and no tie going on, his hair scruffier looking than normal.
He started to laugh and you realized you were staring, your cheeks feeling hot as you went back to stirring.
“Mmm, you guys save me a brownie or two for when I get home?” he asked, leaning over and dipping his finger in the bowl of cream cheese frosting.
“We’ll spare one for dad,” you said, Jensen going back for seconds. “Ah, ah. No.”
He dipped his finger in and got another fingerful, kissing the top of JJ’s head and the twins at the counter.
“Be good for Y/N guys!” he called as he rushed out.
You whistled and he jogged back, catching you holding up his phone from the counter.
“Thank you,” he said, taking it and pecking a kiss on your cheek. You looked up at him and he froze. “I am so sorry. I…”
“It’s okay. Go have fun and be all charitable,” you said. He shoved his phone in his pocket and ran out, JJ scratching her head.
“Dad’s kinda weird sometimes,” she said.
“Yeah, he is. But so is everybody,” you said. “Let’s get this in the oven so you guys can pick out colors for your frosting, hm?”
“I really shouldn’t. But I really should,” you said to yourself, plopping your second brownie of the night in a bowl and sticking a scoop of ice cream on top. You carried it over to the couch and lay back, watching TV on the big screen as you heard the door open. Jensen came into view a minute later, taking his jacket off and groaning as he washed up at the sink. He went to the tray of brownies on the counter and picked one up with a big sigh. “Fun night?”
He jumped and whacked his head against the cabinet above, hissing before he spun around.
“You okay?” you asked. He nodded and left the brownie behind, pushing his sleeves up before taking a seat on the other end of the lounger.
“Y/N I’m really sorry about the kiss on the cheek. That was so inappropriate. You’ve kinda implied that there was some stuff that’s happened to you at other jobs you found over the line and I’m really truly sorry if I made you uncomfortable. I wasn’t...I forgot you’re my employee for a moment. I really am sorry.”
“Jensen if I had a problem with it or you or your behavior I would quit on the spot. I don’t let myself get pushed around anymore. You were happy and busy and you pecked a kiss on my cheek, not reach a hand down my pants. It’s really okay. You’re way too hard on yourself.”
“Are you sure?” he asked.
“Positive. It’s barely ten which means you left as soon as you could. You’re supposed to be out having fun,” you said.
“I was kinda freaking out that you hated me,” he said.
“Dude you gotta relax,” you said. “Have a brownie and some ice cream.”
He got up and after a minute took a seat at the other end with a bowl of his own, smiling as he got a taste.
“This is fucking awesome,” he said.
“I know,” you said, Jensen smirking. “Do you feel better now silly boy? I promise that if you ever do anything I find inappropriate I will promptly kick you in the balls.”
“I can agree to that,” he said. He ate for a moment, watching the TV and laying back. “Do you ever like, want to go do things with your friends on a Saturday night? If you do that’s totally cool. These aren’t normal hours anyways.”
“Being a nanny eats up a lot of your social life,” you said. “Kinda got kicked out of my friend group after I broke up with my ex anyways.”
“Well they sound like they suck,” he said.
“Yes, they do,” you said. “I don’t mind so much. I meet plenty of new people through work. Only person you can depend on is yourself and I don’t tend to let myself down.”
“That’s a very lonely way to go through life,” he said.
“It’s not easy to make friends in your thirties,” you said. “Maybe for someone like you who travels and meets new people a lot and stuff but you have like, real friendships. You know?”
“Well we have a real friendship, don’t we? You’re friends with Jared and Rob and Ruthie and Rich,” he said. “I don’t trust just anybody with my kids. That’s real.”
“Yeah,” you said, taking a bite. “So when’s your friend free?”
“Hm?”
“Blind date guy. Maybe he could be a friend if things work out,” you said.
“Oh yeah. He uh, he actually got a gig up in Canada so you might need to wait like a month or so. But he’s excited to meet you,” said Jensen.
“Can I have his number?” you asked. “Or do you think that’d be weird?”
“No, not weird. I think he just kinda wants to do it old school if that’s okay. Meet you first and go from there.”
“This friend of yours better be like super hot,” you said.
“If it’s a problem-“
“I can respect him wanting to do things like that. But I’m gonna want a firm date soon,” you said.
“I’ll make sure to get you one,” he said. “I’ll get it down tomorrow, promise.”
“He better not mind me eating like this either. I ain’t a salad on the first date kinda girl. He’s gonna need to keep up with my eating while were at it,” you said. He snorted in his seat beside you and ran his hand over his face.
“I will keep that in mind. I have occasionally had dessert first truth be told,” he said.
“This is why I like you Ackles. You get my sweet tooth,” you laughed.
“It’s a good thing your dinners are healthy cause I swear I haven’t consumed this many baked goods in months,” he said. “The kids love it and my stomach loves it though.”
“I’m gonna need to start working out though if I keep this up. Oh hey is it okay if I do laps in the pool in the mornings? I’ll be super quiet and stuff.”
“You don’t gotta ask,” he smiled. “Like I said when you started, you got free reign to use the pool, the gym, whatever, aside from my room. You a swimmer?”
“Not really but I hate running and supposedly it’s a good workout or something,” you shrugged, eating another bite of brownie.
“Anything in the gym you’re free to use. I know you must get a little bored sometimes when I’m gone and the kids are,” he said.
“Not bored per say. Ordinarily I would do more chores but you have like a cleaner and a landscaper and you just...give me more time in the day than I’m used to is all. It’s actually great though. It gives me plenty of time to come up with ideas for the kids and stuff.”
“Well as long as you’re taking breaks and your lunch do as you please,” he said, his spoon scraping the bottom of his bowl.
“Now that’s just sad.”
“I really should get another one of these,” he said, sucking the spoon.
“It’s really the only choice you have,” you said. He laughed as he hopped up, skirting back into the kitchen and fixing up another brownie and ice cream combo.
“Hey you want more, Dee?” he asked. You popped your head up and he spun around. “I’m-“
“Don't apologize, Jensen,” you said. He tapped his fingers against the counter and took a deep breath, putting his back to you.
“That’s the second time tonight I’ve done that,” he said.
“Jensen. There’s nothing wrong with missing your wife.”
“I’m still sorry.”
“You don’t...talk about her much.”
“It was...she wasn’t…” he trailed off. He sat down on a barstool and you got up, walking over and hopping up on the counter beside him. You set your feet in the stool next to his and paused before you put a hand on top of his head and ran your fingers through the short strands. “This shouldn’t have happened to her.”
“Death is the price for living. Pain’s the price for caring. Doesn’t mean it’s not worth it,” you said. You started to move your hand away when he turned his head.
“Don’t…” he said, easing when you played with it gently again. “That’s always calmed me down since I was a little kid.”
“Someone should take care of you every once in a while you know. Your parents, siblings, friends. Everyone needs a break.”
“I had a lot of help at the beginning. I don’t need a whole day. Just a moment here and there,” he said quietly.
“It’ll be okay, Jensen,” you said. He nodded and you played with his hair a few moments, watching his shoulders ease. This time when you pulled away he smiled up at you. “Better?”
“Yeah. Thank you. That’s not in your job description to do that sort of thing.”
“Well I think your wife would want somebody to watch your back, even for only a minute or two,” you said.
“You don’t have any brain aneurysms I should know about, do you?” he chuckled.
“No. That what happened?” you asked, a single nod coming from him.
“She was sleeping. Not a bad way to go I was told, you’d never even know,” he said. “Not a fun thing to wake up to in the morning though.”
“My dad had a mass at the back of his head. It was that same kind of thing where one second it’s fine and the next everything’s different deal. It was inoperable. Then he goes and dies from a car accident of all things before it got bad. My mom had a hard time with that.”
“You said she had a boyfriend later on right?” he asked.
“Yeah. I know you’ll be okay, Jensen,” you said. You ruffled his hair and he smiled, a soft look on his face. “Pro tip too from someone who’s been there, kids with a single parent turn out just fine.”
“Do they ever wish they had another parent?” he asked.
“They wish the parent they still have around is happy again someday. They won’t understand until they’re older that it’s a different kind of love between parents. But they’ll know it’s a little different and they’ll hope dad feels better too. Your kids are tough. They’ll be okay too.”
“Thanks, Y/N,” he said. You hopped off the counter and washed up your dish, sticking it in the dishwasher before you went to leave for your room. “So I gotta ask. Who takes care of you?”
“Me?” you asked, pointing to yourself. He shrugged and smiled, your gaze going past him. “I’m all good. I don’t need somebody to take care of me.”
“Liar,” he said softly. “You know my friend tells me everybody needs to be taken care of sometimes.”
“That’s the difference between us Jensen. You’re not like me.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” he scoffed, his face scrunching up suddenly.
“It means you’re not on your own and even if you feel like it, it’s only been a little while. You’ll be okay. I’ve been taking care of myself since I was a kid. I don’t need anyone to take care of me.”
“That’s bullshit and you know it.”
“You haven’t lived my life and I haven’t lived yours. Don’t try to tell me that I’m not capable of-”
“It’s not about what you’re capable of. You said pain is part of life, it’s the price for living. You’ve had more than your fair share-”
“Lots of people have it a lot worse.”
“Don’t compare your pain to someone else's. They haven’t lived your life,” he said. You rolled your eyes and started to walk away, Jensen out of his seat and catching up with you in the hall. “You can be taken care of too you know.”
“By who? My non-existent circle of friends? My crappy ex? My mom’s ex boyfriend who’s got his own wife and kids? I am perfectly fine managing all of this by myself. I’ve been doing it for years.”
“You’re so frustratingly annoying,” he said, running his hand over his face. “Me. I’m talking about me. You just...you took care of me tonight. The least I can do is show you the same compassion.”
“No,” you said.
“No? Why not?”
“Because taking care of me turns into you walking into my shower without my permission and you being a dick and this going away and I don’t want you to be those things so no. We’re getting too friendly. Please leave me alone tomorrow.”
You left him in the hall and went down to your area of the house, shutting the door after you. There was quickly a knock and you growled, ripping it open.
“What?” you snapped at him.
“I am not going to hurt you or be a dick to you or whatever else you think. You need to realize in the real world, not everyone is an asshole.”
“You’re the one not living in the real world then, Jensen. Everybody’s an asshole.”
“Fine. I’m an asshole. But I’m not leaving until you say I can take care of you tomorrow. Two minutes is all I’m asking for.”
“This is my part of the house.”
“And technically I am outside your door,” he said. “Why are you so resistant to somebody doing something nice for you?”
“Because I don’t wanna get used to it,” you said. He stared and you shook your head. “You’re attractive and an actor and kind and funny and it’s not a matter of if you date again but when and when that day comes, we ain’t gonna be sitting on the couch eating ice cream anymore. Please do not invite me to anymore outings as a friend. I’ll attend if required as a nanny but this between us is done.”
“For the record, the only one around here that thinks of you as just the hired help is you. My children are completely like their old selves. I feel more like my old self. You seem happier than when I met you but for some reason, that’s a big problem to you. I do not understand that.”
“Leave or I resign and move out first thing,” you said. He crossed his arms and lifted his chin. “This is my formal resignation then. The company will-”
He moved quickly and you weren’t sure what he was doing at first but soon you realized he was hugging you, your hands resting against his chest. You swallowed and he didn’t move, your forehead resting against him.
“What are you doing?” you breathed out.
“When’s the last time you got a fucking hug?” he asked.
“The kids-”
“Not the kids.”
“I don’t remember,” you said quietly.
“Then you are overdue,” he said. You let yourself reach your arms around him and return the hug, breathing deeply, a small bubble in you rising up. You tried to push it down but it came back harder and you were fighting back tears before you knew it.
He could feel when you lost that battle, hand rubbing up and down your back. There was a soft shushing in the air and after a few minutes you felt better. You lifted your head but didn’t look at him, Jensen squeezing you in his hug again before it eased.
“You know you’re not allowed to quit on me...like ever,” he chuckled. You let out a small laugh, Jensen smiling at you when you forced your head up. He wiped off your cheeks and you let out one last sniffle. “You’re not alone. I promise you’re not. It’s not the quantity of people you have in your life but the quality and I’m sorry but we are friends and there’s nothing you can do about that so I’d just accept it now.”
“I’m sorry I was such a bitch.”
“You were scared, not a bitch,” he said. “I wish I could make you happier is all.”
“I wish I could bring back your wife for you,” you said.
“One of those is a lot more possible than the other,” he said. A small smile crossed his lips before he ducked his head down, shoulders heaving back before his head raised. “Y/N, can I confess something to you? I hope...I hope it doesn’t bother you but if it does, you don’t have to continue working for me. I’d still like to be friends regardless.”
“What’s wrong?” you asked, Jensen looking past you.
“My single friend I was going to set you up with? He doesn’t exist.”
“Oh.”
“Cause he’s kinda me.”
“Oh,” you said, staring at him, a lot of his previous behavior starting to click into place. “That’s…”
“I know,” he said, stepping away and rubbing the back of his neck. “It’s weird and douchey and I’m sorry. I like you and I was trying to see if you would ever go for a 42 year old actor. I left out the widow and kids part but...I’m sorry.”
“When did you like me?” you asked quietly.
“The whole time?” he said, laughing nervously to himself. “It’s kinda snowballed since we met. I never in my life thought I’d like someone again. I didn’t want to like you. I hired you because you were the best candidate and I knew the kids would be in good hands but everyday it’s there, even more, and I know this is so inappropriate on so many levels and I’m really starting to ramble here but you make me think maybe your mom had a point and people are allowed to have...more than one…and sometimes the way you talk to me and treat me and look at me...”
He swallowed as you stepped in front of him, taking a quick breath.
“I will keep working for you and I’ll be your friend...and you can make me dinner tomorrow,” you said with a smile. “We’ll see where it goes from there?”
“You’re not...weirded out?” he asked.
“By your age, you’re my boss or the cheeky lying about a fake friend?” you said.
“All of the above.”
“Age doesn’t bother me. You have no idea how to be a boss, no offense, and the friend...I don’t blame you for wanting to test the waters first,” you said. “But I expect honesty from here on out.”
“Absolutely,” he said.
“Good,” you said.
“You do like me right?” he asked. “Like you don’t feel obligated or-”
“I like you Jensen. Why do you think I was trying to push you away before you got too close? I didn’t want to be hurt.”
“Give me a chance to not,” he said. “We can have dinner and see how it goes from there.”
“Normally the best course of action,” you said.
“But maybe with a few more hugs from now on,” he said. “For the both of us.”
“That’d be okay with me,” you said. He smiled and you returned it. “I guess I’ll see you in the morning then.”
“I guess you will,” he said. He turned to go when he spun back on his heels. “Or we could go back out there, eat way too much dessert and hang out?”
“Yeah,” you said with a smile. “Give me a minute to wash up my face.”
“Take all the time you want. I’m gonna change into something more comfortable anyways.”
He left and you washed off your face in the bathroom, drying it off and taking a deep breath.
You did like him. There was something calming about him to you and you enjoyed his company, even if it was just the two of you having a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.
But he was an actor. And kinda famous. And a widow. And had three kids.
“But your face is cute,” you said aloud, looking the mirror. “Gah, of course you have to be like...into me. Nutjob. He must be a nutjob. That’s it.”
“Y/N?” you heard him saying and you smacked yourself in the face. “Are you talking to yourself?”
“Uh, yeah,” you said, stepping out and seeing him in the hall sporting a pair of pajama pants and a t shirt. “That was fast.”
“Well I didn’t go through an eight step skin routine too,” he chuckled.
“For your information, my routine is only three steps,” you said, walking past him and waggling your fingers.
“I didn’t realize I was living with such a savage,” he said. You laughed and went back to the kitchen, making up another dish of brownie for him while he went over to where he kept his liquor. “You a bourbon kind of girl?”
“Is there any other kind?” you said.
“Touche.” He poured out two glasses and slid one over while you passed his bowl to him. “So what’s this three step routine? Do I need to up my game or what?”
“I think I need your routine, not the other way around,” you said.
“Nah. I like looking at your face more than mine. Trust me.”
“Oh. How long you been holding back those kinds of comments?” you teased.
“Longer than you’d think,” he said, sharing the bowl with you. “Feel okay now?”
“Yeah. I can’t remember the last time I cried,” you said. “Especially in front of someone.”
“A good cry session has never hurt in my experience. I’ll do it for work and stuff but normally I’m not much of one. Aside from the past six months I mean.”
“Are you ready to try this?” you asked.
“Yeah. I know I am,” he said. “I’m positive of it.”
“How can you know that?”
“Because you make me happy. You make me...want to do stuff again, believe in all the romantic...if I wasn’t ready, I’d feel guilty. But I don’t. I just know that maybe some people get more than one chance and maybe I’m one of them.”
“I know you are, whoever it ends up being,” you said.
“Are you ready to try this?”
You took a drink and bite of ice cream, pushing the bowl back.
“I miss my family,” you said. “I miss being happy. I’d like to...have someone that could take care of me for a moment every once in a while. I might mess that up sometimes but I’m willing to try.”
“Me too,” he said. “I’d expect some screw ups on this end too. I’ve been out of the dating game for a long time.”
“I’m sure it hasn’t changed all that much,” you said.
“Well I’ve never dated with kids and as a widow,” he said.
“I’m just in this for them to be honest,” you laughed.
“I see how it is,” he said with a smirk.
“I don’t think it’ll be as hard as you think,” you said.
“I hope not,” he said.
“Do they know? You want to date?”
“JJ does,” he said. “She’s little but she understands that it doesn’t mean I’ll never love her mother any less. She’s been strangely okay through this whole thing aside from the first few weeks. She helps her brother and sister out more now.”
“As someone who was that kid, minus the siblings, I know they’ll be okay. She’s a great kid. I’ve met plenty of spoiled brats. Yours are not.”
“Well that might just be the second best thing I’ve heard tonight,” he said.
“Whatever was the first?” you teased, eating a spoon of ice cream.
“Oh I think you know,” he said, stealing the spoon back. You smiled and heard some feet run around upstairs before the stairs creeped and a little head ducked down into view. “Arrow. It’s bedtime sweetie.”
“I had a accident,” she said. “Sorry.”
“Nothing to be sorry for, honey,” he said. “I’ll be right back.”
“Want help?” you asked.
“Sure,” he said. He scooped up Arrow on the way up the stairs, setting her down in the kids bathroom. He got some clean pajamas and you found a pair of pull ups, Arrow pouting at you.
“I don’t need ‘em,” she said.
“Your brother wears them. I wore them and your mommy and daddy wore them. Everybody wears pull ups when they’re your age,” you said.
“Just tonight,” she said, stepping into them. Jensen walked past with the mattress liner and she was dressed by the time you heard the washer going off in the distance. You walked her back to bed, Jensen slipping in past you and tucking her in. “Night daddy.”
“Night sweetie,” he said, kissing her temple.
“Night Y/N,” she said.
“Night night kiddo,” you said, giving her a tiny wave before you left, Jensen flipping off her light and pulling the door shut.
“Come here a second,” he said, nodding and you saw him head towards his room. The double doors were open and you stepped inside, Jensen going past the bed and over to a set of french doors. He pushed one open and waved for you to follow, showing you out to a rooftop balcony.
“Wow,” you said, a set of chairs, a table and a lounger out there along with a whole lot soft string lights. “I didn’t realize you had this up here.”
“Kinda a place to go unwind, relax,” he said. “I disappear out here sometimes. Been out here a lot at night lately.”
“Thinking about what?” you asked.
“You,” he said. “I talk to Dee about you sometimes as crazy as that sounds.”
“Doesn’t sound crazy at all,” you said.
“I just wanted to say...this area isn’t off limits anymore. Nothing is,” he said.
“She asked you out, didn’t she,” you said with a smile. He rubbed the back of his neck and blushed. “You’re cute.”
You leaned up and kissed his cheek, heading back towards inside.
“Come on, Jensen. Before the ice cream melts on us.”

「𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧」 (maki x reader, yuuji x megumi, nobara x miwa)᠃ ⚘᠂ ⚘ ˚ ⚘ ᠂ ⚘ ~[𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞]~ ᠃
a/n; hello my loves. i'm currently writing this as i recover from having my tonsils taken out :D i'm h*rny as hell and drowning my pain in very strong pain killers so yeah lmao. i hope this reads how it's playing in my head. all the characters are aged up, in college. here’s what i listened to while writing this ~ [3.9k words in pt. 1] enjoy!
warnings; nsfw, minors DNI or i'll beat your ass. this is part ONE. this will be two parts. this is gonna have oral (giving & receiving), fem!fem sex, fem!reader, inexperienced maki, peeping toms megumi & yuuji so slight dubcon for voyeurism, handjobs, switching perspectives, an orgy if you squint. one of those "let's teach each other how to kiss" things that goes a lil too far.
part two will be: here once posted.
"How exactly do you... do sex? Like, in general?"
In the hectic aftermath of midterms, almost all of the students in your dorm had taken it upon themselves to venture out and about away from your shared living space. This left you and your small group of friends to enjoy your home as you liked.
After showering and prepping for the sleep that would eventually take you later that night, you made your way into the small common room conjoined between your individual dorm rooms. Maki, Miwa, Nobara, Mai, and Momo had already been gathered in the room, chatting over the low noise of the common space's tv, some eating around the large circular table that sat in the middle of the room while Maki lounged on the floor in front of the couch, scribbling in her notebook.
You plopped yourself down onto the couch, letting your arm go slack into the bag of chips Maki slid your way once you'd settled.
"Hey, are you guys positive that professor Satoru isn't the "blowjob for an A" type?" Miwa questioned passively, scrolling through her phone to look at her midterm review grades, "He's way too hot not to be a slut and I will cash in on that for my benefit if the opportunity is there."
Nobara chuckled, shaking her head as she swallowed down a mouthful of salmon roll she'd gotten from a nearby shop that evening.
"Dude, good luck trying to crack that walnut open. I've heard he actually likes women older than him, not younger. So he is a slut, just not for our age demographic."
The bubblegum blue-haired girl huffed, aggressively sliding her thumb to the next page of her grades sheets.
"That's such a loss for the girls," Momo sighed, blowing her freshly painted nails as she moved to start on her toes, "Good for the mommy demographic though! He totally has the "sexy guy you cheat on your husband with" vibe. The "hot guy who gets your groove back." "Make me feel sexy again after this baby" tings."
“Oh god,” Mai groaned, visibly as disgusted as she sounded, “Please. I don’t see what the hype is around Gojo sensei. He’s cute and all but way too cocky.”
“Yeah, he’s cocky as hell but he has kinda earned the right to be that way Mai,” Maki said matter of factly, “He has the most accolades out of his whole department for a reason. His being here is more of a favor for the school than the other way around. But… now that I think about it, that’s also the reason he’s such a tough grader.”
"I’m so glad I dropped his class last semester,” Nobara said, "I got Geto’s class instead and my mental health will forever thank me for it.”
Momo moaned out loud like she’d eaten the most delectable bite of any dessert she’d ever tried.
“Oh god, Geto sensei. Now that's a face I wanna see between my legs. He has the whole stoic strong type thing going on. Plus, the hair. Who doesn’t love an older man with long hair?"
Mai faux gagged, collecting her food from the microwave once it’s beeps rang through the room.
“Whatever Mai, you’d hop on that if the opportunity came up and you know it,” you teased, inhaling another mouthful of salted crisps.
“Hm,” Nobara hummed loudly, “I don’t know about that actually. Someone might be too busy gargling a certain someone else’s balls to see the opportunity coming at her in time to catch it.”
Everyone’s eyes opened wide at that, instantly staring at the juniper-haired twin.
“Okay, listen,” she said, a smile creeping onto her lips.
“No fucking way!” Miwa yelled, slamming her nail polish down on the table, “You’ve been sleeping with Todo? I knew it! Since when?”
“Well,” she said, blowing off the steam from her noodle dish, “We aren’t exactly sleeping together. He just likes eating me out and sometimes he fucks my thighs or will jerk off with my toes in his mouth or something. Not exactly “home base” or anything. I don’t know if I want him in me yet. He might never leave me alone if I let him.”
Miwa’s jaw was basically touching the floor.
“You what? That’s more intimate than sex I think. Don’t you guys think?” she said, directing the question towards all of you.
You shrugged, rolling the bag of chips closed from where you hung upside down on the couch.
“I’m not sure, really. I don’t know how you measure levels of intimacy, cause it’s not like a clear thing. Some simple things feel really intimate and sometimes sex feels very cut and dry, it just kinda depends I guess.”
Nobara nodded, gulping down some water to clear her mouth since she’d finished her salmon roll.
“I agree. I’ve literally had someone do anal with me on the first date and it felt so chill it was almost weird.”
Momo hummed, inspired enough to share with the group.
“I think the most intimate sex I’ve had to date was that one time Mai very drunkenly asked me if she could practice her tongue tricks on my pussy a few months ago. Even then, we’re still friends and fuck other people, and everything’s normal with us. Intimacy is a weird weird thing.”
You turned your head to see Mai silently nodding in agreement before gently fist-bumping the petite blonde.
“Wow. Am I not adventurous enough?” Miwa groaned, “I thought finally working up the courage to ask Kokichi if he’d be interested in having sex with me from behind was wild. Maki, what’s been your best?”
You didn’t miss how she shrunk in a bit on herself, pointedly ignoring all of your gazes.
“Maki?” you questioned, awaiting some sort of answer from the hazel-eyed beauty.
That's when Maki spoke, her characteristic brazenness notably subdued when she muttered out the question, "Well, I’m not really… I don’t know how... How exactly do you do sex? Like, in general?"
You blinked blankly at the pine-haired girl sat across from you on the tatami-covered floor of your communal room.
“Wait, what?” Nobara questioned, her eyebrows quirked closer together on her forehead.
"Maki, have you never..." Miwa, the sweetest of your group whispered. Her hands were frozen as they hovered above her blue locks, like she physically couldn't continue tying her hair back into a ponytail until the question had been removed from the air.
She groaned, an exasperated sound vibrating its way around in her throat.
“No, I’m not a virgin. Not necessarily. I’ve done little things but like… it’s never been good,” she explained, punctuating her words with her hands, “I’ve only had guys do it the regular way and even then I don’t even… men just don’t make me feel good, but I’m also just not sure if it’s the positions or something that’s wrong. It’s all kinda confusing and porn is so trash and fake, I refuse to watch it to try and learn anything, but it’s hard finding people that I think are worth the time or effort to try and hook up with at this school and just… ugh.”’
You looked at the frustrated expression on your friend’s face, wanting nothing more than to make that look disappear.
“I mean,” you said, the confidence from years of experience coming out in your words, “I’d be down to show you some things. Like, positions and stuff to keep in mind for next time you’re with someone that might feel better.”
The girl’s eyes snapped to look at you, though no one said a word against the offer now hanging in the air. No one moved to leave either.
“She did get called the “Succubus Whore in 824” our entire spring semester for a reason,” Momo commented, thinking over your offer, “The girl had everyone trying to bust down her door for “lessons” all term. I’d accept.”
Nobara nodded in agreement, memories from the last few months flooding into the forefront of her brain. So many moans heard through the walls, so little time.
“Megs and Yuuji are together now and I still think they’d cry tears of joy if [y/n] offered to be a third for them again,” she chuckled, “I’m pretty sure they’re out on the hunt for a replacement tonight as we speak, or maybe they went home. I don’t know. I haven’t seen them all day, but regardless. She’s our little national sex treasure.”
You chuckled, doing a princess wave as you accepted your praises.
“Come on, just a demonstration,” Miwa suggested, “You have one of the most sought-after bed warmers on this entire campus offering to help you. I’m taking notes.”
You could see the wheels turning in Maki’s brain. The two of you had been friends for the better part of a year, the origins of that friendship known but long passed at this point. Her friends were yours and almost every social aspect of your lives were interwoven. She was sweet and headstrong, and you admired her. You also knew her well enough to know you could do this and things would be fine, whatever direction they may take.
“Fine,” she sighed, rolling her eyes playfully as she got up to join you on the couch, “I’ll bite. Teach me your ways.”
You hopped up from where you were hanging off the couch, adjusting your frilly shorts and cropped spaghetti strap shirt to where your clothes laid comfortably against your skin again. You let Maki relax into the couch in front of you, sitting like she normally would.
“Okay so, what do guys normally do when you get ready to do the do?” you questioned, thinking over some of your favorite types of foreplay you’d done over the years.
Maki let her eyes search the ceiling as if the tiles would hold the answer.
“Uh, they normally just kiss me or something.”
“And then…” you said, motioning for her to continue.
“Then,” she thought, looking as if she was struggling to come up with an answer already, “Then they might kiss my neck for a little bit. Then they’d try to finger me or rub where they think my clit is. Some guys have tried going down on me but it’s never very good and like ⅘ I just asked to leave afterward, it didn’t even get to the sex part.”
Maki made a hissing sound from her teeth like that sentence had caused her physical pain.
“Jesus christ Maki, where are you finding these people?”
She shrugged, at a loss as to what to say for herself.
“I don’t know! It was always local guys or someone I’d met out at a bar and we’d been drunk or something. It’s hard meeting guys and liking them enough to try and literally none of them have made the energy wasted seem worth it.”
You shook your hand, holding your hand to your heart.
“Dear god,” you gasped, “Okay, no. We need to run through some things.”
You scooched your body closer to hers, arranging your legs so you were comfortably tangled up in each other. You put your arm beside her head along the back of the couch, letting it fall so that you could bring your hand around to caress the top of her exposed back in her tank top.
“Okay so were the kisses good or bad?” you questioned, already dreading her answer since you knew it’d be…
“Bad. Well, some were okay. But, yeah, it wasn’t the best. Not how I always thought it should be based on how people talk about it.”
God, why didn’t she tell you this ages ago so you could show her how good sex is supposed to be?
“Okay,” you said, letting the word hang in the air for a moment as you decided to play things cool, “I’m gonna kiss you. That okay?”
You didn’t miss how her eyes got a little wider as the words left your lips. A small gasp from the peanut gallery gathered in your common space reminded you of the other’s presence, but it didn’t matter. They’d done and seen their fair share of shit throughout their first year or two of college as well. A little kiss wouldn’t be too scandalous.
“Yeah,” she said, nodding softly.
You cupped her face beneath her chin with your right hand, letting your left hand get lost in the hair cascading down her back since it was free from her signature ponytail.
The air in the room felt still as you slotted your lips against hers, letting your lips touch hers at first in something like a peck, just to break the ice. You pulled away a little to look into her eyes, silently asking for permission to do it again. She nodded her head softly, answering the question you hadn’t needed to say out loud.
The second pass of your lips against hers was a lot softer. You let yourself relax into it as she kissed you back, her plump bottom lip a perfect fit for yours and you exchanged the same few puffs of air. You gently caressed the line of her jaw with your thumb, the rest of your fingers running through the tendrils of hair around her ear.
You’d be lying if you said this wasn’t turning you on. Maki was a lot of things, and an intoxicatingly beautiful woman was one of them. She was strong, with lots of edge that was always punctuated by her raw grit and earned talent, but she could also be so insanely soft. In little moments that she thought no one noticed. When a soft whimper escaped her lips, so quiet that you were sure none of the other girls had heard it, you knew you were about to earn so many more of those little moments of memory to hold on to. The eyes looking at the two of you discover each other’s mouths somehow enhancing the experience instead of ruining it. You liked that someone else would be able to see you teach Maki Zenin what pleasure really meant.
“That’s better,” she said softly once you finally broke away from your kiss, her eyes a bit dazed as she relaxed her body against the couch.
You sat there looking at each other, the electric charge building between your quickly warming bodies tangible even though neither of you had said anything to acknowledge it.
“Okay, better kisses,” Miwa said, breaking the silence that had begun to overtake the space, “Check. So, what else?”
You blinked quickly, shaking yourself back into reality once Miwa’s voice had broken the daze you’d entered. You looked over at the normally pale girl, instantly noticing the red hue quickly beginning to cover her exposed skin.
“Next, normally they’d…”
“They’d kiss your neck?” you teased, cutting Maki off, “Or something. Right?”
“Right,” she chuckled, enamored with your brashness.
You pulled her back into a kiss, your hand firmly on the back of her neck as you did so. This time, once the kiss had deepened, you lowered your mouth to her neck, sucking gently at the pressure point beneath her right ear, cradling her head with your hand.
“Oh, um,” she whimpered softly, trying and failing to keep the sound in, “That’s the spot. Guys normally do it too high or way too low and they use their teeth too much and it- oh.”
You ran your hand down the front of her shirt, stopping your hand when you felt a stiffened nipple beneath the thin fabric. You gently tugged on the nub, rubbing your fingers together around it before pulling on it ever so slightly.
“You,” she moaned, “You do that better.”
You were taken out of your trance when a louder moan echoed in the small space, demanding your attention. Your eyes grew wide when you saw who the sound had come from.
“Bara?” Maki questioned, a giggle escaping from her lips.
Nobara and Miwa had relaxed against the tatami mat and were exploring with their hands as you were. Except Miwa had the brunette’s t-shirt raised underneath her chin to expose her breasts, one of which was currently in her mouth.
“We’ve both kinetic learners,” Nobara moaned, adjusting her arms so Maki could suckle her breast while still watching the two of you.
Maki instantly noted that her sister had fled the room at some point along with Momo in tow. The two would probably never admit it, but they were definitely off to do some “instruction time” of their own in Mai’s room.
“Maybe we should take notes from them instead huh?” you suggested, tugging slightly at the top hem of Maki’s shirt.
She pulled up the fabric, letting her supple perky breasts fall out of the garment. Once you’d freed your own breasts from your shirt, you instantly noticed the difference in shades: her nipples a dusty rose pink color, while your's were a succulent chocolate brown. The clash of shades was so gorgeous to look at that you had to press them against each other.
“Aw, even their boobs are kissing,” Miwa giggled, letting Nobara take her breast into her mouth as she switched positions with the sky-blue-haired girl.
You chuckled, not missing a beat when the remaining twin girl pulled you back into a kiss. You melted into it, knowing that the night was now long from over, with nothing but possibilities ahead of you.
You always were just as good of a student as you were a tutor.
“How did both bars manage to be a bust?” Yuuji groaned, taking Megumi’s hand into his as they walked down the corridor to their shared dorm room, “I know everyone said they were going out for the weekend but I didn’t know they meant they were going home.”
Megumi hummed, looking out the window next to him down at the mostly bare sidewalks of their college campus, agreeing.
“I heard some professors are grading like insanely hard this term to get our enrollment numbers down on purpose. A lot of people probably went home to focus a bit before we start the second half of term, or to decide if they’re even coming back.”
“Why would they be pushing people to not come back?” Yuuji said, confusion clear in his tone.
Megumi hummed, pondering how to explain it.
“I mean, think about it. It doesn’t make sense for them to be making all these tuition dollars if they can’t cash in on graduates since too many people are enrolling then dropping because housing is so packed.”
“That makes sense,” Yuuji hummed, “I forgot their passing rates and all that matters more than the number of attendees. It has been so bad that they made our dorm co-ed for the sake of space, and it’s never been co-ed before. I refuse to complain about that though.”
“Of course you wouldn’t,” Megumi chuckled, “You get to ogle pretty girls all day then come home at night to take all that sexual frustration out on me. It’s any bisexual boy’s dream.”
Yuuji nodded, directing the conversation somewhere else as the two entered the corridor that had their dorm pod in it.
Since their college had gotten such a large influx of students in the last year, dorm spaces had been changed to fit the rising need for space in the next academic year. What used to be a [room – common space – room] layout was now a four-way dorm room layout. Where four rooms were a pod that all shared a common room, and the dorm building shared one big commons on the bottom floor of the building.
Yuuji and Megumi had been roommates since the old layout was in effect. Albeit, back in their old dorm unit in the (formerly boy’s only) building next door. When the school offered a switch, they took it. Instantly becoming a part of the four-unit pod that also housed Momo and Nobara, you and Mai, and Maki and Miwa.
Things had been fine from the beginning of your new arrangement. Everyone was always respectful, even when lines began to blur between friends and friends with benefits amongst all of you. Even then, though living in co-ed dorms was always a thing of dreams for most young, newly cemented adults with their newfound taste of freedom, you all handled it well. Things were never as dramatic or insane as most would assume they should’ve been.
The two knew that most of the porn scenarios that young men concocted about their arrangement were just that: fuel for jerk-off material and nothing more. Boundaries still existed, attraction still mattered, and most of the things in porn just didn’t happen in real life, and that was okay.
“Hey, do you hear that?” Megumi asked, looking around the corridor in a lazy attempt to locate the source of the sound.
Yuuji tuned in his ears, looking around as well as they neared their door.
“I think… someone’s having sex I think, but it’s not coming from anyone’s room,” he pointed around at the girl’s doors, noting that two were wide open with no one inside and the one that was closed audibly held in Mai and Momo’s hushed voices.
“Do you think…” Megumi suggested, his eyes locking on the closed door of the common room at the end of the small hallway.
Yuuji shook his head, not even daring himself to allow the suggestion in his brain.
“No, no way,” he said, fighting the images already beginning to manifest in his mind, “There’s a window on that door and a little flap thingie in the kitchen above the trash that looks right in. They wouldn’t.”
Megumi cocked an eyebrow at his pink-haired boyfriend.
“Okay, you know a lot about that “flap thingie” and I’m eventually gonna need to know why. Second, what if they did?”
Yuuji looked into his partner’s eyes, leaning over to kiss him with a fervor that was too heated for the open space of the hallway.
“It is a common space. I mean, if they didn’t want anyone to see then they wouldn’t be doing it in the open, right? It wouldn’t be our fault if we looked into our common area and just happened to see what was going on.”
“Mhm,” Megumi chuckled, “It can’t hurt to look. I mean, what if someone’s actually getting hurt? What kind of roommates would we be if, as the men of this dorm pod, we didn’t go make sure our friends are okay?”
“Yeah, yeah,” Yuuji said absentmindedly, kissing Megumi as he walked them backward into the side door that led to a storage room behind the kitchen area of their commons.
It was Yuuji that took the plunge and opened the little flap, gently lifting the heavy piece of malleable plastic that obstructed their view of the room.
The scene playing out in front of his eyes was something his adolescent brain would’ve only reserved for the search bar on his favorite porn site.
“Holy shit,” he whispered, so quiet only Megumi was able to hear him. The site instantly making his dick fill to full hardness, straining so hard against his jeans that he feared the button may unclasp on it’s own.
When he moved to allow Megumi a full view as well, the raven-haired man felt his mouth fill with drool, like a canine starved that smelled fresh meat for the first time.
“Holy shit. They would.”

Ready - Sidney Crosby
Summary: Sidney Crosby - ex NHL star, the new coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins, the man every woman could wish for, a proud father. His daughter, Lily, is his ray of sunlight, the person he'll always love unconditionally, and when his new girlfriend walks in the picture, things take a turn.
A/N: @beauvibaby received an ask about this amazing concept and let me write something about it! Thank you sm girl! ❤️ Definitely not one of my best works or something I’m really proud of, but I decided to publish it anyway
Word Count: 7,4k
Warnings: talks of divorce and absent parent, swearing, mentions and allusions to sex, shitty ass writing
Nerves were eating you alive as you waited on the Crosby household’s front steps, your heart hammering against your ribcage. It wasn’t the new environment - you had been inside the mansion many times before - but rather the new acquaintance you were going to make.
She was a character constantly mentioned throughout the first stages of yours and Sidney’s relationship, a really important character. Lily - short for Elizabeth - was Sidney Crosby’s fourteen-year-old daughter, and as much as it scared you to meet your boyfriend’s daughter for the first time, you couldn’t avoid it any longer.
The front door opened quickly, snapping you out of your anxiety-induced trance to meet Sidney’s dark eyes, the smile on his face reassuring you just lightly. “Hi,” he said, voice gentle as always as he took in your sundress-clad body. “Come in, sweetheart,”
The cake you had made for the occasion was slipped out of your hands after a quick second, and Sidney’s hands were soft on your skin as he led you towards the kitchen with a hand on your smaller back.
“Smells good,” you whispered, leaning on the tip of your toes to press a kiss to his cheek. You let your head rest on his shoulder as you looked around the house again, remembering the familiar couch where you had cuddled together many times before, but also the kitchen aisle where more than just breakfast had happened.
Your cheeks heated up as the memories replayed in your head, extremely not appropriate for that moment. You were just about to meet his daughter, why were you thinking about your private time with him?!
“Dad, Kailynn is asking if I can go to her sleepover on Friday,” an unfamiliar voice said from the distance, the sound of footsteps making you panic. You distanced yourself from Sidney, smoothing the material of your sundress just before the younger girl walked inside the kitchen, her eyes focused on her phone.
“Lily-”
“Please? There won’t be any boys, I promise,” she interrupted her father, head still down to face her device.
“Lily, this is my girlfriend, Y/N,” Sidney’s words seemed to snap her attention towards him, her eyes settling on you before giving you a once-over. “Y/N, this is my daughter, Lily,”
“Hi,” you smiled her way, her hand shaking yours hesitantly as she analyzed you. “It’s so nice to meet you, Lily,”
She didn’t reciprocate your words, keeping silent as she sat down at the dining table, looking down at her phone again. You bit your lip, holding back a saddened sigh as you stayed by Sidney’s side, playing with your fingers.
He seemed to sense your discomfort, pushing you closer to his side as he finished cooking, plating the food for the three of you in silence. You found yourself sitting in front of Lily a few minutes later, her eyes looking at you as you awkwardly ate, your hands cold.
“Lily, will you stop that?” Sidney scolded her, dropping his fork on the table as he faced his daughter.
“Stop what?”
“Making things awkward,” he sighed, shaking his head as he poured you a glass of water. “How was school today?”
“Normal,” she mumbled, picking at her peas as she chewed on some salmon. “So, how did you two meet?”
“Oh-” your eyes widened, not ready for her question. “I work as a physiotherapist for the Penguins,”
“So you met at work?”
“Yes,” you nodded your head, taking a sip of your water to push down the lump in your throat.
“Are you in like, college or something?” Lily mumbled, making her father sigh out loudly.
“Elizabeth-”
“She just looks really young, dad!” Lily exclaimed, giving you another once-over as she waited for your answer.
“It’s fine,” you smiled Sidney’s way reassuringly. “I’m twenty-seven, I graduated college a couple of years ago,”
“Dad, what the hell?!”
Your eyes snapped up from your plate when she raised her voice, staring right at her father with anger as she waited for an answer. “She’s basically half your age!”
“Don’t talk about her like that,” Sidney warned her. “I can easily call Kailynn’s mom and tell her you’re not going to the sleepover if you don’t drop the attitude,”
“Whatever, I’m not hungry anymore,” she spat out, pushing her plate away before folding her arms over her chest, a scowl on her face as she glared at you. “Can I be excused?”
“No,” Sidney said, clenching his jaw before muttering his next words. “Y/N was kind enough to make your favorite cake, so you’re not excused,”
“Cheesecake?”
“Yes,” you breathed out, sending her a quick smile as you stood up to grab the container inside their fridge. “Your father told me you’ve always liked it,”
She hummed absentmindedly as you helped Sidney take the almost-cleared plates to the kitchen, focusing on the dessert just a few minutes later. You handed her a slice, cutting yourself and Sidney your own pieces as she tasted the cake, an unimpressed look on her face.
“It good, Lily?” Sidney asked with a smile, pressing a small kiss to your cheek when you handed him his plate. She took a few seconds to respond, standing up from her chair and grabbing her phone from her back pocket, checking the notifications before looking up at you and Sidney again.
“Mom’s recipe will always be better,”
She was out of the dining room just seconds later, leaving a saddened you and a pissed-off Sidney on your own. “Elizabeth!” Sidney yelled after the teenager, clenching his jaw when he got no response.
You sighed out as you ran a hand through your hair, sitting down to enjoy your cake in silence as you tried not to get too affected by Elizabeth’s behavior. “Y/N, I’m so sorry,” Sidney whispered, shaking his head as he sat down next to you, his hand grasping yours on top of the table. “I don’t know what’s gotten into her, she’s never been like that,”
“It’s okay, Sid,” you smiled sadly, putting your feelings aside for one moment to send him a smile. “I probably should have paid more attention to what I was saying,”
“It’s not your fault, sweetheart,” he whispered. “I’ll go talk to her later. Now, let’s enjoy some cake,”
You smiled his way before you pushed your fork to your lips, another bite of the dessert filling your mouth. Your mind moved elsewhere as you thought about the events of the night, and how much Lily’s words had affected you.
You were sure there was more to her, that maybe it just wasn’t the right time. You were convinced she was actually as amazing as Sidney had described her to be: kind, always smiling, the best daughter anybody could ask for.
Thinking about everything Sidney had said about her really made you realize just how close the two of them were, just how much he cared about her. So you gave yourself a mission, a goal.
You were going to make her change her mind about you.
-----
“And God, he was so rude!” You giggled, head resting against Sidney’s chest as you pushed a raspberry in your mouth. “Like, I just asked for this ointment and he literally side-eyed me,”
Sidney chuckled, letting his hand smooth the skin of your thigh as his eyes held yours, fondly smiling your way. “And what did you do?”
“I just paid and left. What else could I do?” You spoke, running a hand through your hair as your eyes focused back on the TV, where a quite boring reality show was playing. “How was work?”
“The usual,” Sidney stated, one of his hands linking with yours as he kept silent, eyes definitely elsewhere. “Evelyn called last night,”
Evelyn. Lily’s mother.
“Said she needed another check to take care of Lily,” Sid sighed, rubbing his forehead as he thought about the conversation again. “My checks are always abundant, generally more than what she could spend for Lily on the weekend, so I don’t get it,”
You sighed, your thumb caressing the back of his hand as the room fell silent. You had wished many times to learn about their situation, just why he had become a single father at such a young age, or why Evelyn had always been barely mentioned throughout the various months spent together.
It was always a silent wish, though, something you kept to yourself. Sidney needed to bring the conversation out on his own, whenever he felt ready. And you were willing to wait.
“I’m home!”
“Hey, Lily,” Sidney called back, muting the TV as you heard various items hitting the floor of the entrance hall. “How was tutoring?”
“Boring,” she sighed, her footsteps coming closer to the living room second after second. By the time she reached the doorway, her eyes found yours, her rather smiley face turning into a frown. “She’s here,”
“Hi,” you smiled, ignoring her glare and Sidney’s clenched jaw. “I brought some snacks, they’re in the kitchen if you’re hungry,”
“No, thank you,” she muttered, rolling her eyes. “I’ll be in my room,”
With that, she was out of the room, running up the stairs before Sidney could even try to get mad at her. He sighed, rolling his head back against the couch as he closed his eyes. “I’m sorry about that,” he mumbled, his free hand playing with the ends of your hair as you pushed yourself closer to his body. “I’ve talked to her after dinner, the other day, and I was hoping she’d stop,”
“It’s okay, Sid. I get her,” you whispered, planting a sweet kiss on his cheek as you looked into his dark eyes. “I’d be like that too, if I was in her place,”
Sidney fell silent again, your eyes scanning his face as he focused on the wall in front of him, a serious look on his face. “Hey, mister serious,” you mumbled, positioning yourself on his lap as your hands cupped his cheek, bringing his lips to yours. “Don’t worry about it, okay?”
“Okay,” he said with a sigh, stealing another kiss from your lips before you could pull yourself off his lap. “Where are you going, babe?”
“I’ve got dinner with my friend Sarah,” you reminded him, slipping on your shoes in a rush as you felt his eyes on you.
“Right,” he said, his hands finding your waist as he pulled you closer, your body standing between his spread legs. “Call me later?”
“Of course,” you whispered, leaning down to kiss him once more, struggling to pull away when his hands wandered to your ass. “Hands off, mister. I’m going to be late,”
“I know, I know,” he mumbled, pecking your lips again. “I love you,”
Your heart still hammered against your ribcage whenever he mentioned those three words, no matter how many times you heard them coming from him. “I love you, too,”
Before you could leave the house, you noticed that one of the bags of chips you had brought over was missing. Specifically, the one brand Sidney had told you Lily loved, and you were sure it was still there before the teen came home. She took it.
You left the Crosby household with a smile, that afternoon.
-
“What? No,” you scoffed, digging your fork in your salad as you looked at your friend. “Sarah, drop it. She’s not a brat,”
“Well, it sounds like it,” she rolled her eyes, taking a sip of her wine before she kept the conversation going. “She’s been giving you hell ever since she met you,”
“But I get her,” you admitted. “I’m crossing her territory and she’s not happy to have me there, especially since I’m dating her father,”
“She literally mentioned your age gap as if you were still underage dating her father, Y/N,” Sarah spat out, her eyebrows raised as she spoke the truth, a sigh leaving your lips. “Didn’t she mention she didn’t like your cake? Where did her manners go?”
“She said her mother’s recipe would always be better,” you mumbled, pushing your food around the plate as you really thought about the situation.
“She basically told you your cake sucks,” Sarah said, honesty coming out of her words as she stared at you. “Y/N, you deserve better than that, come on,”
Biting your lip, you sighed. Sarah was right, you didn’t deserve Lily’s treatment, and you didn’t want Sidney’s relationship with Lily to be destroyed all because of you. That was a nightmare that, in some ways, often kept you up at night. You would have never forgiven yourself, if you ruined Sid’s relationship with his own daughter.
“Listen, I’m in love with Sidney,” you admitted, running a hand through your hair. “And I will try my best to make things work between Lily and me,”
“That’s good,” Sarah mumbled. “But I still think you deserve to be treated better, especially by a girl half your age,”
“I know,” you sighed. Silence set between you and your best friend as you ate in silence, both of you clearly in your own thoughts.
“You did deliver a hot guy, though,” Sarah started, holding back laughter when you giggled. “I mean, a total DILF, so I get you,”
“Sarah!”
-----
You were humming under your breath, getting the studio clean and tidy at the end of the day with a smile on your face. It was Friday - almost the weekend - and you wanted nothing more than to go home, enjoy a glass of wine in front of the TV, and maybe even chat a little with Sidney, if he was free.
There was something about the weekend that had always made you happy, ever since you were a kid. In elementary school, you were able to spend entire Saturdays and Sundays outside with your neighbors, playing together until the sun would go down; in middle school, you used to take Saturdays to go out with your friends; while in high school, the weekend would be the only free time for awkward dates.
The weekends had taken a turn in college, where you’d get hammered on Friday nights, and spend the rest of your free days trying to recover from the hangover with your friends. They’d become messy, headache-filled, but still the best days of your life.
A knock on the opened door snapped you out of your nostalgic trance, making you sharply turn around to see Sidney standing by the threshold, a smile on his face. “Hey,”
“Hi, coach,” you smiled, his body embracing yours in a soft hug as he pressed a swift kiss to the top of your head. “What are you doing here?”
“Just came by to see you before I leave,” he mumbled, his face settling in the crook of your neck as he let his lips press a few kisses on your neck. You hummed, leaning into his touch as his hands inched closer to your hips, pulling you firm against his toned chest. There wasn’t room for words as he turned you around, his mouth finding yours hungrily as the two of you acted like teenagers again.
His lips were soft, but their movements were anything but gentle. You had to refrain yourself from letting out a whine - remembering you were still at your workplace and that people were still most certainly around - as your hands made their way in his hair, his arms picking you up and propping you on your desk.
“Come back to mine,” he whispered, breathing uneven as he pushed some strands of hair out of your face.
“What about Lily?” You asked, biting on your bottom lip as he leaned down to press a few other kisses on the side of your neck.
“She’s at her mother’s,” he grumbled, his lips finding yours again in another heated kiss as you smiled, arms wrapping around his neck as you enjoyed another moment with him. Your legs wrapped themselves around his waist, pulling him closer to you just as his hands started to undo the first few buttons of your blouse.
His head dipped to the newfound skin, your head lulling back as pleasure shot down to your core, your mind not thinking straight anymore. His mouth was on yours again after just a few minutes, his hands gentle on your lower back as he kept you close.
His phone was what snapped the two of you out of your trance, your bodies parting as he tugged the device out of his pocket, his brows furrowing when he saw who was calling. There was no hesitation when he accepted the call, his phone pressed to his ear immediately.
“Lily? What’s wrong?”
Your eyes met his worried ones at the mention of his daughter, waiting for any kind of information as he kept silent. “She hasn’t come to pick you up?!” He spoke, clearly angry. Your legs clenched at the sound of his pissed-off voice, but you forced yourself to put the heated making-out session behind you and focus on the moment. “Lily, practice ended an hour and a half ago,”
They exchanged a few other words before Sidney sighed a quick ‘I’m on my way’, pushing his phone back in his pocket as he helped you down the desk. “C’mon, let’s go,”
“You want me to come?” You hesitantly asked, knowing it probably wasn’t the best to intrude between him and Lily.
“Please,” he sighed under his breath, rubbing his forehead as you buttoned up your blouse again. “I’m so sorry, I ruined everything,”
“Hey, hey,” you were in front of him in a second, cupping his cheeks as your eyes met. “It’s no big deal. Let’s go get her now,”
He nodded his head, waiting for you to lock the office before the two of you were headed towards his car, speeding off through the streets of Pittsburgh in silence. Sidney seemed tense, gripping the steering wheel tightly as he stopped the car in front of the gym, where his daughter was standing. When she opened the backseat door, you heard the soft thud of her duffle bag hitting the car floor, soon followed by her silently sitting down.
“You should have called earlier, Elizabeth,” Sidney sighed after starting the car again, his voice slightly rising. “It’s cold outside, why did you even stay there waiting?”
“Can we not have this conversation in front of your girlfriend? Thanks,” Lily muttered, clearly annoyed at your presence. You repressed a sigh, the car filling with silence as you looked out of the window.
“Lily, it’s dark outside, God knows what could have happened to you!” Sidney yelled, carding a hand through his hair as he stopped at a red light, his emotions getting the best of him. “I need you to answer me. Why didn’t you call me?”
Elizabeth stayed in silence, arms folded over her chest as she looked straight ahead, eyes on the street. Silence set between the teenager and her father as he waited for an answer, his jaw clenching as he kept his eyes on the road, almost home. “Elizabeth?”
“I thought she was going to come and get me!” She yelled. “I wanted her to come and get me!”
Sidney had just parked inside their garage, and with her last words, she left the car. She shut the door angrily, leaving you and her father on your own inside the vehicle in silence. A sigh left his lips as he rubbed his face with the palms of his hands, clearly tired.
He hopped out of the car after a few minutes, helping you out of your seat as you silently made your way inside the Crosby household. Lily was nowhere to be seen, the living room was silent, and so was the kitchen. You guessed she was in her room, the place you had learned she loved the most.
Sidney didn’t talk much throughout the night, exchanging a few words with you just to order dinner and to ask you to stay the night. It was a no-brainer for you, with a whispered ‘yes’ you smiled his way, feeling reassured when he sent you a small smile back.
He seemed to be unreadable, no kind of emotion showing as he mumbled something about going to take a shower, his voice barely a mumble. Lily’s plate of food was sitting in front of you, her chair empty. It felt quite lonely to sit on your own at an empty table.
You grabbed her plate, walking towards the kitchen to heat it up as you let your thoughts crowd your mind, a long sigh leaving your lips. It was clear that with her words she wanted to express how much she wished for her mother to actually take care of her, to treat her like a daughter.
You dragged yourself up the stairs with her plate in one of your hands, your nerves yelling at you to go back downstairs. When you were faced with her door, you studied the banner with her name attached to it: it was a deep shade of purple, definitely a big contrast to the white wood of the door.
With your last ounce of courage of the night, you knocked on her door. “Lily? I brought you food,”
There was no answer from her, so you took it upon yourself to leave her plate on the floor, guessing she might have wanted to eat on her own. You headed towards the master bedroom soon after, closing the door behind yourself when you saw Sidney standing inside the ensuite, only clad in a pair of boxers.
You walked up to him, circling his waist with your arms as you let your cheek rest against his back. “I brought her food,” you whispered, pressing a kiss on his shoulder blade.
“Thank you,” Sidney sighed, letting one of his hands slip inside yours. “For everything,”
“Don’t worry about it,”
You stayed like that for a while, your body close to his as he got himself ready for bed, parting only when you decided to take a shower, too. When you climbed in bed next to him, he seemed to be snapped out of a trance, his arms embracing you in a hug.
“I can’t believe Evelyn didn’t pick her up,” Sid sighed, burying his face in your hair. “It was clear in court, she needs to take care of her daughter,”
“Why is she so distant with Lily?” You asked, voice as thin as a whisper as you traced the prints on his shirt with the pad of your index finger.
“I have no idea,” Sidney mumbled. “Ever since we got divorced it’s like she hates the kid that we’ve both created,”
He stayed in silence for a while, carding a hand through your hair as he wondered whether it was a good time to let you inside his life even more, to talk about his past and tell you one of the most important stories of his life. The story of his daughter.
“You know, we wanted her,” Sidney started after pushing all his internal worrying aside. “We had been married for a year, and we were ready for a baby. Evelyn fell pregnant after a few months of trying and we were more than happy to finally build a family.
“Lily was born a little earlier than expected, but she was healthy, and we were happy. I spent almost an entire year off, I was training but not going to games, while Evelyn worked from home, we were organized.
“By the time Lily started elementary school, I went back to playing hockey full-time but Evelyn wasn’t happy with it anymore, so she decided to get a divorce. I- I didn’t think she was feeling that way, I felt so shocked,” he mumbled, his arms tightening around your body. “We went to court, I was able to see Lily only during the weekends, and I could tell she wasn’t happy with her mom.
“I had teachers calling me, telling me nobody had picked her up, or that she had no lunch for the day. Lily even went as far as to say something about the entire situation to a friend, who later told her mom, who told the teacher that later enlightened me about the fact that my kid wasn’t being treated right by her own mother,” he sighed, your eyes veiled by a layer or tears at the heartbreaking story.
“So I dragged her to court and I was able to get custody of Lily on the weekdays. Truly the best day of my life after the day Lily was born,” Sidney spoke, his fingers drawing shapes on your smaller back as silence filled the room again.
“You’re a good father, Sid,” you whispered, letting your forehead rest against his. “Don’t ever think otherwise,”
He stayed in silence, carding a hand through his messy curls before settling your body on top of his, his hands oh so gentle on your skin. “It’s late, we should probably go to sleep,” he mumbled, leaning down to press a gentle kiss on your lips. You nodded your head, agreeing with him as you let your head rest against his chest, hearing the sound of his heartbeat. “Good night, sweetheart,”
“Good night,” you whispered, keeping your eyes open for a little longer when he turned off the lights. Sidney seemed scared: scared to not give a good enough life to his daughter, scared that Lily might not feel loved, scared that it could be his fault.
He didn’t deserve it, was what you thought before falling in a deep slumber, wishing he and Lily could feel better by the time dawn rolled around.
-----
“And where exactly do you think you’re going?”
Sidney’s voice snapped your eyes away from your laptop, making you face Lily standing in the middle of the entrance hall. She was wearing a yellow sundress, dark hair pulled up in a ponytail as she slipped on a pair of sneakers, ready to leave the house.
“What do you mean?” She called, facing her father with a confused look. “I have that date? With the brother of the little girl I tutor?”
“A what?!”
You gripped Sidney’s hand over the table when he slightly raised his voice, side-eyeing him as the teenager’s eyebrows furrowed. “A date,” she repeated. “Dad, I asked you last week if I could go, and you said yes,”
Sidney’s own eyebrows furrowed, making you notice all the similarities the two of them shared just then. Even if Sidney’s hair had silver streaks, Lily shared the same dark shade of curls; you could often see them using the same facial expressions, from the confused looks, to the way their noses would scrunch up any time something didn’t make sense to them. Lily was Sidney’s copy, and the best way to really notice it was during arguments, as bad as it sounded.
“Well, I probably wasn’t in my right mind, back then,” he spat out. “You can take your shoes off, you’re not leaving the house,”
“Dad!”
“Elizabeth, you’re too young to go on dates,” Sidney spoke, his palm leaving yours when he folded his arms over his chest. “I don’t even know who this guy is!”
“Dad, you literally know his parents,” Lily whined, carding a hand through her hair as she sighed out. “And we’re only going out for ice-cream,”
“I don’t care,” Sidney stated, stubbornly keeping eye contact with his daughter. “You’re not going out with him, and I won’t change my mind,”
“Sidney,” you scolded him, his eyes moving towards yours as he turned around to face you.
“What? Don’t you agree with me?” He asked, Lily’s distant footsteps making you realize she had gone to her room.
“She’s almost fifteen, Sid, and it’s just an ice-cream date,” you sighed, lifting your eyebrows slightly at his clenched jaw. “I went on my first date when I was her age, and it went just fine,”
Sidney kept silent after your confession, staring straight ahead of himself as you looked at him, waiting for any kind of reaction. Lily had seemed to be hurt by his words, especially since she looked more than happy to go on her first-ever date, and you at least wanted him to realize that.
“Sid?”
“Fine,” he grumbled, sighing heavily as bit the insides of his cheek. “She can go, but only if we tag along,”
You jokingly rolled your eyes at his rule, standing up from your chair to press a swift kiss to his cheek. “I’ll go talk to her,” you whispered, ignoring the way your heartbeat had just picked up at the thought of having an actual conversation with Lily again.
By the time you reached her bedroom door, you were more than nervous. Your hand was shaking as you knocked on the door, waiting for any kind of response from her. “Lily?”
“Y/N, go away. This is not the right moment,” you heard her say, voice strained and distant.
“Lily, I need to talk to you,” you gently said, playing with your fingers. “Can I come in?”
There wasn’t a proper verbal answer, but the door snapped open after a few seconds of shuffling, and you quietly entered the dimly lit room. It felt strange to walk into her personal world, her room representing her in some kind of way.
A large bookcase filled with novels caught your attention from the start, a smile forming on your lips when you noticed the fairy lights that gave the room its quite cozy vibe. Lily was laying on her bed, face buried in her pillow as she stayed in silence, only sniffles coming from her.
“Lily-”
“I just don’t get it,” she sniffled, sitting up as she wiped a few tears from her cheeks. “I asked him, and he was okay with it,”
You felt shocked at how open she was, considering just how much she didn’t want anything to do with you, but sat down next to her. “What was he doing when you asked him?”
“He was on the phone,” she admitted after a beat, playing with her hands in her lap when you sighed, knowing that Sidney was never as concentrated as he usually was when he was on the phone with someone. “But I thought he had put the other person on hold, and that he was listening to me,”
“I know how you feel, Lily,” you admitted, smiling softly at her as you stood up and reached for her mascara sitting on her desk. “When I was your age, my dad was really protective of me, too,”
“He was a little pissed off when I asked him if I could go on a date,” you mumbled, lifting her chin up gently as you opened the small bottle. “But my mom made him change my mind, and I was able to go play bowling with the weird kid that sat behind me in Spanish class,”
Lily suppressed a giggle. “And how did it go?”
“It was really awkward. Never went on another date with him, after that,” you laughed, applying a light layer of makeup on her lashes carefully as she looked up at you. “And you’re ready to go,”
“What do you mean?”
“C’mon get up,” you smiled, holding out a hand to her as you stood up from your spot on the bed. “Your dad is allowing you to go,”
“What?!” The smile on her face was priceless when she processed your words. “Really?”
“At only one condition,” you lifted up a finger, jokingly mocking Sidney’s voice. “You can go, but only if we tag along,”
Lily giggled, nodding her head as she slipped her shoes back on, a smile on her lips as she did so. You were about to leave the room in silence to get ready yourself, but Elizabeth’s voice stopped you.
“Y/N?” She called for you, voice hesitant. Your eyes met, a frown forming on her lips as she tied her shoes. “I’m sorry, for everything,”
“It’s fine, Lily,” you whispered, sending her a reassuring smile.
“It’s not,” was all she said as she stood up. “I wasn’t ready to see my dad with someone else, and you came in, and you’re so perfect, and I don’t know why I acted that way,”
You wrapped your arms around her at her confession, her body reciprocating the hug in just a few seconds as comfortable silence filled the room. You had to hold back a tear as you pulled back, smiling down at her. “We’re fine, Lily,” you whispered. “Now, it’s better if we get going. Don’t wanna be late, do we?”
She smiled up at you, shaking her head before looking back inside her room, mumbling something about having to find her purse. As you made your way down the staircase, the sight of Sidney standing by the front door with a beaten-up look met your eyes, making you chuckle. “Is she okay?” Was all he asked, his hand finding yours when you stepped in front of him.
“More than okay, now that she gets to go on her date,” you whispered, leaning up to press a quick kiss to his lips.
“Are we ready?” Lily yelled from the stairs, a happy smile on her lips as she made her way down in a rush, throwing herself in her father’s arms quickly before opening the door.
“We are,” Sidney spoke, smiling at her silent way of thanking him as he followed her outside, dragging you along by the hand. The drive was filled with soft music from the radio and excited giggles coming from Lily, and by the time you reached the parlor, the teenager was more than ready to throw herself out of the car.
Sidney was about to follow her - probably to have some words with the guy - but you stopped him, a hand on his bicep as you made eye contact. He sighed, understanding what you meant with just a look of your eyes, sitting back in the driver’s seat.
“Have fun, Lily!” You cheered, sending her a smile as she shut her door, waving towards the two of you as she walked away.
The smile on your face didn’t leave as you took a look at Sidney, who was focusing on the rearview mirror a little too much, trying to see Lily and her date and what was happening.
“Oh, Sidney,” you laughed, slipping your hand in his to give his palm a squeeze. “Let them at least grab ice-cream, before you judge the guy,”
“Hey! I’m not judging anyone!” He scoffed, smiling your way when he saw the look of fondness on your face, your hands cupping his cheeks before you leaned in for a kiss.
“Sure, mister serious,”
-----
The sound of the Penguins’ game playing on Sidney’s TV was filling the living room quite loudly, your eyes following the movements on the screen as you mindlessly stuffed your mouth with popcorn.
It was a Thursday night that would have been perfect, if Sidney was home. He had been in Vancouver for two weeks, instead, so far away from you it almost hurt. You had grown so accustomed to his presence around the mansion, after moving in with him and Lily, that it physically hurt to see him leave, even if it was just for a few days.
The house always felt quite empty when it was missing his laughter, or his music that Lily couldn’t stand, or even his booming voice when he heatedly spoke on the phone. In some way, every single part of you was missing him. Sitting in front of the TV on your own often made you realize that: just how lost you felt without him, without his presence, or his support.
On the other hand, Lily was the ray of sunshine that made your days just a little better, when he wasn’t around. Maybe it was the bubbly personality that she had slowly shown you, or maybe the inside jokes you had grown to share.
Lily had opened up to you after the ice-cream date - and even when you had thought things between you and her still felt quite tense, the smile on her face when Sidney had told her you were going to move in was enough to make you think otherwise.
Sidney appeared on the screen for a quick second, but the sound of the front door snapping shut was what brought you out of your thoughts, a smile on your face when you realized Lily had finally come home.
“Hey, Lily!” You got no response from her, only hearing her shoes hitting the floor before she made her way towards the living room. “How was tutoring?”
“Good, until James decided to be a dick,” she sighed, flopping on the couch with her eyebrows furrowed.
“James as in your-almost-boyfriend? The one from the date?” You asked in shock, pushing popcorn in your mouth when Lily nodded her head. “No way,”
“I was doing maths with his little sister, and he had the great idea to interrupt us by coming in with his friends,” Lily started to explain, clearly pissed off at her peer. “They were screaming and it was so hard to hear the little girl talk,”
You shook your head in annoyance, handing her the bowl of popcorns as you focused for a second on the TV, checking the score. The Penguins were winning, but the Canucks weren’t ready to surrender.
“Eventually, they calmed down and went to the living room,” Lily continued. “But I heard them talk about some bet, and it didn’t take a while for it to click in my brain,”
“A bet?!”
“A bet, that’s all the date was!” she repeated, nodding her head at your shocked face as she let her arms fold over her chest. “I confronted him about it and he even tried to play nice and act as if he had been forced to do it!”
“No way,” you whispered, jaw slack as you watched her for any kind of reaction. “I’m so sorry, L,”
“It’s fine,” she huffed, stealing a handful of popcorns as she gave her phone a quick look. “It’s not like he was the best almost-boyfriend anyway,”
You giggled, pulling her closer as the two of you silently watched the game, your heart skipping a beat every time they showed a concentrated version of Sidney - hair perfectly styled and suit neatly ironed.
He seemed tense, eyebrows furrowed as he shared a few words with the team, or watched his players skate around the rink. His concentrated look was something you had fallen for, painting his face so many times on a daily basis you sometimes got worried his muscles got stuck.
Sidney Crosby was fascinating, to say the least.
“Don’t tell dad, though,” Lily whispered from your side, still thinking about what had happened with James. “He already didn’t want me to go on the date with him, if he had to know about this, he’d probably kill James,”
“I won’t, don’t worry,” you whispered back, carding a hand through her hair just as the Canucks scored, making the both of you groan out in unison.
“Oh no,” Lily sighed, giggling soon after. “He’s gonna talk about this goal for the next week, I’m so sure,”
“He is,” you agreed, holding back a chuckle as you stood up from the couch, heading towards the kitchen to grab more snacks for the two of you. “Ready for girls’ night?”
“We’re having girls’ night?” Lily asked, a smile on her face as she looked at you.
“It’s always girls’ night, when your dad’s not home,” you winked, coming back with enough chips and candy to keep you full for an entire weekend. She giggled at your words, shaking her head before heading upstairs to get changed.
As you got settled while waiting for her, you hoped to stay awake just enough to be able to see Sidney. He was supposed to be home early the next morning, and you were willing to stay up the entire night on your own if it meant you’d get to hug him as soon as he’d be back.
When Elizabeth came back down the stairs in her pajamas, she said the words that in some way, reminded you of Sidney. They left his mouth just so often, and you had connected the phrase to him.
“Are we ready?”
You smiled up at the teen, nodding your head as she sat down next to you, draping a blanket over her legs. “Ready,”
-
The sound of Lily’s bedroom door opening woke you up from your deep slumber, your eyes struggling to adapt to the still dark room as Sidney’s frame sat on the bed next to your half-asleep body.
Lily was still lightly snoring by your side, one of her arms holding the bag of chips she had been nursing before falling asleep, the other draped over your stomach. “Hi, baby,” Sidney whispered, carding a hand through your hair as you snuggled your head closer to his thigh.
“Hi,” you whispered back, breathing in his scent as you relished in his closeness. “I missed you,”
“I missed you two more,” he said, bending down to press a quick peck to the top of your head, soon moving towards Lily’s. He stayed in silence for a few moments, your sleepy eyes holding his as you relaxed. He was finally home.
“Let’s get you to bed, sweetheart,” he whispered after a beat, lifting you up in his arms effortlessly just as your eyes started to droop again. With your head against his chest, you sighed in content, letting one of your hands touch his warm skin as if to make sure he wasn’t just a dream.
By the time you were carefully let down onto the expensive - and way too soft - comforter, your eyes were still staring up at his. The covers were pulled over your body by Sidney, giving you just enough time to read the digits on the clock standing on his bedside table.
It was well past three in the morning, the moon still shining in the darkness of the night as you tried to keep yourself awake to enjoy a moment with the love of your life after the two weeks spent apart. He had turned his back to you, his opened button-up sitting on his shoulders as he took his wristwatch off, the sight leaving you speechless.
“You should close your eyes, my love,” he spoke, a gentle smile on his lips as he looked at your mirror reflection. “It’s late,”
“I need you close,” was all you whispered, biting on your lip when he finally undressed, joining your body underneath the warmth of the duvet. He pulled you in closer, his lips meeting yours in a gentle kiss as you tried to keep a few happy tears at bay, way too tired to contain your emotions.
“Sid,” you whispered as soon as you pulled away, catching his attention as he pressed a swift peck to your forehead. “I love you, so much,”
He smiled at you, biting on his lip as his hands rubbed your smaller back. “I love you more, Y/N,”
“I- I feel so empty when you leave,” you admitted, your fingers drawing shapes on his chest as you revealed the feelings you had been developing for months. “You’ve become the best part of me, and I don’t think I could ever be able to live a life without you,”
Sidney was silent as you talked, carding a hand through your hair as he listened to you, trying to impress your words in his mind. “I don’t want to spend my life with anybody else but you and Lily. Fuck, I don’t even know where I would be, if we hadn’t crossed paths.
“I know that maybe it’s too soon, and that it might not be the right time, but I just felt like telling you. You’re the one that I want, for the rest of my life, even when I’m old and ugly,”
Sidney suppressed a chuckle at your words, leaning his forehead against yours as you stopped for a second. “I don’t think you could ever become ugly, darling,” he admitted, his nose touching yours as you giggled softly.
“That’s not my point,” you jokingly slapped his chest, your eyes meeting his again as you formulated your next phrase in your head. “I’ll be waiting for you, Sid. I’ll be here when you’ll be ready,”
He stared at you with a smile as you finished your monologue, his heart beating so fast against your palm it almost got you scared. After splitting with Evelyn, he never thought he’d be ready. He hadn’t been ready to leave the house, the first few days after the divorce. He hadn’t been ready to love someone as much as he had loved Evelyn, until you came along.
It felt like old Sidney came back, when you became part of his life. He was happy, genuinely ready to love again, and you were the angel that made it happen, the reason why he felt ready, after all that time.
“I’m ready,” was everything he said, eyes staring deep into yours as he let his forehead touch yours, his words making your heart leap out of your chest. “I’m ready,”

who said anything about marriage
[read it here or on ao3]
Barry was nervous.
That was nothing new. Barry was nervous most of the time. But Barry hadn’t been nervous around Lup in decades.
There were so many things that could go wrong. For one, he could lose the ring. For the millionth time in the past half hour, he patted the outside of his jacket pocket. He felt the little box and exhaled quietly.
He could screw up the plan. They’d already made it to the restaurant on time, thank the Gods. But what if they missed the gondola ride? He’d booked the damned thing in advance, and if the rules he’d read online were any indication, the company didn’t give latecomers a whole lot of leeway. He could pop the question on the streets next to the canal, he supposed, but that was unromantic. Plus, he’d pre-paid so much for the ride.
And what if he fell? He’d made himself sick the night before reading articles about mistakes to avoid on a gondola. He knew not to try to stand, but what if he forgot? He could tip the boat and soak them both.
“Um, babe?”
Lup’s voice brought Barry out of his anxious reverie, and he remembered he’d been pouring a glass of wine, which was now very close to overflowing. “Aah!” He hastily righted the bottle, hitting the mouth against the overfilled glass in the process and very nearly knocking it over.
Lup snickered, eyes glinting with amusement. “You are a wreck,” she said as she lifted her own wine glass to her lips. There wasn’t a hint of malice in her voice or in her expression. Barry remembered that he’d probably embarrassed himself in front of her thousands of times, and she still loved him. As the waiter came by to take their orders, Barry felt himself relaxing.
That calm moment was short-lived.
When the waiter turned away from their table, Lup propped her elbows up on the table and rested her chin on her palms. “Hey, Bear?”
“Mm-hm?” Barry vocalized, sipping from his comically full wine glass.
“When are we gonna get married?”
Barry sputtered, spitting a little wine back into his glass and trying not to choke on the rest of it. “Huh?!?” Had she figured out his plan? She was clever, and he wasn’t the best at keeping secrets, but he thought he’d done a good job of keeping it from her. He’d known better, too, than to tell anyone expect Taako. Did she get it out of him?
She raised an eyebrow. “Well, don’t freak out or anything. It’s just, you know, we’ve been together for, like, I don’t know, an entire human lifespan?” She shifted her chin so that it rested only on her left palm and reached for her glass with her free hand. “I mean, we’re pretty much already married. I just thought, I dunno, maybe we should make it official.”
If Barry had been thinking, he might’ve told her “Yes! Gods, yes!” right then and there. He might’ve pulled out the ring and said, “Funny you should ask, I was thinking the same thing!” If he had been thinking, he might have realized that this moment, right here in the restaurant, was the perfect opportunity to do what he’d set out to do this evening.
But Barry wasn’t thinking. Barry was panicking.
“M-marriage? Who said anything about marriage?”
Lup set her left arm back down on the table. “Huh? Nobody said anything about it. Or, I guess I did.” She looked down at her glass and swirled it around a bit. “Geez, Barry, I wouldn’t have brought it up if I knew it’d make you all, like, panicky and sweaty and shit.”
“I-I’m not panicky and sweaty.” He was very obviously both of these things. It was this moment that the waiter came by, awkwardly setting their plates in front of them and hurrying off, sensing that whatever was happening here, it was definitely not something he wanted to be privy to any longer than necessary. “Y-you just caught me off guard, that’s all. Marriage is, you know, a big word.”
“Well, sure.” Lup picked up a fork and began swirling it in her pasta. “But, like, haven’t you thought about it before?” She lifted the fork to her mouth.
“Thought about marrying you?” Barry was drenched in sweat now.
“Mm-hm,” Lup managed through a mouthful of linguini.
“Well, no, I mean, why would I?”
This was absolutely, positively, the wrong thing to say. It might have been the worst possible thing Barry could’ve said, and he’d said it, and he couldn't take it back.
Lup swallowed her food hard and gaped at him. “Fucking excuse me?”
“Uhh…” He took a long sip of his wine.
“What do you mean, ‘Why would I?’?”
The pressure was on now, and Barry tended to falter under pressure. “I just, I mean, marriage is, it’s such a long-term commitment, you know? It, uh, ties you down and stuff.”
Lup’s eyes went even wider. “Barry, what are you trying to say?” she asked softly.
Barry threw his hands up. “Nothing! I- nothing! Just, you’re such a, a free spirit, I, uh, wouldn’t wanna… hold you back?”
She deflated, and he knew he’d dug himself deeper. “Yeah, okay.” She put her elbow back on the table, making a fist with her left hand and resting her cheekbone on her knuckles, and looked down at her plate.
Silence. Barry cut off a bit of his salmon and ate it. “Mmm!” he hummed exaggeratedly. “The salmon is amazing! How’s your food?”
Lup pushed her noodles around on her plate, not looking up. “It’s fine. Fantastic.”
They stayed like that for a while, him slowly eating his food and watching her, her only taking small occasional bites and refusing to look anywhere but her plate.
“Um, are… are you ready for the check?” Barry asked after some time.
“Hm? Oh, yeah. Whenever.” Lup stood. “Just, like, excuse me for a minute first.” She walked quickly towards the restroom.
When the door closed behind her, Barry sighed and sunk his face into his hands. He didn’t have the slightest idea how he was going to recover. “Fuck,” he breathed into his hands.
After a minute, Barry heard the sound of footsteps, distinct from the clicking of Lup’s heels, approach the table. “Barold.”
He lifted his head to see Taako, still in his full chef’s uniform, glaring at him, arms crossed. Fuck, he was really in trouble now. “Hi, Taako.” In retrospect, maybe it was a mistake to have this dinner at Lup’s brother’s restaurant. It had seemed like a sweet idea at the time. Taako had only recently gotten comfortable cooking for large crowds again, and he and Lup made efforts to support him when they could.
Taako leveled a glare at Barry. “One of my little birdies has just informed me that she saw my sister run crying into the bathroom. Would you, dear customer, mind telling me why that is?”
Barry exhaled, long and slow. “I beefed it, Taako.”
“You beefed it? What does that mean, exactly?”
“Okay, she brought up marriage out of nowhere and it threw me off and I didn’t want to spoil the proposal and I panicked and maybe I said some things I didn’t mean.”
“Such as…?”
“Such as… ‘I’ve never thought about marrying you,’ and ‘Marriage ties people down’…”
“Oh, good Gods. All because you didn’t wanna spoil some dumb overly romantic surprise?”
Barry flushed. “Well, when you put it like that…”
Taako pinched the bridge of his nose. “Barry, I don’t know how you’re going to do it, but if you know what’s good for you, you’re going to have this fixed by the end of tonight.”
Barry grimaced. “I-I’ll try.”
“You’ve also wasted my food.” Taako nodded at Lup’s mostly-untouched plate and tossed a leather check holder onto the table. “And if I find any fire damage in my bathroom, I’m charging you for that, too.” With that, Taako turned and strode back into the kitchen.
By the time Lup came out of the bathroom, Barry’s credit card had already been returned to him and he was signing the receipt. He looked up at her and tried not to wince when he noticed the mascara tracks marking paths down her cheeks from her puffy eyes. “Ready to go?”
“Mm.” She still wouldn’t look at him. He led her outside, and she leaned against the building, hugging herself and staring into space, eyes unfocused.
Barry stood next to her uneasily. “Uh, I’m going to… call the taxi now?”
“Mm-hm.”
Barry didn’t reach for his phone. Another uncomfortable silence passed.
Then, he sighed. “Okay, I-I didn’t wanna do it like this, but…”
Barry knelt down, pulled the ring box out of his pocket, and flipped it open.
Lup finally turned to face him now, stunned. “Wh-what-?”
He blushed and began rambling. “I had this whole evening planned, and there was supposed to be a gondola ride, that’s where we were supposed to go next, and I was going to ask you there, but then you brought up marriage and I panicked and I put my fucking foot in my mouth. It was so dumb, I’m so sorry I said all that shit, I didn’t mean any of it, I just really wanted it to be a surprise. Gods, I was so fucking dumb, of course I wanna marry you, if you’ll still have m-“
Lup bent down, grabbed Barry’s face, and kissed him hard.
Barry felt all the tension in his body melt away. He shut the ring box and held it securely in one hand. He brought the other up to sweep Lup’s hair behind her ear and held it there, against her cheek.
When Lup pulled away, she rested her forehead against his. “You’re a fucking wreck, baby.”
He chuckled. She was crying again and, Barry realized, so was he. “I know.”
She beamed. “We’ll work on it together, fiancé.” She gave him a quick peck on the lips. “I can’t believe you did all that for a fucking gondola ride, though. I mean, no offense, dear, but I’m kinda glad we didn’t do that.”
He grimaced. “Well, about that, I paid a lot of money for it, and there’s still time…”
Lup pouted. “Do we have to? I’d rather go home.” She kissed the corner of his mouth. “I’ll make it up to you,” she breathed.
Barry smiled. “Yeah, okay. You’ve convinced me.”
“Perfect!” Lup stood up, smirked, and held out her left hand. “Now gimme that rock!”
Taako lifted his phone off the bedside table and squinted at his notifications.
Lulu: Missed Call
Lulu: Voicemail
Remembering the scene at his restaurant the night before, he inhaled sharply and unlocked his phone. There are two ways that situation could’ve played out, he thought. He navigated to his voicemailbox and pressed play on the most recent message.
“Ugh, it’s so annoying how you’re never awake when I have news. I have big fucking news, by the way, so I’m gonna be really pissed at you if you don’t call me back within the next, like, two hours. Okay, later.”
Taako smiled. It was a relief to hear her sound so chipper. It meant this news of hers was definitely good, and it meant that Taako didn’t have to fight Barold. He sat up, rubbed the dust out of his eyes, and called his sister.

the late late show T.H.
wc: 1.4k (fluff)
ariana grande!reader and tom on the late late show for spill your guts or fill your guts
"I can't believe I let you talk me into this," Y/N said, a grimacing smile on her face as she sat down.
The cameras weren't rolling yet, so her & Tom's microphones were still getting set up and clipped on.
Y/N's Zach Sang radio interview had quite literally blown up all over the internet. Though it had only been released about a week ago, it already had 30 million views, and thousands of comments. No doubt, tonight's live Late Late Show would have tons of viewers.
Tom grinned at her, slightly mischievous. "It'll be fun, love."
"That's what they always say," she replied.
Before Tom could say anything else, the producer was counting down and crew members were shushing the crowd as a red light blinked on and the show began.
"Hi, I'm Tom Holland," he introduced himself, looking directly at the camera. "And this my wife, Y/N Holland-"
"I hyphenated," she cut in.
Tom looked at her and chuckled before continuing, "and this is Spill Your Guts or Fill your Guts."
"Explain to the world the misery we have to go through," Y/N commented, making brief eye contact with Tom before breathing out a laugh.
"Right," he laughed. "So, one of us asks the other a question from the cards and you have to answer truthfully or-" he looked down at the food. "Eat whichever food the person has picked for them."
"Alright," Y/N said. "Let's see what we got then, shall we?"
" 'Course darlin'."
Y/N blushed before spinning the table to a random dish. "We have salmon smoothie," she spoke with a grimace. "And a thousand year old eggnog."
Tom made a 'yuck' sound, and the audience laughed at them. "Here's bird saliva," Tom said.
"And bull penis."
"Ah, the bull penis," Tom said.
"Oh shut your trap," Y/N laughed. "And we have bug trifle."
"Jellyfish," Tom said. "That shouldn't be too bad, right?" he asked.
"Guess you'll find out," Y/N laughed at him.
"You wouldn't dare," he challenged.
"Watch me."
Both of them laughed before continuing.
"Giant water scorpion," Y/N said with another grimace. "Cow blood and-" she playfully gagged. "And pork tongue jelly," she finished.
"And lastly, we have cod sperm," Tom grinned.
"Oh god."
"Let's start then!" he said, smiling. His accent was thick, and it seemed as though he didn't even bother trying to tame his hair.
Y/N, on the other hand, was wearing one of Tom's sweaters. It was oversized on her, and colored beige. Her hair was in a low ponytail and her white acrylic nails showed slightly out of her sweater paws. She had butterfly clips in her hair and her feet were fitted with thick, white Filas.
"I suppose so," she said, sounding like a kid that had just been denied some ice cream.
"Should I go first or you?"
"Uh, me."
Tom picked up a card and tried to suppress a laugh. "Okay, let's go with... a thousand year old eggnog."
"Ew, Thomas. What the fuck, it smells so-" she gagged playfully again. "Ugh, I'm gonna get you back."
"You haven't even heard the question yet!" he laughed, his eye crinkles growing.
"It's due to be bad though!" She defended, laughing with him. "C'mon, Tommy. I wanna get this," she sniffed the eggnog, "over with."
"Okay," he paused to laugh after rereading the card. "You have previously stated that track seven, or 'make up,' of your upcoming album is inspired by, co-written, and about me."
"Correct."
"What is the song about? .. and give us one lyric or line."
"Oh god," Y/N covered her face with her hands. "I am not doing this."
"It's the question or the eggnog, baby. Though you might need a mint after you drink that," he laughed.
"Uhm," Y/N glanced around, taking another whiff of the eggnog before setting it down on it's tray. "Make up is about... int-imacy after an argument," she stuttered out.
Tom was laughing now, a blush present on his cheeks at her confession. "Alright, the lyric now."
"Uhm... do I sing it or just.. s-say it?"
"Saying it's kinda awkward, lovie."
"Okay," she dragged out her reply. "Bring you to the bed where we can really make it right, sorry-in-a-box so when it pops, surprise, surprise," Y/N sang.
The audience responded immediately, the lyrics clear with their meaning. The couple was blushing intensely, Y/N almost regretting the snippet she just released. When she made eye contact with Tom again, he lip synced 'it'll be okay. I love you,' and she nodded her head and picked up a card.
"Okay, I'll give you..." she spoke after a few moments. "The bull penis."
Tom's jaw dropped open in surprise. "I think we should save that for you, darling."
"Thomas!" Y/N gasped. "Shut the fuck up, or so help me-"
His laugh interrupted her, and he blew her a kiss. She rolled her eyes playfully before asking the question from the card.
"Have you ever.." Y/N laughed. "Gotten off to one of my songs?"
Tom's jaw went slack as his eyes widened. He glanced towards the audience, then back to his wife, in complete disbelief. "I do not want to answer that!" he choked out.
Y/N laughed at him, "It's just a yes or no question, Tommy."
"Easy for you to say!"
Tom glanced towards the audience one last time before taking the bull penis in one bite. The true disgust on his face as he chewed made Y/N laugh harder than ever, the crowd joining her.
"I cannot believe you just did that!" she said, holding her stomach while laughing. She wiped her eyes, and Tom turned to spit the food out into his bucket, before gulping down some water and playfully gagging, a shutter running through his body.
"Next question," he said. Picking up a card, he glanced to foods displayed in front of him, before deciding which Y/N would eat. "I'll give you... bug trifle."
"Tommyyyy," Y/N whined.
He laughed before reading the question. "Out of all my movies, which ones the worst?"
A chorus of "oo's" went around the audience as Y/N's jaw dropped. She looked down at the food before glancing to the audience for a split second, making brief eye contact with Tom before taking a bite out of the food. Everybody gasped, her lack of words making it all the more dramatic. When she finished chewing, drinking some water, she picked up the next card and spun the table.
"Next question-"
"Y/N!"
"What?"
"You just- y-you- you just ate that!"
"Yeah?" she asked. "I wasn't gonna answer that question."
Tom's face softened at her, a small smile forming as fast as the blush on his cheeks.
"Okay, I'll give you... codsperm."
"Again, we should probably save that for you," he giggled mischievously.
Y/N playfully rolled her eyes before asking the question. "Which of my albums do you hate the most? And... why?" She asked the question rather slowly, hesitant to see how he'd respond. She most definitely had better works than some, but she loved everything she put out into the music industry, and she only hoped Tom felt the same.
"Uhm-" Tom said, glancing between his wife and the food in front of him for a good minute.
Y/N squinted her eyes shut, afraid of his response, if there was one coming. Tom could sense her discomfort, not only in the question but how he would answer, so he reached across the table to hold her hand, before using his other to eat the dish sitting in front of him. Putting the fork down, his face showed disgust once again, but Y/N was watching him now, a blush on her cheeks too, and a very grateful smile adorned on her face.
After a considerable amount of time of Tom chewing, Y/N burst. "Just spit it out!"
"Well," Tom said dramatically. "He picked up his bucket before turning to the audience, "Spit or swallow?"
Everyone laughed, including Y/N, and Tom spit it out into the bucket before drinking some water.
"That was Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts! I'm Tom Holland, and this is Y/N Holland, and we'll be right back!" He finished.
The red light went off, and a crew member from backstage handed both celebrities a packet of mints. Y/N went to hug Tom, wrapping her arms around his neck as his securely wrapped around her waist.
"Love you."

There’s something intoxicating about hooking up with a person when the only thing that you know about them is the heat from their lips.
Some would argue that this makes them less of a “person” but more of a fantasy. If you had know their name, it would’ve made other strings twist in the mix. If you had known their name, maybe you would have been inclined to look them up maybe, or even worse, fall asleep with their name running over and over in your mind.
It was best when they tasted like sin and like the daydreams that you had never uttered.
He wasn’t like the other men that you would lead into the spotless bathroom of the country club which practically shone from the hard work of janitors who were paid less than the meals served at the god-forsaken place. As a part of the wait staff, your pay was dismal, but at least you could get a good fuck out of it once and a while.
Then men that would frequent the country club and golf course were always the kind that had starving hands and dicks that would twitch under their belts from the slightest brush of your hand. They were the kind of men who had wives, mistresses, and even handsome young men who could be at their beck and call. You liked to think that you were unlike those who they secretly craved. If anything, you were their daydreams.
This man seemed to be no different--at least in looks.
He sat with his legs spread where he socialized with his young friends on the veranda. The small group ate their salmon on bagels and caviar along with expensive cocktails that you barely knew the names of. A couple of them already had girls on their laps, and they fed them cherries which stained their plush (and likely fake) lips.
This man sat alone with his cardigan and perfectly pressed pants and loafers that appeared to have never been worn before. He had barely touched his food, but rather seemed to satiate his appetite from the teasing and dumb laughter of his friends. Judging off of his chunky and extravagant watch, there must’ve been no way that he had paid for the thing himself. Daddy or Mommy’s money made him appear as if he was some heir or prince. He even smelled like one too.
The male patrons would often follow the way that your hips moved when you walked to and from their table, or how your hands would rest on the crystal glass tables as you took their orders. You knew they must have been imagining what your fingers would’ve looked around their cocks.
He even gave you the same look.
You had guessed that he must’ve been college age or some kind of graduate. His friends wore Greek letters, so you assumed that he must have been one of the “brothers.” A long time ago, someone had told you to be especially careful of his breed of boy.
“Care to accompany me away from this crowd?” He had whispered into your ear, tickling it, when you had reached across to grab the plates.
The other boys had decided to go to the pool or the gym--not that it mattered--and his hand crept behind your waist as soon as he had excused himself from the rest of the group.
“I’ve got to call my mom real quick. If she wasn’t such a nag all the time...”
He held your hand as if he had known you, but it was likely not to rouse suspicion.
“Nice to meet you.” He sneers, looking back and passing the crowds of women in their feathered hats and other golfers in their finest designer polos and slacks.
You nod, noting that his hand feels strong and domineering in your own, and you can’t even begin to wonder where he might be taking you. If you were lucky, they would take you to their rooms and lay you down on the California King Sized Mattress, then you wouldn’t have to bend uncomfortably. However, this wouldn’t always be the case. Most of them favored coat closets, bathrooms and powder rooms.
You kept your head down as he pulled you further down hallways, praying that none of your coworkers would take notice. Some of them already had, however it wasn’t like any of them cared...not when they would often indulge in the same vice. Unhappy marriages were where most of you found some brief moments of happiness.
The young man snickered finding his hiding place and promptly lead you along with him into the towel closet which had been unlocked by the pool boys. The door was painted white and louvered with slits for airflow. It was then when you knew this would have to be one of the times when you would have to bite your tongue back.
He closed the door as quietly as he could, then turned to shove you back against it, and smear his heavy breaths over your mouth where he slicked his tongue against yours immediately. As he did so, his heated fingertips set to shrugging off your apron and hastily throwing it aside. You returned by sinking your fingers under his leather belt and jingling the metal around. If he was to see you bare, you wanted to see him too--something told you that he had something to show under his designer cardigan and this cotton shirt which must’ve cost a similar fortune.
His abs were toned as you had expected, and they rippled under your fingertips. The young man popped the button to your pants, and you reciprocated doing the same. Just like the others, it barely took anything for him to get hard. His length swelled against your stomach and he grinded it into you too just so you could feel his eagerness.
“You were practically asking to get fucked? Weren’t you? You whore.”
The young man smiled out his poisonous words, but they felt as luxurious as they usually did when you had heard them grace your ears. He kissed you once again with a mixture of teeth and tongue that ran your lips raw while you pulled down his pants to his ankles and tugged at the elastic to his briefs.
“Fuck, you really do want it that bad don’t you baby?”
His hands palmed at your own quivering sex which had slicked with your own arousal from his greedy advances. His hand pushed at the confines of our underwear and pants where he started to rub incessantly, then ate up your shuddering moans which floated from your lips to his.
All at once, he removed his hand and left your knees to buckle from the sudden lack of contact. With a deathly glare, he brought his fingers to your gasping mouth.
“Wetter.” He demanded before dipping them onto your tongue. You lathered them with your salvia where he twisted them around your muscle with the taste of bitter sweat and your own cum.
Once he saw fit, he drew his soaked fingers back down to your waistband and resumed teasing at your sensitive skin.
“You’d like to taste my cock wouldn’t you? Are you hungry enough for it, kitten?”
You nodded, trying to hide your whimpering from his touch.
“Get on your fucking knees then.”
He nearly shoved your shoulders to the ground, but you didn’t need him to prompt you. You pulled down his briefs on your way down his body, springing free his hardened member that was wrapped in thick veins. You firstly jerked at his hooded shaft beading with his cum, and you kissed at his tip roughly too for good measure.
“Did I say to tease me? Take me in your throat, you slut.” He slapped at your cheek, then aligned his dick with your lips. “What? Scared that it’s too much for you?”
“No.” You answered while testing him from below. “I can take it.”
“Show me.”
You did so--even though his considerable length burned and stretched out your throat at first. You knew that sometimes they liked it when they saw you cry, so you let the tears well at their own will. You hummed against his dick while he pushed at your gag reflex. With your right hand, you took his shaft back to twist at it while your head bobbed. Your steady pace kept your gags at bay, but every so often he would jerk his hips a little with a grunt, and you would nearly loose your composure.
“Is that as deep as you can take it? Fuck...here I was thinking that you would feel different...”
The young man laced both of his hands to the sides of your face: the exact place to give a cue into his intentions.
“Let me know if you need me to stop.” He growled.
He fucked your face deeper and deeper, gradually working up to a pace that felt comfortable while you puffed up your cheeks. Gag after gag he teased, and the strings of your drool slicked and bubbled on his cock while dripping down your neck too.
“Your pretty, tight, little throat feels so fucking good on my cock. Is that how you like it you cockslut?”
Hot tears dripped down your cheeks while you nodded the best you could in response, and your feet startled to tingle where they had fallen asleep where you knelt.
“Oh fuck yes.”
All that you could do to steady yourself was claw at his lower back, then moan helplessly against his length which stretched you out so well, it was impossible that it had felt this good before.
The young man pulled out after leaving your lips raw, pausing to pant like a wild animal while still firmly holding your head. You gasped, open mouthed, and sucked in air greedily while your spit strung from your lips to his cock.
“Stand up.” He commanded, and pulled you to your shaking feet. “Ready to get fucked sweetheart?”
“Y-yes.” You said, lightheaded, wiping the drool from your mouth onto your uniform sleeve.
The young man smirked out before turning you face first into the door. “Good. Don’t make a fucking sound doll. That is, unless you want to get caught? To have someone see you fucked out like this?”
“N-no...”
“Lets feel then how tight this hole of yours is.”
He let out a devilish sounding chuckle while bringing his hips to yours and coaxing his cock into your leaking entrance. He was just as thick in your hole as he had felt in your throat, and you squeaked out feeling the challenge. With your face pressed against the wooden door with ventilation slits, you could see the feet of those walking past, barely even knowing what had been occurring on the other side. Light from the hallway peeped in and striped over your whole body which the man ravished.
“Spread your legs farther...that’s it...just like that.”
The stranger thrust slowly at first, like he could just barely give you a taste of his full length; like you barely deserved it too.
“Fells good, doesn’t it? Such an obedient little fucktoy for me, aren’t you? I bet you were dreaming of this happening weren’t you? ...Looking at me the way that you were...”
“P-please...” You begged for him to quicken, but that wasn’t even your place.
“Do you fuck everyone like how you fuck me? I should have guessed that you would put out for anyone with those coy glances. I’m no idiot.”
“H-harder...fuck me harder...”
“Harder?” The rich young man scoffed, “I get to decide when I go harder.”
The man rolled his hips, and the patting of skin filled the darkened room. He gasped out while finding his rhythm, then reached around his fingers to tease at your lips once more.
“Wetter.” He chanted.
You did as you were told, he and rewarded you with the harsher grinding of his hips. Once his digits were properly wetted again, he brought them back to your throbbing sex, and rubbed at it with the same ferocity that he snapped.
“Cum all over my fingers you whore, cum like you fucking want it.”
His words were dizzying, and you gently rocked yourself over his hand and focused everything you could to drawing out your orgasm which was nearly there.
“That's right. Fuck my fingers kitten.”
The stranger too began to shake and you could sense that he had started to let go as well. The door rattled where he had you pressed against it, but he didn’t appear to care in the slightest.
“Oh god,” You peeped as quietly as you could, and felt your orgasm begging wildly.
He stopped for a couple moments to tap lightly into your arousal nearly on the edge, then laughed wickedly at the way that your whole body shook in response. All the while, his hips maintained their quick drags.
“Cum for me.” He demanded once more, and you obliged, finally erupting over his fingers with the cream of your cum lathers over your thighs and wrapping around his digits.
The words came out airy and broken, “S-shit....s-shit...”
He had become unchained, then turned his whole attention to the way that his fingers dug into your hips and how he could graze you so deep inside, it was like nothing you had known of before. He then grabbed at your ass with the bite of his fingernails while he pumped with hitched breaths.
“Back to your knees.” The command was sudden, but soon you found your shaking legs right back on the ground.
The stranger jerked himself fervently with eyes screwed shut and his own soft moans trailing from his pink lips and wetted tongue.
“Look at me.” He whispered. With one more flick of his wrist, he sent himself spewing his white and warm cum all over your face; ruining every feature. You closed your eyes to protect them but permitted your tongue to him freely where he jerked out the last of his milkly liquid directly onto your taste buds. His cum had painted your cheeks, and dripped from your jaw. At last you swallowed down the most you could with the bitter aftertaste that you had loved so much.
“Well, that’s certainly a sight.” The man reveled at his work.
You gasped out for him and grabbed a nearby towel to wipe the rest away, although he appeared somewhat disappointed by this. He too took a towel to wipe off his length and sweating forehead. After, he was silent picking up his clothes, and jingling his belt once more back over his waist. It often ended like this: the few words spoken in the moments before they left.
“Thanks for that babe.” He grinned. “Name’s Lee Minho. ‘Hope I’ll be seeing you around again.”
