i’m sooo fixated on epic, hades, the odyssey itself and greek mythology in general rn- it’s been the perfect hyperfixation to help me through this rough patch i’ve been going through, that i’ve even been emotionally connecting to certain gods too even tho i’ve never felt dogmatic (not atheist either tho) definitely a beautiful experience that’s also quite nerdy and full of music and video games and i’m so happy 💕

In the disjointed modern au in my mind I gave Odysseus a ranch and he drives a truck/tractor but also he's kind of like a lawyer/legal consultant that gets pulled out of retirement by mega crime boss Agamemnon to represent Menelaus in a messy and extremely publicized divorce case
