Truth or Dare Chaos
Tumblr media
one piece surprise character x fem!reader
everyone decide to play a truth or dare game to end the celebration in a good mood, but if someone uses the chance to actually confess to you?
words count: 2.2k
tags: post-wano celebration, humor, fluff, unexpected confession

Tumblr media
The Wano celebration is in full swing, a festival of victory and relief. Lanterns glow in the night sky, laughter echoes through the streets, and sake flows like a river. After years of struggle, the alliance between the Straw Hats, Heart Pirates, Kid Pirates, and even the samurai, finally freed them.
But while the streets are alive with music and dancing, a much rowdier event unfolds inside one of the large banquet halls.
“Truth or dare!” Luffy declares, slamming a cup onto the floor with a grin.
You blink “Seriously?”
“Seriously!” Usopp chimes in, waving his hands “Come on, y/n, we just saved the world! Time for some real challenges!”
Zoro scoffs from his seat, already drinking “This is dumb.”
“Oh?” Nami smirks “Too scared, swordsman?”
Zoro’s eye twitches “Tch. Fine, whatever.”
Kid folds his arms, eyeing the growing group with suspicion “This is a waste of time”
“Sounds like someone’s scared” Law mutters, sipping his drink.
Kid glares “Shut the hell up, Trafalgar!”
Soon, the game is in full swing, pirates of all kinds gathered in a messy circle, some sitting on the floor, others lounging on cushions. The sake-fueled dares begin lightheartedly—Franky dances in his underwear, Usopp has to mimic Kaido’s laugh (horribly), and Robin sweetly forces Brook to write a love poem about his own skull.
Then, the dares escalate.
“Zoro, I dare you to wear lipstick” Nami announces with a wicked grin.
Everyone turns to the swordsman. His scowl deepens “No.”
“You have to” Luffy says through a mouthful of meat.
“Like hell I do—”
Before Zoro can react, Sanji appears at his side, a bright red lipstick in hand “Hold still, Marimo~”
“GET AWAY FROM ME!”
The room bursts into chaos as Zoro dodges, but in the end, Nami’s iron grip on his wallet forces him to comply. The result? A grumpy, lipstick-wearing swordsman with crossed arms and a murderous aura.
“Beautiful” you tease, and he glares daggers at you.
More dares roll in—Kid has to admit that Luffy is stronger than him (his soul nearly leaves his body), Law has to wear one of Chopper’s hats, and Yamato is dared to chug a whole bottle of sake.
Then it’s your turn.
“Alright, y/n,” Usopp announces dramatically “Truth or dare?”
You glance around. Everyone is waiting “…Dare.”
A slow, mischievous grin spreads on Nami’s face “I dare you to let someone kiss you. On the lips.”
The room erupts.
“Oi, Nami, that’s dirty!” Sanji wails, clutching his chest.
“Ahhh, spicy!” Brook cackles “Can I volunteer? Oh wait, I have no lips—”
“Wait, wait, wait” you laugh from embarassment, waving your hands. “From anyone?”
“Yep,” Nami smirks “Whoever volunteers first.”
For a second, there’s silence. A thick tension. You glance around, half-expecting Sanji to throw himself at you dramatically, but surprisingly… he doesn’t.
Then—
“I’ll do it.”
Your breath catches.
All eyes turn to the source.
It’s Law.
The normally composed, ever-serious Heart Pirates captain sits with one arm resting lazily on his knee, eyes locked on yours. There’s no joke in his voice, no teasing smirk. Just a steady, unreadable expression.
The room collectively loses its mind.
“WHAT?!”
“L-LAW?!?”
“HOLY SHIT—”
Even Kid nearly chokes on his drink.
Law, unfazed by the chaos, only tilts his head “Well?”
Your heart hammers. Of all people, you hadn’t expected him to step forward.
You swallow “You’re serious?”
He shrugs “A dare’s a dare.”
The whole room leans in. You feel heat rising to your face, but hell, backing down now would be worse. You steel yourself and lean in.
The second your lips touch, the room explodes.
Cheers, screams, laughter—someone (probably Luffy) howls like a wolf. The kiss itself is brief, but the warmth lingers as you pull away, your heart pounding.
You look at Law. He smirks ever so slightly.
“Not bad” he murmurs.
“Shut up” you mutter, flustered.
“You bastard” Kid mutters, shoving Law’s shoulder with enough force to make a lesser man topple “That was bold.”
Law just smirks, sipping his sake like he didn’t just send your heart into orbit “It was a dare.”
“Yeah, yeah, sure it was” Usopp snickers, elbowing you “But damn, y/n, you look like you’re about to explode.”
You are. Heat still lingers on your lips, and your brain refuses to function properly. You risk a glance at Law—he’s still sitting so casually, but there’s something in his eyes, something smug.
This bastard knew what he was doing.
Before you can retaliate, Luffy claps his hands “Next turn!”
The game resumes, but the energy is wild. Everyone is still high off the chaos.
“Sanji!” Luffy grins “Truth or dare?”
Sanji takes a deep breath, regaining some composure after witnessing you get kissed by Law of all people “Truth.”
Nami smirks “Have you ever had a REAL crush on anyone in this room?”
Sanji sputters “T-THAT’S NOT FAIR!”
“It absolutely is” Zoro snickers.
The cook dramatically throws himself back “Of course, my heart belongs to all the ladies in this room! But if you must know—” His gaze flickers to you for a split second before he recovers “I will take my secret to the grave!”
“BOOO!” Chopper shouts.
Brook chuckles “Very suspicious, Sanji.”
“Shut up” he grumbles, lighting a cigarette.
More rounds go by. Kid is dared to eat something spicy as hell (he nearly breathes fire), Yamato has to arm wrestle Franky (Yamato wins), and Luffy is dared to wear one of Zoro’s haramaki belts as a headband.
Then, the dares start getting worse.
“Zoro” Usopp grins evilly “I dare you to sit in Sanji’s lap for the next three turns.”
Silence.
Zoro’s face darkens instantly “I’d rather die.”
Sanji, on the other hand, shrieks “YOU THINK I WANT THAT MARIMO’S HEAVY ASS ON ME?!”
Luffy laughs so hard he falls backward “It’s a dare, Zoro! No backing out!”
Zoro glares at Usopp like he’s contemplating murder, but the sniper just grins “C’mon, ‘King of Hell,’ prove you’re not a coward.”
“Tch” Zoro grits his teeth and stomps over to Sanji, who looks like he’d rather be anywhere else.
“Don’t you dare enjoy this” Zoro mutters before dropping into Sanji’s lap with a thud.
“GAH!” Sanji nearly topples backward “I SWEAR TO GOD, IF YOU BREAK MY LEGS—”
The whole room is screaming with laughter.
Even Law, usually so composed, hides a smirk behind his sake cup.
The game spirals further into madness. Luffy is dared to drink an entire bottle of sake in one go (bad idea), Bepo has to carry Kid bridal-style for a full minute (worse idea), and someone forces Jinbei to do an impression of Buggy the Clown (best idea).
Then—
“Alright, y/n” Nami turns to you again, eyes gleaming with mischief. “Truth or dare?”
You exhale. After what happened last time, you should pick truth. But your pride won’t let you.
“Dare” you say.
Nami grins “I dare you to sit in Law’s lap for the next three turns.”
The entire room erupts again.
You choke “WHAT?!”
Law raises an eyebrow, but there’s something dangerous in his smirk. “That’s fair” he says simply.
Fair, my ass.
“You could refuse, y/n” Robin offers sweetly “but then you’d have to do a punishment dare instead.”
You gulp. You’ve seen the punishment dares tonight. (Brook had to strip. You are NOT about to risk that.)
With a deep breath, you shuffle toward Law “I hate this game” you mutter.
Law leans back, waiting. The absolute smugness on his face makes you want to throw him out the window.
Cursing every deity, you sit on his lap.
Law’s arms rest casually around your waist, like it’s nothing. “Comfortable?” he murmurs, just for you to hear.
You refuse to give him a reaction “Shut up.”
The game barely continues because everyone is losing their damn minds over this. Sanji looks like he’s about to burst into flames, Usopp keeps making dramatic gagging noises, and Kid just straight-up leaves the room.
“I CAN’T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!”
But Law? Law is unfazed. In fact, he seems to be enjoying your suffering.
You sit there, face burning, waiting for the turns to pass.
One.
Two.
Three.
“Alright, I’M DONE!” You jump up, escaping Law’s grasp. He chuckles, stretching like he hadn’t just driven you insane for the last few minutes.
You glare at Nami “You’re evil...”
“I know” She winks.
The game finally begins to wind down as people start passing out from too much sake. Luffy snores on the floor, Zoro is sprawled in a corner (still wearing lipstick), and Usopp keeps muttering, “Too much romance… my heart can’t take it…”
You sigh in exhaustion “Finally.”
Then—
“y/n”
Your breath stills.
You turn. Law stands there, hands in his pockets, golden eyes locked on you. The teasing smirk from before is gone.
He takes a step closer “Can we talk?”
Your stomach flips “…About what?”
Law tilts his head slightly, eyes scanning your face “You know what.”
Oh...
Oh!
Your heartbeat quickens. The room suddenly feels too small.
The game is over, but something else is about to begin.
Your heart pounds as you swallow “Uh… sure.”
Law doesn’t hesitate, he jerks his head toward the door, and you follow him out into the cool Wano night. The festival outside is still alive, but compared to the madness inside, the quiet hum of distant music feels strangely… intimate.
You cross your arms, trying to act casual “So… what did you wanna talk about?”
Law stops near a wooden railing, leaning against it with his arms crossed. He watches you for a moment, his eyes flickering in the lantern light. Then, he sighs.
“You don’t get it, do you?”
Your brow furrows “Get what?”
Another pause. Then—
“That kiss wasn’t just a dare... to me.”
Your breath catches.
You blink, your brain scrambling “Wait… what?”
Law exhales through his nose, looking almost annoyed. Like he can’t believe he has to spell it out “Seriously?” He gives you a pointed look “You really think I’d kiss you just for fun?”
You’re stunned into silence.
Because yes, that’s exactly what you’d thought. Law was always the logical one, the one who didn’t waste time on nonsense. You’d assumed he did it just to shut everyone up.
But now, as he stares at you with that unreadable expression, your mind rewinds—
The way he volunteered so quickly. The way his smirk was so sure. The way he didn’t flinch when you sat in his lap, like it was something he’d already imagined.
“…Oh.”
Law scoffs “Oh.” He shakes his head “Unbelievable.”
You open your mouth, then close it. What do you say to that? Your heart is racing, your stomach flipping, and now the man you just kissed is standing here, practically admitting—
“You’re really bad at picking up signals” Law mutters, rubbing his temple.
You gape at him “Well, sorry for not assuming one of the most wanted men in the world has a thing for me!”
Law chuckles, low and amused “You think I care about that?”
You stare at him “…Do you?”
His expression softens, just slightly “Not when it comes to you.”
Oh... Oh!
Your heart does a whole circus act. You suddenly feel too warm, despite the night air.
“You…” You take a breath “So you—”
“I like you, y/n.”
Your world tilts.
The words are so direct, so Law, that you can’t even doubt them. He’s looking at you with that sharp, unwavering gaze, like he’s already dissected every possible outcome and decided this is the one that matters.
You can’t breathe.
“…Since when?” you whisper.
Law shrugs, looking away for the first time “A while” then, quieter, “Long enough.”
You swear your heart might explode.
A gust of wind brushes past, rustling your hair. You barely register it. Because Law just confessed to you, and you’re standing here like an idiot, trying to reboot your entire existence.
But then, slowly (so slowly) a smile creeps onto your face.
“Guess I’m the idiot, huh?”
Law huffs a quiet laugh “You said it, not me.”
You roll your eyes, stepping closer “You could’ve just told me, you know.”
His lips twitch “Where’s the fun in that?”
You shake your head, unable to stop smiling. This stupid, stubborn, brilliant man.
Without thinking too much, you reach out and grab the front of his coat, tugging him down slightly. His eyes widen, just for a second, before you lean up and press a kiss to the corner of his mouth.
Law goes completely still.
When you pull back, you raise an eyebrow “That one wasn’t a dare.”
Something in Law’s gaze flickers. Then, very quietly—
“Good.”
And before you can react, he tilts your chin up and kisses you for real.
It’s not like the kiss from before. That one was brief teasing, this one is deliberate. It’s firm and slow, like he’s making up for every second he’s held back. His hand settles on your waist, pulling you closer, and you can feel the heat radiating off him.
You barely have time to process anything before he pulls away, lips just barely brushing yours as he murmurs...
“That one wasn’t a dare either.”
You laugh breathlessly “No kidding.”
Law smirks “Took you long enough.”
You roll your eyes, but you can’t stop smiling “Shut up.”
And maybe, just maybe, this victory celebration turned out way better than you expected.

Thank youuu! Byeee
More Than Muscle
Tumblr media
Hi annon! I’m sorry I’ve never watched One Punch Man and I'm not feeling very well oops, but I have an idea (I think) of what you were expecting though!! hopefully this is good :’)
The boys reacting to reader being super duper strong! ♡
Image above is mine.
Pairings: Zoro, Ace, Law, Smoker, and Luffy x F!reader.
Warnings: None! ᐢ. .ᐢ
Word count: 550 I'm sorry It's so short :(
Zoro > ᴗ•
Doesn’t want to admit you might be stronger than him.
Sees firsthand how powerful your skills are—he’s in awe but would never show it.
Trains harder to try and get on your level, even though in the back of his head he knows it’s probably not possible.
Secretly finds it cute and fun; sparring with you felt like a real challenge.
“Where did all of this come from?” —asking out of sheer curiosity but with a hint of annoyance, knowing you’re beating his ass.
Protects you silently; he sees your strength but knows everyone gets tired sometimes.
Lets you lean on his shoulder, eventually his lap after practice—running his fingers through your hair when he knows you’re asleep.
Ace ´ ᵕ `
Smirking but wants to be your biggest fan on the inside.
Constantly puts you up to tests, timing your speed and agility.
In awe when you fight, almost to the point he forgets he’s in the scuffle himself.
Still tries to take care of you like a baby—he admires you so much. Even if you’re strong, you’re still his love.
Honestly would probably try to stop you from going overboard, like you’re all fighting and he grabs you so things don’t get too heated. Haha, literally, right? Get it with Ace? I should shut up…
When you get tired, he scoops you up and holds your body like you’re the most fragile thing on earth.
Doesn’t care about the teasing—he respects you even if your power can compare to his.
Law ᵔᗜᵔ
Doesn’t say a word outright, just a small smirk across his face.
Worries way too much—his doctor instincts kick in. Are you pushing yourself too hard? Are you hurt? These thoughts circle his mind constantly.
Stands behind you with his eyes closed like he isn’t paying attention. He most certainly is.
Offers practical help: meditation and cold compresses. This is his way of showing he cares.
When you do inevitably push yourself too far, he’s the first to notice—almost forcing you to rest and take things easy.
In secret, he lets you lay on his chest while he watches your face, trying to read what mental and physical state you’re in.
Would never let anyone tease you—giving deadly glances when anyone dares to open their mouth.
Smoker •⤙•
Cold and stern outwardly; on the inside, he’s really impressed.
Worries about you in battle but knows you can handle it.
If you ever did get hurt, he’d calmly bandage you while cursing himself for not being there sooner.
Never lets you push yourself too hard, even when necessary—he cares too much about you.
Watches with a focused eye at all times.
Brags about you to other Marines without even realizing it.
Keeps your weak spots in the back of his mind so he can help when—really if—needed.
Luffy >ヮ<
Biggest fanboy from the very start.
“WOAH, THAT’S SO COOL! HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!”
Wants to join every fight you’re in from that point forward.
Secretly learns the way you fight so maybe he can copy you.
If anyone ever underestimates you, he just laughs and lets you at them.
Tells everyone that you’re the strongest person he’s ever met—and means it.
Makes you eat lots of food—aside from what he steals from you, ofc—and rest a bunch to keep your strength.

to show, to care m.list | rules
Tumblr media
pairing. one piece x reader
characters. zoro, law, ace, smoker, luffy
note. always the same prompt bc i'm a sucker for fluff and soft things so here i am but with one piece this time! feel free to request
Tumblr media
Zoro
he’s well aware that you can defend yourself just fine, he would never doubt it
he doesn’t want you to feel like you’re not strong enough or anything
yet he can’t help it when he sees a danger coming
in the second, he’s in front of you, shielding you with his body
he’s larger than you (i mean look at him) so it’s not so hard to be sure you’re safe
it’s a reflex at this point, he doesn’t even control it
perhaps you can protect yourself, but if he can do it, it’s better
the less you’re hurt, the better he feels
not like he would admit it out loud
he’s always saying that he would do that with anyone else in the crew
he would, in particular moment
but he’s ALWAYS doing it when it’s you
seeing you hurt is making him go feral so if everyone can avoid this, it’s good
Tumblr media
Law
he’s a doctor, so cleaning and bandaging your wounds is a classic with him
always making sure you’re not getting too far or that he can treat them well enough so it won’t leave a mark
but he can’t always make it, plus there are probably a few that were here before you join his crew
he’s extra careful with your scars, no matter where they come from
he knows it don’t hurt you anymore, and he always ignores you when you say this to him
being healed doesn’t mean he shouldn’t care, right?
no matter where the scars are, he’s being so gentle
his fingers run on your skin while he leaves soft kisses on the marks
he wants you to know that you’re pretty to him, no matter what
he follows the scars with his fingers mindlessly too
you’re sitting next to him and he’s reading, focusing on the book but tracing the marks slowly at the same time
Tumblr media
Ace
the boy is narcoleptic at this point, so it’s never surprising to see him falling asleep out of nowhere
in his food, after he drank too much, just in the middle of a conversation
it’s not often because he’s too tired, but there are times where he is actually sleepy
he’s sitting next to you at the large table where everyone is laughing drinking and eating
he’s not as talkative as usual, but you’re with him so no one is questioning him much more than this
you’re taken out of your convo when you felt a weight on your shoulder
the moment you turned around to yell at the idiot bothering you, you fell completely silent
the idiot is no one other than Ace whose head is now resting on your shoulder while he’s peacefully asleep in this chaos
be sure that everyone will tease you about it ; you’re never free from this
especially as he does it a few more times again after that day
he can’t help it, he’s just comfortable around you, how could you blame him
Tumblr media
Smoker
he’s not the type to be really demonstrative
not only because you both need to stay professional, but also because it’s just not how he is
but sometimes, it’s stronger than his own will
you make him go soft, softer than he has ever been before
you’re sitting on his desk, explaining something about what you should do with some pirates troubling around
his eyes are stuck on you, he can’t help it
you’re too focus on your paper to notice while he doesn’t care much
it’s not that he doesn’t care about what you’re saying, but you are everything he can focus on right now
he shakes his head a little, stand up from his chair which makes you look back at him
before you can say anything, his hand is at the back of your head while he leaves a kiss on top of it
“I’ll go grab coffee, be back in a minute”
and he leaves you there with yourself and your train of thoughts
it becomes something usual after that, kissing the top of your head
it just feels right to him, without being too much
Tumblr media
Luffy
you’re never doubting that Luffy is the best and that he can win
he always win, he’s going to be the pirate king after all
but you can’t help and worry sometimes
he’s fighting against monsters, and after what you saw at Marineford, you’re always scared something as bad might happen
you’re not too expressive about it, you don’t want him to think you don’t trust him anymore
but he’s not always as dumb as people could think
so before a big fight, when you’re all preparing yourselves, he comes to see you
he links his pinky with yours, looking straight into your eyes
“I’ll make it,” he says with his usual stupid smile, “I have to because I can’t broke pinky promises”
you want to squish him so hard he would explode, but you also appreciate his reassurance ; you needed this
he’s all giggling and you can’t help but smile at this view
if he’s so full of himself, you can’t be worrying ; you have to do your best so you can stand proudly by his side
Tumblr media

Can I request reader making friendship bracelets for the strawhats but the bracelets are attached to their devil fruit power, I'm thinking it's a variation of 'red string of fate' except that when reader froms a strong bond with someone they become tied together allowing them to gain power through these ties (basically the power of friendship lol) the bracelets themselves aren't a part of the devil fruit just a cute thing reader does to help others visualize what they mean to them (as only reader can actually see the strings of fate)
Anyways the plot would be the strawhats reactions to the friendship bracelets (whether or not they know about the significance of them is up to you) this is mostly platonic strawhats but if you wanted to add romance that's cool too!
You don't have to write for all the strawhats if you don't want to but I definitely wanna see Robin's reaction to a friendship bracelet! (I think she'd really enjoy having a physical object to embody friendship)
(Sorry the ask was so long, love your writing! <3)
Glad you love my writing! Lovely to hear <3
I really liked this prompt - i love the string of fate stuff, makes me feel a bit gooey inside hehe
I could have kept going on this forevvverrrrrrrr i love the concept... spin off mini series anyone?!?!
Hope you enjoy reading!

Ties That Bind (Part 1)
One Piece x Fem!Reader
The kitchen was warm with the scent of Sanji’s post-lunch tea blend, a hint of citrus and mint lingering in the air. Everyone had gathered around the table like they usually did after a big meal, laughter still dying down from Luffy’s latest story about nearly punching a sky island seagull by accident.
You sat near the end of the table, a small box of thread, beads, and charm trinkets sitting beside your teacup. Nami had noticed it earlier and complimented the little braided bracelet you wore on your wrist—blue with a tiny compass bead. You smiled and muttered something vague, but now, with everyone calm and relatively in one place, you figured it was time to explain it properly.
You shifted in your seat, fiddling with a half-finished bracelet in your hands.
"Hey... can I tell you guys something?" you asked, your voice a little hesitant but clear.
Zoro tilted his head lazily, arms crossed. "If it's a confession about secretly being a government spy, say it now."
"I knew something was weird!" Usopp pointed dramatically.
"Shut up, Usopp," said Nami, elbowing him gently. "Go on, [Y/N]."
Luffy leaned forward like a kid about to hear a ghost story, chin propped up on his hands. "Yeah, yeah! Is it about your powers?"
You blinked, surprised. "...You knew?"
"Of course!" he beamed. "You smell like magic. Or maybe cinnamon. I dunno."
You laughed nervously but nodded. "Okay, yeah. So, my Devil Fruit is called the Saiken saiken no Mi—it means something like the Bond-Bond Fruit. It's… hard to explain, but basically, when I form a strong bond with someone, I can see it. Like... a thread tying us together."
Robin perked up with interest, lacing her fingers together. "A thread of fate, perhaps?"
You nodded. "Exactly. Only I can see them. Some are faint, some are bright, but the stronger the connection, the more... real they feel. And through them, I get stronger. I borrow strength from the people I'm tied to."
"So like the power of friendship?" Franky grinned. "That's super classic."
"Basically, yeah." You smiled sheepishly. "But I didn't want to freak anyone out by suddenly saying I see invisible strings attached to you all, so I started making these—" you held up the bracelet in your hand, bright orange with a tiny seashell charm, “—to kinda... represent the bonds I feel. For me, and maybe for you too. Something physical. Something nice."
Chopper gasped, eyes sparkling. "That's so cool! Wait—do I have one?"
You reached into the box and pulled out a little bracelet with white and pink beads, shaped like sakura petals. "Here."
Chopper practically exploded into a blushing mess as he took it, clutching it like it was the most sacred treasure in the Grand Line.
"You've been tying us together this whole time..." Brook said wistfully, his empty eye sockets looking soft. "Even without us knowing."
"You don’t have to wear them," you quickly added. "I just… wanted you all to know what you mean to me."
Nami’s bracelet was gold and teal with a tiny bell. Sanji’s was red and black, with a flame-shaped charm. Usopp’s had earthy tones and a little slingshot bead. Robin’s was elegant, deep violet and lace-like. Franky's had tiny gear charms. Brook’s was ivory and had musical notes.
You hesitated before pulling out the one meant for Zoro—green with a single white bead shaped like a sword—and Luffy’s: red, simple, but with a tiny anchor charm that seemed to glow with joy.
Zoro took his with a grunt of approval and a quiet, "Thanks." You swore his ears turned pink.
Sanji nearly cried over his. "You handmade this for me? Angel."
Robin turned the bracelet in her fingers thoughtfully. "You truly see something special in everyone, don’t you?"
You just smiled. “I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t.”
"Wait, wait!" Luffy waved his hands. "So if you get stronger from bonds, what happens if you get, like, super close with someone?"
You blinked, surprised by the question—and the slight glimmer of teasing in his grin.
"Well," you said, "the bond gets stronger, and so does the power. I guess, in theory… the closest bond of all would make me unstoppable."
"Like a best friend?" Usopp grinned.
"...Sure," you said, smiling softly.
The mood on the Sunny shifted, but in the best way. A kind of quiet awe had settled over the table as each member of the crew examined their bracelet like it was a rare treasure.
Robin wore hers immediately, slipping it onto her wrist with a graceful flick. “It’s strange,” she murmured. “I’ve spent a long time surrounded by people who only wanted to use me. And now, someone wants to... tie themselves to me.” She looked up and smiled warmly. “It’s rather beautiful.”
Brook held his up to the sunlight. “Yohohoho! If only I had skin to feel this against. Still, I will treasure it forever, just as I treasure our friendship. Though if you ever want to make me a matching anklet—”
“No,” Zoro muttered flatly.
Nami had looped hers around her wrist, then her ankle, then back to her wrist. “It’s fashionable. Very versatile. And handmade, which gives it value.” She glanced at you with an amused smirk. “Also, you’re incredibly sentimental, aren’t you?”
Sanji sighed like he’d just been proposed to. “You tied a thread to my heart, mon ange…”
Usopp had immediately put his on and now kept glancing down at it like it was going to disappear. “So wait, if I make my bond with you stronger, do you get stronger, or do I get stronger too? ‘Cause I’m just saying, team synergy is really underrated in combat situations—”
“HEY!” Luffy suddenly slammed his hands on the table, bracelet proudly on display. “If getting strong means making super strong bonds, then we gotta do that right now. Everyone! Bonding time!”
Chopper gasped. “Really?!”
Franky slammed his drink down. “Super bonding?! Count me in!”
You blinked. “Wait, what—”
“We should do a group activity,” Luffy declared with the confidence of a king. “Something that makes [Y/N] feel extra connected to us. Like… a trust fall. Or a big team nap.”
“That’s not how it works,” you laughed. “You can’t force connection, it just happens over time.”
“Time? We don’t have time! What if we fight someone really strong next week? You gotta be ready!”
Zoro leaned back in his chair, arms crossed. “You’re gonna give her emotional whiplash.”
But Luffy was already on his feet. “Let’s all tell [Y/N] a secret! That’ll make us close, right?”
“Captain,” Robin said lightly, “you’re rather enthusiastic about this.”
He beamed at you. “You’re part of my crew now. That means we’re all family. And if your powers run on family juice, then we need to juice it up!”
“…I’m gonna pretend that made sense,” you muttered, but your heart felt like it might burst.
Chopper jumped onto the table. “Okay, okay! I’ll go first! I pretend to be tough sometimes, but sometimes I cry when people call me a monster. But you never did, [Y/N]. That’s why I love you.”
Your eyes welled up immediately. “Chopper…”
“MY TURN,” Sanji shouted. “Sometimes I make extra portions ‘by accident’ just to see if you’ll pick mine over the others.”
“Obviously she does,” Zoro muttered. “Your curry’s hotter than a volcano’s butt.”
“I ENJOY COMPLIMENTS.”
Nami tapped her bracelet thoughtfully. “I hoard money because I’m still afraid. I trust you, though. You never once looked at me like I was a thief. Just… a navigator.”
Usopp cleared his throat. “I, uh… I used to make up stories about people like you. People who cared without needing a reason. Now one of them’s real.”
Your hand trembled as you clutched the box of threads to your chest. “You guys…”
Robin gave you a serene look. “You’re weaving more than bracelets, [Y/N]. You’re weaving a place for yourself. And we’re honored to be caught in your thread.”
Then all heads turned to Luffy.
He was sitting quietly now, looking down at his bracelet. And for once, his usual grin was softer. Quieter.
“My secret is…” he looked up, “...I already feel strongest when I know you guys are with me. That’s why I don’t need a power like yours. I already believe in it.”
You didn’t realize you were crying until Chopper started panicking and tossing tissues at your face.
Luffy stood up, walked over, and plopped his hat on your head.
“So, bonding time worked?” he asked, eyes hopeful.
You sniffled, clutching the rim of his hat. “Yeah. Yeah, it really worked.”
--
The sky had begun to blush with streaks of orange and lavender, soft waves lapping gently at the Sunny's hull. The energy from Luffy’s “crew bonding time” had finally died down, with Franky tinkering below deck, Sanji prepping dinner, and Zoro pretending not to nap on the lawn. A peaceful calm had settled over the ship.
You sat on a lounge chair on the deck, a warm cup of tea cradled in your hands. Steam curled upward, swirling through the threads—those glowing, invisible strings that stretched between you and every corner of the Sunny.
Some shimmered like fresh starlight, others pulsed like gentle heartbeats. Each one was different—some chaotic, some serene—but they all led back to you. A net of connection. Of love, loyalty, and laughter. And though no one else could see them, they were as real to you as the sea itself.
You smiled softly.
“May I join you?” came a gentle voice.
You looked up to find Robin approaching, a book tucked under one arm, her bracelet glinting softly in the fading light. Deep violet thread, tiny rose-gold accents, and a small book charm nestled at its center.
“Of course,” you said, shifting to make room.
She sat beside you, graceful as ever, folding one leg over the other and setting her book in her lap. For a moment, she said nothing—just sipped her own tea, gazing out at the horizon.
Then her voice broke the silence, low and thoughtful. “I’ve received many gifts in my life. Few as... sincere as this.”
You glanced at her wrist, where the bracelet sat snugly. “I’m glad you like it.”
“I don’t just like it,” she said. “I feel it. It’s strange. Even without seeing the threads, it feels like something is tied between us. Like it’s always been there, waiting.”
You stared into your cup for a long second, then spoke. “Sometimes… I wonder if people will misunderstand. That they’ll think I’m only getting close to others because it makes me stronger. That I’m just… using them.”
Robin turned toward you, eyes calm but sharp.
“That kind of power can’t be forced. And it certainly can’t be faked.”
You looked up.
“Your ability,” she said gently, “only works because you truly care. That’s what makes it powerful. And dangerous. Because if someone hurt one of us…” Her expression darkened for the briefest second. “I imagine you’d become unstoppable.”
You laughed softly, the sound half-embarrassed, half-relieved. “I guess I’d better stay on your good side.”
Robin smiled, but her gaze lingered on her bracelet. She ran her fingers over the little book charm, and for a brief moment, her lips trembled.
“I’ve spent most of my life being hunted,” she said. “Wanted. Feared. I never imagined someone would look at me and think, She matters enough to tie a thread to. But you did. And it means more than I know how to say.”
You nudged her shoulder gently, trying to keep things light. “Aw, Robin, don’t get all weepy on me now. You’re gonna make me cry, and then Chopper’s gonna panic again.”
She chuckled, brushing beneath one eye. “Too late.”
The sun dipped lower, gold spilling over the deck like spilled treasure. The threads shimmered in your mind’s eye—especially hers, now glowing warmer than ever.
“Thanks for sitting with me,” you murmured.
“Any time,” she said. “After all… we’re tied together now.”
-
Time aboard the Sunny had passed quick, and with each moment, your bonds grew stronger. You grew stronger.
-
Smoke curled through the dense trees of the island, the once-quiet jungle now a torn battlefield. Explosions echoed through the valley, and the Straw Hats were spread out, locked in skirmishes with a group of mercenaries hired to capture Devil Fruit users.
You stood at the center of it all—heart pounding, blood buzzing, a quiet hum in your ears like a rising crescendo.
This fight was different.
Not just because it was brutal—but because something inside you had clicked.
You could see the threads now. Not just shimmering faintly, but glowing. Pulsing. They surrounded you like a constellation, each one tied to someone you loved—and every single one sang with emotion.
Fear. Loyalty. Determination. Trust. Power.
A whip lashed toward you, charged with Haki. You dodged on instinct—not your own, but one you'd learned from watching Sanji every time he danced through the air.
You spun and dropped into a low sweep-kick, following through with an upward strike so fast your knuckles cracked the air—Luffy’s wild, rubbery rhythm channeled through your limbs, even without the stretch.
Your opponent staggered.
Then another merc came at you from behind, swinging a jagged blade—and you turned, blade in hand. Not your usual style. But the grip? The stance?
Zoro.
You moved with clean precision, a flash of green and steel in your mind, parrying the attack with force that sent vibrations up your arm. You didn’t hesitate—you let the bonds guide you.
Zoro’s quiet grit. Sanji’s graceful fire. Luffy’s reckless, joyful strength.
You weren’t mimicking them—you were fighting like someone who knew them inside and out. Someone shaped by them.
Across the battlefield, the others started to notice.
“Whoa—IS THAT [Y/N]?!” Usopp shouted from behind a crumbling stone wall.
“No way…” Chopper gasped, peeking over a boulder. “That move looked just like Sanji’s!”
Sanji froze mid-spin-kick, locking eyes with you across the field. “What the hell—did you just copy my move, sweetheart?!”
You grinned, lips bloody but eyes blazing. “Call it inspiration!”
“Oi!” Zoro barked, slicing through a trio of enemies. “I taught you that stance in a spar ONCE. ONCE!”
You shrugged, twirling the enemy’s weapon and chucking it back at another target with expert aim. “Guess it stuck.”
Robin, from above on a summoned flower-wing platform, watched with quiet awe. “She’s drawing strength from us… not like a parasite, but like a mirror.”
“She’s shining,” Nami whispered.
Luffy was the last to notice, mid-fight and laughing as he socked someone square in the jaw. Then his eyes landed on you—your form alive with golden threads dancing at your back like celestial ribbons.
His grin stretched wide.
“[Y/N]!!!” he called, ducking a punch and flinging an arm toward you. “YOU LOOK SO COOL RIGHT NOW!!!”
You burst out laughing, mid-spin, driving your heel into the ground and launching a mercenary several feet through the air.
One by one, the mercenaries began to retreat. You stood there panting, the threads still glowing—stronger than ever. And through them, you could feel it:
The bond. The trust. The undeniable connection.
Not just power borrowed—but power forged. Through shared meals. Inside jokes. Long nights and sea storms.
This strength wasn’t just yours. It was theirs, too.
As the battlefield quieted and the others regrouped, Luffy jogged up to you, hands on his hips.
“That was awesome,” he said, breathless with excitement. “You fought like all of us at once!”
You wiped blood from your lip and smiled. “Guess you guys are rubbing off on me.”
“Or maybe,” Robin said as she landed beside you, her bracelet faintly glowing, “you’ve finally started to see just how deeply we’re all tied together.”
You looked around at your crew—your family. The threads between you pulsed in soft, steady rhythm.
Yeah. You saw it. And now, they could, too.
-
The stars were beginning to peek through the darkened sky, the moon a silver coin casting gentle light across the deck. The crew was scattered around the Sunny in various states of exhaustion and satisfaction—wounds bandaged, bellies full, spirits high.
You sat at the bow, legs swinging over the edge, a mug of something warm cradled in your hands. The threads in your mind’s eye were quiet now, humming softly. Still glowing. Still strong.
You hadn’t stopped thinking about the battle—how instinctively the power had come, how natural it had felt to move with pieces of your friends inside you. It hadn’t been overwhelming. It had been comforting. Empowering.
You smiled faintly.
“Hey.”
You turned. Luffy stood behind you, hands in his pockets, his bracelet catching the moonlight. There was something different about his expression—still playful, still curious, but... softer. Quieter.
“Can I ask you something?” he said.
“Sure.”
He stepped closer, then sat beside you, stretching his legs out. “Can I… see them?”
You blinked. “See what?”
He turned to you, eyes wide with that impossible brightness. “The threads. The ones that tie us all together.”
Your heart stilled.
No one had ever asked before. Not seriously. Not like this. You’d always assumed it was just your burden—your gift. Your curse. A secret window only you could peer through.
You stared down at your hand, at the glowing lines stretching outward like an unseen web. “I… I don’t know if I can make them visible to others.”
Luffy didn’t push. He just tilted his head. “Wanna try?”
You looked at him for a moment.
Then nodded.
You set your mug down, sat up straight, and closed your eyes.
It started as a pull in your chest—like tugging thread through a needle. Carefully, slowly, you began to unravel that perception, pushing it outward. Extending it beyond yourself. You reached into the core of your fruit’s power, channeling not just energy, but emotion. Every laugh, every fight, every quiet cup of tea and silly card game and comforting shoulder.
You felt your fingers tremble.
Then—
“…Whoa,” Luffy whispered.
You opened your eyes.
The deck glowed.
Not brightly, not like fire or lightning—but soft, gentle light. Golden threads stretched between you and every single one of your crewmates, weaving through the ship like constellations. Some threads pulsed bright and strong—like the one leading from you to Luffy, or to Chopper, or to Robin. Others had more subtle glows, warm and steady.
Each thread was unique—colors, textures, patterns. You could feel their personalities through them.
Zoro’s thread was taut and grounded, like woven steel. Sanji’s danced with warmth, flickering like firelight. Nami’s sparkled with bursts of gold, laced with stormy energy. Robin’s was velvet-smooth, deep violet with intricate knots. Luffy’s—brightest of all—was wild and fluid, chaotic and beautiful. A living firework.
The crew slowly gathered, one by one, drawn by the shift in the air.
“What is this…” Nami whispered, stepping closer to one of the floating threads.
“Are these… ours?” Chopper asked, reaching out with trembling hooves.
“They’re real,” Zoro muttered, watching one pulse with his breath.
You were sweating now, concentrating hard. It took everything to maintain this projection—but you wanted them to see it. You wanted them to know.
“This is what I see,” you said quietly. “Every day. Every bond. Every thread that ties me to you.”
Robin stood beside you, eyes shimmering. “It’s beautiful.”
Usopp sniffled. “Why does mine look like it’s got beads on it?”
“Because I know how much you love flair,” you teased, voice trembling.
Luffy’s eyes hadn’t left the threads. His face was a mix of awe and joy, the kind of pure reaction only he could pull off.
“They’re alive,” he said. “These bonds… they’re really alive.”
You nodded. “They are. You make them real. You all do.”
And then—Luffy grinned.
He stood, arms stretched out wide as if trying to catch the sky.
“I LOVE IT!!!”
The others laughed, their voices light with wonder. Even Zoro cracked a smirk. Sanji tried to light a cigarette with shaking hands and gave up entirely, just staring at the glowing thread between you.
You held the image a few seconds longer—long enough to burn it into their memories—before gently letting it fade, like smoke in the wind.
The deck returned to normal.
But something lingered.
A feeling. A warmth. A knowing.
You leaned back with a breathless smile.
Luffy looked down at you, still grinning. “You’re awesome.”
You met his eyes, soft and shining. “So are you.”
-
The morning sun spilled golden light across the deck, warming the wood and shimmering off the sea. The crew gathered around the table for breakfast—freshly made by Sanji, as always—still glowing in the afterglow of yesterday’s battle and the reveal.
The memory of golden threads dancing in the air hadn’t left them.
Neither had the awe.
“So,” Sanji said casually, setting down a plate of sunny-side-up eggs in front of you with a flourish, “I believe it’s only right to point out that [Y/N] used my fighting style in that battle.”
“Light on your feet. Beautiful form. Graceful kicks that could kill a sea king.” He spun with a wink. “Clearly, the power of our bond is unmatched.”
Zoro made a sound. A sound. Low, dismissive, impatient.
“Your fancy footwork was one thing,” he said through a mouthful of rice. “But the real strength came when she ended that merc with a full-on counterstrike. That was my technique.”
You raised a brow at your plate. Here we go.
Sanji bristled. “Counterstrike? She deflected a two-ton punch with a spinning heel kick. That’s my move.”
“Please,” Zoro scoffed. “She stood her ground and overpowered him. No spinning. Just raw strength. That was me.”
“She even moved like me,” Sanji snapped. “You couldn’t twirl to save your life.”
“Because I don’t need to twirl to win, curly-brow.”
“Want me to twirl you overboard—?!”
Nami sighed. “It’s too early for testosterone.”
Usopp munched toast, watching them with wide eyes. “This is weirdly flattering. They’re fighting over who has a better connection with [Y/N].”
“They’re fighting over whose bond is stronger,” Robin said lightly, sipping tea. “It’s oddly romantic.”
You sat back, sipping your own tea, amused beyond words.
But Sanji wasn’t done.
He turned from Zoro mid-argue, marched over to you, and—
Knelt. On one knee. Took your hand.
You blinked.
You flushed.
Your brain, traitorous and immediate: MARRIAGE?!
“[Y/N],” Sanji said with utmost sincerity, gazing up at you like you’d hung the stars yourself. “Out of all the bonds you hold… which one is the most powerful?”
The entire table went silent.
Zoro choked on his rice.
You stared, your face slowly going crimson. “I—um. That’s… I mean…”
He lifted your hand to his lips.
Your heart actually stopped.
You gave a slow, thoughtful hum, eyes narrowing mischievously. “Hmm… Sanji, Zoro… it’s honestly so close.”
Sanji’s smile widened like he was about to win.
But then—
You grinned.
Eyes gleaming.
You gripped his hand tighter, leaned in just slightly, and said with a soft, velvety voice:
“Of course… I could always strengthen the bond in… other ways.”
Sanji made a sound like someone had just pulled the pin on a very flustered grenade.
Then—
He died.
He dropped like a marionette whose strings had been cut, flat on the deck with swirly eyes and a blissed-out smile.
Usopp dropped his toast. Chopper shrieked. Robin covered her mouth, amused. Luffy burst out laughing so hard he fell backward off the bench.
You threw your head back, laughing with your whole chest. “Oh my god, I didn’t think he’d actually pass out—”
Zoro rolled his eyes but was smirking. “Serves him right.”
As Sanji twitched on the floor, hearts floating from his head like steam, you picked up your tea again and sipped calmly.
“Guess that answers his question.”
-
The waves rocked the Sunny gently, a lullaby of the sea, as the last rays of the sun kissed the horizon in shades of peach and gold. Most of the crew had turned in early, worn out from the chaos of the past few days.
But you stayed on deck, sitting near the figurehead with your knees tucked up to your chest and a blanket around your shoulders. The breeze was cool, but the warmth in your chest kept you from feeling it.
You could see them again—the threads.
Still glowing.
Still alive.
They shimmered faintly in the dusk light, stretched like constellations across the deck and walls and sails. So many beautiful bonds. So many pieces of yourself that had once been broken, now tied to others.
You felt whole.
But one thread… One thread blazed like sunlight.
It wasn’t just bright. It wasn’t just strong. It radiated.
Wild and untamed. Joyful and fierce. The thread tied to Luffy.
You didn’t even have to look to feel him behind you.
“Hey,” he said softly.
You turned. He was barefoot, messy-haired as always, arms behind his head like he had all the time in the world. He plopped down beside you, crisscross applesauce, and stared out at the sea with a relaxed smile.
“I knew you’d be up here,” he added, glancing at you. “You always look at the sky when you’re thinking.”
You smiled back. “I could say the same to you.”
He grinned wider, and for a long moment, you both just sat in comfortable silence.
The wind tugged at your hair. The sea whispered. And the thread between you glowed like firelight in your chest.
“Hey, Luffy,” you said finally. “Do you… remember when you first found me?”
He blinked, then nodded once, slow. “Yeah. You were in that weird old port town. Working for that rich jerk.”
You nodded, eyes distant. “More like owned. I didn’t even realize I was fading until you walked in, like a storm. You didn’t even hesitate. Just looked at me and said, ‘Wanna come with us?’”
Luffy’s smile softened. “Well, yeah. You looked like someone who needed the sky.”
Your throat tightened.
“You saved me, you know,” you whispered. “Not just from that place, but from… me. I used to think my powers only worked if I earned people’s love. Like I had to be useful. Like I had to deserve it.”
Luffy was quiet, watching your face.
“But you…” Your voice wavered. “You just… took me. Like I was already something precious. Like I didn’t have to earn anything.”
He didn’t say anything right away. Then he reached out—softly, gently—and tugged the edge of your blanket until you scooted closer. Your shoulder touched his.
“You are something precious,” he said matter-of-factly. “That’s why you shine so much.”
You felt your chest tighten in the best way. That thread between you burned golden. Stronger than any other. Stronger than steel, stronger than fate.
“I used to think I needed someone to be my light,” you murmured. “But I think… maybe I just needed someone to let me shine.”
You looked at him.
And smiled.
“You’re the sun, Luffy. You just don’t know it.”
He laughed, a little awkward, rubbing the back of his neck. “Nah. You’re the one glowing all the time.”
You reached over and took his hand—warm and calloused and steady. The thread between you flared in your mind like a second heartbeat.
“Yeah,” you said. “But only because I’m standing in your light.”
For once, Luffy didn’t answer with words. He just grinned—really grinned—and leaned his forehead against yours, laughing under his breath like you’d told him a secret that made him happy.
And you laughed too. Because you’d never felt more seen. Or more safe.
Wrapped in his sunlight. Tied to something bigger than fate.

Choke Me!
How they react to being choked or you choking them OPLA Headaconon
This one gets spicey lol so hold on to your panties and briefs
Tumblr media
Luffy
-He kind of gives a nervous laugh and his eyes get all big and his brows practically touch his hairline with how high they're raised.
-You were his rather chaotic s/o and in an attempt to prove you could totally breathe and not pass out if the situation ever occurred where you were being choked out, you asked him to help with the demonstration.
-"C'mon! Luffy please! You won't hurt me watch!" You beg, sliding his hand over your throat.
-It proved obvious that you both had underestimated how...hot it would be. You both just stay there, processing while he gives a test squeeze. Your gasp sounded more like a moan.
"Wow okay um....yeah. thanks. L-Like I was saying I'd totally...uh...forget it" You sputter out, trying to escape the situation as fast as possible.
-Later that day you were sitting out front bored out of your mind when Luffy approached you. You smile, making space for him to sit with you. One small pec turned into 4-5 more intense kisses and before you knew it he had you straddling him. Subconsciously, his had managed to crawl its way back to your throat, just slightly applying pressure to the sides.
"I didn't think I'd like that as much as I did." He admits, making you nod in agreement.
"Do it again."
And boy howdy does he not waste a second to fulfill your wish.
Tumblr media
Zoro
-There was always a bit of a power struggle between you and Zoro. You were both pretty strong but there was always the question of who was stronger than the other.Of course, he insited you to train and in an attempt to show him you will always have the one up on him, you agree.
-It started off fine but then he had managed to rid you of your sword. And he blinked and you had rid him of his. He went to pick them up again but you swiped your foot under his and grabbed him by the throat, slamming him onto he hard wood below.
-He choked from shock for a second and calmed a bit when he realized just how nice your hand felt there. You didn't let up either, waiting for him to admit his defeat before you got to saunter off with your newly proven point. Like hell he’d let you think you were stronger than him. More cunning, sure?
-"Don’t tell me you're that turned on Zoro, can't even admit you've been beaten?" You chuckle, releasing him with a smile.
-He groans out a sharp 'shut up.' And sits up. Even though he'd never admit it....he would mind being under you like that again...
Tumblr media
Sanji
-In the established relationship you and Sanji were already in, you two were freaky on the daily. There was never a dull moment where one of you wasn't groping, kissing, licking or touching the other in a way far from appropriate. On this particular day, Sanji thought it'd be a wonderful idea to see who could resist the other the longest. You were fine for the most part, reminding yourself it was just for the day and that when midnight came you be on him like white on rice.
-SANJI however was falling apart at the seams. And it certainly didn't help that you were teasing him to the brink of insanity all day. You would only slightly graze his lower back when trying to get by. Or call him for help in a tone that was practically dripping with desire.
-Anyway, he had clearly had enough and when he saw you sitting on his coundertop, with a grin on your face that has shown you knew you were up to no good, he just...snapped. You blinked and his hand was already at your throat, the cold metal from his ring pressing into your neck as he kiss becomes feverish. He squeezes a little harder now, spreading your thighs so he can slot himself between them.
“Not a sound y/n. I need you. Now.”
Tumblr media
Usopp
-Sure Usopp had this goofy and somewhat exaggerated aesthetic he portared to everyone else, but you...you knew how nasty he could get. If no one else knew how much of a freak Usopp was, you did. In this current situation, he had you against the storage closet's wall, thrusting upward with quickness as you mewl and moan, practically drooling with the way he fucked into you.
-He's got his lip tucked between those pearly whites, his head falling to rest against the wall space between your neck and shoulder. After one particularly nice thrust, you'd whimpered a bit too loud for his liking...well he loved when you were loud, but he wasn't too keen on getting caught. Before he could stop himself, his hand was already around your neck, a fiery kiss added to shut you up.
-"Keep it down, okay baby? I know I make you feel good but you gotta be quiet." He encourages, your eyes nearly rolling back when you nod.
-The increased pressure only fueled your impending orgasm and soon enough he was chuckling when you dropped your head onto his shoulder. Your hand squeezed his wrist and he only smiled, pressing kisses to your collarbone as he fucks you through it, praises of, 'that's it,' and 'atta girl' rolling off his lips.
-"Whoa sorry, are you okay? Was that too much?" He whispers, releasing his grip on your throat, only for you to return his hand to its rightful place against your esophagus.
-There he was, that cautious goofball you fell for in the first place. He had a way of switching up when it came to being intimate. Still goofy, but far more serious
-"No, it was perfect." You hum, your lips meeting in a kiss.
Tumblr media
Nami
-Your attitude was so shitty today and when you had snapped at your girlfriend, she decided that you needed to remember who exactly the fuck you were talking to.
-It all started when you woke up earlier that morning and you had a crick in your neck. When you went to brush your teeth, all the toothpaste was gone, and you had to use baking soda from the kitchen. Gross.
-Your clothes felt uncomfortable, and when you stumbled into the kitchen for breakfast,t Luffy had already scarfed it down. A half-eaten piece of bacon would have to do.
You had a headache coming on and the boat rocking was beginning to make you seasick. To make matters worse, Usopp insisted on talking your ear off about nonsense and it felt like the whole beginning of your day was wasted.
-So far your day was nothing short of irritating and when Sanji opened his mouh to flirt all that came out as a response was venom rather then your usual taunt back.
-"Whoa, that's off even for you. What's wrong?" Nami questions, just barely grazing your hip.
"Piss off-"
-Before the statement could even finish leaving your lips Nami’s got your wrist in a grip. A look of ‘you fucked up’ was written over Sanji’s face and all you could hear was your heart pounding in your ears.
It less than a minute when she had you by your throat, her lips dangerously close to your ear.
"Fix your attitude. I'm only trying to check on you and you're being a diva. Need it fucked out of you? Use your words and ask for it." She instructs, your head nodding damn near on its own.
Tumblr media
Shanks
-Shanks always has his hand on or near your neck. It's his way of being possessive of you. If his hand isn't on your hi,p then it's on the back of your neck or near it.
One day, however, he decided that during one of your little sessions, he's start by kissing you slow, only to let his hand slide up and caress the curve of your throat. He smiles, moving from your lips to your neck.
"So beautiful. Y'know, my hand makes quite the necklace, don't you think?" He teases, giving your neck a test squeeze.
You cant help but roll your eyes, butterflies vibratingin your stomach and he can see the embarassment crawlup your neck and over your face.
-"Ah don't get all shy on me now, I thought ou liked this?" He teases
Buggy
Tumblr media
-He's not easy to overpower.... well for everyone else, at least. When it came to you, he's like putty in your hands.
_On this particular day, you had a few questions about his devilfruit abilities and one thing led to another annddddd
-"So I could technically just pull it right off?" You ask, thubs sliding down either side of his adam's apple as you look quizzically at his neck
'Yep, that's the jist sweetheart." He grunts, shifting uncomfortably in his seat. Did you seriously have to be so soft when you touched him? Hes been through worse shit you could at least-
-Its when your left hand squeezes that he lets out a strangled groan. Big mistake, because the look in your eyes was far from innocent.
"If I didn't know wny better captain, id say you quite enjoyed that?"
-He's convinced you're sent by the devil to kill him if you keep this up.

—————
LUFFY
Tumblr media
Long before you and Luffy even got together you knew he was solely motivated by his wants, childishly so. He saw a platter of food meant for everyone? He’d eat it all before anyone else got a chance to grab a fork. Someone tried to tell him he was too weak to beat them? Luffy had the first punch thrown before they could blink. If he wanted something he was vocal about it. It was a simplistic way to be and at least you and the crew always knew how to keep your Captain happy. There was never any guessing, even when he was unconscious.
Of course once again he’d pushed his body to the limit to win a fight and now he was dealing with the consequences. Chopper had tended to his wounds and you approached his now sleeping form with a tired but proud smile. You were used to this but still you couldn’t help but worry about the strain his body was being put through time and time again. “You know once he wakes, he’ll be shouting for meat and jumping around like nothing happened.” Nami muttered like a disapproving mother as she left and you let out a small laugh.
Now close enough you lightly pushed the hair from his face, smiling to see that the mention of meat had made him grin in his sleep. Your worries all but left you now to see that. As long as he could smile, you would find the strength to do so too. You pulled your hand back and turned to leave the room, letting your significant -but reckless- other rest. Except you stopped when his hand clasped around your wrist. You turned in shock, he was awake already?
Your eyes widened to see that he was still unconscious. You were about to call for Chopper but all that could escape your lips was a gasp of surprise when you were abruptly pulled down onto the bed. Through muscle memory or pure instinct, Luffy lay with his arms around you the perfect balance of protectiveness and possessiveness in his hold. It was like this every night you both slept in your shared quarters. When his head lay against your chest while mumbling your name in in his sleep you smiled warmly, overcome with a sense of belonging and joy to know that you will always be something Luffy needed.
ZORO
Tumblr media
Zoro was frustrated; his form was too tense, nothing was landing the way he wanted, the way he needed to. If he was to get stronger, to become the best this wasn’t good enough. If he was in an actual fight and not training he’d be losing. Angrily he swore and let his weights fall loudly onto the floor. Storming out of the Crow’s Nest he sought the one thing he desperately needed to make this frustration and tension go away. Listening intently he heard your familiar laugh sound from the kitchen and dining room. Striding in he saw you listening to Usopp telling a story of the crew’s adventures from the early days before you’d joined.
Just seeing you help Usopp cleaning up was enough to help his mood but still it wasn’t enough. He needed more, he craved you. Your warmth, your very essence and it was now he realised why he had felt so off. He hadn’t gotten enough of you today. With the watch rotations from the night before, usual morning chores, and then when Robin and Chopper had called you away to help them with their nonsense it had disrupted your usual time together completely. Now that he knew what his issue was, the solution was so simple. Wasting no more time he walked across the room with you in his sights.
You’d blinked in confusion when Usopp trailed off in the middle of his story and looked behind your shoulder. Slowly you turned and smiled at Zoro, believing he’d only stop his training midway through for food or an equally important emergency. “Hey, is everything okay? Do you need something?”
“Yeah. You.” Zoro stated firmly when he closed the distance. Before you could react, your boyfriend had his hands secured to your waist and pulled you forward so his lips could find yours, coaxing you into an increasingly hungry, intense kiss. Zoro savoured every moment of it, taking in every second and reclaiming the time he’d lost out on just being with you. As dizzying and as powerful the kiss was you could feel the shift in your lover; as subtle as it was you could tell he had been holding onto something that was making him more tense than normal. If this was what fixed it you weren’t complaining. When you finally pulled away to catch your breath, Zoro let out a huff of relief.
Now energised and focussed, Zoro threw you over his shoulder allowing himself a smirk when you yelped at the sudden action. Knowing it was pointless to even pretend like you wanted to struggle out of his hold you enjoyed the luxury of Zoro carrying you out of the kitchen and up to the Crows Nest so he could finish his training. Whether you remained on his shoulder or just sitting to the side and watching it didn’t matter to Zoro. As long as he had you in his vicinity, one of his main motivations for getting stronger that was all that mattered.
SHANKS
Tumblr media
“If you think you’re looking cool and brooding over here, I hate to break it to you Captain you look more like you’re sulking.” Beckman laughed from behind his mug of ale. Shank clicked his tongue in annoyance and took a slow sip of his own drink, watching as you talked and laughed with the new recruits of the crew. You’d all decided to stay the night at one of the islands under your protection. The first time for the new recruits to get to terms with how the Red Haired Pirates did things beyond just sailing the seas. It also gave everyone a chance to unwind and enjoy some shore leave.
It was only natural that the new crew members would gravitate towards you, after all you were the go-between for them. You were the one they asked for help with things to avoid disappointing or angering their intimidating but inspiring Captain. They were still finding their place in the crew with the longer standing members and you’d promised them all it would take time and that they’d all been welcomed onto the crew for a reason. Still they all felt the most comfortable with you so far. Unfortunately your lover and Captain didn’t want to see it that way. He was jealous of them claiming your attention all the time and he missed you even though you hadn’t gone anywhere.
Shanks’ eyes met yours when you looked over to check on him. He tried to keep his expression level but clearly it wasn’t convincing enough because you swiftly but politely excused yourself from the group you were with and stepped up to where your Captain was sitting. Slowly you turned your head towards Beckman and jerked your head. A silent request for him to leave you both alone. As much as he’d love to stay and watch you expertly handle the Pirate Emperor he knew to give you both some sort of privacy and left.
With a tired sigh you slid into Shanks’ lap, throwing your legs over his and tucking your head under his chin. Wordlessly you took his mug of ale from his hand and coaxed his arm around your waist. “This is what you wanted right? Me all to yourself.” You asked with a smile before taking a sip of the ale. You knew Shanks better than most, he wouldn’t offer an explanation for his mood unless you started the conversation. His arm tightened around you and he chuckled softly.
“Can you blame me? Your very presence is utterly intoxicating to me. Why would I want to share my treasure with anyone?” Shanks asked and you rolled your eyes at his words with a small smile. You did want to remind him that he had nothing to be jealous about, everyone knew you were an item but still it was cute to have him still be like this after so many years together. “I mean it you know. I can’t get enough of you, need you more than breathing.”

Beyond the sea
─Luffy x mermaid!reader
─Summary: Venturing outside the established limits made you meet what could be your soulmate, you are completely grateful for having disobeyed your father a little.
─Warnings: inspired by the movie ponyo.
SOOOO, this is a wonderful collab with @alicedash2, who had the idea, if you liked the topic you can check out her post too!! and Here is her Wattpad account in case you want content in portuguese! :p
Tumblr media
Luffy took firm steps across the uneven terrain, a frown lingering on his face as he huffed angrily, Ace and Sabo didn't let him go up to the treehouse, so he decided to go to the beach to see the ships that came and went from Foosha Village port, he swung his arms until he finally reached a small cliff, he went down a clear path where the rocks were more worn until he reached the shore and kicked the water, still a little annoyed with his brothers.
His eyes scanned the sea, seeing how Shanks' ship was near the port, he smiled when thinking about the redhead, he waited impatiently for him to tell him more stories about his adventures, and he would also ask him again to be part of his crew.
"Huh?"
His gaze stopped at something floating near his, childish curiosity urged him to get closer, regardless of whether his clothes got wet, he cringed because of how cold the water was but he continued until the water reached up to his thighs, looking sideways, he found a stick floating next to him, he used it to poke the floating thing until it turned over, it was a fish.
"What a strange fish, it has human face… will it be edible?"
He continued poking until he saw how the fish's eyes opened, while his gaze shone, yours darkened as you noticed how he woke you up from your nap, sipping some salt water, you spit it right in Luffy's face with impeccable aim.
"Hey!"
You laughed internally as you saw his change of mood, using his stick to get away from you, you bit it preventing him from hitting you, he began to shake it up and down, making you dizzy as you were still chewing on the wood, Luffy ended up falling to the ground, the water level already on his chest, you swam in circles around him studying the human while he wiped the water off his face, he laughed as he watched you do some tricks in the water, forgetting his previous anger with his brothers, he spent the afternoon next to you on the shore.
You had ventured out of the depths of the sea, in a moment of confusion on the part of your father, you managed to escape to be able to see what was beyond the depths of the oceans, you had always been warned that you should not go up, but curiosity of a child is much stronger.
You really liked listening to what the human said about everything he did on the surface, and he seemed to be entertained by the way you swam and played with some crustaceans that were nearby, you didn't even realize that night was falling until Luffy sneezed because the cold settled on his body.
Neither of you seemed to want to separate now that you had begun to enjoy each other's company, so the boy quickly went to look for a bucket where he could carry you. You waited patiently on the shore until you saw him appear with a big smile and a green bucket, balancing it in his hands, he filled it with water and you jumped into it, a little uneasy at the reduction in space.
"I'm sure Ace and Sabo will be so jealous that I found you first, I'll rub it in their faces for not letting me go up to the treehouse! Oh, and you have to splash them when you see them, that will be fun."
You listened in silence as he ranted about his family, attentive to every anecdote and fact, you smiled when you saw his house in the distance, the wood on the walls was a little splintered, the interior didn't have the best decoration either and everyone seemed to have already started eating dinner without wait for Luffy.
"Why is everyone eating without me!? I'm going to starve because Ace will eat everything!"
"Stop complaining kiddo, we left a separate plate for you, what do you have there, boy?" Dandan leaned over to see you swimming in circles in the bucket "Did you bring fish for us to cook?"
"No way! She is not food!"
Ace raised his face from the plate on which he had crashed, Sabo sighed, passing a napkin over his brother's stained cheeks, both looked curiously at what Luffy had in his hands and approached.
"What is-?"
When both brought their faces closer to the bucket, a stream of water soaked them completely, Luffy laughed at their surprised expressions while you jumped, hitting his hand in a weird “high five” for the joke. They calmed down a bit after that as hunger won out for now, your mouth watering and delighting at the meat that ─somewhat reluctantly─ Luffy shared with you, although he probably stole some from Sabo to give to you.
You returned to the surface often after that day, your father became suspicious of your disappearances, but your mother was a little more permissive, over time, you developed powers that allowed you to transform, you could become a human or a combination of human and fish, with legs and arms but being parts of an amphibian, your relationship with Luffy became closer to the point that you did nothing if not together, you were rarely separated from the boy unless you were in the depths of the sea.
Your relationship with Ace and Sabo also grew closer, you enjoyed their company, you appreciated the things they taught you, Ace gave you some self-defense lessons while Sabo helped you understand some concepts and provided you with valuable information about the terrestrial world.
Normally you would rather watch them do their fighting tournaments, because you weren't that interested, plus they didn't like it either because you always won, even though you defended yourself by saying that using your mermaid magic wasn't cheating, you didn't care enough and you decided to observe in silence and write down each one's victories.
You competed with Ace on which of the two of you fainted more times a day, the use of your powers drained every ounce of your being, and Ace's narcolepsy was in competition, Sabo kept track of how many times you fell asleep during a day, while the blonde protects his brother's head from being hit, Luffy usually holds your body close to him when you start to rub your eyes drowsily.
Like this time, you were both on the same cliff as the first time you met, Luffy hugged you, your head rested against his shoulder while your eyes struggled not to close, the sunset was very beautiful, although at first you were just here to flee from his brothers for playing a joke on them, the moment seemed to be perfect to watch how the sky was stained with warm tones.
Luffy mumbled your name as he saw you closed your eyes, shaking a little, he said something you weren't aware of, giving a lazy yawn, you rubbed your eyes, opening them to look at him.
"Can you… can you repeat what you said?"
He chuckled as he saw your almost passed out form in his arms, nodding.
"I said I would be the king of the pirates and I asked you if you wanted to be part of my crew, I bet not all pirates have mermaids as companions! Shanks at least doesn't have one on board…"
As if Luffy's excitement had awakened your consciousness a little and gotten rid of the tiredness in your mind, you lifted your head from his shoulder like an owl, gave him your best smile, nodding effusively, you grabbed his hands with a new glow in your eyes, you had always heard the three brothers arguing about pirates, thinking that Luffy would include you in his plans delighted you.
"Of course! I will crush the sea creatures that try to break our ship, I will help you be the pirate king Luffy!"
Luffy laughed vigorously, tightening the grip he still had on your hands, both of you shaking them in some kind of weird greeting, like an agreed promise.
It was something you planned to accomplish, although you didn't expect that time would pass so quickly, with some setbacks and incidents that you preferred not to remember, you looked at the cliff with big eyes until an older version of Luffy snapped his fingers at you to snap you out of your daydream.
"Are you ready to go? Many adventures await us, I'm sure!"
You smiled softly at your companion's enthusiasm, nodding, you climbed onto the small boat with your own suitcase, rolling your eyes at the sight of Luffy's backpack only filled with food, you untied the knot that ran the ship aground in the harbor, raising the sail so that the wind will guide your first destination.

Wound Care

Features: Zoro NSFW, Luffy NSFW/fluff
Warnings: 18+ Minors DNI, vaginal sex, pet names, inexperience, butt slapping, straddling, slight public/voyeurism. I don’t own these characters.
Wound Care-
Zoro and Luffy
It’s post Enies Lobby and Everyone has taken a beating. You are on the going Merry with the Crew helping them get patched up.You were a nurse before joining the crew and with Chopper still recovering his ability to move you are doing the treating on his orders.
First you take Chopper to the infirmary and get him patched up, then send him to evaluate everyone else. While you wait for your next patient you look in the mirror noticing the blood, dirt, sweat, and tears you are covered in. It was a brutal fight for the whole crew and you barely managed to get away. At this point you were hoping you and Chopper had enough supplies and antibiotics from keeping everyone's wounds from getting infected. To help your cause you try to wash up in the bathroom sink off the infirmary. You open a closet and find your old nurse uniform you brought as a joke to play on Sanji.
“Well it’s clean.” You say to yourself with a shrug and decide to change into the garment.
It was the cliche nurses uniform from back in the day, short white dress with a red plus sign on the right breast. There was a little hat, but you weren’t going to wear it. You had gotten stronger since you last wore it, so it was much more form fitting now. It was cutting lower than you remembered as the zipper wouldn't go up higher than half way up your large breasted chest. It was also hitting a lot higher on your legs than you recalled, barely covering your ass. You shrugged and again convinced yourself it was fine.
“At least it’s clean.” You whisper again with a sigh.
First you treated Nami who came down the stairs, saw you and broke down in a fit of laughter.
“Wow, Y/N you look ridiculous. Don’t let Sanji down here, you'd have to resuscitate him!”
“I just wanted a change of clothes and this was all I could find, but thanks for the advice, Nami.” You reply with a sigh.
You dress her wounds. The whole time she was snickering at your outfit and begging you to put on the little hat. You finally broke and did it, figuring your pride could handle it after the work you just put in, in battle. Nami laughed and thanked you. You asked her to go send for Zoro. As she used the stairs to leave the infirmary, she paused at the top of the steps before opening the door to leave.
“Y/N you look hot, you should dress like that more often!” She yelled back with a laugh and a wink as she opened the door and left.
Zoro
Suddenly the door loudly swung open. Down the steps came Zoro. He paused on the second steps when he saw you. Now Zoro didn’t come down laughing, but he did give you his ridiculously cocky smirk. He then refused to make eye contact with you as he entered the room. You thought you caught a glimpse of redness on his cheeks as he walked towards the patient bed. He sat on the edge of the patient bed while you prepped supplies.
While you prepared supplies, Zoro sat quietly looking at his hands. You could’ve sworn you felt eyes on you still, but whenever you looked at him, he was looking down with his arms folded and that slight cocky grin waiting for you to fix him up. You turned around to begin examining Zoro’s words and heard the door swing open. Down the steps came Chopper. Chopper immediately blushed at your outfit.
“Wow Y/N you look so official! I wish I had a doctor's coat, so we could really do this right!” He says with a swoon.
“Well, Chopper, I will see what material I can scrounge up when we get back to Water 7 and try to make you one? How does that sound?” You reply with a soft smile at the reindeer doctor.
“That wouldn’t make me feel like more of a doctor or anything, you jerk.” He responds as his cheeks light up pink and he begins dancing back and forth.
“Well if you two are just going to play dress up, I’ll go look for some celebratory sake.” Zoro griped.
“Hold it right there, Zoro. You need your wounds cleaned, stitched and patched up! Y/N get a set of vitals when you are done fixing him up, then give him a dose of these antibiotics.” Chopper responded.
“Yes, Doctor Chopper. I’ll get right on it.” You said with a smile as you watched the reindeer swoon and run off.
Zoro sat in silence while you prepared some hot water to clean his wounds.
Finally he broke the silence.
“My wounds aren’t even that bad, why do you need to clean and dress them? They will heal on their own, they always do.”
“Zoro, we all received a lot of open wounds in that battle, which means we are all more susceptible to infection. Meaning, we need to clean and dress them as soon as possible. This also means we will have to examine them regularly over the next few days and make sure we continue to keep them clean and dry, so they don’t get infected. I’ll go as fast as I can. However, if you don’t stop whining I’ll have to ask Chopper for a special exception, a shot of antibiotics in your ass...” You reply knowing the swordsman doesn’t love needles.
“Fine”
“Shirt off please Zoro.”
You scooted a stool in front of the swordsman. He winced as he took off his shirt. He had dried blood scattered across his chest. A few stitches had been pulled from when you patched him up after the fight at the Galley-La office. You rested an arm on his and examined his shoulders and neck for more wounds. He just kept staring down, trying a little too hard to resist the urge to stare at your cleavage.
You next examined his back. Mostly bruising, but you noticed a bit of dried blood. You knew his next shower would probably take that off if he didn’t let you get that far, like usual. You then looked at his pants and noted a rip to his upper thigh. You also needed to look closer at a cut at his hip stretching below his waistline.
“Zoro, I’m going to need pants off too. I have to look at these cuts, they look deep. What are they from?”
“Probably a rock from that giant stupid giraffe.” He says with a grunt.
Zoro rolled his eyes and slowly began reaching for the zipper of his pants. He continues to not make eye contact.
You sit back on your stool in front of him and just watch the show.
“You’re just going to watch me?”
“Yep.”
“First you’re all forward and ask me to take off my shirt and pants and now this? I didn’t come here to be a show for you.” Zoro says as he finishes unzipping and pulling off his pants.
You had guessed he would be a brief guy and well… you were right. You tried not to look too obviously, but his hips and abs without his haramaki were driving you wild. You couldn’t help but wonder what lay beneath those briefs. You take a deep breath and begin soaking another cloth in your bowl of hot water.
“You came here because Chopper made you. Now, you and I both know if I take my eyes off you for a second you will walk off and go take a nap. Chopper will then yell at both of us. I don’t like being yelled at by Chopper. Forgive me for choosing the show. Sit your ass down.”
“I don’t need this. Some sake and a nap would fix me up better than you could.” Zoro retorts sitting down tossing his pants next to him.
You scoot your stool closer and grab the warm cloth out of the basin, pushing it against his leg wound. He squirms.
“They let you be a nurse? What kind of bedside manor is this?” He yells continuing to squirm.
“That’s it!” You say loudly as you stand up from your stool. You push the swordsman back flat against the bed and straddle him. His eyes widen and his whole body tenses underneath you. He grunts as he hits the bed.
“Listen here Zoro. I am cleaning, stitching, and dressing your wounds. I’ll do your leg wound last, because apparently, you are going to continue to kick and whine just like last time. This time, we try a new way, my way. I am going to sit on you and get this done, so you can’t go anywhere. Maybe that will help keep you still. Now shut your mouth and let me work.” You sternly respond as you begin cleaning the wound at his right hip.
“You really don’t think I can lift you off me?” Zoro replies sitting up on his elbows to look you in the eye. His cocky smirk returns and one of his eyebrows raises with inquiry.
“Try me.” You say, briefly making eye contact with him and smirking. You then pull a fresh warm cloth out of the basin and push it on one of his reopened finger pistol wounds on his chest.
“Ahh!” He yelped. Leaning back. After wincing he got back up on his elbows.
“I’ll be gentle if you stay quiet and still.”
You begin lightly scrubbing the dried blood off his wounds and chest. You hadn’t noticed the slight bit of rocking you were doing as you leaned forward into him to clean and lean back to reach beside you to soak your cloth.
Zoro got very quiet and stopped looking at you; he just looks down at his chest. You quickly finish wiping his chest, then do a quick rinse of his right arm.
“Perfect, all clean.” You say examining your work for a moment. You start to look around for your needle and thread. You put your arms on his and gently brush your hands down his arms as you look over his shoulders for your supplies. You continue to shift on his lap as you look. His breathing began to change.
You notice you left them on the rolling table holding your supplies. It must have been bumped when you decided sitting on him was the only way you were going to get this done. It was now up towards the end of the bed by Zoro's head.
“Are you done using me as your seat?” He said once again without looking at you.
“No. Not until I’m done stitching you up and dressing your wounds”.
You pushed him back down against the patient bed and leaned across him to reach the needle and thread. Struggling to grab the thread spool from your position you pawed at it. Not noticing your partially exposed breasts bouncing in the swordsman's face.
You finally grab it and sit back on Zoro’s lap smiling at your triumph to get the thread. When you sit back down however something is different. Zoro’s lap is more raised than before.
You stop looking at the needle and thread and instead glance up at the swordsman. He gets back up on his elbows. His jaw is clenched, his head is turned to the wall beside him, his eyes are closed, and a faint blush rests on his cheeks. He grunts.
“If it wasn’t for your rocking and leaning your chest in my face, everything would have been fine! He blurts, He opens his eyes and turns his head to you, putting his hands on your hips and he sits up fully.
You blush realizing what has happened. You look down at your pelvis one over the other and chuckle.
“Well Zoro here I was thinking you didn’t want your wounds treated. Turns out I was just treating the wrong one.” You say to him naughtily as you spread your legs wider over his rising bulge under his briefs.”
His expression softens and he makes one of his classic cocky smirks.
“Are you going to finally prove to me you can be a good nurse after all?” He whispers in your ear, placing a piece of hair behind it. His left arm wraps around your waist pulling you closer. His right pulls your chin up to his face.
He kisses you gently at first, but gets more eager as he feels your arms wrap around his neck and you kiss him back. He begins to push his tongue into your mouth. You allow it to enter and dance with yours. You begin to rifle fingers through his hair. His right hand dropping from your chin to the zipper on your chest.
“Finally time to get rid of this stupid costume.” he whispers.
He slowly starts kissing down your neck as you pull him closer, fingers still wrapped in his hair. His arms are pulling the dress off your shoulders.
“No bra. I thought so.” He says slowly alternating between kissing and biting your shoulder.
He pulls the dress to your abdomen. Making you moan in his ear. He chuckles at this. He drops one hand to your waist and the other begins playing with your breasts. You begin kissing his neck, lifting your hips up to pull the skirt of your dress up. Zoro’s mouth, now moving to suck and bite at your soft buds.
“Zoro” you barely muster out.
The hand that was playing with your breasts now drops to feel between your thighs. His mouth continues to work at your buds and his fingers rub up and down your slick folds. He stops nipping at your buds a moment to look up at him with a soft chuckle and smirk.
“And no underwear. My we are a naughty one aren't we? And dripping for me already?”
He drops both of his arms to your waist and lifts you off him enough, so he can lift his hips and take off his briefs. You smile intoxicated in him and his body. You rifle a hand through his hair. He moves his briefs and his long length emerges. He sits back down on the bed and sets you down on his lap. His long length hits your bell as he does.
“Well princess, we probably don’t have much time before Chopper comes back. How about we make this quick and revisit the rest later? He asks, starting to use 2 of his large fingers to circle your clit. He brings his lips back to smash against yours. His other hand moves his bulging length to start rubbing against your entrance.
“Zoro. Need you.” You say pulling your lips away from him to catch your breath.
He begins taking small nibbles down your neck to your breasts. You moan in his ear. He pulls off your breast and looks at you with a soft smile.
“As you wish, Princess.” He says slamming into you with no warning.
You jump and moan. It was startling and a bit painful, but he felt so good. He then starts slowly bouncing you on his cock, continuing to use one hand to circle your clit. As you smash your lips back into him. One of your hands feeling up his chest, the other thumbing the nape of his neck.
You begin to bounce on his cock as he starts to moan into your neck. Tits bouncing to tap his chin.
“Zoro.” You moan.
You push him back flat against the bed alternating between moving your hips in circles with his length inside you and bouncing up and down as you use his chest to support you. His cocky smirk returns as he watches you working to please yourself on his length. You lean over him and put your arms beside his. He wraps his arms around your hips and begins moving you at a pace of his choice. Your eyes begin to close as you start to feel the ecstasy building in your belly.
“Zoro.” You moan again.
“Not yet, princess.”
He pushes you back flat against the bed with ease, never leaving you as he does. He places one hand above your head and one on your breast. He kisses you and begins pounding you harder and faster. Your eyes start to cross. His length bottoms out in you. He was slamming you into this bed and not being quiet about it either. His hands moved to your hips to allow him more to grab. He moves his thumb down to place pressure on your clit rubbing with it while he pulls your hips closer into him. You can’t see straight.
“Zo…”
“Almost.” He says partially lifting your body off the bed.
You squirt all over his cock and feel it rush down your thighs. He finishes a few last thrusts through your ecstasy. Then, you feel his member quiver inside you and once again feel yourself dripping. He lies down on top of you for a moment before rolling over and pulling you across his chest.
“Y/N. you good?”
You swallow hard and move your hair out of your face. Still not sure if you can speak.
“Yeah.” You say with a silent laugh as you try to catch your breath.
“I think doing that again will help my recovery. Doctors orders.” He says with a smirk as you lay on his chest.
He tucks a piece of hair behind your ear and looks down at you. You look at him, but close your eyes and nestle your head further into his chest in exhaustion.
“BID and PRN for the foreseeable future.” You reply.
Suddenly you hear the door start to open and a voice yell.
“Y/N, Zoro you okay down there? We heard a loud crash and were worried! Zoro wasn’t letting you dress his wounds again, was he?” Chopper yells from the top of the steps.
In all your fun you hadn’t noticed the rolling tables of your medical supplies had toppled over. Fortunately, Chopper hadn’t walked down the steps far enough to see the state you and Zoro were in. Zoro, naked flat on his back on the patient bed. You straddling his leg, laying naked on top of him. Both of your legs, soaked with juices from your activities. Your clothes all over the floor and medical supplies on the ground beside you. You quickly sat up, placing your hands on Zoro’s chest. You swallow hard. Zoro places his hands on your hips trying not to laugh. He takes in the view of your bare breasts once again.
“Everything’s fine. Y/N just needs to work on her bedside manner.” Zoro yells with a laugh.
You look down at the swordsman with wide eyes. He reaches back and squeezes your ass. You try not to moan as your sensitive spot rubs against his leg.
“Thanks Doctor Chopper. Patient is almost done down here. Ready the next one!”
Chopper turns around and shuts the door.
You quickly hop off Zoro and off the patient bed. You pull your dress down and zip up the top. Zoro sits up and moves to the side of the bed. He grabs your waist, reaching past you to the counter for a towel. He begins cleaning between your legs. You take a deep breath as he does. He then lets go and begins cleaning himself. You pull your hair out of your dress and brush through it with your fingers. You turn around to look at him as he pulls back on his briefs. You put your arms on Zoro’s chest.
“My bedside manner?”
“ Yeah. it got better but still needs some work.” He says, wrapping his arms around your waist and pulling you in for a kiss.
“I still have to stitch those up, you know?” You say pointing at his wounds.
“Not this again.” Zoro groans.
Luffy
Luffy skipped his way down the stairs, barely noticing you as he jumped on the patient bed. You are working at the counter back turned to him as you prepare supplies for patching his wounds.
“Hey Y/N. How’s it going down here? Chopper says it’s my turn. Got any snacks while I wait?”
“Hey Luffy, sorry no food here. Let me just finish prepping my wound cleaning supplies.” You reply over your shoulder.
“But Y/N. I’m hungry and that’s going to help me to heal more than cleaning my wounds anyway!”
You turn around setting the bowl on the rolling table next to Luffy. Then reach for a stool and roll it in front of him. He looks at you with a disappointed expression as you smile at him. He then looks you up and down.
“Y/N what are you wearing? Cool costume! Do I get one?”
“Sorry Luffy, you actually have to take your shirt off. I need to look at your wounds, especially that shoulder.”
“Then do I get a snack?”
“Sorry Luffy, we will have to wait on Sanji for that. You’ll also have to let me get this done first.”
“Fine.” He sighs and takes off his shirt. “You better get Sanji to make me something really good though.” He crosses his arms in front of his chest.
“Alright Luffy first just have to clean these, so we can get a good look.” You say as you place the warm damp cloth against his shoulder. Your other arm resting on his crossed ones.
“OW OW OW!” he yells, moving your hands away to reach for his shoulder.
“Sorry, Luffy!” You say gently resting your hands on your lap in front of you. You look at him and shake your head.
“That hurt more than when I got it!”
“Luffy, we have to get these clean or they could get infected!” You say as your reach for his hand that is clenching his wound, you bring it to his lap. “I’m not trying to hurt you! You add as you give his hand a squeeze.
You resoak your cloth in the basin beside you. You then place a hand on his arm near his wound.
“Are you ready? Can I go again?” You ask as you get ready to clean the wound with your cloth.
“Yes.” he says, gripping his knees with both hands.
You gently dab the front edge of his shoulder wound with the warmed cloth.
“Damn it Y/N! That stings.” He says squirming.
“Luffy you and Zoro are the only people I know who can take it in a fight, but when it comes to getting your wounds dressed and cleaned you act like babies. This is your last chance! Stay still!”
“Fine.”
You soak the cloth a third time and before you can even get the cloth to Luffy’s arm he moves.
“Luffy! That’s it!”
You hop on the table and straddle your captain.
“If you can’t stay still I will have to make you.”
“What are you doing Y/N?”
You drop the cloth in the water and grab his arms by the wrists slowly bringing them around your waist.
“Wrap your arms around me and squeeze when it stings, okay? I can take it.” You smile at him.
You start to clean his shoulder wound and the squeezing trick seems to help. There however were a few things you didn’t account for. The first being Luffy screaming in your ear. The second being how much you liked having your captain’s arms wrapped around you. He was warm and tender with his touch, yes he was using them to cover pain, but there was something soft about them.
You finished cleaning his shoulder wound. Regretting starting with his worst wound as you liked being held by him.
“Alright, Luffy. These next ones shouldn’t be as bad. I’m going to move on to your chest and your finger pistol wounds.”
Luffy lightly keeps his arms wrapped around you looking down at his chest watching you work. You soak your cloth and begin cleaning, rinsing and soaking your cloth repeatedly as you go, not noticing the rocking motion you were doing on Luffy’s lap as you went.
You finished wiping up the last bit of dried blood and turn to drop your cloth in the bowl next to you.
“All done with that part!”
“Oh do you want me to let go of you now?” Luffy questions with a slight hint of sadness in his voice.
“You can if you wan’t, but you don't have to. I still have to do your stitches, so I figure I’ll stay here to help you stay still. That typically is a bit worse than the cleaning, so squeeze if you need.” You say with a nod. You begin looking over his shoulders for your needle and thread. You move your arms to rest on top of his. Moving him as you look. You also begin to stroke up and down his arms as you look around him for your supplies.
“Okay.” Luffy says with a giggle as he watches you look around.
“Now where did I put that needle and thread?” You ask yourself as you move your arms to his chest.
“Uh. Y/N. I think you left them on the table behind me.”
“Thank you! You push him down by the chest, so he is laying flat on the bed. You lean over him to reach for your supplies. It takes a moment as the thread spool is just out of reach. You don’t notice your half exposed breasts dancing in Luffy’s face as you do this. Finally you grab the spool and sit back on his lap.
Only this time something is different. You are slightly raised.
Luffy sits on his elbows and looks at you.
“Huh. What’s going on?” He questions.
It dawns on you that you were just rocking on his lap and had accidentally stuck your breasts in his face. You blush and grab Luffy’s arms to gently slide off his lap. You embarrassingly turn away from Luffy and wrap your arms around your chest.
“Y/N wait.” He reaches an arm around your waist.
“I’m sorry Luffy, it was my fault. I didn’t mean to make you feel uncomfortable.” You reply as you squeeze yourself harder, stepping out of his reach.
“Uncomfortable? Y/N? I liked you on top of me. That’s why… I think it happened.” He says putting his arm behind his head and smirking looking at you.
You look over your shoulder at him.
“But Luffy, I…”
“I heard Sanji and Usop talk about it once. I was just slow because I've never been in that situation.” Luffy adds as he rubs the back of his head with a grin.
“Oh. Well I.” You turn to face him, still hugging yourself. You were wishing your arms were his, but you knew your captain really didn’t seem interested in girls or anything other than meat and being king of the pirates. You didn’t have a lot of experience in this area anyway, and assumed he didn’t either. You always thought of your captain differently from the rest of the crew. You liked being with him more than the others. You liked the feel of his touch. You thought if he did ever show an interest in a girl, you hoped it would be you.
“Did you not like it?”
“No. Luffy. I…”
He stretched his arms and wrapped them around your waist, pulling you closer to him. You place your arms on his. He’s looking at you smiling, but you can’t look him in the eye.
“Y/N. Can I kiss you?”
You look up at him shocked. You just nod.
He pulls you closer into his chest. He puts a hand under your chin pulling your lips right in front of yours. You close your eyes waiting for him to kiss you, but he stops himself.
“Wait, are you saying yes because I’m your captain or because you want to? I only want to if you want to?” He asks with a confused expression on his face letting one arm go behind his head and the other rest on your lower back.
You look at him and wrap your arms around his neck letting your lips tell him your answer. He pulls you in close.
“Y/N. I think that’s just what my wounds needed to heal!”
You chuckle resting your forehead against his.
“Let's go eat, then maybe do more of this later?”
“Fine, but I have to stitch you up first!”
“Ah Y/N! Can’t we be done?!”

Zoro offers to kill Judge
When Sanji returns from Whole Cake and his wedding and Luffy and Nami will only tell him the barest details because it's Sanji's business to tell and he isn't saying anything. Zoro says he can go and kill Judge right now and still be back in time to fight Kaido. His captain tells him No. Sanji wanted them alive. Zoro respects that, but he still offers again when Sanji finally tells him why he had to ask Zoro to kill him. Sanji manages to fake a laugh through his tears as he tells Zoro No, that's not necessary.
It's not the last time Zoro offers. When Sanji starts staring out into the distance, towards where he knows the North Blue must be, with this desolate look on his face. When he buys Zoro a good bottle of sake. When his hands start to tremble with contained strength. When he gets up before dawn to prepare breakfast for everyone. There's no rhyme or reason to when or why Zoro offers. As a reassurance, as a thanks, as a promise. Sanji knows he means it, every time, and he denies him every time. He'll never admit how much he appreciates the offer. How much he wants to accept, but he just can't. It becomes a part of their courtship, just as much as their daily sparing. They'll fight over anything and everything, they'll make up again over shared food and clean dishes and naps on the deck, and Zoro will kill Judge for Sanji. Keep his beloved hands clean of his creator's blood. He offers once, in between the proposal and Luffy declaring them husbands, says It can be a wedding present, and is only joking about it being a gift for their wedding. Sanji still laughs when he says No. Sometimes they'll go so long that Sanji starts to wonder if Zoro's changed his mind, that maybe he won't kill Judge for him after all. And then one morning, out of nowhere, Zoro will catch his hand as he he's in the middle of something else, and tell him I'll do it for you, just say the word. And Sanji will tell him Not today. Sometimes he wonders if the only reason he keeps denying Zoro this one thing, it's really because hearing the offer sounds like a reassurance of the other man's love for him. And then Sanji tells Zoro about their child. And Zoro has plenty of his own concerns. Children are so fragile, both their bodies and their spirits so easily broken. But it's different for Sanji. This constant battle between joy to have this little thing growing in him, and the terror that maybe the things he's managed to fight away will be passed on to this innocent party. Zoro offers again. He'd be back home long before the child arrives. Sanji cries and tells him It wouldn't change anything now. It's the first time his answer hasn't been a no. But it's not a yes either, so Zoro waits. Maybe the day Sanji agrees will never come, but Zoro will wait for the rest of his life if the reassurance is the one thing Sanji needs. And their baby comes and Sanji laughs at how terrified Zoro is to hold them for the first time, and they look just like Zoro, and Ussop jokes that Sanji's genes didn't even put up a fight and Sanji just looks so so relieved. Their child is no stronger or more durable than any other child in the world, they cry when they're upset and laugh when they're happy and Sanji couldn't be more relieved. And Zoro knows. He knows what the answer will be the next time he asks. He knows that no child will ever go through the torment that Sanji did. He knows that Judge will never hurt another person. But he doesn't ask. Because he needs Sanji to be absolutely sure of his decision, so he doesn't ask. And still one morning, as Sanji's waking up and Zoro's going to bed, and Sanji is holding their child his his arms, with all the wonder that something so precious could be theirs, and he looks up at Zoro with a lifetime's worth of love, and tells him Yes. And Zoro says Consider it done.
He goes alone. He knows the rest of the crew would join him, destroy all of Germa 66, send it to the depths of the ocean for the sake of their kindhearted cook. But this is only Zoro's promise to keep, so he goes alone. He finds Germa without any trouble. He's always trusted to seas to bring him exactly where he needs to go, and this time is no different. It's big and cold and ugly and contradictory to everything Sanji is. Just having heard about it, Zoro had wondered how his Cook could have come from a place like this. Seeing it for himself makes him wonder even more. It's easy enough to find the palace, even easier to find the throne room. Judge recognizes him immediately. Pirate Hunter. Greatest Swordsman. First Mate to the King of the Pirates. Husband to the failed prince of Germa. It's pathetic, the way Judge begs for his life, promises Zoro anything he could want. There's only one thing he's capable of granting, and Zoro doesn't hesitate to demand it. Reiju named as his successor. He knows it's what Sanji would want. The only way to guarantee Germa's sins won't be repeated, aside from destroying it outright. There are plenty of other things Zoro wants from Judge. But none he's truly able to give. He wants Sanji's peace of mind, for himself and for their child. He wants Sanji to never wake up and fear he's back in that cell again. He wants to take all of Sanji's pain and bear it himself, but this is the best he can do. It's almost not even worth the effort it takes to kill Judge, and he almost feels bad for putting this coward's blood on his swords, except they're begging for it almost as much as Zoro is. He passes Reiju herself as he's leaving the throne room. She takes in the scene with no emotion showing on her face. Zoro isn't sure if her lack of reaction is from the modification Sanji had told him about or if this would be her response anyway. Zoro stops just past her, but doesn't turn back to look at her. Tells her Sanji has a child. Named Sora. They're safe and loved and cared for by the family he's created for himself. He thinks he hears some emotion in her voice as she tells him Good. I'm glad. Zoro doesn't stay to hear anything more. He wants to find the room Sanji was held prisoner in, destroy it, bring this whole place to the ground. But he'd only promised Sanji this one thing. He returns to the Sunny as easily as he had left. He hadn't been gone long. Everything's exactly as he left it. Sanji and Sora are still waiting for him. Sanji falls into his arms, finally free of this weight he's been carrying his entire life, looks up at Zoro with a tear filled smile and tells him Thank you.

Note
Mind if I ask for a yandere romantic concept of Luffy from one piece, please??? He needs more love and I'm desperate XD 🦢
I am HOPING I did this man justice. Hope you enjoy it either way though.
Extra Concept About Rivals Here
Yandere! Monkey D. Luffy Concept
Pairing: Romantic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Overprotective behavior, Stalking, Clingy behavior, Jealousy, Manipulation, Violence, Attempted murder, Blood, Delusional behavior, Dubious/Forced relationship
Tumblr media
I feel Luffy struggles to entirely understand romantic love.
He cares for his crew and loves them like they're found family.
Yet with you, the feeling seems... stronger?
He doesn't entirely get it, Even when Sanji attempts to explain it.
Although, knowing the cook, he probably explained it like some romance tale.
Which just left Luffy a bit confused.
Let's discuss yandere type.
I can definitely say Luffy is a protective yandere.
He's caring and can read you well.
Naturally, like with most of his crew, Luffy would move heaven and Earth to protect you and see you smile.
He just enjoys seeing you smile.
I'm pretty sure he'd do anything to see you happy.
Luffy seems like a simple character.
He doesn't think things through, he's reckless, oblivious at times, carefree...
But he cares a lot about those he views as family.
Simple minded maybe, yet he's a loyal and compassionate leader.
Luffy's obsession would manifest in a simple way at first.
He doesn't think much of it.
He's excited to be around you, always wants to spend time with you, he's protective of you when you explore new islands...
He's oblivious and doesn't see anything wrong or special about this.
In fact, his crew may notice his behavior before him.
To anyone else, it looks like Luffy has a crush whenever he stares at you longingly.
He's usually always smiles and laughs, yet with you he seems extra excited.
Others may also notice Luffy being more... clingy.
He's extra affectionate with you.
There's many times Luffy will pull you into hugs and neglect his other crewmates.
It's like whenever you're around, he latches on to you.
He doesn't see anything different or wrong with it too.
Even with jealousy... He understands he gets upset when he sees others so close to you.
But he doesn't entirely understand why other than thinking you could be hurt?
Or maybe he knows he wants your attention, but isn't sure why.
He's quite the clueless and oblivious yandere at times.
He might have a better idea of it later after the timeskip.
But until then he just thinks you two are really close friends or something.
It's not like he's ever had a proper example, y'know?
He's seen flirting, kissing, attractive people...
Yet he just doesn't get it.
I feel this man is not only clueless when it comes to romantic feelings and dating... but also anything past that.
He just knows he likes being around you, he likes holding you, he likes it when you smile...
He hates sharing... He gets anxious when away from you... He feels he has to follow you around...
Recently he's been staring at your lips lately, which is a bit weird...
I feel someone would have to explain to him what he's feeling.
Hell, even if you were flirting with him or was just being affectionate, he's confused.
Although he often finds himself thinking back on it later.
Once it's explained to him, he has a better idea on what he's feeling...
Then his obsession goes into overdrive.
He's now curious on how to properly explore such feelings towards you.
He may even ask you about it.
He isn't sure what couples do, so maybe without your knowledge, he'd just treat you like you're already together.
As he's properly understanding his feelings, Luffy does not let you go.
He's clingy and craves attention from his obsession.
His hugs are suffocating due to his anatomy.
That and ever since he learned what his feelings could mean... He gets into fights with his crew and others more often.
It usually happens when you're talking to people and there's some playful language.
It might not even be flirting.
Only for Luffy to appear out of nowhere with a glare.
He becomes like an irritated guard dog at times.
I'm pretty sure Luffy would kill a man if left unsupervised.
He's easily jealous and also can easily be set off.
When it comes to protecting those he loves, Luffy would do anything.
He doesn't care much about blood on his hands.
What he cares about is you being safe.
Or to be more specific... safe, happy, and by his side.
As stated in a previous concept, you should probably start prying him off people when he's set off.
If you'd like them to live.
You'd have no idea about you two "dating", but Luffy's convinced dating is just what you two have been doing this whole time.
Although, you get hints when he asks about what partners and couples do.
When you answer, his response is simple and oddly innocent.
"Can we do that?"
Even if you try to let him off easy, he doesn't believe you.
He's admittedly a bit cute with how affectionate and clueless he is.
But he's just so dangerous.
You don't expect him to hurt you, yet those who aren't you are an entirely different story.
Luffy would never let you leave the crew.
Even when the timeskip happens, He will latch onto you.
He's pleading and refuses to let go.
Good luck prying a rubber man off you.
He's just going to coil tighter until you give up.
Luffy probably kidnaps but doesn't consider what he did to be that.
Manipulating you onto the boat with guilt trips and force isn't kidnapping in his eyes.
Again, he's oblivious and clueless.
Beating someone to a bloody pulp isn't attempted murder to him.
He's just protecting you and showing that you're partners!
Partners must be loyal to one another!
That's what he's heard, at least...
God FORBID another crew or island takes you as a hostage.
Luffy would demolish them to take you back.
He can have bloodlust when he's pushed.
Overall, I always saw Luffy as a rather clueless and oblivious yandere.
He's affectionate, clingy, some may call him cute and loyal...
Yet even when clueless half the time and not intentionally malicious or possessive, he is a dangerous man on the seas and land when it comes to you.

The battlefield smells like blood and burning.
You stumble through the wreckage, heart pounding so loud it drowns everything out. You can’t breathe. You can’t think. You saw Ace falling, the hole in his chest, the way Luffy screamed like his soul got torn away.
You try to grab Luffy’s arm, but he’s already out cold. Broken.
“Lu! Luffy, come on, stay with me!” you cry, shaking him. His body is limp. His skin is hot, burning with fever and blood.
You fall to your knees beside him, useless, shaking, trying to wake your baby brother who doesn’t even hear you anymore.
Then, a voice, sharp, calm, cutting through the chaos “I’ll take him.”
You look up, eyes wide and wild. A man with dark hair and tattoos crouches beside Luffy. His gaze flicks to you quick, judging, but not unkind.
“You coming too?” he asks simply.
You don’t even think. You tighten your grip on Luffy and nod, tears blinding you.
“Please… Please don’t let him die” you whisper, voice cracking.
He nods once “Trafalgar Law. Captain. Now move.”
His crew surrounds you. You cling to Luffy as the door of the submarine slams shut, cutting off the nightmare behind you.
Amazon Lily is too bright. Too loud. Even the clean air hurts.
You sit beside Luffy’s bed, knees pulled to your chest, staring blankly at the wall. You barely notice the Heart Pirates moving around, whispering and working.
Days pass. Maybe weeks.
Sometimes you touch Luffy’s hand, just to make sure he’s alive.
Sometimes you dream of Ace’s last smile, and wake up gasping, your throat raw from silent screams.
One night, you sit in the hallway outside the infirmary, shivering even though the air is warm.
Footsteps approach. Then Law’s voice, low and firm “You can’t stay like this.”
You don’t answer. You keep your eyes on your hands, wishing you were stronger. Faster. Smarter.
He crouches beside you. His presence is steady, not pushing you but not leaving either.
“You fought to get him here,” Law says “You’re not useless.”
You laugh, but it’s a broken sound “Feels like I am.”
He sits down beside you, arms resting on his knees. His voice drops even softer.
“When he’s ready, Straw Hat’s going to train. Two years. Away from everyone.”
Your stomach twists painfully “I can’t leave him.”
“You don’t have to,” Law says. His eyes are sharp, cutting right through you “You’ll train too. Learn medicine. Herbs. Whatever you already know, I’ll teach you more.”
You finally lift your head to look at him. His expression is calm, but his eyes are serious.
“You mean it?” you ask, voice small.
“I don’t offer things I don’t mean” Law says. There’s the ghost of a smile at the corner of his mouth “You’re stubborn. You’ll fit right in.”
Later that night, you sit quietly beside Luffy’s bed. He’s awake now, barely, his body weak but his spirit burning stubborn as ever.
Law is sitting a little distance away, pretending not to listen but not going far either.
Luffy’s voice is hoarse when he speaks “You’re gonna train too, right?”
You blink “Luffy, I—”
He grabs your hand weakly, squeezing with what little strength he has. His eyes are serious, more serious than you’ve ever seen them.
“I’m gonna get stronger” he says, voice trembling a little “Strong enough to protect everyone. I’m gonna find my crew again. I’m gonna be Pirate King.”
Your throat tightens.
“But I need you too,” Luffy says. His hand squeezes yours tighter “You gotta get stronger too. So you can protect yourself. So you can sail with me.”
You feel tears welling up again, but you bite them back.
“I will,” you whisper “I’ll train. I’ll learn. I’ll get strong enough… strong enough to protect myself. Strong enough to protect you too, Luffy”
Luffy smiles, even though it hurts “I’ll be waitin’ for you.”
You lean your forehead against his hand, your heart aching with love and hope and fear all at once.
“I promise,” you whisper “I’ll come back stronger.”
A few feet away, Law watches silently. He doesn’t say anything. But for the first time in a long while, you feel something steady beneath your feet, like maybe, somehow, you’ll be okay.
The Heart Pirates welcome you in without questions.
Bepo brings you tea. Shachi and Penguin joke around loudly to make you smile. Even Jean Bart nods at you sometimes when you pass him in the hall.
You try to smile back. You try to act normal. You try so, so hard.
In the daytime, you throw yourself into studying. Law gives you heavy books, scrolls, and old medical charts. He shows you how to grind herbs, how to recognize poisons, how to stitch a wound without shaking.
“Again,” he says calmly when your fingers fumble “Until it’s second nature.”
You nod. You always nod. You’re determined.
You even start making your own little mixes, salves for bruises, sleeping powders (not that you dare take them yourself), small bombs made from herbs and oils.
“You’re like a damn witch” Penguin laughs one afternoon, watching you stir a smoking green liquid in a jar.
You snort “Better than being useless.”
Law watches from the corner of the room, arms crossed, saying nothing.
At night, though, everything falls apart.
You can’t sleep. Every time you close your eyes, you see Ace falling. You hear Luffy screaming. You feel the helplessness crushing your chest until you can’t even breathe.
You jerk awake gasping, heart slamming against your ribs, your clothes sticking to you with cold sweat.
You curl up on your bunk, pressing your fists over your face, trying not to cry out.
You think no one notices.
You’re wrong.
One night, after another nightmare rips you out of sleep, you stumble out of your room, trying to catch your breath. You sit on the cold metal floor of the hallway, pressing your back against the wall.
“Nightmare?”
The voice makes you jump.
You look up. Law stands a few feet away, arms folded, leaning against the wall. His face is calm as always, but his eyes… his eyes are softer. Sadder.
You wipe your face quickly “I’m fine.”
He doesn’t move. Just looks at you for a long moment.
“You’re a terrible liar” he says finally.
You let out a shaky laugh “Thanks.”
Silence stretches between you.
“You’re not weak for hurting” Law says after a while, voice low “Pain doesn’t disappear just because you pretend it’s gone.”
You swallow hard. Something cracks in your chest.
“I lost him,” you whisper “I couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t save him. I just watched, just like with Sabo.”
Law’s jaw tightens slightly. He walks closer, slow, like he’s giving you time to push him away if you want.
“You did everything you could” he says “Sometimes that’s just not enough but doesn't mean you did something wrong.”
You blink up at him, surprised by the rough edge in his voice.
“You talk like you’ve lost someone too” you say, almost without thinking.
His mouth tightens into a thin line. For a second, he doesn’t answer.
Then he says quietly, “Yeah.”
Another silence, heavier this time.
You hug your knees to your chest “It hurts. It hurts so much.”
Law kneels down in front of you. Close, but not touching.
“I know” he says simply.
And somehow, that’s the first thing that makes you feel less alone.
From that night on, things change.
Law still trains you hard. Still corrects your mistakes with sharp words and steady hands. But sometimes, when he catches you zoning out, lost in memories, he’ll tap the table sharply to pull you back. Sometimes, when the nightmares get really bad, you’ll find a cup of calming tea left outside your door. No note. No explanation.
You never say thank you and he never asks for it, but you both know.
Slowly, painfully, you start stitching yourself back together.
One day, you swear, you’ll be strong enough to protect what you love. And this time you won’t lose.
Days turn into weeks.
You spend most of your time training, reading, studying, practicing stitches, memorizing herbs. You work until your hands cramp and your head pounds.
One afternoon, you sit on the deck of the Polar Tang, grinding dried leaves into powder. Your hair is a mess, your fingers stained green, but you don’t care. You’re focused.
Law watches you for a while from the stairs, arms crossed.
“You’re learning fast” he says finally.
You look up, smiling a little “Thanks.”
“But,” he says, walking closer, “the Straw Hats already have a doctor. From what I know, he is… good.”
You blink. The words sting a little more than you want to admit.
“I’m not trying to replace him” you mumble.
“I know.” Law sits down across from you, setting his sword beside him “That’s why I’m telling you this now that you know enough.”
He taps a finger against the deck, thinking.
“You’re good with herbs. With potions. You’re creative,” he says. His eyes narrow a little, studying you like he’s fitting a puzzle together “What if we move on now and you focus on something that makes you stronger in battle?”
You frown, confused “Like what?”
Law leans back against the wall, looking almost lazy but you can tell he’s serious.
“Potions. Weapons. Transfiguration, even” he says calmly “You could craft poisons. Healing salves. Smokescreens. Maybe even weapons that change shape. Things nobody expects.”
You stare at him, heart thudding faster.
“You mean… like a battle witch?” you say half-joking.
Law smirks, just a little “If that’s what you want to call it.”
You stare down at your hands. It feels scary. Different. But also… right.
Something you can be. Not just following in Luffy’s shadows. Your own strength.
“I want to try” you say, voice steady.
Law nods once “Good. Then we start tomorrow.”
You blink “That fast?”
“Battlefields don’t wait,” Law says, standing up “Neither should you.”
He pauses for a second. His voice drops softer “You have potential. Don’t waste it.”
Before you can even answer, he’s already walking away, coat swishing behind him.
You sit there, stunned. Excited. Terrified.
And for the first time since Marineford, you feel something else, too... hope.
And then training starts again, and as hard as always.
Law doesn’t go easy on you just because you’re still healing. If anything, he pushes you harder, drilling you on herbs that can paralyze, potions that heal faster, even how to throw small smoke bombs to cover retreats.
“You can’t just make things,” he says one day, hands folded behind his back “You have to use them. In real time. No hesitation.”
You nod, teeth gritted.
The first mission comes faster than you expect.
A small island. A skirmish. A cargo pickup gone wrong.
You cling to the sides of the Polar Tang as it surfaces just offshore. Your stomach twists with nerves, but you press a hand to the little pouch of potions at your belt.
“You ready, Witch?” Penguin teases, grinning.
Law calls you that sometimes too now “Witch”.
At first it annoyed you.
Now… when Law says it, it almost sounds fond.
You push the thought away “Let’s go” you say, voice steady.
In the fight, everything you practiced crashes into reality.
You duck under a sword swing, whip a vial of sleeping powder at the enemy’s face. It explodes in a soft green puff, the man drops like a rock.
You barely have time to breathe before another rushes you.
Your heart races. You fumble for another potion, a heavier one before a blur of blue and steel slices the air.
Law steps between you and the attacker, katana flashing. In one smooth motion, he drops the enemy without even blinking.
“You’re still slow,” he says coolly, glancing at you “Fix that.”
Your face burns “I’m trying!”
But later, when the battle is over and everyone’s tending to scrapes and bruises, Law walks by you, pausing just long enough to murmur “Good instincts.”
You blink.
You don’t answer, but your heart skips anyway.
Weeks pass.
Your skills sharpen. Your hands move quicker, your ideas flow faster. You make small grenades from seaweed oil. Healing sprays that numb pain instantly. Distraction bombs that flash bright colors.
Law watches you more often now, from across rooms, over the tops of books, during training drills.
At first you think you’re imagining it. Until one day, after you bandage a wound on his arm, quick, clean and professional, and Law looks at you with something unreadable in his eyes.
“You’re not the same person you were when you got here” he says.
You smile faintly “Neither are you.”
His mouth quirks, just slightly, like he wants to smile but doesn’t know how.
You notice stupid things now, the way his hair falls into his eyes when he’s tired, the rare rasp of laughter when Bepo does something ridiculous, the low, calm hum of his voice when he explains something complicated just to make sure you understand.
You hate it.
You hate that your chest tightens when he stands too close.
You hate that you look forward to hearing him call you “Witch”.
You hate it because caring about people hurts. You already know how that story ends.
One night, you sit alone on the deck, knees pulled to your chest, staring at the stars. The ocean is quiet. The world feels… less heavy.
You hear footsteps behind you, soft and careful.
Law sits down beside you without asking.
For a long time, neither of you speaks. Then, he says, voice low “You’re still not sleeping.”
It’s not a question.
You close your eyes “Neither are you.”
The corner of his mouth lifts, a real smile this time, small and tired “Touché.”
You breathe in the salty air, heart beating way too fast.
It feels dangerous, but somehow, it feels okay.
Maybe caring doesn’t have to mean losing. Maybe sometimes, it means surviving together.
Months pass.
The Polar Tang feels like home now. The crew jokes with you. Bepo brings you your favorite tea without asking. Jean Bart lets you win at cards sometimes even though he’s terrible at hiding it.
And Law is still Law. Sharp words. Quiet stares. But sometimes, when you pass by each other in the narrow halls, your shoulders brush and neither of you moves away.
One afternoon, you’re hunched over a workbench deep in the ship. Herbs, powders, pieces of metal, tiny vials, all scattered in front of you. Your latest project.
“You’ve been sitting there for hours.”
You jolt, almost dropping your vial. Law stands in the doorway, arms crossed, watching you with that unreadable look again.
“I’m working on something” you say, defensive.
Law walks closer, glancing over your shoulder.
You bite your lip, a little embarrassed. On the table is a rough design of a kind of weapon. A bracelet lined with tiny hidden capsules you can trigger during battle, potions for healing, poison, smoke bombs, even flash bursts.
“Smart,” Law says, surprising you “Lightweight. Quick access.”
You blink up at him “You really think so?”
He leans in a little closer, studying the rough sketches. His shoulder brushes yours, warm through the thin fabric.
“You could stabilize the capsules with resin,” he murmurs, half to himself “Faster activation. Less chance of them breaking accidentally.”
You nod quickly, grabbing a pen, scribbling notes.
Law watches you work for a second. Then he pulls something out of his pocket and sets it on the table, a small silver clasp, shaped like a skull.
You look at it, confused.
“Found it last mission,” he says. His voice is almost… shy “Figured you could use it. For the bracelet.”
Your throat tightens.
It’s nothing. Just a small piece of scrap metal.
But it’s from him.
You swallow the lump in your throat and pick it up carefully.
“Thank you” you whisper.
Law shrugs like it’s no big deal. But when you glance up, you catch him looking at you, in a way that looks like you’re something rare and breakable and important all at once.
You force yourself to smile “If you keep being this nice, people are gonna think you like me or something.”
It’s a joke. A stupid, nervous joke.
Law’s eyes flash and for a second, just a second, you see something real. But he only smirks, tilting his head “Guess I’ll have to be meaner, then.”
You laugh real, loud, from your gut. And for once, the sound doesn’t feel heavy.
Later that night, you finish the bracelet.
It fits perfectly around your wrist, it's light, strong, deadly.
Yours.
You stand on the deck alone, letting the sea breeze whip through your hair.
Your fingers trace the little silver skull at the clasp. A gift. A promise.
And for the first time, you don’t just feel like someone who survived. You feel like someone who’s becoming.
Eight months.
That’s how long it’s been since Marineford. Since you left Luffy on the beach and promised you’d come back stronger.
You’re not there yet. But you’re close.
Your potions work. Your body is faster. Your mind sharper. You’ve learned how to move through chaos and how to survive it.
Tumblr media
Your new mission’s supposed to be simple. Quick trade. Neutral island. In and out. Of course, it goes to hell.
A double-cross. Gunfire. Mercenaries.
You fight your way through smoke, throwing a blinding bomb at the enemy, your bracelet hissing softly as it dispenses the next ready capsule.
It’s working until you hear a gunshot too close.
You whip around just in time to see Law drop to one knee, clutching his shoulder.
Your heart stops.
“Law!”
You run to him, potion already in hand, shoving it into the wound before he can even argue “Don’t move—just let me—dammit, don’t move!”
He grabs your wrist, tight, to steady you “I’m fine.”
“You’re not fine!” Your voice cracks “You’re bleeding!”
He watches you, not with pain, but surprise.
You never yell at him like this. Not even during training. But something about seeing him hurt, even a little, rips through you like fire.
You help him to cover. Bepo and the others push the enemy back, and soon it’s over but your hands are still shaking.
Later, back on the ship, the crew patches up the rest of their injuries.
You sit beside Law in the infirmary, cleaning blood from his coat.
Penguin strolls in and drops onto a stool beside you “Not bad back there, Witch. You actually looked kind of cool.”
You raise a brow, smirking “Kind of?”
He grins “Don’t get cocky.”
You snort and keep cleaning. But out of the corner of your eye, you catch Law quietly watching. His jaw a little tight.
He says nothing but you kind of feel the shift in the air.
Two days after the fight, you’re in the engine room mixing new compounds.
Penguin walks in, grinning as usual "Need a taste tester, Witch?"
You don’t even look up "Unless you wanna grow gills or pass out for an hour, I’d wait."
He laughs and leans against the counter "Still impressive, though. The way you protected Law back there."
You pause, hands tightening around the vial you’re holding.
"He’s the captain," you say flatly "I wasn’t gonna let him bleed out in the dirt."
“Still,” Penguin says “You were… intense. I think he even let you yell at him.”
You finally look up, frowning.
Then movement at the door. Law. He’s standing just outside the room, arms crossed. Listening. Watching.
You don’t know how long he’s been there. He doesn’t speak. Just turns on his heel and walks away.
Later that night, you find him alone in the medbay, reviewing some notes.
"You good?" you ask softly.
He doesn’t look up "Fine."
You hesitate "You sure?"
He finally glances at you. His voice is cool, not cruel, just... distant "As long as no one else is talking about how I was bleeding out in the dirt, yeah."
You blink. Okay. So he did hear that.
You try to shrug it off "Penguin’s just messing around. You know how he is."
Law doesn’t answer.
You stay there a few more seconds, then quietly leave.
The next day, on the island, you’re helping organize supplies when you see Law at a vendor’s table, trading herbs with a woman who keeps laughing too loudly at everything he says.
He doesn’t laugh back. But he doesn’t walk away either.
You feel something twist in your chest. You force yourself to smile, to turn back to your work.
Later, when he joins the crew again, you barely meet his eyes.
"You okay?" he asks, voice even.
"Yeah" you lie.
What the hell is happening to you?
That night, you lie awake in your bunk, staring at the ceiling.
You keep replaying the moment Penguin made that comment. The way Law left without a word. The way he stood near that woman. The fact that none of this should matter but it does.
Like why lately you notice things you never noticed before. Like why does it matter to you if a woman flirt with him?
You press your hand to your chest, right where your bracelet rests against your skin.
You don’t know what this feeling is.
You just know you can’t let it grow.
Across the ship, in his own room, Law stares at a half-written report.
He can’t stop thinking about the way you laughed with Penguin. The way you avoided his eyes afterward. The shift in your voice.
He tells himself it’s nothing. He tells himself you’ll be gone in a year anyway.
Still… he closes the report and doesn’t sleep at all.
Tumblr media
One year and three months.
You’re stronger now. Faster. Sharper. You know how to fight, how to mix, how to survive.
You’ve lived through storms and gunfire. You’ve taken lives, and you’ve saved them too.
But sometimes, the past doesn’t care how strong you are.
Sometimes it sneaks in when you least expect it.
You’re sitting in the Polar Tang’s storage room, sorting herbs by scent. It’s a quiet job. A repetitive one. Usually it calms you.
Not today.
A smell hits you, one of the dried plants from a southern island. Strong. Burnt. Familiar.
You freeze.
Because it smells like Ace’s coat. The one he used to throw over you when you were cold. The one that always carried smoke and fire and sun.
Your hands stop moving.
Your chest aches like it did that day on the battlefield.
You press your palms over your face. Try to breathe.
You can’t.
You leave the room without thinking. Stumble down the hallway. Find the old supply closet and slip inside, shut the door, slide to the floor. And then you’re crying. Harder than you have in months.
You don’t hear the door open.
But you feel it when someone kneels in front of you.
"Hey" Law says quietly.
You wipe at your face, but your voice still shakes "I’m fine."
He doesn’t answer right away. Just sits beside you. Close, but not touching.
"You’re not."
You swallow hard "It’s stupid. Just a smell. Just—"
"Fire?"
Your head jerks up.
He’s not looking at you. He’s staring ahead, eyes distant.
"It reminded you of your brother" he says.
You nod slowly “It’s been so long. And I still—”
"I know."
You look at him.
And that’s when he says "Corazon… used to smell like gunpowder and old cigars. Not in a bad way. Just… constant. Burned into my memory."
Your heart skips. Because Law never talked to you about Corazon so openly.
You barely breathe.
"I forget his face sometimes," Law says softly “But I never forget that smell.”
The silence after is thick. Full of ghosts.
You sit with it.
Then, quietly, you say, “What happened to him?”
You think he won’t answer but then "He died to save me."
You blink fast, chest twisting "I'm sorry."
Law’s voice is dry "You didn’t do it."
"I know. I just..." You reach up, rub your thumb along your wrist "It hurts, doesn’t it? When someone gives up everything for you. And then they're just… gone."
He doesn’t speak but then you feel his hand, brushing yours. He doesn’t hold it. Doesn’t grip. Just enough to let you know he’s there.
You let your fingers brush back.
Both of you sit there, in the dark and the quiet. Neither of you names the weight in your chest. Or the heat that’s slowly grown between you over the months. The way your breath catches when he’s too close. The way you watch him when he’s not looking. The way you burn when someone else does.
You don’t name it but it’s there, unmistakable.
A minute passes. Maybe five.
Then Law stands.
"You should rest."
You nod, eyes red “You too.”
He steps toward the door. Then pauses.
“You don’t have to forget him,” he says “You just have to keep living.”
Your breath catches.
“Same goes for you” you whisper.
Law doesn’t turn around but you see his hand curl at his side. Tight.
Then he walks out, and the door closes behind him.
Tumblr media
One year and six months.
That’s how long it’s been since Marineford.
And you are stronger and sharper.
The crew trusts you. Your skills are unmatched. Even Law lets you take the lead on some missions now.
But underneath all that, something else has grown. You and him, you're close.
He watches your back in battle like it's instinct. You can read the tension in his jaw before he even speaks. You can finish each other's plans before they're spoken.
But there’s a weight behind every shared glance because neither of you says what’s circling in your chest.
And now there’s a clock ticking.
“Four months” you say quietly, looking out over the deck at the open sea.
Law is beside you, leaning against the rail, arms folded.
You don’t look at him when you say it. You can’t.
“I go back to him in four months.”
Law doesn’t reply.
The silence stretches, long and heavy.
You force a smile “You’ll be glad to have the quiet again.”
Still, he says nothing.
Then finally, softly “I won’t.”
You freeze.
He looks ahead. Not at you. Not even close but your heart is pounding now.
You don’t know what to say. So you don’t say anything.
The silence between you shifts after that.
He stands closer now. His fingers brush yours more often. Sometimes, his eyes stay on you too long when he thinks you won’t notice. But you notice everything.
That night, you can’t sleep.
Your chest aches like it used to, only it’s not grief for the past this time, it’s for the future. For leaving this ship, this crew... him.
You lie on your side, staring at the dark ceiling. And just like before, when you’re about to drown in it there’s a knock.
Soft.
Rhythmic.
You already know who it is.
You don’t say anything. Just open the door.
Law stands there. Still in his coat. Still unreadable.
You don’t ask why he came.
You don’t speak.
You just step back and let him in.
He doesn’t touch you.
But he sits on the bed beside you, closer than he ever used to, and he stays for hours.
The two of you say nothing, but in that silence everything hurts, everything burns, because in four months, you leave and neither of you knows how to say don’t go.
You can feel it in the air.
Tumblr media
There’s only a month left before you leave the Polar Tang, before you return to Luffy. To the Straw Hats. To the promise you made.
And everyone knows it.
Bepo watches you with round, quiet eyes whenever you walk into the room.
Shachi and Penguin keep pulling you into games and conversations, laughing a little louder than usual.
Even Ikkaku made you a new satchel for your potion tools with stitched initials and everything.
You feel it in the little things.
The way they hover when you pack.
The way Bepo asks if you’ll remember them.
The way Shachi elbows you and says, "Don’t get too famous without us."
They’re hurting but they’re making room for your goodbye.
All of them... except him.
Law has gone suddently cold.
Gone are the long silences in your room. Gone are the late-night conversations, the tea he used to make when he thought you weren’t sleeping.
Gone is the warmth.
Now it’s curt nods. Dismissed glances. Command-voice only.
He walks past you in the halls like you’re already gone, and you hate it so much it makes your hands shake.
You try to bring it up. Carefully.
Sitting at the dinner table with the crew, twirling your fork through your food.
“Hey,” you say “Is something going on with Law?”
The table stiffens.
Shachi and Penguin suddenly become fascinated with their soup.
Bepo clears his throat.
“What do you mean?” Bepo asks, too lightly.
“I mean he’s acting weird,” you say, eyes scanning them “He won’t even look at me. Did I do something?”
“No! No, of course not” Shachi says quickly.
“Maybe he’s just busy” Penguin adds.
You narrow your eyes “You’re all lying.”
Ikkaku chimes in “You’re imagining it.”
But they can’t even hold your gaze.
You drop your fork and lean back.
Something is wrong.
That night, you find him in the medbay.
Again.
Head bent over papers he doesn’t need to read. Same ones as last week. Maybe the week before.
“Hey...” you say, stepping inside.
He doesn’t look up.
You close the door behind you.
“You’re avoiding me.”
“No I’m not.”
“Don’t lie to me, Law. You haven’t looked at me in a week.”
“I’ve been working.”
“Bullshit.”
His eyes flick up, sharp.
You take a breath and step closer “Why are you doing this?”
“I’m not doing anything.”
“You’re pretending I’m already gone.”
“You are going.”
The words slam into your chest.
“I’m still here now.”
“But you won’t be.”
Your voice rises “That doesn’t mean you get to treat me like I’m nothing!”
“I’m trying to make it easier.”
“For who? You?! Because it sure as hell isn’t easier for me!”
“I can’t—” He stops. Swallows.
And then, low, rough “I can’t do this.”
“Do what, Law?” your voice still high.
He finally looks at you and you wish he hadn’t.
His eyes are full of things you don’t understand.
“You’re going back...” he says “To your brother. To your captain. To your real crew.”
"And? These were the plans."
And for the first time since you met him, Law yells... and he yells someting you would have never expected “I’m gonna lose you!”
You freeze.
For you it just doesn’t make sense.
“...I’m not yours to lose.”
The words hang in the air like a slap.
You regret them the second they leave your mouth. But he’s already moving.
Crossing the space between you in two steps, fast and wild and furious, and then his hands are in your hair, his mouth on yours. And your world stops.
The kiss isn’t sweet.
It’s desperate. Like a dam finally cracking after months under pressure. His hands tremble as they hold your face, lips crashing against yours like he needs this to breathe.
You don’t think.
You kiss him back, full of every ache, every longing, every unanswered question.
You grip his coat, pull him closer. Your chest presses to his. Your heart feels like it’ll break through your ribs.
And when he finally pulls away, he looks at you like he’s ruined everything.
His voice is barely a whisper “I’m sorry.”
You open your mouth to speak but nothing comes out.
You’re stunned. Breathless. Heart raw.
So he turns and leaves and you just let him.
It’s been four days since he kissed you.
Four days since his hands were in your hair.
Four days since his mouth was on yours like it was the only way he could speak. And he’s pretending it never happened.
You tried to wait. To give him time. To breathe. To be patient even though your heart won’t stop pounding every time he walks into a room.
But every time he does, it’s like it never happened.
He’s back to clinical, sharp, captain-mode.
“You missed a measurement in this report.”
“Meet me on deck in fifteen.”
“Test batch needs refinement.”
Not a single glance. Not a crack in his voice. And it’s killing you.
Even the crew notices.
Bepo watches you with big worried eyes.
Shachi looks like he wants to say something every time Law leaves the room, but never does.
Penguin just sighs.
You try to keep it together, you really do... until the fifth day.
You find him alone in the engine room, hunched over blueprints. Your stomach turns, but you step forward anyway.
“Law” you say, soft but steady.
He doesn’t look up “What?”
You stare at the back of his head “You’re really gonna act like nothing happened?”
Silence.
He slowly rolls up the blueprint “I don’t know what you mean.”
A hot, bitter laugh escapes you “Unbelievable.”
“Don’t start.”
“Don’t start?” Your voice rises “You kissed me, didn't you Trafalgar? You kissed me like I was the last person on earth, and now you won’t even look at me!”
He sets the paper down. His back still to you “It was a mistake.”
Your throat tightens.
“A mistake...” you repeat.
He finally turns, face blank. But his eyes are just dead and cold, like he’s trying to kill something inside.
You step forward “You don’t get to do that. You don’t get to pretend I imagined it.”
“I don’t have time for—”
“Stop lying.”
Your voice cracks “I’m leaving in three weeks, and you’d rather throw all of this away than be honest with me.”
“You’re leaving,” he growls “What’s the point in—”
“So what?! So you’d rather throw away everything we are than admit it hurts?”
He says nothing.
Your hands are shaking. Your chest heaves “I know what that kiss meant. Don’t treat me like I’m stupid.”
You’re close now. Too close. And still he won’t look at you.
So you whisper “…Did it really mean nothing to you?”
He finally looks at you and his mask slips just for a second.
Something flashes in his eyes, something like pain, regret and fear, and you see it, but then it’s gone, and his jaw hardens.
“I’m your captain,” he says, voice low “That’s all.”
You feel like the floor falls out beneath you.
“Right...” you whisper “Of course.”
You turn but stop right in front of the door and without turning to look at him you just say "Honestly? Fuck you."
You open the door and leave.
He doesn’t stop you.
The morning you’re supposed to leave is quiet. Too quiet.
Even the sea feels like it’s holding its breath.
You stand on the dock with your bag slung over one shoulder and your coat hanging heavy on your back. The same coat Bepo helped you patch up. The same bag filled with tonics, vials, and handmade notebooks stuffed with training notes.
You’ve done what you came here to do.
You’ve kept your promise to Luffy.
You’ve survived. You’ve grown.
And still, your heart is aching like it’s being pulled in two.
The crew is gathered to see you off.
Bepo’s ears droop “Write us.”
Shachi holds out a charm he carved, a tiny wooden whale “For luck.”
Penguin hugs you a little too tight and mutters “We’ll miss you.”
Even Ikkaku pulls you in and ruffles your hair with a forced smile.
They all know what this is. What it feels like to say goodbye to someone who became more than just crew.
But still, they try to send you off with warmth.
They all do... except him.
Law isn’t there. Not on the dock. Not by the ramp. Not even watching from the shadows like he usually does.
You glance toward the ship. Empty.
He’s really not coming...
It stings worse than you thought it would.
You pretend it doesn’t. You keep your smile steady. You hug Bepo one last time, gripping him tight like he’s the last safe thing left in the world. And then you step forward toward the small boat waiting for you.
The one that'll take you to Sabaody Archipelago so that the Heart Pirates don't have to change their route.
You’re two steps from the ramp.
And then “Wait.”
Your breath catches.
You turn and there he is.
Law stands at the edge of the dock, coat billowing in the sea breeze, expression unreadable but eyes unmistakably wrecked.
Your heart punches into your ribs.
You don’t move.
Neither does he.
So you speak first. Voice soft “You weren’t going to come.”
“I wasn’t” he admits.
Silence.
“Changed your mind?” you ask, half a smile, half a plea.
He doesn't answer that. Just walks closer until he’s a few feet away. Not touching distance but too close to pretend you’re strangers.
He looks at you like he's memorizing every inch.
You want to cry but you don’t, even though your eyes are so full that your vision is all blurry.
“You came to say goodbye?” you ask.
“No.”
His voice is rough. Not angry. Raw.
“I came to say I hate this.”
You blink.
“I hate that you’re leaving. I hate that you’re not staying. I hate that I don’t know if I’ll ever see you again.”
Your heart clenches “I’m not dying, Law.”
“But you’re still leaving.”
“I told you I would.”
“I know.”
More silence but the wind is loud. The gulls are louder. But all you can hear is him.
“I don’t want to lose you” he says, eyes locked on yours.
The same words from weeks ago but this time, there’s no mask.
No cold walls.
Just him.
You swallow “You’re not.”
“I am.”
“No, you’re not—"
“I don’t know how else to say it,” he snaps suddenly, and his voice cracks “As you said you’re not mine, and you never were, but I... I still...”
He cuts himself off.
And you’re shaking.
The words hover between you. Unfinished. Alive.
Your throat is tight “I never said I wanted to leave you behind.”
“You’re going back to him. To your new crew with your brother. That’s where your place is.”
“And where’s my heart supposed to go?”
The question spills out before you can stop it.
And that’s it. That’s what breaks him.
He steps forward. Hands trembling, eyes burning.
He grabs your face, not hard, but desperate, and presses his forehead to yours like he’s praying.
“I don’t know what this is,” he breathes “But it hurts.”
You’re crying now. Quietly.
“I don’t know either,” you whisper “But I think I’ll miss you so much it might kill me.”
He pulls you in, arms wrapping around you, burying his face into your shoulder. And for the first time in two years, Trafalgar Law lets himself hold you.
He holds you like he’s trying to burn the shape of you into his bones.
No kiss.
No promises.
Just the truth in the silence between your heartbeats.
And when you finally pull away, when the ship horn calls, when the wind rises again, he lets you go.
Not because he wants to. But because he has to.
You step on the boat.
The ramp is pulled up and you see the crew waving. And you see him still there, still watching.
And you think, I’ll see you again.
No matter what.
You will.
The boat begins to move.
Too slowly.
Too quickly.
Too final.
You're still facing the dock, still watching Law, frozen where you left him. Stoic. Silent.
The others wave. Bepo wipes his nose. Shachi keeps yelling “We love you, stay alive!” while Penguin shushes him with red ears.
But Law doesn’t wave.
He just stands there.
Like if he moves, he’ll lose whatever last piece of you he’s clinging to.
And then you feel it in your chest. That you can't go like this. That he needs more than silence. And so do you.
So you do something impulsive.
Something wildly you.
You cup your hands to your mouth and scream “LAW!”
Heads arount there all turn. The crew jolts. Even Bepo flinches.
But Law lifts his head. Eyes wide.
And you yell again, urgent and fierce and blazing “COME HERE—HURRY!”
He doesn’t ask why, doesn’t think.
He just runs.
For the first time anyone on his crew has ever seen, Trafalgar D. Water Law runs, coat flying, sword swinging on his hip, boots pounding against the dock.
Penguin blurts, “Holy shi—he’s running?!”
Even Bepo looks speechless.
Law reaches the edge just as the boat’s still close enough.
You’re at the railing, knees on the side, hand reaching.
He gets close.
You grab him.
Fist clenched in the collar of his coat, you pull him upward just enough and you kiss him. Fast. Fierce. Final.
You kiss him like it’s the last thing you’ll remember. And he doesn’t hesitate. Not this time.
His hands find your arms, just briefly. But you’re already pulling back, already slipping away as the boat starts to rise off the waterline.
His fingers curl at his sides like he’s trying not to reach again.
You’re breathless, flushed, beaming.
You cup your hands again.
“I’ll come back!” you shoutn“Wait for me, I promise!”
His lips part, chest rising. He doesn’t say anything but you see it in his eyes, that he believes you.
You grin wildly, tug your coat tighter, and shout one last thing “Break it!”
You point at his jacket where your hand was.
He looks down slowly.
Fingers brush his collar. Something’s there.
A small orb. Light, palm-sized, sealed with your initials carved faintly into the surface.
He narrows his eyes then snaps it.
A puff of smoke bursts out instantly, curling into the air in a soft spiral. The wind brushes it aside…
And inside, where the smoke clears a charm. Small. Handmade.
It’s a tiny glass bottle. Inside it, dried blue bell petals, the same flowers from that island you said reminded you of Ace.
The same ones you once said helped you sleep.
Around the neck of the bottle is a black thread.
A single word carved on a tin tag looped around it “Love”.
Law stares.
No one says anything.
Bepo swallows loudly “…She gave him a charm?”
Shachi whispers, “He’s gonna wear it under his coat, I bet."
But Law doesn’t respond. He doesn’t move.
He just stands there, charm in hand, watching your boat fade into the distance.
Watching until he can’t see you anymore.
And only then, he allows himself to close his eyes and hold the charm to his heart.

Discreet
Me and the 4 other Usopp fuckers go wild! This is 100% not proof read or well written - this was fully whatever came into my brain onto tumblr, I just needed something with Usopp/M!reader. This was written with me as the target demographic.
Fully inspired by Hurling Downs 🐉 Anon thirst. I hope you like this.
ψ(`∇´)ψ
Tumblr media
I can’t believe I made a part two for this..
A little less Discreet
Warnings! A little Sanji/Usopp/Reader at the end. Ftm Usopp (Usopp has a pussy). Male reader (not really mentioned?). Oral (Reader giving). Voyeurism? Exhibitionism. Crying. Nothing dark or too weird, Usopp and Reader are in an established relationship.
——————————
“Wait-!”
A hand latched onto a clump of your hair, pushing and pulling your head with erratic indecisiveness.
Usopp cried out, lips quivering, unable to decide wether he wanted your face closer or away from his aching cunt.
A choked noise left him when he finally pressed your face fully into his dripping pussy, the usual moans and shrieks he let out were quiet and restrained, and you could see his worried eyes flicker toward the unlocked door.
That wouldn’t do.
It had been weeks since you had any alone time together, an onslaught of sea beast attacks and pirate gangs that left no room for you and Usopp to have any alone time.
And finally! Finally, you had caught him alone, tinkering with Nami’s clima-tact so blissfully unaware and exhausted.
You had planned on just a few innocent, fluffy touches, kissing him gently against the nape of his neck, getting him ready for a night in your shared cabin - but, a few whining noises and a shuddering plea led to you shoving the straps of his dungarees from his shoulders and settling yourself beneath his cluttered workbench.
The flat of your tongue laved over his clit, the tip circling under his hood - he yelped and slammed a hand against his mouth, the one in your hair tightening as he tried to control himself.
“Hey!” You laughed breathily, goosebumps rising against his brown skin, already coated in a thin sheen of sweat.
You kissed the inside of his thigh, relishing in the beautiful display, the way his thighs parted subconsciously, allowing you to indulge further and the way tears were already welling up in his eyes.
He tasted earthy and sweet, something so him. And you showed your appreciation with a throaty groan, the lower half of your jaw already drenched in his slick and your own saliva.
“Wait! I need to- ugn.. Mn! I need to finish this f’r-for Nami!”
You pitied him, pulling your tongue from its attack against his pretty pink hole - letting it hang lewdly from your lips as you gave him a heated, half lidded look.
“I’m not stopping you Usopp. You’re the master craftsman, I’m sure my little distraction won’t be enough to stop the Great,”
Your tongue returned to his clit slowly, eyes locked with his as you gave it a much too gentle kitten lick. His breath caught in his throat, hips stuttering forward to chase his pleasure.
“Captain,”
Your tongue swirled beneath the hood, suddenly pressing harder against the bundle of nerves, just to listen to him gasp. His body doubled over, hands balling into fists - pulling your hair tighter, using the strands as leverage to pathetically fuck your face.
“Usopp.”
Usopp had worried when you first became official that he was not what you wanted, his self doubt doubling tenfold. He was worried you wanted someone stronger, like Zoro, or skilled, like Sanji. Even someone more optimistic, like Luffy!
But fuck, in this moment, with his glistening pussy on display, rivulets of sweat running down his scarred chest and an already fucked out expression on his face. He put even Boa Hancock to shame.
He nodded, tears gathering in the corners of his eyes - tips of his ears and long nose turning red with his blush. He leant forward, relieving your scalp of his tight grip, shaking hands picking up the delicate metals of Nami’s weapon.
Your mouth returned to its rightful place against his cunt, licking and sucking like a man starved. Each time he cursed or a spring fell from the work top you nipped at his most sensitive areas, his clit and the edges of his drenched lips, your teeth dragging from to top of his cunt to press against the gushing hole of his entrance - he was practically sobbing by the time he had screwed one nut in place.
Your cock strained against your pants, just aching to be nestled within him again but you withheld - this was for his pleasure, a calm sea in the New World was rare and was sure to allow you both enough time to get reacquainted with one another.
His hips bucked against your chin impatiently, pulling you from your thoughts - his teary eyes pleading with you, a line of drool connecting him to his arm, where he had been stifling his moans, his pretty plump lips opening, presumably to beg for you to return to your feast.
Your tongue dipped inside again, hoping to oblige your pretty partner, lapping at his inner walls before freezing.
“Usopp! Dinners ready, didn’t you hear me calling?”
Sanji knocked on the workshop door, luckily thick enough to muffle the sounds of panic and pleasure as Usopp writhed, still skewered on your tongue.
“I-in a second Sanji! I’m.. ngh.. oh- I’m finishing this last thing on Nami’s climax..- CLIMA-TACT!”
You muffled a laugh within Usopp’s folds, puffy lips swallowing sounds of amusement and amplifying Usopps panicked moans and whispers of disapproval.
“Uh huh, right. You can do that after you eat. I need to keep an eye on Luffy, I’ll just stick the plate on your work bench.”
Usopps walls tightened around your tongue, eyes cloudy with humiliated tears - his hands trying to push your face away to no avail, much too weak to even move you an inch.
They tangled in your hair, instead, as you wiggled the slimy muscle, pressing into the spongy nerves that made up his favourite spot.
“Stop.. oh god I can’t..”
The handle to the door creaked, smoke from Sanjis daily cigarette billowing into the room.
It must’ve been a sight to behold from Sanjis point of view - one you are sure could never be replicated by artist or photographer.
Usopp’s curly hair unravelled and frizzing with sweat and the humid temperature of the room, his dungarees pulled bellow his knees - flushed face and sniffling nose, humiliated gaze drawn to Sanjis confused one.
His nipples were hard and the muscles in his lithe stomach jumped, wet pussy between his legs coating his stool, the dungarees and your face in his juices.
And as the last topping on, arguably, your favourite session with Usopp, was his cunt clenching hard around your tongue - his hips thrusting themselves forward as he cried out, pleasure erupting from him in a stream of his release. You watched as his head fell backward, eyes crossed - the muscles in his legs jumping erratically as he came in gushes of slick.
Sanji stepped back in shock, watching his crew mates in such an intimate position.. not to mention the way Usopp was still crying and begging. Looking Sanji in the eye with a panicked explanation that this was “not what it looks like!” Even as his cunt still creamed and his muscles kept spasming.
Sanji’s black jeans were tight around his crotch, the lies spilling from Usopps swollen lips just adding to the erotic sight before him.
You grinned, back and neck aching slight as you squeezed out from under the workbench, a hand carding through Usopps curly hair to calm his frantic ‘explanation’.
“I think Luffy will be fine for a few minutes, right Sanji?”
Usopp gulped, hand intwining with yours atop his head. Sanji shuddered, thousands of thoughts running through his head.. but the sight of you with Usopp’s cum still running down your face and the way Usopps thighs were still shaking from his mind numbing orgasm.. how could he say no?

Zoro × reader, zoro and reader used to be gt but broke up(mutual?) a long time ago, somehow the straw hats recruited a new member(reader) while zoro was asleep during the whole situation
Maybe there's prob still some romantic tension between them? I think the both of them would somehow act like an old married couple lol hopefully this gives u some ideas!!
Old married couple? | Roronoa Zoro
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/n: This request was really interesting when I first read it. It took a while because I tried to write it differently but I hope you’ll like it.
CW: fluff/sfw, Ex-boyfriend Zoro, Ex-girlfriend reader, romantic tension, bickering, old married couple energy
Summary: Read Request
To my Masterlist
Zoro cracked one eye open lazily, the sun beating down on him like a relentless, smug enemy. He sat up with a grunt, scratching the back of his head. Something felt…off.
The air had a different energy today. There were way too many voiced, too much laughter. And way too much chaos.
"Oi, why is it so loud?", he grumbled, rolling off his sunbathing spot and storming toward the deck where the rest of the crew was.
The sight that greeted him neatly made him choke. The last thing Rorona Zoro expected when he woke up from a nap was to find his past right in front of him.
You.
You, who he hadn’t seen in years. You, who he used to hold close during colder nights. You, who he’d mutually broke up with.
You were laughing at something Luffy said, your voice carried by the sea breeze. For a second, he thought he was dreaming. You hadn’t chanced much, looking exactly the same and somehow worse but on the best way. More dangerous. More gorgeous.
More you.
"What. The. Hell.", Zoro said flatly.
"Oi, Zoro! You’re awake. Meet out new cremate!" Nami yelled out loud while smiling at you.
New crewmate. New crewmate?? When had that happened?!
"Since when the hell did we recruit them?", he muttered, loud enough for Nami to hear. "While you were snoring like a bear. They’re part of out crew now. Deal with it.", she said and crossed her arms at him.
You stared at his confused but also slightly sour face with amusement. Zoro has changed so much since you two last saw each other.
Zoro felt his eye twitch. "The hell are you doing here?" You shrugged. "Missed me, swordsman?", you teased while sending him a smirk.
"Tch," Zoro looked away, ears faintly pink. "Missed the headaches, maybe." There it was, that tension. It was thick enough to cut with a dull knife. The seats hadn’t filled it, if anything, it crackled between you even stronger.
It was also a nightmare, because even after all this time, just looking at you made his heart stumble. You weren’t better either. His voice, his hair, his eyes. All of him were so much more mature than back in your days together and still, you liked it.
And now you were here, back in his life, looking at him like no time had passed at all.
From behind you, Ussop whispered to Nami. "Are they fighting or flirting?" "Old married couple vibes," Nami sighted dramatically.
You and Zoro somehow got stuck on watch duty together. The silence between you two was heavy, filled with all the words neither of you knew how to start.
Finally, you broke it. "You still sleep with three swords at one, or have you calmed down in your old age?"
Zoro scoffed. "You still hog the blankets?" "You still snore loud enough to wake the dead?" "You still make that annoying squeaky noise when you’re mad?" You glanced at him and he glanced right back.
It was stupid. It was childish. You know that better than anyone else. It was so familiar that you felt your heart ache. But that didn’t last long then you burst out laughing, bright and careless.
"It’s good to see you again, mosshead."
"Yeah, you too, idiot."
The bickering never stopped though. You taking his spot on the Sunny to nap and Zoro grumbling but moving you a bit so you didn’t get sunburned.
Or when you two had sparring matched that somehow ended with both of you breathless on hue ground, refusing to admit who won.
At meal timer you criticize his table manners, while he criticized your lack of manners at all. It was always a mess between you two.
Today, you kept grabbing the seasoning he was reaching for. He kept correcting the way you held your cup. "You gonna spill it, idiot."
And you corrected the way he cut his meat. "You’re supposed to be a swordsman? Pathetic."
That went on for weeks where everyone groaned every time you two bickered. The wanted you two to kiss and get together again after they learned about your past together.
The it happened. It happened after a late-night sparring match, sweaty and laughing. Then, you tripped and Zoro caught you with a grunt, his hands landing on your waist instinctively. Classic.
However, neither of you moved. Your faces were inched apart, you eyes locking with each others. "Still a clumsy idiot.", he muttered, his voice lower than usual. You smirk. "Still an infuriating bastard."
Before either or you could second guess it, he leaned down, your lips crashing together in a messy and heated kiss that spoke more than words could ever do. Your lips moved perfectly together like it used to and you couldn’t deny it anymore. You missed it. You missed him.
Your heart was beating fast in your chest even after you pulled back slightly. Zoro rested his forehead against yours. "I missed this… I won’t let you go this time.", he admitted with a smirk on his lips.
You smiled, soft and happy. "Good," you whispered. "I wasn’t planning on leaving anyway."
In the background:
Ussop, Nami, Luffy, Brook and Sanji were peaking from behind a barrel. "I knew it!", Nami whisper-yelled.
Sanji cried quietly, his hope to win you over gone now. "I hate it… why him?…"
"You owe me 500 berries, Ussop!", Nami said, grinning and dreaming about the money.
"Yohohoho, True romance is eternal!"

Strawhats x Ex Admiral Reader (Part 3)
What happens when injuries inevitably happen near the one you love? That's what this is about, reacting to an injury, but I don't describe anything in overly gorey details, but I'm still adding the warning just in case! I got a request to continue these headcanons/short stories from a good few of you, both on here and archive so I hope you enjoy :D
Getting back into the swing of things, posting regularly again, and all that~ I may not be able to post EVERY day, but I'm hoping at least 2-3 a week. If I have the time, I'll push out more but for now I'm aiming for that 2-3 ^^
Have a great day/night everyone <3

Luffy:
Being together had made you both happier than either thought possible
Luffy didn’t really do dates, but he made you feel special, as if every time you saw each other was a date
Singing along to Brook’s songs, sneaking into the kitchen together, playing tag even if no one else was playing
It was perfect
Though there were times you had to fight, as expected
This island seemed to be particularly swarmed with marines
Some of which you knew…they spotted you instantly and glared
That was how the fight started
They must have had hundreds stationed on this island, because no matter how many you knocked down there always seemed to be more
Luffy was close to your side, fighting with a smile on his face
He looked to you occasionally, and that was the problem
He was rushed, when he was looking right at you
You panicked, and pulled him closer to get him out of range of the attack
But it ended up slashing your arm that was around Luffy, causing blood to flood to the ground
It wasn’t a serious wound, but when Luffy realized what happened the smile disappeared from his face
He spun around and sent a flurry of punches towards the group
Within minutes the fight was over, quicker than it began
He rushed you back to the ship to see Chopper, and you tried to assure him it was no big deal
It was wrapped quickly, without even needed stitches
He stood in the room the whole time, with a complex expression
Once Chopper had left the room and you went to get back up only to be pushed back down to the bed by Luffy
“Don’t. Don’t EVER do that again.” He said, holding your hands while being careful of the scrape
“Luffy…it’s okay. It’s not that serious, I’ll be fine. I’ve had worse.” You tried to laugh it off but you were silenced when Luffy didn’t laugh, or smile even
“That’s not the point! If someone is gonna kill me, I want you to live. You better not die before me, or I’ll bring you back! Somehow…” He used his deep thinking face, and it always looked so cute to you
Realizing he was just worried about you, you reached up to cup his face and leaned forward to give him a kiss
“It’s okay Luffy…I’m okay, and I’m not leaving your side. Not now, and not ever.”
He pouted and said a quick “You better not!” But it made you giggle, so you both started to laugh from that
You knew you couldn’t make that promise, because you felt the same way he did
Zoro:
Fighting was practically second nature to the both of you, and you felt as if you’d both grown stronger from the sparring you did daily
You had gone to the town and Zoro PROMISED he knew where he was going
He did not, and you knew it from the start but you weren’t going to ruin his moment
Somehow you ended up near a marine base, and he looked at it confused beyond belief
“Well this isn’t the restaurant…”
It made you giggle, that only got louder when he glared at you
“It’s okay, we can always head back. I remember how we got here.” You turned, but he pulled you close harshly as a bullet nearly grazed you
“They know we’re here.” Is all he said, pulling you behind him as he took out one of his swords
You grabbed your weapon, and prepared for battle, but he looked back to you with that sadistic smile he got when he was about to fight
“They almost hurt you. You’re not going to fight a single person, got it?” His look was serious momentarily, and you just knew he was about to show off
He lunged forward towards where the bullet came from, and fought enemy after enemy while never once letting them get within several meters of you
You sighed, and put your weapon away
That was your mistake
Someone came up behind you, and you sensed them too late as they swung at you, leaving a large gash along your back
You knew better than to let out a noise, never wanting to let your enemies know they’d gotten the better of you
You took care of the marine quickly, and looked around to find Zoro, who’d already beaten every other marine there was
You were hunched over a bit, and breathing heavily
As he approached, he rushed forward to catch you as you fell
When you woke up, you were back on the Sunny with Zoro hovering over you
He looked far beyond pissed, and it caused you to sit in silence as you both stared at each other
He broke the silence first, “I SAID LET ME TAKE CARE OF IT!” He sounded angry, but you knew not at you, it didn’t stop you from yelling back
“HOW WERE YOU GOING TO DO THAT? HE CAME UP BEHIND ME! YOU WERE SO FAR AHEAD OF ME, YOU WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN ABLE T-”
He lunged forward and pulled you into a kiss that dissolved both of your arguments
You both pulled back for air and he was still glaring, but it was much softer than before
“I won’t let you get hurt again. I swear.”
It made you smile, just a bit as you gave him the affirmation of “I know you won’t.”
He was to be the world’s greatest swordsman after all, and you knew if he couldn’t protect you the rest of your lives…he’d die trying
Nami:
You and Nami were both beyond pissed, having been stopped by marines as you shopped on the latest island
It was supposed to be just you two, a date night, and these guys were completely ruining it
You smiled, and talked with them casually, brushing off their all too familiar concerns of “have I seen you somewhere?” But one of them realized…
Within moments there was a fight that had erupted, and you both drew your weapons
It had started so suddenly, you hadn’t even had your weapon drawn when a shot rang out, piercing your shoulder as the blood began to flow
Despite that, Nami was your main priority…just like you were hers
She widened her eyes in fear, seeing your injury as she fought beside you until the marines had been taken care of
She let out a string of curses, and you shrunk in on yourself as she continued to look over at you with a glare as she dragged you to the ship
It was quiet, with you being too scared to look at Nami from how vicious her glare was
She was probably worried you were being reckless…that the injury could have been avoided
Chopper left the infirmary not long after, and it was just you two
You eventually glanced up to see Nami’s expression, and she was…crying?
“Na-” You went to say her name, only for the words to stop as she kissed you
You could feel her tears running down her cheeks against yours, and you pulled back
“Don’t. Don’t ever do that to me again. I don’t care what I have to do, even if I have to train more, I don’t want you ever hurt like this again, okay?” She spoke, the words seemingly full of venom at the start, just to become a fragile whisper by the end
She was worried about you, and you gave her a reassuring smile as you held her hand
“Don’t worry, I won’t let it happen again. I’m sorry I scared you…” But you spoke with a smile, the same one she fell in love with in the first place
And you both shared a quiet and affectionate moment after all of the adrenaline had subsided
Usopp:
Usopp was working in overtime, the two of you were surrounded by marines, and he didn’t feel like there was a good way out  of this
You were fighting close range, and he was trying to fend off the ones around you
It was difficult to time his shots, when you were moving quickly within the swarm of marines, but he knew…he knew
He knew that ever since you got injured to protect him the first time, he’d never let it happen again
As a marine was about to strike, he leapt forward and blocked the marine’s sword with his slingshot, effectively snapping it in half and slicing into his hand
You hadn’t registered what had happened, but when you saw the blood, you grabbed him and rushed to the ship
“U-Usopp! What the hell? Are you okay?” You were panicked, and he looked just as shocked as you felt
He let out a happy laugh, “You’re okay…that’s what matters.” He gave you a thumbs up, but felt his injured hand, “Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!” He mumbled, before clearing his throat as if he wasn’t being a huge baby in this moment
It made your eyes soften, and you held his injured hand carefully, “Thank you…I’d say don’t do that again, but I’d do it for you too…so let’s just work to protect each other as much as we can!”
He tried clearing his throat once more, a red covering his cheeks, “Y-Yeah. We’ll protect each other. But…” Despite his blush, he teased with a hint of mischievousness, “I’ll protect you way more than you can protect me.”
It made you both laugh, and you leaned close to him with a confident smile that made his blush spread across his cheeks and ears, “You’re on.” Was all you had said, and he gulped, knowing there wasn’t any way to beat you in this little contest…
But he’d certainly try
Sanji:
It was supposed to be a routine sweep, you and Sanji grabbing the ingredients from the island you’d need for the next few days’ food…but nothing ever really went according to plan, did it?
You and Sanji had sensed something in the air, giving a small look to each other as the tension became crystal clear
The footsteps approached you both, and when you turned with a smile, it dropped quickly
It was one of the men you’d commanded when you were an admiral…and he looked less than pleased to see you
You had frozen, and he pulled out of gun, only for Sanji to leap at him
The gun went off, but far from its intended location of your head
Instead, it hit your side, causing bursts of blood to pool from your stomach
You and Sanji had both dropped your groceries and Sanji kicked the man hard enough to fling him across the street, making a dent in the brick wall of the building
He rushed back over to you, and picked you up effortlessly to run you back to the ship
He was a mess by the time you had passed out, and was still a mess when you awoke
He was still crying, and hadn’t realized you were awake until you’d reached out to run your fingers through his hair
He leaned forward, hugging you softly “I’m sorry…I’m sorry…” He muttered, and leaned into your touch as you pulled him closer
“It’s okay, I promise. It could have been a lot worse. I’m here with you, right?” You smiled, though still weak as your eyes could barely stay open
He nodded, and said “Get as much sleep as you need. I’m not leaving your side.”
“Sanji…who’s cooking?” You said, confused on how he could leave his kitchen unattended
“...I’ll leave your side briefly to make sure Luffy hasn’t eaten everything.” He groaned, but settled more into your hug, “You know what? Let him eat it all. This is more important.”
It made your heart swell with adoration, and at the conviction in his voice, you couldn’t tell him to do otherwise
You wouldn’t have it any other way, really
Chopper:
Chopper was always the one to take care of injuries, but it made him feel vulnerable having been the one who caused it
It made him question everything, if he was really fit to be on this crew, when he watched you take a hit for him in the battle
His eyes widened, and tears welled, and he snapped to reality when he attacked the people who hurt you
You were there, laying on the ground and looking at Chopper in shock
He was attacking fiercely, and you were the one to stop him
“Hey…Chopper, buddy…” You said, trying not to startle him
He didn’t respond, so you continued, “Chopper, it’s okay, it’s okay, I promise I’m okay…” Though he didn’t stop
You finally took a hand and placed it on his shoulder
“B-But…but you g-got hurt.” He was crying, and you didn’t even realize it
He leapt into your arms, and hugged tightly, though being careful of your wounded leg
“I’m sorry! It’s my fault, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” He cried into your shoulder, and you shushed him, rubbing his back slowly
“It’s not your fault, I’ve gotten injured before, you know! It’s not that bad.” You tried to pull him back slightly but he refused to allow it, holding you as closely as he could
“But…you’re my best friend.” He sniffled, and pressed his face against your shoulder, “I was scared you’d be mad at me for letting you get hurt, and wouldn’t wanna be my best friend anymore.”
You smiled, this time making sure you could pull him back to look at his face, “That’s never gonna happen. You’re my best friend for life, you’re stuck with me, bud.” You smiled, and rubbed his head in the way that you knew best comforted him
“Promise?” He asked, looking anxious to hear the answer
“I promise, you could never do anything to make me hate you, or not be your best friend anymore.”
He finally smiled, and gasped as he realized “WE GOTTA GO BACK TO THE SHIP YOU’RE HURT! YOU NEED A DOCTOR!”
You laughed, and waited for him to realize
“...I’M THE DOCTOR!”
Robin:
Things were going…poorly to say the least
You were completely surrounded, and Robin’s calm expression was grim, fearing that neither would have a chance to get out of this unharmed
You both fought hard, but accidents were bound to happen
Not only you, but she was injured
You had both taken hits for the other, and while it minimize the damage physically, you were both far too worried about each other to consider it a win
You walked back to the ship, looking defeated but concerned for the other
It was silent, neither bothering with smalltalk right now
Robin took your hand, and you both held onto each other as you walked to her room
“Are you okay?” You said simultaneously
It would have made you both laugh, but it was far more important to make sure each other was okay
Though giving a small smile, Robin started to check on your injuries, “Wait! Your injuries are worse, let me-” You went to walk towards her but she pushed you back down onto the couch
“I’ll be fine, I’m more worried about you.” She continued to inspect you, noting which injuries looked worse than the others
“But-”
“No. I’m making sure you’re fine, first. I know that I’m fine, so let me make sure you are too.” She smiled at you softly, and spoke in the commanding kind of way that had you listen to pretty much anything she said
“Okay…” You said, and you both knew you’d folded
After a while of checking your injuries, she kissed a couple of them
You looked at her shocked, but she continued, making you give her a wide smile
“You’re really cheesy.” You said, but you loved every second of it…she knew that, too
She didn’t respond, and eventually sat next to you, so you could give her the same treatment
You’d both make sure you stayed safe, and always look out for each other
She may fight like a demon, but she was the kindest person you knew, and had her by your side through all of it
You could only hope she knew you’re the same way for her
Franky:
While he promised to never let anything hurt you, it was clear that you had the same intention
The fight reflected that, and you assessed the situation…knowing it was one of you get hurt or the other
And you weren’t about to let it be him
It wasn’t a severe injury, but he looked panicked
From then on in the fight, he couldn’t stop looking at you, hoping you were okay
You had to keep redirecting his attention to his opponents, fighting some of your own
When it hardly worked, you had to try a different tactic
“Franky! If you lose this fight I won’t kiss you for a week!” You screamed, knowing you’d kiss him anyways
Though…that certainly did the trick, and he brought his attention back to the fight as he used as much of his attention and power as he could, safely
The fight was over before you knew it, and you laughed as Franky rushed over to you and picked you up
“You were kidding…right? You wouldn’t NOT kiss me…right?” He swayed between confidence and sheepishness, and it only made you smile and look away
“Who knows, better not get injured in any fights from now on or you’ll just have to see.” You had the hardest time keeping your laughter, especially when he gasped
“You wouldn’t dare!” He sounded completely unsure of his statement, and walked back to the ship as quick as he could
“I would if it meant you didn’t get injured again.” You laughed, and gave him a playful smile so he’d finally know you were entirely joking
He scoffed, “Don’t tease me like that! Or I’ll have to tease you even more than I already do!” He grinned, and set you down on one of the benches on the deck of the ship “You really really don’t wanna see how much I’ll tease you for this!”
You stuck your tongue out at him, crossing your arms as you challenged him, “Maybe I do, maybe I don’t. But if you tease more, I’ll really have to up my game and tease you more, too. Do YOU wanna see for yourself?”
He looks away, grumbling, and you both knew you’d won this “argument”
Though playful bantering kept things interesting, and neither of you would trade it for the world
Brook:
The battle started so suddenly, neither of you had anticipated just how quickly it escalated
You were panting heavily, struggling to keep Brook from getting injured while staying somewhat safe, yourself
He called out your name, and you turned too late
A harsh blow had been landed to your back and shoulder, and you passed out within moments
You had no idea how long you’d been unconscious, but the first thing you noticed was the music playing across the room from you
Your eyes fluttered open, and you looked around, seeing only Brook in the infirmary with you
“Hey…” You said, softly, causing him to halt his song ad rush over to you
He would have cried if he could have, and held your hand as softly as he was capable of with how relieved he was you had woken up
He hadn’t even spoken, when Luffy rushed into the room, “You’re up! He’s been playing the whole time you were asleep, you-” And he was halted as a hand wrapped around his mouth from his shoulder, and another pair of arms pulled him from the room
“Ah…yeah…it’s been a little while. I missed you, I was worried you wouldn’t wake back up.” He spoke softly, and ran his thumb across your hand as he held it
“How…how long?” You said, almost scared to know the answer
“...four hours.” You could have heard a pin drop across the ocean, and you were so shocked you laughed a bit
“Brook! I was so worried you were gonna say years or something!” You tried to stop laughing, but still dissolved into giggles before calming down
“Don’t worry, I don’t plan on leaving you anytime soon. You’re stuck with me, you know.” You said, and pulled him down so you could give him a small and reassuring kiss
“Oh! I started writing a song for when you woke up!” He said, and laughed as if to cover up how flustered he was over the situation
“...in four hours? You never cease to amaze me.” You smiled, and it made him give his signature laugh as he took a step back to play the song
He played…maybe three notes
“Is…uh…is that it? It’s beautiful!” You said, and his shoulders slooped
“I was so worried I could barely write…I never said it was done.”
You grabbed his arm and pulled him closer again, “It’s beautiful, and I can’t wait to hear it whenever you finish it. I love you, my silly musician.”

Unexpected Visit, Unexpected Family (Ace xgn!child!reader x Luffy)
A/N: Here we go! I told you I was brewing something, I cooked right here child wholesomeness and brother wholesomeness?? I COOKED 👀
Nibling: Genderneutral term for niece/nephew
Dividers by @/saradika
Tumblr media
“Sweetpea, you good down there?”
“Mmhm!”
“We’re almost there. I can see Thousand Sunny; are you having fun?”
“Yeah! Daddies Striker is the best!” The young child proclaims, playing with the passing waves as the striker moves along
“I’m glad to hear that.”
As they approach the Sunny, he glances down at them
“Come here, sweetpea. Im going to put you in my back so I can jump into the sunny, plus you can give Uncle Luffy a scare.”
“Okay!” They said, climbing into him and hugging his neck to not fall down
“Hey, daddy, what’s uncle Luffy like?”
“Uncle Luffy? He’s… He’s a handful.” He laughs
“He’s reckless, but without him, I wouldn’t have been able to come back to you.”
“He’s very carefree. You’ll love him for sure; you never have a boring moment with him around, especially with that crew of his.”
“If he saved Daddy, then I like him!”
“I know you will love him.”
As they arrive at the Sunny, he looks at them behind him
“Hold on tight, alright?”
They nod, giggling when he jumps up easily, reaching Sunny’s railings and landing in his usual low crouch
“Ace!” Luffy cheers as he sees his brother make his entrance
“Hey Luffy, I have someone you need you need to meet,” he says
“Reader giggles as they pop out from behind their dad, still holding on tightly
“Boo!”
The sudden appearance of the young child startles Luffy.
“Hah? Who’s that?”
“This is my kid.” He grins
“This is your nibling. You're an Uncle now Luffy!” he laughs
Luffy’s face lights up when he hears the words “kid” and “nibling.”
“No way!” Luffy shouts out in excitement as he jumps up and runs over, scooping the little kid up in a hug and spinning them
“How old are you?”
“Umm…im this many!” They exclaimed, showing them three roughly raised fingers
Luffy has to take a second to look at the kid’s hands and count her fingers before smiling at them.
“You’re three!”
“Ace, how come im only meeting them now?”
Ace gives him a tight smile.
“Well last time we saw each other was hardly the right time to catch up, between almost getting executed, the war, and us almost, you know….and after that, we both separated and went our own ways for two years, but I see you’ve become stronger haven’t you Luffy?”
“Shishishi, yeah, I have been getting stronger; I trained with Rayleigh for two years!”
Luffy sets Reader down and puts his arms up, posing in a fighting stance.
“I can even use Haki now! I could beat you now!”
He scoffs
“Yeah, right; you’re not the only one who trained for all that time.” He looks at his brother, smiling
“Im proud of you, Luffy.”
The Reader looks between the two brothers, confused as to what exactly they are talking about but still wanting to be a part of it
“Im proud of you, Uncle Luffy!”
Luffy turns his attention to Reader and kneels down to get on their level
“You wanna see something cool, Reader?”
“Yeah!”
Luffy raises his right arm up and takes a moment to focus. He then moves it back and forth slowly, allowing the Armament Haki to activate and cover his arm.
“Look at that!” Luffy cheers
Reader awes, poking at Luffy’s now steel-hard arm
“Daddy, it’s just like Uncle Jozu’s!”
They turn back to Luffy
“Uncle Luffy is so cool!”
Luffy smiles at Reader and lets out a laugh.
“Thank you, Reader, im happy you think so!”
“You wanna see more cool stuff, Reader?”
They nod their head vigorously in excitement.
Luffy stands up and, picks Reader up, and puts her on his shoulders, smiling up at them.
“Hold on tight.”
They give another squeal as Luffy suddenly stretches his arms, slingshotting the both of them across the ship
“Oi Luffy, be careful with them!”
“I will!” he hollers back
He smiles as he watches the two of them from the railing
“Whee!” Luffy cheers as he carries Reader around.
He stretches and throws himself from one part of the ship to another, carrying Reader as he goes.
“Ready for another?” Luffy asks as he gets ready to make a jump.
“Yeah!”
Luffy stretches out his arms and slingshots off again, this time a bit further, as he aims right back where he started.
“Shishishi!” He laughs as he carries Reader with him.
They giggle as they land quickly, running back to their dad and hugging his legs
“Daddy! I love Uncle Luffy, he’s really funny! He took me flying, did you see?!”
“I saw, and I also saw you laughing like a goofball,” He says, smiling and boosting them up and leaning them against his hip to hold them.
“Shishishishi! I’m glad you think so!” Luffy laughs.
“Hey Ace, come on, you have to meet the rest of my crew! Some people have joined since the last time you visited; we even got a singing skeleton, Shishishi.”
“A singing skeleton? You’ve always been a magnet for all types of people, Luffy.” He chuckles
“I wanna see a skeleton!” The small child cheers
“You will meet everyone soon enough, sweetpea.” He puts them on his shoulder again and smiles
“Say Luffy, you have some free time after this? What do you say we visit our dear old brother? He has yet to meet their nibling as well,” they ask, grinning
“Shishishi, guess we have a new destination!
