I woke up unintentionally early, feeling very anxious about the amount of work I have to do. So since I was wide awake and I don't want to associate my bed with restlessness and worry, I just did some work until the adrenaline wore off. (And then took an extended study break...immediately after that, I felt guilty because I could have probably finished the whole module section in that time and I am really strapped for time... 🥺😣 And it's not like I could've studied more after that because I had made plans with family and I didn't want to let them down again and I can still make it...just not as soon as I had hoped. I don't know what I should've done. I still achieved my minimum goals today tho. But I feel I should've done more... Oh, I don't know.)

After that, so many things happened emotionally. Still processing. How do I slow down enough to assess the whole situation, to stop feeling so pressured and rushed by no one but myself I implode? How do I stop overthinking (and then getting overwhelmed by) everything until I despair? Can I truly believe I'm not so far behind that all hope is lost? How do I move forward from here to make up for lost time? Where on earth do I start?

I must remind myself that the game isn't over as long as there are still pieces left on the board:
