It's hard not to have despair leach at you, but we can't give in like this. We have to fight back! They want us to despair and to think that there is no hope! Don't throw away your life! Living is winning a victory against them!

Our job now, our entire fucking job, is to STAY THE FUCK ALIVE. Despair is an ally of fascism. Do not do their work for them.

When people want you dead, every day you live is pissing in their coffee. Do it. Stay alive out of spite if for no other reason.

Our second job? Take care of each other. That's each other here, our other friends and family, our communities, and also random strangers.

Our third job is to resist. This will take many forms. Please remember that any group needs Tanks, DPS, Healers, and Support. Find the role you can play and put your efforts where they are most suitable.

What we do not need is martyrs. See item 1, above. But if you are, for whatever reason, going to die, then, well:

Good for him!! It’s the only illicit thing he’s done. The utterly useless waste of taxpayer money, and the countless hours that could have been spent doing something useful by James Comer and all those idiots, is astounding! Because they couldn’t find any dirt on Biden, after a decade of trying, they went after his drug addict son. I don’t know how many of you out there have had substance abuse problems, but when you’re balls deep in a good addiction, you don’t admit to yourself, or anyone else that you have a drug problem. To go after Hunter for checking no on a box asking if you smoke marijuana (which is a ridiculous question) or have drug use problems, and federally charging him for MAYBE being under the influence of drugs, it’s petty and dumb. If he was anyone else, no one would know, and no one would care. I don’t know much about the tax evasion charges but… Still. The crap Hunter, Joe and the whole Biden family went through because Joe Biden didn’t have skeletons in his closet, is deserving of a pardon.

The Biden crime family! Thats f*ckin HILARIOUS!!!!! Trump is, by far, to the tenth degree, the most corrupt, criminal, seditious person to EVER rise to the highest office in the land! And just to show how absolutely stupid this country is, he (supposedly) got elected TWICE! For double the corruption and unethical behavior. The whole Trump 2.0 administration is sexual assailants, felons, flat out criminals, compromised Russian assets, sycophants, family members, and unqualified trump loyalists. F*ck Trump!!

Good job Joe! Another splendid thing you accomplished while in office. We forgive the lie you told. F*ck!!! We heard over 30 thousand last Trump term, wouldn’t surprise me if Trump doubled that this time.

If nothing else, as a historian every time I get scared at the state of the world I have to remind myself that "uninteresting times" is a myth.

The world has always been in the throes of chaos and violence and fear, just in different ways and to different degrees. The anxieties of the past are no less real than our own, and we can learn from them. Normality and peace are fleeting, but we can always strive to increase those moments. We have to keep hoping and working for a better future. It's all we have. We may not succeed, but if we don't try, what are we living for?

Trump has been nothing but a financial, political, and spiritual burden on the United States! What has he ever done, besides give the 1% a giant tax cut adding $5 trillion to the deficit, beneficial for this nation? Honestly! I’d like to know. He inherited a great economy that Obama and Biden spent 8 years fixing from Bush Jr’s catastrophic failures. By the time Trump left office we had record high unemployment, economy in the tank, inflation on the rise. I hear maga say Obama was the most divisive president of all time?! To that I say BULLSHIT!!! He was only divisive if you were a racist. Which apparently is a lot of people.

The only thing Trump has done is grift off this nation, shred the constitution, rig SCOTUS, destroy our reputation, ruin the economy, sell our secrets to Russia, divide this nation like never before, and make a mockery of all who died to protect the rights and freedoms granted to us. So if you hate America, he did quite a bit I suppose.
