Still listening to Magnus archives the first time and. Do I need to make a list of all the people mentioned????? The same damn people keep getting brought up and I’m only 19 episodes in like I feel like I should be making a flow chart

mag 153 - okay yeah this episode is unsettling but Johnny pronouncing "agape" as "ahga-pe" really threw me off for the rest of it 😭 (I've only heard it as "ah-gahp-eh"). there's another pronunciation that always gets me that throws me off and for the life of me I can't remember it but I know it starts with a D and it throws me off every time because it's straight up a different word for Brits than Americans.

mag 155 - okay yeah I understand why this story is here in relation to the overarching story, but I nearly couldn't get through it, not because the idea of the narrator killing people, but because they were so uppity about it, self-centered people like that are infuriating to me

okay most of the body horror stuff has been manageable, but I DO NOT do eye stuff, and as someone who does bookbinding for fun, Melanie describing the sewing awl gave me a physical, visceral reaction

also I'm gonna miss Melanie on the team :(( I've really gotta stop picking favorites they're always the ones that leave

I did genuinely forget about NotThem being in the tunnels, sending them on the hunters was unexpected but ig a fun way to tie the storylines together

I kind of had the Elias/Jonah thing spoiled already but really??? they've just had his like corpse in the tunnels?? I guess??

also ik Johnny and Alex have talked about their limited use of swears, and I feel like they've been used well lol
