You think Peter Lukas hangs around Elias because his mere presence feeds the Lonely? That Peter knows he can never take Elias because he belongs so wholly to the Eye, but that immortality comes at the expense of any real bond, reducing everyone you've known and loved to a fragmented past, merely tools to be watched? Hey quick question,

Do you guys think Elias had all the Eye stuff in the employee contract? Because I feel like probably not, like I know a lot of the archive employees probably wouldn’t read the entire thing but at least one would have had to of read the whole thing at some point in time and been like “what the fuck??” I feel like there are two options here

A) it was in really super fine print at the bottom of the contract/it was written in white or something like that lol

B) he just didn’t mention any of that, in which case I think it would be really funny if instead of getting Elias arrested for murder at the end of season three everyone on the archives staff just Sues the shit out of Elias for Fraudulent Misrepresentation because they were led to believe this is a job they’d have the ability to quit or at least not turn into a monster for at some point. But then of course everyone just starts dogpiling to get him for a bunch of other random shit, they sue him not just for Fraudulent Misrepresentation but also human rights violations, emotional damages (literally) just anything under the sun they can think of and I think that would be hilarious especially cause you know Elias ain’t paying for any of it, poor ol’ Peter Lucas is gonna get the bill some random Wednesday and have no idea what’s going on.

Kept thinking about how weak and disorientated Jon gets when cut off from the Eye, which got me thinking about Martin having to help him as his state got worse.

Surprisingly, instead of getting angsty, I ended up with Jon being carried around like a ragdoll.

i like to think the archives has a shitty workplace kitchen with no counter space and a creaky folding table with two mismatched chairs and a fridge that always has jon’s lunch in it with a note that declares “tim: do not touch” that’s consistently half eaten (not by jon) by midday.

i've been thinking about tim, lately. maybe he's so mad at jon for becoming a monster because he Knows that danny was also turned into one after he was taken (the assumption here being that tim, as an employee of the eye, has just a bit of extra knowledge). and. and do you think that tim wants to stop jon from being lost to him. because i don't think tim had a lot of friends in research besides sasha, drowning in grief as he was. danny is lost to him even as he can't accept that and now he's seeing, not a kidnapping where he doesn't know what's happening, but a slow transformation that he's unable to prevent.

he's already lost his brother and (though he doesn't know it yet) his best friend. he can't handle losing jon.

(and we see that in the season three finale, where he deliberately sets off the explosion in a way that he knows will take him with them.)
