Hot Chocolate - Jmart Animatic

This took me 4 days of working. Entire friday afternoon, entire saturday and Sunday non stop, entire monday afternoon (of a few weeks ago)- AND HERE SHE IS

Working on this was torture (its triple thr length of other animatics ive done) but it was so worth it. Ive had ideas for thid animatic for over a year but never comited cause i didnt have the skills, time or software. Until now

it's finally done!! this comic took me about 26h 20min (and an overall time of over 2 months) and is based on the fic with the same name, written by @advena-perditus (you can find it here. check it out, it's very good)

a note: I'm still working on improving the designs of Tim and Sasha (I accidentally made Not!Sasha more similar to how I imagine Sasha, so I'll have to work on that, but I wasn't going to change the entire drawing for it), but I'm overall quite happy with how it turned out :)

I am, in fact, very normal about this podcast (:

TMA is something I’ve never seen coming. The rapid 180 degree changes, the whiplash from which hits you hard, makes you fall out of your seat and stare in the middle of the wall, wondering “..what just happened..”

Never have I ever been so inspired, driven by something so invigorating, so potent in its way of conveying emotions.

So many days have been met with lost eyes, absolutely aghast at what I just listened to. So many nights and unwise decisions to listen to one more episode, just one, and then dozing off with the first glimpses of dawn

I regret nothing. Not the tears, not the pain, not the time. TMA, thank you for introducing me to the part of me I didn’t know I had.

i took some creative liberties with this ask, bc it kicked my brain into gear to think of them finding a drawer of clunky old (probably haunted) antique jewelry in the guest room at Salesa’s house. they joke around, oh they’re wedding rings, wonder who they belonged to, killer ghost brides, blah blah blah, and then before they know it they’re wearing two and they fall asleep.

Well, Martin does. Jon stays awake a bit longer. just a little bit longer.
