god i know i said i was tired of making eveerything sad but just imagine timber those first few months of reconnecting and they're both drunk on tim's boat, laying on the deck staring up at the stars and bear turns over to look at tim, his eyes are sad and wet, and he reaches out to touch tim's face as if to make sure tim is really there and not an illusion and tim whispers, "bear?" and bernard smiles a little brokenly and goes, "so how long do i have you for this time?"

I've pulled myself out of my funk, and now I'm working on the second hal(ves)f of It's a Reflex! Since these past couple of months ate into my writing time I'm just going to be writing the chapters back-to-back, but I do need a little help on deciding on what the name for NW and RR's "Fistfight Vlad in Denny's Parking Lot" GC is going to be named. I'll put in what I've thought of in the poll below, but feel free to drop what you think of in the comments 💙

i have a kazuto headcanon that basically consists of him being an emotional mess whenever he gets drunk (and yeah maybe i'm being a little self-indulgent, but who cares).

he can't help it. he has one drink with vodka and has to fight back tears when he thinks of his friends.

he takes asuna's hand and says you're so pretty and smart and your voice is so beautiful, do you want to date me? please date me as if they aren't basically a married couple.

he looks at sinon and literally cries you're so cool, do you know that? we're best friends, oh my god, we're literally best friends.

when kazuto gets drunk he always searches for sugu so he can hold her hand, and keeps laughing and saying i'm so proud of you you're so nice i love being your brother i love you.

the first time he got drunk, he hugged tsuboi so hard that kazuto almost broke his ribs, and then managed to say something along the lines of i love you so much man you were the first friend i ever had, and tsuboi couldn't stop laughing.

asuna has to keep his phone away from him because kazuto aways tries to send his friends drunk voice messages saying he loves them. she tried to hold his hand and calm him down once and he literally glared at her and said excuse me i have a girlfriend. she didn't know whether she wanted to cry or to punch him in the face.
