Hi, Charity! Me again! The girl who wrote you an essay about her life and didn't know about whether she was ENFP or INFP. I went back to analyzing, just like you told me when you answered my question about my Fe tendencies. I think I solved the mystery: I'm an INFP.

Basically, from everything that you've told me and that I've read it's like

ENFP= wants to have experiences first, feels afterwards

INFP= they feel first, then decide if they want to have that experience

Now, I wasn't so sure about how my thought process exactly goes because I sometimes try to get myself out of the comfort zone and force myself to be more open towards things (also, overthinking is an aspect too), but then I put it like this. If someone proposed to me to be part of a charitable project or to volunteer somewhere, I don't think I would immediately jump at the opportunity. First, I'd like to think about it and decide if the cause really resonates with me, if I would like it etc.

Besides, I've also noticed that my first reaction to something is to feel. Sure, I can be open-minded and stuff, but usually if I feel strongly about something, it's very hard to change my mind.

Also, another aspect about all of this is that today my school counselor organized an interactive activity for us. I think that it helped me realize how in touch I am with my inner world. Although I am people-focused as well and sometimes put others' needs ahead of mine, it's still me, my emotions and my inner world that matter the most. I guess it was rather hard for me to admit because I thought it sounded a bit selfish to be most focused on myself and what I feel. But, in the end it's the truth.

Again, I also want to thank you because you helped me lots. I would've never known I was 9w1 and not 2w1 if it weren't for you :) Also, thanks for telling me my instinctual variant in our last interaction. I think so/sp really fits me. As for my trititype, I think 926 is the one. I still identify with a lot from type 2 and for 6, well, I tend to sometimes be anxious and come up bad scenarios in my head about what could go wrong even if it's not true and I know that.

It sounds like INFP feels most at home for you, so that's what you should decide. :)

6s are not just going to throw themselves at things without thinking about them, and no Fi would want to get involved in anything that doesn't interest them or touch some deep inner motivation, but it is very true that IFPs tend to shut things down more than EFPs. EFPs discover who they are through engagement, and IFPs already know. This may be a little bit of an extreme example -- but it's only by comparing myself to my IFP friends that I reaffirm how much I am not lead by my Fi. It's secondary and somewhat lost beneath all of my Ne-ish rambling, philosophizing, and instant ability to see both sides to any argument. Viewpoints that are too immediate ("too judging") or too rigid are my biggest pet peeve as a perceiving dominant, because to my Ne brain, it seems like people aren't being open-minded and haven't considered it deeply enough yet. I like to think about and weigh everything and being a 6/Ne, I don't feel grounded in a sense despite being very practical and realistic in some areas (safety first... but my ideas and whims still carry me away as an ENP -- one minute I am super excited about this thing, and the interest just abruptly dies a week or six hours or a month later, and I quit midway through it and go off to other things).

I'm discovering that Enneagram has a huge influence on how the different types act and their individual levels of fluidness or stubbornness, but the types still struggle with the same things. INFPs still struggle not to live in a rut due to tert-Si (they do not like to put themselves out of their comfort zone, and that can often include mentally -- they have to work toward being open-minded on issues that they feel strongly about) and ENFPs still struggle to self-locate without experimentation first (having a "fantasy self" in their head that they assume is the real them, then real life constantly contradicting their little stories about themselves).

I'll just give you an example -- INFP friend doesn't like a certain film. Can "understand" why others like it, but her mind is made up, so she will never change it. I can watch something and hate it, decide to give it another chance, go back a week later and I might love it because of my fickle tendency to easily change my mind/perceptions. This has happened to me many times and it's only rarely that I really truly hate something with my Fi and can't stand the thought of giving it another chance. For me, not giving things a "fair chance" feels like a betrayal of myself (high Ne); for her, not listening to her feelings about them feels like a betrayal of herself (high Fi).

It's less about what you do, and more about why you do it.

The Sky

Naomi

Back in the day, whenever you bought or sold something on the auction house a message would show up in your inbox confirming the transaction. These messages were sent by one of the dragon couriers: Pearl, Spitfire or Edgar.

On January 2016, a strange glitch occurred that replaced the images and names of couriers with the ones of a female fae named “Naomi”.

It goes deeper than that, though: if you looked up her name in the user search menu, a clan would pop up with over 15 million dragons.

It was quickly discovered that all exalted dragons had somehow become part of her clan. Naomi herself apparently didn’t exist, and clicking on her page redirected to an error page. This was later fixed and the original Naomi page can be now visited.

What exactly caused this glitch is still a mystery and today Naomi is still a well-known piece of Flight Rising history.

Missing Tidelord

In the official lore, the deity of the water flight disappeared in early 2018, as described in the short story “Hear Today, Gone Tomorrow”.

In the follow up story (Mixed Elements) posted in April of the next year it is confirmed that the Tidelord is still missing, but alive. This coincides with the fact that the Tidelord account hasn’t made any forum posts aside from festival announcements.

Emperors

Emperors are a type of unobtainable dragon that are formed when several Imperial corpses are left in close proximity to each other, which then fuse forming a multi-headed chimera.

Emperors are described in the lore as having an animal-like behavior and destroying everything in sight. They are extremely difficult to kill, which is the reason why in-universe Imperials have such strange burial rites.

An emperor named Luminax is first described in the Raising a Family short story, and their sprite can be seen walking around on the world map.

The Surface

Old color wheel

Originally, there were only 67 available colors for dragons. On June 8th 2016, 110 more colors were added, meaning that currently there are a total of 177 colors available.

When making a custom progenitor dragon, it is only possible to choose among the 67 original colors because it would be otherwise unfair for those who made their account before the new colors were added.

Imperial breed scrolls

Imperial breed change scrolls are one of, if not the most, rare type of item on the site. They were given only to those who pledged 30 dollars or more on the original Flight Rising kickstarter.

At the time, this was the only way of obtaining an Imperial dragon, which meant that the breed as a whole was pretty valuable. Now that Imperials are abundant this is no longer the case, but First generation Imperials are still extremely sought and probably the most expensive type of dragon on the site.

There were also other items that were only given to Kickstarted backers, namely Skycats, Bonefiend, Golden Idol and Cogfrog familiars, and those are also pretty much impossible to obtain.

Baldwin breed change

When Baldwin was introduced in 2015 he was originally a Pearlcatcher. On September 14th of 2016 however his site art started to gradually change, until his transformation was completed five days later.

In-universe, Baldwin started to change after a lightning strike hit his cauldron during an experiment, which made him slowly mutate into the breed we now know as Bogsneaks.

Trans Fiona

When Fiona was added as a trading post dragon people speculated that she was trans, because the female pose for Skydancers only displays two antennae, while the male one has four.

Since Fiona has four antennae in her site art, many wondered whether it was an oversight or actually intended. Aequorin later confirmed in a forum thread that Fiona is indeed trans.

Boolean

Speaking of rare items, the Boolean familiar was only given to a handful of Flight rising beta testers and as such is extremely rare and valuable.

Plaguebringer coli team

On the Plaguebringer’s page she is listed as being part of a coliseum team.

As of now we have no clue as to why this is, and even more strangely she is the only deity that does this.

Boston & Hope

This story is a bit complicated. I’ve scoured the forums in search of info but it seems like there are still some pieces missing. I’ll try my best to explain anyway.

So, for a long while the Lightweaver was the only deity that had other dragons aside from herself in her lair: these dragons were a Spiral named Boston and a Tundra named Hope. Strangely, they were both Earth dragons and apparently have been there since the beginning (?). When asked why (this happened back when deities would interact on the forums) the Lightweaver responded that they were having a dinner party together.

In August 2014 during a pretty heated dominance battle between Shadow and Light Boston and Hope disappeared from the Lightweaver’s lair.

The Shadowbinder now had them, and both their elements were alsochanged to Shadow. The two deities acknowledged this and changed their broadcast messages accordingly.

If I had to guess this was some kind of inside joke that the admins had, although some people got angry that the Shadowbinder now had both Hope and Boston. Some time later(?) Boston was returned to the Lightweaver and for some reason his element was changed to wind.

I don’t have any more info on the matter but if some of you do I would appreciate it if you tell me.

Shallow Waters

Eyepocalypse

On June 8th 2018 eye type variants were introduced. This update was pretty controversial for a bunch of reasons, and the topic is still discussed today. The majority of people(?) seemed to be upset by the fact the “best” eye types (primarily goat, primal and multi-gaze) could only be displayed on dragons that were born with them, and the fact that every dragon born prior to the update couldn’t have these eye types at all displeased a lot of users.

Another problem was the fact that most of the non-special eye types (i.e the only ones that could be applied to already existing dragons using a vial of Scattersight) were not clearly visible on the grand majority of adult dragons.

A smaller(?) complaint was that two of the primal eye types, Shadow and Plague, were seen as kind of disturbing by some people.

Three years later staff attempted to fix this issue by adding Eye type vials for every available eye type. This resulted in a market crash for special eye typed dragons, as now these eye types could be applied to any dragon. The value of Scattersights also tanked, and the people bought them and hadn’t used them yet lost money as now they were infinitely less useful.

EDIT 28/06: Goat isn’t actually obtainable via breeding, faceted is. Bad mistake on my part.

Also, Scattersights were given away freely by Galore on Flight Rising’s fifth anniversary in 2018 and could not be bought afterwards. I admit that I thought people could be able to buy Scattersights due to how upset people were that the value went down, but whatever.

Courier Breed

The courier dragons (Edgar, Spitfire, and Pearl) are part of an exclusive dragon breed that is currently unobtainable. Even though their eye color still reflects the flight they were born in, in-universe they are considered to be “neutral” and they are granted free access to all domains. This raises the question as to which deity created them, as every other dragon breed (Bogsneaks being the only exception) has been created by one of The Eleven.

Multiaccounting

According to the site’s terms of service, no one is allowed to have more than one account. This is pretty standard for pet sites, as having multiple accounts grants unfair advantages and can mess up the site economy. This doesn’t completely stop people for having more than one account, and the practice as a whole is called “Multiaccounting” or “having multis”.

Some people only do this to have multiple clans or reboot their account without deleting their old one. They mostly do no harm but it is reasonable that the site wouldn’t allow this because of how easy it is exploit.

The real harm of multis comes from a practice called “funneling” which is when someone creates multiple accounts only for the purpose of giving items to their main account. This practice violates the game’s rules and can result in a ban. Funneling is not limited to multiaccounting though, and having an account only to feed another is against the site’s rules whether or not the account in question belongs to another person or not.

Some people fear of being banned for multiaccounting even if they haven’t done so, especially if they share a computer with other people.

Purble

“he purble” is probably among the most famous Flight Rising memes.

In 2016(?) a rant was submitted to the original Dramarising blog by a very angry user that wanted to buy an XXX Purple Ridgeback back when triples were pretty expensive, but got beat by someone else.

I’m not going to copy paste it here because in my opinion it’s one of the funniest Flight Rising related posts ever and I don’t want to spoil the experience of reading it for the first time. You can find it pretty easily by searching it up.

Tert Picking

This is something that refaced recently, even though I’ve seen people talking about this for a while. Some people vividly remember being able to pick their custom progenitor’s tertiary color, even though the developers have made it clear that such thing would be impossible. This is without a doubt just one of those weird situations where a lot of people somehow remember the same thing wrong.

Still, it’s fascinating just how many people claim to remember doing picking their tert.

Swiftwings

Swiftwings were a dragon breed that was scrapped in development. The design was rejected because it didn’t fit the 2 arms 2 legs 2 wings format that every dragon design had to follow before the introduction of ancient breeds.

The reason for this rule is that otherwise it would mess up apparel placement. Although the concept was scrapped, echoes of the design were scattered throughout the site: for example, the empty dragon slots that were present prior to 2019 had the silhouette of a Swiftwings dragon. They are also mentioned in the April Fool’s update of 2018.

“Real” Lore dragons

Most people don’t know that some of the dragons featured on the lore stories are actually real, and you can visit their pages. This is the case for Tetra, Cracklinne, Velya, Liefa, Garote and Mirth, which are currently chilling in Aequorin’s lair.

All of the other dragons in the developers’ lairs are not canon and are used to test bugs and features on the site.

The Middle ground

True deity names

When the site first started the deities used to have actual names instead of titles. Some of these names were based off of the site founders’s usernames on other sites.

The names are the following:

Amogayvhi - Gladekeeper Xhaztol - Arcanist Rhenik - Tidelord Akiri - Flamecaller Thrage - Stormcatcher Undel - Shadowbinder Jhortanas - Plaguebringer Ghurab - Windsinger Artaios - Earthshaker Rhiow – Lightweaver

As you can tell, Xhaztol, Akiri, Thrage and Undel are the usernames of some of the admins of the site, and the flight they are a part of corresponds with the previous name of their deity.

No leg coatls

On January 16, 2015 an iconic thread was posted in the flight rising discussion forum, which displayed a photoshopped image of a coatl with its legs removed. Quickly the thread devolved into a general photoshop thread were people took official site art of dragons and modified it.

The thread was eventually locked due to spam and quote pyramids, but spiritual successors of the original “phoatlshop” thread still exist today.

Dress slot unlocking

A thing that a surprising amount of people don’t know is the fact that when buy an additional apparel slot, the slot opens for every dragon in your lair and not just the one you bought it on.

This is something I also discovered very recently and it’s kind of funny that so many people that have been on the site for very long don’t know this.

Clanbound scatterscrolls

I think the wiki explains it best, so I’ll just copy paste this here:

“Tri-Color Scatterscrolls suffered from an issue where they would only scatter a random range from colors 1-47 (white through sunshine) rather than 1-67 (white through rose). They have been fixed and are now functioning correctly with a random range within the 67 color set. The affected timeframe was from August 15th, 2013 until September 22nd, 2013. The admins allowed users who were unsatisfied with their bugged Tri-Color Scatterscrolls to receive the same amount of them back in the form of Clanbound Scatterscrolls to try scattering their own dragons again with the full color range.”

Beta Mirrors

Ever wondered why they’re called Mirrors?

According to Undel, the main artist of Flight Rising, mirrors originally were supposed to have every part of their body “mirrored”, meaning they had two sets of eyes, two pairs of wings, two tails, and so on.

This design ended up being too cluttered and looked weird shrunken down. The name was kept the same, even though the only mirrored part of the design are the eyes.

Dragons are evil

If you read the “Beastclans on the rise” lore bit, the dragons come across as… very evil, stealing territory from the beastclans when they have been living on Sornieth way longer than the dragons have and killing them for loot.

Furthermore, in the Bounty of the Elements lore bit the Beastclan rebellion guided by Talona is seen by the dragons as unreasonable and wrong even when in canon Beastclans are framed as the innocent party.

The Depths

Scroll of Divorce

In the alpha stage dragons were supposed to be monogamous and could only breed with the dragon they were “paired” with. To break their bond you had to use an item called “Scroll of Divorce” which even featured broken marriage rings in the art.

If I had to guess, this item and the concept as a whole were scrapped because the idea of dragons having “weddings” and needing to divorce before breeding with another dragon felt kind of weird, especially in a game targeted towards teens.

First Festival

The first Holiday festival in Flight rising history was the 2013 Brightshine Jubilee. The items that were available for this festival only are incredibly rare, particularily the Light Sprite which is one of the most valuable items on the site. Apart from that and the fact that the skincent contest only had 6 winners, not much is notable about it.

Offsite drama

Flight Rising has had its fair share of drama both on and off site, but due to the fact that it’s against the site’s rule to discuss user drama on the forums most of the notable drama happened off site (mainly tumblr).

Egg rot

Egg rot was a very early mechanic that was pretty quickly removed from the site. If you forgot to incubate your eggs, they would “rot” and no longer hatch.

It’s the reason why in the nesting grounds the text reads “Eggs healthy” and also the reason why on the stats section of the Account settings it says “Eggs discarded”. The mechanic was removed because it heavily punished casual players and the frequent downtimes of the site meant that even if someone logged in every day they could still have their eggs die.

Also, the images of egg rot look extremely cursed.

Pablo

From what I could gather, Pablo is a dragon which became somewhat popular after user “Desmondtiny” wrote a very long and detailed backstory of them being the Arcanist’s lost boyfriend.

I’m pretty sure it gues deeper than that but I couldn’t find any further information. As usual, if you know something more let me know.

Latest News

On November 12, 2014, a glitch(?) occurred that let anyone post in the Announcements thread. Anything that was posted went directly to the front page, which resulted in quite a bit of chaos.

This was fixed only half an hour later, but the screenshots people have from that time are extremely funny.

Lameforger

On the 2014 Flameforger’s festival announcement Undel accidentally misspelled “Flameforger” as “Lameforger”, which prompted the official account of the Flamecaller to respond aggressively. Lameforger is still jokingly used by users, even after the typo was fixed.

Festival of one (1)

On the first day of the 2014 Greenskeeper Gathering a glitch occurred which switched the site banner for the Starfall celebration banner instead of the Greenskeeper one.

It didn’t end there, in the coliseum Magical shards dropped instead of Bladed Flatleaves, even though skin chests dropped as normal(?).

The weirdest thing about it all was Joxar’s Space inventory, which didn’t display any items at all and had glitched dialogue.

The event was nicknamed by the fanbase “Festival of 1” and even the deity’s official accounts acknowledged the incident.

Vape Juice

As far as I know the original forum thread as been lost, but the vape juice fiasco will always remain cemented in Flight Rising History.

A company called Vape Daugz was making vape juice with Flight Rising dragons plastered on their packaging, completely violating the site’s policy.

The company’s site still exists, and browsing through their products I found that the products that previously had Flight Rising dragons on them still exist, but now feature completely different packaging.

I have no idea whether they changed the packaging spontaneously or staff did something about it.

I think there’s a potentially interesting story buried down there, but we’ll likely never the truth behind the Flight Rising vape juice.

The Abyss

Humans

There’s been some speculation over the years as to whether or not humans are canon in the Flight Rising universe. Some people believe that the “Mages” of the second age in the official lore are actually humans, but we can’t be sure because they are depicted with long robes that cover their whole bodies.

The idea of humans existing in canon has spawned a couple of memes, most infamously Thomas.

Plague healers

Again, I think the wiki explains this one better:

“According to Aequorin, Plague healers are an interesting bunch because rather than administer treatments that counter illness, they use a mixture of magic and contagion that stress the affected dragon further, allowing them to reach a stronger, healed, and resistant state faster than other elements. Plague healers will treat physical injuries with sutures, bandages, and braces, but they won't clean the wounds or apply ointments."

Akitla

As described in the original thread, Akitla was a dragon that user “qunii” saw on the front page, but noticed that she wasn’t accompanied by the username of the person owning them.

After clicking on her, an error page loaded. It was discovered that putting her color combination or ID in the search bar would result in an error page. This was later fixed, and both Akitla and her mate were now displayed as being exalted to the Arcanist. T

here are some theories as to what happened to the Akitla’s user, some think that she belonged to a deleted account, others that it was the result of an incomplete account creation.

As with a lot of things on this iceberg, it will likely remain a mystery forever.

Arcane sprite book

“what is the arcane sprite reading??” is probably one of the oldest still active threads on the forums.

On September 25, 2013 user “Kaadashi” started a joke thread were they wondered what exactly is the arcane sprite reading, and playfully suggested that it could be erotic fanfiction. People went crazy of course, and started to wonder what kind of juicy secrets were hidden within the pages of that book.

I don’t want to say too much because I really don’t want to spoil the experience of reading through this very cursed tread.

Sunshine

Sunshine is one of the most… interesting lairs on the site, and certainly one of the most well-known.

They(?) have a lair (almost) completely full of triple basic sunshine dragons, most of which are Tundras. So far they have collected about 320 triple hundred Sunshine dragons, almost all of which are also named “Sunshine”. They’re not all the same, some of them have apparel, some of them are gened and some have unique art and descriptions.

They’re dedicated and I respect that.

EDIT 28/06: Apparently some people seem to think that the sunshine-dedicated lair is based on a meme concerning the announcement of the color wheel expansion, which became so discussed that the itself site broke. The two things are unrelated however, as the Sunshine lair has been around for much longer.

The announcement of the color wheel expansion was cryptic, with only a few post showing off differently colored coatls and then 3 pages of reserved posts, with no explanation whatsoever.

Simple Farmer

Another very famous thread is the “I am but a simple farmer” thread started by user “someKindOfGenius”. It’s not really about anything specific, it’s just a rather silly thread were people photoshop flight rising dragons onto various crops.

Still, this thread is iconic so I had to include it.

Dragon Deaths

Way back in 2014 former flight rising programmer Thrage revealed on a forum thread that way back before the beta, dragons could actually starve to death if left unfed.

Yep.

Obviously they had to remove this mechanic because it would have been extremely harsh to casual players and make people frustrated with the game.

Zalvador

User “manojalpa” became fairly well-known for the extremely dark lore they(?) had written for their Clan, it was so dark in fact that every single one of their dragon’s bios had to moved to their tumblr where they couldn’t be easily seen by the site’s mainly underage usebase.

Their lore centered around their progen dragon, a tundra named Zalvador, which behaved and had the same powers as a flight rising user: buying dragons off of the action house, having “breeding projects”, exalting dragons, etc.

These things seem pretty normal when done by a player, but when taking them as actual real things that happen in universe… yeah, it was way too morbid for the site.

The Pit

Black linen neck wraps

For some weird reason, the apparel piece “Black linen neck wrap” when put on a male pose Coatl wraps around the dragon’s throat instead of it’s neck. It’s kind of subtle and hard to see, but if you compare it with the female pose the difference is clear. This is probably just an art error, although it’s weird that it hasn’t been fixed yet, since linen wraps are a very old piece of apparel.

Another weird thing about linen wraps in general is that the wing wraps just sort of… go through the membrane? This is not possible. These dragons are in pain.

Icewarden ears

Another very remarkably popular thread is the Icewarden ears thread.

In 2014 user “Llanai” simply makes note of the fact that the Icewarden has teeny tiny ears.

As we have come to expect from these threads, it quickly devolved into nonsense.

Forbidden Snapper lore

Snappers used to have a way different lore section that was changed because it deemed too similar to the lore of another petsite.

This is what the original section read:

"Snapper dragons do not sleep, but exist in a constant state of reverie. They receive and catalogue all experiences and stories told within their dreams. This persistent state of awakened dreaming awards them the longest memory of any dragon species. They are living encyclopedias, and any dragon who is seeking difficult-to-obtain information will have the most luck unearthing it from a Snapper clan - provided they have the patience for it. If you want two dozen quick answers, talk to a spiral. If you want a fully developed answer, camp out around a Snapper. These dreamers move at their own pace, which varies from dragon to dragon. For some, the awakened dream can prove to be more interesting than their surroundings. This leads to a focus upon the dream, and the waking world as filtered background noise. Interacting with these sleepwalkers can be a trying and repetitive task. Other Snappers may be fairly lucid, with a focus upon their surroundings and the constant hum of the dream pushed aside."

Bee movie script

I’ve seen this story around the forums a few times but I’ve never been able to learn the details.

From what I’ve heard someone copy pasted the entire bee movie script into their clan bio in a drop down text format, which completely broke the page for anyone who visited it. This was fixed, apparently, although I have no clue as to who this user is.

EDIT 28/06: Zeus

Zeus is an XXX gold g1 permababy imperial that used to belong to user "happywing".

Their account is now locked because Zeus was created with the use of a duplication glitch on an imperial breed change scroll, which is obviously not allowed (although I've heard some people say that the dragon was hacked in altogether). Before the account was locked, people speculated that Zeus was the most valuable dragon on the site, because an XXX g1 imperial is impossibly rare.

Wegg shaming

On July 2017 user “Dreamnorn” made a thread were they(?) claimed to have a dream where everything was the same except people used the term “wegged” when two dragons would lay only one egg in a nest.

Ex. Aw man! I’ve been wegged again! = Aw man! I bred two dragons and they only had one egg!

The dream ended up being prophetic, as the term catched on and people started to use it unironically.

The practice of “Wegg shaming” I think refers to the trend of people posting pictures of the dragons that “wegged” them in order to “shame” them.

Plague nest skull

The site art of the plague nest features an unique dragon skull that doesn’t match with any currently existing dragon breed or creature: It appears to have two sets of eyes, like a mirror, but also long and curled horns.

…this is CAPTAINPLANET. Somehow, user “Decres”' managed to overlay a Fae skin on top of a Tundra, creating this horrifyingly fascinating abomination.

I have no idea how she did this, and she seems pretty adamant to tell.

EDIT 28/06: People have pointed out that this skin overlay glitch was actually somewhat common (although I still haven't found another dragon like CAPTAINPLANET). What you had to do was breed change a dragon while attaching a skin to them in another tab.

This glitch has been patched and such thing is no longer possible.

I’ve seen a lot of people, both on forums and on Tumblr, sharing dreams they had about Flight Rising.

A lot of people dream of just being on the site, while occasionally weird things happen.

I’ve read of people who dreamed the distribution of a new breed, buying an exclusive item, a new Fiona feat or Swipp trade, or just browsing the forums.

The most common type of Flight rising-associated dream I’ve seen however is being caught multiaccounting and having their account banned.

I’m no psychoanalyst, but I think it’s pretty clear that these nightmares stem from the paranoia of being banned from their beloved petsite instead of showing any actual intention of doing the “crime” in question.

Anyways, I think it’s fascinating how so many people dream about this site, and it reminds me of the dreams people claimed to have about Mario 64 where completely new levels were added or a scary monster appeared.

Dragon Slime

Dragon Slime was an infamous thread which was supposed to be start off point for an ARG.

It was deleted because it was considered too “spammy” and also because ARGs are banned from the forums. The thread has been lost, unfortunately.

Cucumber

Cucumber is the only dragon ever to have been exalted with a skin, which is something that should not be possible. This raises some questions as to what exactly did the person that exalted them do to achieve this, but we have no way of knowing who Cucumber belonged to.

Hii ! Idk why I left that bath in my inbox when I already planed a response to it since I got it but let’s ignore it. I don’t know if you are accustomed with functions but I choose to not talk much about it in depths for the exception of some just in case as I don’t want to loose you mid explanation and wants to vulgarize things a little.

I think you can rely on personality database for most the character you listed except for Kise. And for the one you didn’t listed there also be cautious with Kasamatsu and Mayuzumi.

Akashi breathe and smell INTJ, there is no doubt about it. His Ni dom is one of the most mind blowing, his Te aux is really solid and show up when he’s executing his strategies : Think about how he stopped Midorima and Takao combo and his tactics during his match against Shutoku, Fi tertiary obvious by the nature of his mental breakdown and need to find himself and his Se inf that you can notice if paying attention to how observant he is of what’s going on around him especially in his team.

Kuroko is 100% INFJ, he as well not only fit the stereotype and looking at the functions everything matches and makes sense. Huge Ni, big Fe lmao, Solid Ti and efficient Se.

Kagami is a cliché of the ESTP 8w7 it’s hilarious heavy Se dom and tertiary Fe who’s underdeveloped. He doesn’t take anyone shit and follow his own kind of logic what’s very Ti of him, he also has a need to execute things his way on his own. Finally he also quite frequently use his inferior Ni when playing basketball as well, Taiga may try multiples things but he’s not brainstorming stuff he goes for the idea he find really great and solid on the moment and if it fails he goes for something else as much solid while people who uses Ne have like multiples ideas who aren’t all that much necessarily realizable and can possibly not even use the best of them for the sake of experience but at least the information they get form the results helps the others possibilities what will allow them to hit harder new turn and always have ressources.

Midorima is an ISTJ, I remember the days people confused him with an INTJ but you can see his concrete SI dom every time like : he doesn’t feel right playing basketball when he don’t have his lucky item and gives a lot of importance to his own sensations and contact with the ball and others : preserving his precious hand and not getting over it every time his teammates get touchy tapping his head or shoulder. He’s also very track minded, following a routine and he’s not lenient on it or he feels bad about it. Solid Te and I think I don’t even need to elaborate on this because they’re no way this dude is using Ti, Fi tert underdeveloped as he has an hard time admitting how he truly feels internally and to others as well but still values more the introversion of his feelings and takes what he do seriously. If he’s doing something it’s first because he knows he can and want to and not because it’s possibly fun and let fate decides if he will enjoy it. His has an inferior Ne that he occasionally uses but it gets sharper when he’s talking with Takao, the ultimate Ne dom as an ENTP, they brainstormed together multiples times to finds combos and seeing potential progression for Kuroko drives and Kagami aerials fights.

To be INTJ, Midorima has to have Se but it’s non existent, like it’s reason why everyone is making fun of him on a basis : going out with weird lucky items and not understanding why it’s weird, having weird taste in cans he dares drink in public, he has been mocked for his beans cans hasn’t he ? Not getting that Momoi had a crush on Kuroko and Akashi predicting he wouldn’t know by the end of junior school in Replace Plus and the only thing that could make up for it is an Fe function in his stacks that he definitely can’t develop that and that he doesn’t have. Is lack of Se is also the reason why Akashi managed to find the weakness of his combo with Takao…

Murasakibara is an ISTP with solid Ti and chaotic Fe inf, I didn’t except someone to be worse than Aomine in this show especially since his enneagram is 8w7 not the most Fe axed one especially paired up with an ISTP but guess what.

Also Aomine is an ISTP like Murasakibara I know some even if it’s a unpopular opinion confuses him with ENTP and honestly it’s not a so bizarre combination it could actually fit him but no. Aomine is definitely aware of his surroundings, he has that heavy Se when playing basketball and just in general life really being a man of the instant and moment. He is really earth grounded and don’t enjoy much of the internal struggles ENTP enjoys to inflict themselves by thinking about nonsense not even existing just look at him when he’s drinking tea with Momoi and you will understand that for him thinking about fate theories isn’t even considered normal and it’s ridiculous.

He’s also so low on Fe, the tertiary Fe is hard to believe even for an unhealthy or sad ENTP. He literally cut off his relationship with Kuroko once he thought what he was doing wasn’t making sense anymore as a Ti dom and didn’t even bothered to engage in a conversation or clear things off properly before and then slowly fading away like the Fe tert would probably have done for the sake at least of their friend because magically Aomine except Kuroko to get over it and understand. And finally his tert Ni is really showing up when he’s playing basketball, he doesn’t brainstorm what are the possibilities he can came up with he has one idea and execute it by how he think it will works instinctively.

And finally Kise the one who’s mistyped in my opinion on this site is an ESTP and not an happy go lucky walking stereotype ESFP. It’s easy to type him ESFP has he fit so greatly in the stereotype of the entertainer because of how he behave around Kuroko and his anime persona but there is just no way Ryouta Kise has an Fi aux even when you’re an anime watcher only he has a clearer Fe in tertiary. I think people confuse him because Kagami as well is ESTP and they don’t behave the same at all but you would be surprised by how similar they are in reality at least in their thinking process just that Kise has a well rounded and developed Fe people ignore because relying on stereotype ESTP are quite insensitive and machines thrilling for actions.

Kise is at ease with his emotions because he learnt it and not because it’s natural in him, always surrounded by people because for his talents or beauty he got accustomed of playing of his own charm and people trying to get emotionally close to him what does explain why he get some thing to win his respect and for him to warm up to you. ( what is a Fe ugly tendency) But the truth is that he’s an idiot who only seeks out for challenges and fun things to do more than chatting even if he likes it and he can be insensitive when his pleasure is not satisfied. He grew having to be picky about who he’s hanging out to form genuine relationship and that’s why around people he really like he turn into a so affective ball. To develop his own thinking and opinion about basketball Kise relied a lot on what Kuroko said after his defeat and not what feels like good to him or common sense even if it was contradictory to what he was thinking at first and payed a lot of attention on Aomine the one he admired to develop himself. But even after all that he felt contradicted and didn’t set on an opinion because it wasn’t the one he developed by himself what proves his Ti aux and Fe tert, when playing he thinks much more about his opponents ( the one he respects) and teammates than himself and when he think about himself you best believe he’s going to few seconds after talk about the one he respect may think of him or how he may look ridiculous from an exterior perspective. Kise is all about finding a challenger he will have fun playing along, what is very Fe and no way Fi aux. And in reality he quite have an hard time realizing things about himself : his rivalry with Kuroko and Kagami, that in reality he never agreed that much with how things were going on at Teiko, that he never wanted to see Aomine loose until the inter high, that he genuinely likes his teammates more than simple camaradery bound and liked to be associated with the Kaijo team and even then I bet he’s not realizing he’s much more emotionally attached to Aomine than he think outside of basketball and considerate GOM as his only true friends besides Kaijo.

Kise has a solid Ti showed multiples time by when he’s playing : he’s not simply imitating but learn the technique and reappropriate it to himself and ameliorate it even composing multiples combos with them with the Perfect Copy : he’s doing the weirdest combos I swear with his Ti, even another Ti aux can barely keep up just think about that time Kuroko is trying to stop him and he switch to faint Midorima but then makes a pass and Moriyama makes a new pass as he head toward the basket. In general life his Ti aux come off as insensitive mostly : multiples times telling Kuroko he should come rejoin him as following his logic it make sense for him to just leave and come to Kaijo, but he’s surprisingly not totally Fe blind at this moment, after that telling Kuroko what he thinks about Kagami even though no one asked him. But when it’s most obvious he use Ti is in his Teiko days when unlike a Fi aux would do he’s comparing himself with Kuroko throughout the days as his tutor and openly bash him on his abilities to Aomine and excepting explanations on what that dude is doing in the A group instead of talking about how much more worthy he is to be in the team or either internally reprimand how deceived he is and and stuff. He’s much more calculating than people think as he be thinking about how he will plan to gravitate stages in the basketball club and pay attention to what peoples perceive him as to keep in check his progression and get information. And like Fe user he don’t like to be tied down to set morals society or himself he may indulge ( doesn’t mean he’s doing weird or bad stuff but like for example he’s probably the type of guy who’s very loyal but won’t marry his partner that quickly even if he knows he will. As except the symbolism of the ceremony , he don’t find it really important.) So he’s always open to opinion and he’s versatile, changing and keep evolving. He’s also has a very instinctive a well developed Ni inferior, he uses more than Kagami and is from the same level of even superior surprisingly as/than Murasakibara when playing but just in general life as well getting geniuses ideas to his standard out of nowhere and predictions. And his Se is just that great and enormous I think it’s unnecessary for me to talk about it. The dude literally just mimic what he watches physically and when he’s annoyed he hears the wind and hate it proving he’s a guy of the instant.

Wooh this might get the anger of some (i have experience with the INFJ typers) but Blake goddamn REEKS of Fi. Less so recently but for the first seasons oh my god. She straights up catch you by the shirt and tells you "I'm doing the right thing"; and said right thing is so heavily dependant on her own subjectives values, which is why Blake can't reconcile with the current White Fang; because she doesn't have a strong Je vision of "what objectively works in the end", she only sees actions in terms of immediate right and wrong, and this b&w dichotomy stems from herself. What the WF is doing is wrong and the circumstances don't matter for judging the morality of their actions (of course I'm not talking about murder here bc that's pretty wrong ALL THE TIME but for example the stealing occuring in V1 bc of the WF is a better example)

I would personally call him an INFJ. I... never really got INTP vibes from him ? I don't see the Fe inf work out with his interactions : he's always rather at ease, he knows how to navigate around people... His focus inherently lies on doing what's best for the "group", the people, humanity. Fx functions are both concerned with ethics, in different ways, and I think Oz reflects that well. He IS concerned with the moral weight of his actions, but it's a more adaptable and unpersonnal concern than Fi people. He regards Ironwood's soul machines as something wrong, but can still agree to use it if the situations demand it for example. So... if the INFJ + 5 makes sense to you, well that's what I'm typing him personally. I also feel like Ni fits him more than Ne. Ozpin has a very linear way of planning, he does use his fair share of symbolism in every day conversation... Even when taking decisions, he... kind of cares about the meaning of things a lot ? It's hard to explain but like; the way he highlights the difference between an army and a guardian, and the emotionnal response it brings. I don't know it feels like there's some Ni vibes in there x)

Might be weird if you think he was a dictator from the start, but I kind of entertained the idea of Ironwood being Fe dom ? From his very first interaction it was very clear that he was a Je dom to me; he's all about objective results; he doesn't give off the "internal framework" or "personnal values" vibe AT ALL; so it was more a matter of picking Te or Fe. He LOOKS super Te don't get me wrong; but he also has an enneagram tritype that is very common amongst XXTJs (and TJs stereotypes thus derive from it). And just like Oz, his focus at all time seemed to be the greater good and doing what's best for the people still. So I was like... Eh, a "harsh" ENFJ I think that's interesting ? Plus Fe ethics actually derive from their environment, kinda like "everyone agrees that Y is wrong", and if you consider that James is from Atlas... Well his way of thinking and ethics align pretty well with the military.

His character took a turn for the worse in V8 (whether too quick or not depends on who you ask) and past that point he's a clear ENTJ; but I feel like it was more debatable before that. Idk though I might be overthinking this in the hope of making more interesting combinations xD

I have pretty bad memory for sensory details: I may not notice that a new building has been constructed on the street I pass by often or what clothes wore the person I`ve seen today.

Maybe, I had something like Si-loop when I was about to start a new project, but I was nervous and remembered past failures. In most desperate situations, I feel lost because of my own indecisiveness and feel like “I have to do at least something”, and it often leads to wrong choices.

I did not receive parts 1 and 6 of your message. Based on what I did receive, I'm assuming that you're trying to make a case for INFP. In the Function Theory Guide, it states that you must present sufficient evidence for ALL FOUR functions of the stack in order to make a strong case for the type. First, your description of Fi largely points to Fe. Second, you are unable to provide any compelling evidence of the tertiary and inferior functions. These two points are already enough to rule out the type. I'm afraid I just don't see the logic of why you would choose INFP.

Retyping my Youngest Sister

So I had previously lamented that I wasn’t that sure about my youngest sister’s type since I didn’t get to spend as much time with her as the others. 

Well, this winter break we got in a good amount of sisterly bonding moments. 

For the record, my last guess was listed as “6w7 sx dom 683 xstp″

The good news is: I’m 100% settled on Type 6 now. Zero doubt left. 

She shows a whole lot of “responsible” behavior now that she’s starting to become an adult. Or rather a mixed pattern of responsible & rebel, but its above average responsible for a 13 year old.  

Also the reflexive compliment deflection, just like the other type 6 sisters. It’s amusing how consistently all 3 of them do it. Especially funny with the 2 fixed one because she will insist on saying nice things about the others, but gets all shy when it’s her turn. 

The bad news is: Everything else was off. 

im thinking shes prolly sx blind now. She has no soc first ‘bouncyness/friendlyness’ or put-togetherness, so im saying sp/soc. she does have some skill cultivation/alone activity focus. 

She dislikes having inappropiate/dirty jokes made in her presence (obviously none of us say anything graphic around a 13 year old, but she takes offense to just saying a video game character is “hot”) I thought at first that maybe she gets overloaded by it since shes young & developing & might take it seriously, but it seems more like she thinks it’s silly & immature by her classmates to make dirty jokes.

Despite not being ordered/J in the slightest, she complains that all her classmates are silly & don’t take school seriously, and does more order than is asked (telling others to do chores more so than mom asked/insisted), & talks about her problems/struggles a lot, & likes dark/macabre asthetics. 

I was right about 2 reactive fixes but it was not 8. id arrived at that more by thinking it wasnt the other ones anyway so i was never sure. 

That said I think I can finally confidently pin her down as ISTP. 

I just saw her continuing to watch her minecraft video at the dinner table even though there were others eating. Multiple times actually. An extrovert would have taken the chance to talk especially if they hadn’t gotten that much socializing lately. She’s in her room alot, too.

If I mentally snapshot her and try to consider the “image” like it is a stranger - She’s got a black T-shirt, a long messy ponytail, good quality headphones, she’s watching her video with not very much animation, her eyes are very focussed, the middle of her face is slack... that’s an ISTP alright. Almost the platonic ideal thereof. 

I felt she was good enough at negociating/tricking people that the Fe could be tertiary rather than inf, but she’s prolly just a strong contact subtype. She’s not “baseline friendly” enough fo tert Fe especially as a 6. 

In hindsight some of what I thought had  point towards extrovert was actually due to her enneagram - wanting others to play with her and entertain her as a child is just attachment triad. 

In a sense this really vindicates our Mom who always said that she felt sister #3 and I were very similar in some way. She was exactly right: We’re both Ti doms! 

I guess I was more focussed on what is different between us - She could do tricks on her bycicle at an age when I could barely ride one, for example. 

So yeah, final veridict: sister #3 (also known as ”Little J.”) is sp/soc 6w5 614 ISTP .

In other news she has finally matured out of her “no hugs” phase, it was driving mom nuts because she is a very cuddle loving person. 

I did keep saying that she just wants to assert her individuality/newfound independent thinking that comes with adolescence,  and that she would go back to normal when she sees that we respect it, so she sees she doesn’t need to shout “I AM AN INDIVIDUAL!” with a megapohone, but it is nice to be proven right.

SPOP Character Typing: Adora

ESTJ, 9w1, 953, so/sp

I’ve seen Adora typed as ESFJ and ENFJ, and I get why people don’t think she seems “hard” enough to be an extroverted thinking dominant type. But I think this is exactly the kind of mistype that happens when people don’t know Enneagram. Adora is an interesting mix because she has a super soft Enneagram core type and a harder “take-charge” MBTI type.

So, let’s get into that.

MBTI: ESTJ

I think what people forget when they type Adora as an extroverted feeling dominant type, is how incredibly personal and tactful Fe-doms are. (On a good day, anyway.) Adora, however, tends to be more impersonal and straight-to-the-point. Te-doms can also come off as people-oriented, that is not exclusive to Fe-doms, but they go about it differently. There is an Fe-dom in the Best Friends Squad, but that is not Adora.

If you think about it, Adora is a very classic Te-Si type. She likes rules and has a natural inclination towards implementing those rules in a very practical, hands-on type of manner. She’s very action oriented. She sees what needs to be done, and does it. ESTJs are highly effective in the sense that they don’t often stop to ask as much questions as some other types. They go about things based on what gets them from point A to point B, and what has worked in the past, or how they are used to doing things. They can also get quite hooked in moving from one plateau to the next in a routinely manner. This can often be how ESTJs go through life, if they don’t stop to think about why they are doing what they are doing, and specifically what personal values drive their actions. No wonder ESTJs are generally the jockiest jocks to ever jock.

Being a Te-dom doesn’t mean you’re not empathetic. Adora definitely is. It just means that you primarily show it through action. If a friend cries, for an Fe-dom the most natural course of action may be to sit with them and listen, and for a Te-dom it might be eliminating the reason for the crying. This is overly simplified of course, and real people as well as good fictional characters are multifaceted, but you get the idea. This is how Adora most often works. It’s not: “Catra, I can see something is bothering you, do you want to talk about it?” It’s: “Let’s take a skiff for a ride to cheer you up.”

Adora can also be quite funny in a random seeming way, which is due to her tertiary extroverted intuition. ESTJs and ESFJs (tert Ne-types) are often one of the most hilarious people alive, because they like to use their extroverted intuition in tandem with their dominant function. The level of control they have over it isn’t often that great, so it comes off as child-like randomness. Their first two functions lead them towards order and predictability, but when Ne comes into play and they venture out of their usual habits, they may surprise you. The results might be unpredictable: Turns out licking sand didn’t work for Adora but with the help of her friends she managed to play Double Trouble’s game nicely.

In general ESTJs are not in their comfort zone with Ne-type of creativity or innovation but they are not hopeless with it. Adora struggles with the more unpredictable qualities of her sword, like turning it into different objects. She doesn’t use that quality too often and doesn’t have too much variety when she does. While Adora’s first instinct is to simply charge ahead, someone with high Ne would’ve been likely to utilize the flexible qualities of the sword to the max. But Adora can still manage it, her Ne isn’t low enough to be considered her Achille’s heel. She takes a bit of time with it but eventually comes up with solutions that work, such as carrying her sword as a bracelet.

Introverted feeling is what Adora desperately needs in her life and has trouble figuring out. If you think about Fi-doms, they are people who spend a lot of time thinking about who they are, what they want, what they value, and their life builds around that. It’s their most natural state, thinking about whether or not everything they face is something they like/dislike, if it’s good/bad, right/wrong, desirable or not, them or not them.

This is what makes the planets align for an ESTJ. They neglect this function, and when they finally start developing it, the whole world is new for them. This is very literal in Adora’s case, it’s like Etheria’s magic is waking up with her introverted feeling. (Because when all your four functions finally align it IS magic.) That function, introverted feeling, is essentially where she keeps her love for Catra, or rather, it’s the function she needs to be able to make one person, whether it’s Catra or herself, a priority. Te is a rather utilitarian function, and since Adora leads with that and has internalized the belief that her desires don’t matter, there’s nothing in her dominant extroverted thinking process that would justify her “selfish” desires. Te cares about numbers, masses and large scale consequences. She needs Fi, the function that is all about individuality, and essentially yourself. We know how much it takes for that function to surface for her, but when it does, oh boy.

Enneagram

Core type: 9

As a type 9, Adora comes off as unassuming, warm and friendly. 9’s are all about forgiveness, self-neglect and acceptance.

9 is the most “traditionally selfless” type, because unlike Enneagram 2s for example, 9s don’t expect anything in return for what they give to others. Adora’s upbringing has magnified that quality in her (which was obviously very intentional from Shadow Weaver). 9s also have a natural tendency to ignore negative feelings, so they can keep feeling “okay” and unaffected by the external world. This quality makes 9s susceptible to staying in bad situations and bad relationships for a very long time, because they so persistently see the good in others. This is why it took Adora so long, and why she needed evidence that was impossible to ignore to realize that the Horde didn’t have a good cause. 9s are conflict-avoidant because they fear loss and separation above all. That’s why Adora too is such a people pleaser. She would rather live in “fake” harmony, than be the one to create conflict that causes emotional pain. Unfortunately, that’s exactly why 9s sometimes upset others. Like how Adora is unwilling to do anything that would get her on Shadow Weaver’s bad side, which hurts Catra. Or how she pretends to be the She-Ra Plumerians expect her to be so she wouldn’t disappoint them, which only leads her to disappoint them more later. It’s very classic 9 of her to let things develop to a point where everything comes crashing down before addressing the conflict she really needs to address. 9s tend to go with the flow, and sometimes too far.

One of the big things with 9s is that they lack a solid sense of self. They are out of touch with their needs, desires, and identity. Another thing that Shadow Weaver magnified in Adora. Basically, if you break a 9’s sense of self-worth far enough, they’ll become a blank canvas for others to write on, because they already believe they are somehow inherently “less” than others. They always assume to be the least important person in the room. As a 9, what being She-Ra essentially meant to Adora was being everyone else’s servant. For other types it would have meant different things, like to a type 4 it would have been about having personal significance in the world, and to a 3 it would have essentially been about being a celebrity. As a 9 Adora was also one of the most likely people to just roll with it. Like, if you threw something like that at a type 6, they would have most likely just bolted, and half of the storyline would’ve been about “I can’t/don’t want to do this!”. (=a tip for anyone who wants to write certain role swap AUs. ;D)

As a 9, Adora integrates to 3, so at her best mental state, she becomes driven, ambitious, present, and sees her value as a person. She’s no longer someone things happen to, but she’s the driving force in changing her life and the things around her. She disintegrates to 6, so in times of prolonged stress she can get easily irritable, pessimistic, and feel helpless.

Wing: 1

This is where Adora gets her grit, and the moralizing side to her character. Having a strong 1-wing definitely helped her survive in the Horde but it also frequently adds fuel to her self-sacrificing: it’s so easy to back up that 9 quality by telling herself it’s “the right thing to do”. The Right Thing is all 1 cares about. It also plays directly into her dominant Te tendency to follow rules, and makes her the typical “Lawful Good” type of person. Catra’s accusation that Adora “thinks she’s better than everyone” doesn’t miss the mark too far. Even though Adora isn’t a core 1, and as such her whole identity isn’t wrapped up in being morally superior, she does care about having integrity to a certain extend. So, maybe she doesn’t literally think she’s better than everyone, but she still strives to be above certain things, and hates the idea of being “bad”.

Head fix: 5

This is largely where Adora’s nerdy side comes from. 5s want to be competent, and they hate not knowing what to do, so they want a lot of information. Not knowing and not understanding frightens them. The most blatant expression of this with Adora is probably the whole thing with the princess prom. This side of her comes to surface when she can’t just adapt (=9) or do the right thing (=1). 5 is also detached and uncomfortable with their feelings, so this only strengthens Adora’s 9-tendency to not address hers. 5s are also big on compartmentalizing, so this greatly helps Adora to entertain certain difficult realities inside herself as if it’s nothing, such as Catra is an enemy she routinely fights, but she would also die for her in a heartbeat.

Heart fix: 3

If none of the three other strategies work, Adora will try to solve things and get people on her side by showing off. 3s want to be viewed as valuable and useful by others, and in Adora’s case it’s probably best seen in the way she acts when she meets Huntara. 3 is where she gets her cocky side. It’s a funny contrast with her humble 9-core, and in most cases she only has enough confidence to act like this when she’s with Catra, or when she’s She-Ra. Having a 3-fix also plays into her need to be useful, because while 9s often want to be useful to excuse their existence, 3s also want to hear that they are useful, so whatever little vanity Adora has will always directly reinforce the idea that good things come from her overexerting herself.

Instinctual Variant: so/sp

Social instinct is Adora’s primary instinct. She has a natural inclination to play by the rules of the group and acknowledge hierarchy, because social variants get safety from belonging and having a place, a role, in something bigger than themselves. Even though she has her hero complex, she doesn’t tend to fly solo until the stakes are really high. She never questions the Princess Alliance, it’s simply natural for her to move from one group to another, and that She-Ra’s strength belongs for the rebellion. She doesn’t really seem to get why some other people don’t seek the strength in numbers. Losing She-Ra also primarily means losing her place in the group for her, and she very much struggles to accept this.

Self-preservation instinct is Adora’s secondary one. It may seem like it isn’t because she’s so ready to die for others, but self-preservation isn’t really about that. It’s more about being preoccupied with questions of resources. Like, after turning against the Horde, Adora isn’t just concerned about losing the support of the group, her mind also immediately goes to “I don’t have a roof over my head”. She’s not as particular about having her physical needs met as a primary self-pres would be, but it’s included in her priorities. She feels out of place in Bright Moon because she’s used to different kind of surroundings, and losing She-Ra’s power is a hard blow because of losing the physical strength she has as She-Ra: her means for providing physical safety for others. She also desires some amount of independence, and She-Ra gave her that as well.

Sexual instinct is what Adora needs more in her life. That’s so tied to the whole point of the show that I’m not even sure what would be worthwhile for me to say about it at this point. The whole conflict between her and Catra relates so closely to it. Adora will routinely make sacrifices in her personal relationships for the common good, because one-to-one relationships are not her first concern in life. People who neglect their sexual instinct are uncomfortable with their more “primal” and intense feelings, so even in her closest relationships Adora is more about being friendly and accommodating and showing warm feelings to the other. She doesn’t have the “let me stare you deep into the eyes for hours and drown myself in them” quality that is characteristic of the sexual instinct. However, this is exactly the part she needs to accept in herself to be fully satisfied and to take her relationships to another level.

SPOP is so juicy because it’s so much about personal growth. We see Adora face pretty much every weakness and blind spot that relates to her personality, and we get to see her change for the better. At least that makes it very satisfying for me to analyse, because I’m such a fan of growth. Can’t wait to get to analyse the other main characters, and the supporting cast too.

1/7 Do you think this is more high Ti or Fe or maybe Ne? I can’t tell. It’s hard for me to understand my feelings beyond just generally feeling good or bad n sometimes I still can’t tell/don’t care but I complain/am tempted to complain a lot. I can be p fake until I’m exposed n then I don’t try to hide it anymore, w my family I just act how I want, rude/blunt/lazy/slobby but w everyone else I try to put up a good front even if I hate it. I def put my own needs before others n im not v helpful

2/7 unless I have absolutely nothing else to do or I need someone to like me. I want good things for people/the world but I don’t think individual action is v effective n would rather support systemic change. I’m def not the warm fuzzy huggy type but sometimes I wish ppl would see through my goofy/flighty facade n stop thinking of me as just the funny friend bc I enjoy talking abt serious things too. People rarely come to me for emotional support which is good bc I’d have no idea what to do

This definitely sounds like high Ti to me - disliking rigidity, wanting to push certain social boundaries but also wanting to figure out what they are first, good at simplification.

I don’t actually really see Ne in this and would actually look at ISTP instead - the part about learning a job on the fly instead of sinking time in really speaks to that for me.

I also don’t see 3 at all, but quizzes suck. 6 is possible but this really sounds like 9 - not wanting to have true conflicts but enjoying arguments at times, being okay with following rules unless it starts to grate against Ti, relating to lots of different personality traits.

First impressions: A lot of different tabs with their own lore snippets is really nice to see! I love to read tab specific lore. I also like that your clan is split between Lightning and Wind and you use the hibden to separate both parts! That’s a usage for the hibden I haven't seen before.

1. 

Myekatia is super pretty! I like how her blush capsule matches her eyes. Also the subtleness of her skin just adds an extra layer of depth to her. The Lagoon starsilk looks killer on her and her entire look is emphasized by her scene. She looks like an elegant, but wise mage.

2. 

What a handsome dragon! He looks like a galaxy and it’s not just because he has Starmap. I never realized how well opal and Starmap can go together! His genes and colors just collide in the most perfection way and I can’t stop staring at him. His apparel was an excellent choice too. He’s not too naked, but it also doesn’t cover his pretty genes up entirely.

3. 

Oh no I’m picking all of your blue dragon it seems. They’re just so pretty! I like Nomurai here for the dark blue of his sapphire python/morph, with the lighter blue of his ringlets. Ringlets is a tert I have a hate love relationship. I don’t think it’s a bad tert, but I do find it hard to use. Nomurai is a great example of how pretty ringlets can be in the right circumstances!

See here I go picking another blue dragon. I promise the next one will NOT be blue. What a perfect dragon to be hatched as a primal and a Lightning primal too! Lightning has one of the best primal eyes types tbh. And the way his accent fits so nicely with his Lightning theme even though it’s from the Crystalline Gala? It’s perfect. he’s perfect.

See? Not a blue dragon this time! Balin is a great purble dragon. He’s wonderful. He may be a Lightning dragon but he looks to be an arcane dragon at heart. He has a gorgeous skin, and is dressed up in the right amount of apparel so he doesn’t look too naked or too bundled up.

I decided that the next five dragon should be from your hibden, to make things even. Here i go picking another blue dragon. She is absolutely lovely. I love how well her cloak matches her, and the grasps give her an extra element of power/mystery that I like.

7. 

A non blue dragon! A nice, pretty green dragon. I love their feathers. They look like they would blend in nicely in any forested (or bamboo forested) areas.

8. 

Hey wait this isn’t a dragon. How’d a flock of birds get here? I’ve almost bought this skin myself, it’s so cool and I love that you put it on a Light primal! It adds such a cool effect to an already super cool skin. I have to wonder though, is there any lore behind this dragon? Are they just a flock of birds, or maybe a dragon that can turn into a flock of crows? I must know.

9. 

I LOVE the usage of this skinscent. She really does look like a void surrounding some Light ruins (or maybe Shadow ruins?). I think it’s really cool that she’s a Shadow dragon and is only wearing stuff from Brightshine.

10. 

“We’re all mad here” is one of my favorite Trickmurk skins/accents and it looks so good on Shadow! The added touch or the spiral daze just adds to her overall look. She looks mysterious, yet a little silly and I love her.

I submitted the flight-rising-related part of the dream to badfrideas (not anonymously), so you should be able to see it there whenever it gets posted

So anyways first I guess I'll talk about the Lion King related part first?

Basically, Nala had 10 cubs, but one of them isnt in the records (hes the pov character I think). He's out in the wilderness and ends up finding this lioness (I think she was grey with tan/beige markings on her belly and legs (the leg markings looked kinda like the thylacine tert on fr)), and I think she had a bit of a darker grey mane? She also had these massive forelegs (muscular I think but they just looked bigger), so her body shape kinda had a downward slope from front to back. Her ears were a really dark grey on the outside. She mightve had saber teeth, idk. Maybe she had cubs and killed/lost them?? Its unclear. (There's also a possibility she killed Nala or someone else important?? idk)

The pov character was a yellow (somewhere between Mufasa yellow and Simba yellow I think) lion, who when he grew up, had a darker brown mane. I think he also had similar leg markings to that of the lioness he found?? They were a really light tan/beige, not white, maybe a little darker than off-white.

So the pov character walks up to the lioness as a cub, and initially she doesnt want to raise him, but after a bit she takes him in. After he's about as old as Simba was when he returned to the Pridelands, maybe a bit younger, he talks to the lioness about maybe heading to Pride Rock? Whatever the case is they're close to it, she asks what he sees, and he says smth like "a rock leaning against another rock, im curious about it", and the lioness says it makes her nervous.

The pov character is definitely going though, but first he has to climb the Simba Falls (I think that's what they were called?) because its the only thing between them and Pride Rock. There's these three whirlpools, two off to the sides of the river and one in the middle, and the twisters show up on them??

I think thats about it for that part..

Then theres this weird minecraft kinda part??

Basically the pov character lives in an apartment building or smth, and..

Idk exactly how it happens, but they end up taking some drugs or smth in their room?? They end up trapped in there (nobody responds when they tell for help), but eventually they manage to get out.

All the doors in the hallway are ajar, and I think they might ve gone into one of the other rooms to look for stuff?

Theres like a video game style pop-up or smth that says there's only 93 people left or smth, and its clear something very bad has happened

I dont really remember all of what happens next, but by the time the pov character actually gets out of the building I think (that or into the wilderness) it says theres only 9 people left.

Whatever the case is, at some point the pov character ends up in the wilderness/woods/whatever and its like a Minecraft survival type of thing but different

Theres also different loading zones or smth, so they were running from something in one of them, and went into another to escape it

Theres this sense of impending doom the entire time.. idk if there was a creature or what but something was trying to find all the remaining people

Anyways the pov character ends up coming across a house that looks suspiciously new, but the only things inside are a wolverine and a rabir wolf (they/I got bitten by it and I think all it did was inflict poison)

Oh, idk if I mentioned it, but the flight rising part of the dream was interspersed in at least one of the other 2?? So I think the pov character from the apocalyptic-y part mightve been been playing it in their apartment? Again, its all pretty fuzzy

I remember the post about the current situation between Ukraine and Russia, where you said feelers are most concerned about the victims and all the lives that this conflict is taking while thinkers are focused on the possible repercussions this might have in the long run, Putin's motives, will other countries get deeply involved? Do they benefit in some way from this conflict? Or quite the opposite?

I used to type a friend of mine as NFP till I listened to him talking about the matter. I compared his reaction to my grandma's (who I think is an ESFJ) and find out they were not on the same page at all. My grandma first thought was: "God please help those innocent people! How many lives is that evil man (Putin) going to take to stop this nonsense?". My friend on the other hand was pretty detached about it. He doesn't seem faced by it. He did not call Putin evil. He just wondered what drives him. He wondered what countries will support Ukraine or Russia? In case of a war, which one will come on top? Are there any layers of this conflict that we ignore? My friend has never been into politics. He has always considered them boring stuff. I thought that was the reason of him being so impersonal about. Besides Fi's apparent tendency to take into consideration what personally matters only: If it doesn't affect me, why should I care? But then again, he seems so detached about the situation (he doesn't seem to care that much) and when talking about it, he doesn't mentions the people suffering. Whether he ignores it or it doesn't even cross his mind till someone else points it out. Besides, his mother has called him a bit cold and insensitive in the past, with a cynical point of view most of the time. So I guess he's a thinker after all. Or do you think a feeler could have that kind of reaction?

Intuitive dominants (INJ/ENP) are very good at 'abstracting away' from a topic and treating the people it impacts in a detached way, as part of a working hypothesis, regardless of being feelers or thinkers. But ENFPs in particular get touched by human suffering, so if something yanks them back into the actual moment, as opposed to just theorizing on the who, and the why, and what might happen next, something that humanizes a terrible event for them -- they will abruptly switch into humanitarian mode. For example, if they were to see a video of a child screaming in terror and running between rooms in their house, while watching bombs fall outside their window -- the ENFP might have a swelling feeling of angst for that child, and anger that war exists, and that people get hurt for no good reason other than a dictator deciding to take over their country. If he's able to remain detached and objective and analytical even when faced with the emotional perspective, he could be an ENTP instead. While ENTPs are affected by Fe, their Ti is sufficiently strong enough to let them focus on theorizing, strategizing, and problem-solving (that is their solution to humanitarian concerns, to "fix it"), whereas the ENFP is more likely to get emotional and then show tert-Te behaviors (rigidity, wanting to punish those responsible, and making angry statements, ie, "Putin should be dealt with harshly!!!" that don't fit their usual, overall tolerant, open-minded approach -- "he is a bad man and he should be ______").

Saccharine’s hatchday (6/16) is also the birthday of one of my favorite Puyo characters (Sig) but I don’t think that counts lol

Bought this dragon for the skin. Lilioce, just change skin to apparel. Only got them for the bug armor

Neon eyesore. Not yet.

Many dragons with a gene or color set no one appreciates. Not many dragons, but there’s barely any active Banescales with Pinstripe and Trimmings like what Checkers has. IT’S A GOOD COMBO IF YOU HAVE GOOD COLORS, PEOPLE! Or dare I say my silly gamer has the best case of these genes...?

I’ve been saving up so I could gene some dragons yesterday, and while I didn’t get everything done by rollover I still got a bunch done and will do the rest another time. c:

Gladestar finally got a primary! She wasn’t on the to-do list, but I remembered you can save scries to try with outfits so I did a couple and she looked nice with Python. And since one dropped a while back, why not? (less guilt if she ends up getting a different gene down the road :P)

Emerald got fully gened. Originally another dragon was supposed to get Pinstripe, but I’m doubting her colors again so since she wasn’t getting gened, I tried scrying Emerald again and stumbled into this really nice combo! There was some debate on secondary (which I posted about last night) and probably would still be, but I had a couple Morphs sitting there so that helped decide and also saved some money to apply to the Lionfish.

Skye got Constellation (since I ended up not getting Circuit for another dragon), and only needs Smoke (and some apparel) to be complete! :D

My first Banescale got Ragged and Fans, and just needs Alloy - and to find a cool accent. :)

Since there was some last-minute plan changes, I used the money that would have gone to another gene on Lightwing’s Lionfish why is that one so expensive.He still has a LONG way to go to be complete, but it’s something. c:

Cadbury got Peacock and Skink! He was another one that was hard to come up with a gene plan for, but Marble looked good on him and those two genes worked well with it, so he’s almost complete too!

The last three are hatches - the first two were going to be for sale like their parents’ nests usually are, but both are really good so I might hold onto them, at least for now. The Snapper looks great as-is, and the Guardian looks amazing with Pinstripe and Noxtide. We’ll see. The Banescale is from my second Bane egg, and idk what to do with him but wanted to show him anyway. I kinda wish his tert (Metals) was something in the pink range to go with his eyes, but overall he’s not too bad. :)

my new year hatchies (my time, anyway. i’ll hatch some once it hits new year on Fr’s rollover too) uhhhh not bad? the first and last are the best i think (first is triple brown range, last one has oilslick tert). hope that means it will be a good year :’-)
