One detail I haven't seen people point out is how whenever we see Jimmy sitting in the cockpit, he is ALWAYS seated in the left seat. And at least in aviation, the left seat is considered the Captain's seat, while the right seat is the Co-Pilot's (First Officer's) seat.

Remember the start of the game, when the course needs to be corrected to avoid the crash? He purposefully steers it wrong using the Captain's yoke. So even if they all survive the crash, even if they all end up being rescued, the blame would fall onto Curly.

Plus, even when he's in the cockpit together with Curly, getting his psych eval done and being asked a very direct question of "Have you been able to complete your mandated tasks as a Co-Pilot efficiently?" he is casually answering it while sitting in someone else's seat.

Cool bit of foreshadowing imo, but also shows how damn OBSESSED and petty Jimmy was from the very start.

Nico referring to his mom as "Mama" implies he most likely at least used to refer to Hades as "Papa" and i 100% headcanon he still does but mostly in the manner of him having the entire Underworld wrapped around his finger for being the baby of the family

Since book 7 part 5 (the part where we meet Meleanor/Maleanor 👀) is coming to EN this month, i would love to see your take on lilia’s proposal to meleanor! i mean they were like little kids right? it couldn’t have been that serious…i think the only reason she even brought it up again is because she could tell lilia still genuinely loved her…(even if he didn’t realize it himself?) but, oh well! the nonas: harrow has curls bc i think the only thing funnier than saddling a nun who's been shaving her head since infancy with fast-growing hair is for that hair to be horrible messy springy curls that are barely spared from frizz by the sheer grease #bathingisn'tsafeformern. please also applaud my restraint in adhering to canon and not giving nona dimples. she deserved them

the sixth: came to me fully formed honestly. palamedes calls camilla beautiful enough for the alexandrites so i just let my heart and sapphism take the wheel here. for pal when i first read gtn i visualized him very differently but other artists made such a compelling case for scruffy pal that now i can't see him any other way

hey there!! i'd been checking this blog for a while, and I really wanted to say you're a great source of inspiration haha! I really love your dog characters and your lore! The amount of research and dedication is really amazing!! about ludovica's gf, do you mind if I come in with my vision as well? I think she'd be a really fluffy dog, maybe with curly hair. so my mind went to the portuguese water dog; but then i thought of two versions: long hair and short hair. so i drew both (tried my best to make her look like a lady and not a grandpa haha)

#I'm so sorry this ask is almost a year old at this point and I'm only now responding to it auh #but I keep thinking about this version of the mystery girlfriend habitually I think this is the first headcanon design anyone came up with #I absolutely adore that she's a fluffy curly dog it's such a bold and distinct choice #I don't have any ocs with this specific fur type so it would be a new and interesting challenge trying to get used to drawing her #and I totally get the struggle about the unintentional grandpa look heh it's the same thing with wirehaired dogs #the portuguese water dog is a fitting breed to pick considering the setting imo #I previously tried to make a lagotto romagnolo version of her but the curly face fur was really muddling her expressions #the white eyebrows are a clever move they're pretty and make her face so much more readable than a solid black would #the white streaks on her ears are a wonderful detail too they kind of remind me of frankenstein's bride haha #and I appreciate the fact you drew her in a period accurate dress! the rosy pink goes really nicely with her stark black and white fur #the sketches are so sweet their chemistry comes through so clearly #thank you so much for putting this much thought and effort into her! again I'm sorry I kept you waiting #I truly hope you didn't think I disliked your concept although I wouldn't blame you at all if that's the impression you got #I think I have another ask of yours somewhere in my inbox I'll try to find it #gift art #pouletpourrisoldblog #Ludovica #own characters #I'll come back to give the gf her own tag once I've decided on the name
