i've never used greenscreen before, so this was a pretty big challenge. Special thanks to @soupum for the phenomenal amount of help he gave wiv this project, both finding me a program that would actually work wivin my limited hardware specs, but then, above that, taking the time and patience to walk me through how it's used.

i was toying wiv using this kind of set-up as a bit of a grab bag for things that don't really work in other spaces/don't really require their own playlists as coherent, continuing projects. And also, let's be honest, to flex a little on what i can do wiv set-builds. i don't know that that is something that's going to work out, at least not unless i get a better grasp on things to get a much quicker workflow, but it's a thing i'll probably come back to in a bit more of a limited scope. Soup had mentioned in stream a week or so back that it might make for a nice framing device for levels i have to record wiv my phone camera, and he's not wrong in that.

i had thought of using it for Meatspace/presentation videos, but i don't know how viable that is at the end of the day. There were a fair amount of steps getting something this simple off the ground, and while the render time wasn't awful, it still took a decent bit for what's ultimately a 3min project. If you've watched any of my videos, you'll know i can't seem to shut. my. fucking. trap, and i can't imagine digging into The Bridge (f'rex) and having it come in at anything under 30minutes.

still, this was a nice thing to have done, even if it wasn't super fun to be doing. it's always a good feeling to have something you've never tried before come out half-way decent, you know?
