The Biden administration on Friday asked an appeals court to revive a Trump-era rule that lifted remaining Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves in the U.S.

If successful, the move would put the predators under state oversight nationwide and open the door for hunting to resume in the Great Lakes region after it was halted two years ago under court order.

Environmentalists had successfully sued when protections for wolves were lifted in former President Donald Trump’s final days in office.

Friday’s filing with the 9th U.S. District Court of Appeals was President Joe Biden administration’s first explicit step to revive that rule. Protections will remain in place pending the court’s decision.

The administration is on the same side in the case as livestock and hunting groups, the National Rifle Association and Republican-led Utah.

My high school did a yearly poetry recitation contest (Poetry Out Loud), so Oh Boy do I know some poems. My favorites are Ozymandias and "the world is about to end and my grandparents are in love," by Kara Jackson. Also in 8th grade we had a Poe unit and had a class contest to make the best music video of the Raven, so I still know a good chunk of that.

I personally did not mind TTEOTM’s ending... No really I didn’t actually mind. I didn’t think it was pointless. It’s tragic and heartbreaking and left me with a night-long chest congestion but I kind of liked it? It’s not an easy story, it’s not a fun story, it doesn’t make you feel good, but you will remember it and you will remember him.

How do you solve the trolley problem? You convince that one person tied to the tracks to demand the onlooker divert the trolley into him. His fate is a tragedy play whether it’s written by the devil or by the benevolent gods. That’s Tantai Jin’s life. His life is hard, it’s full of injustice and unfair treatment and everyone who has ever unconditionally loved him died, and all of that sucks but that’s not the point. The point is that even someone like him can grow to be good. He started out the story merely wanting to live, then he wanted power, then he wanted to be loved, and it was not until the last ten episodes that he learned to care about the world, that protecting the world and the continued peace and prosperity of our society is what everyone living in said society should do. That if I can stop an apocalyse I should. That saving everyone is a worthy enough thing to die for.

A problem I always run into when thinking about Psimon x Devastation for too long is the fact that I always fall into a rabbit hole thinking about how they would have the most Banger kids, some straight up powerhouses, the most interesting freaks you’ve ever seen.
