Happy Halloween!

Things have been all over the place both good, bad, ugly and "Why are you two goobers up at 3am arguing over a YouTube playable?" For those wondering or worried, I'm doing OK though my lay off was pushed to the 15th. In the short term I'm going to keep my hiatus up for a while and take advantage to do some personal projects including cataloguing my DVDs and hopefully eventually get my hard drives sorted out (contents still unorganized) but I'm going to try and queue up as much as i can so i can clear off as many surge tank book marks as possible in the near term.

I also apologize for not having anything Halloween for the main blog but I was too busy (and stressed) to focus on setting up the queue.

Shout out specifically to the kind girls who i have met before exams in my academic life so far. Complete strangers i have met once for a couple of hours who have made the wait for the exam lighter. Talking to me like we had known each other for years. This includes, but is not limited to, the girl who saw me nervously waiting before my medieval history exam om my first year, and decided she was going to adopt me in her small friend's group for the morning to review things together and who kindly stood up for me when the professor ignored me while i was trying to get his attention to ask for something before the exam. The girl who randomly complained to me about a broken door in the bathrooms and who then saw me in line waiting to get in the exam room and chatted with me for over an hour while the professor was late, because being annoyed at things being broken/not working as they should is the best bonding excuse on the planet. The girl who i asked directions to yesterday and ended up waiting for my same exam who acted with me, a random stranger, like an old friend. I am collecting these people like pressed flowers. I have no idea of half of their names but i will forever be grateful to then for being there and being kind. As an extremly anxious person who becomes a nervous wreck before exams and who has terrible social skills people like this are such a gift and I wish them all the best.

Do angels treat good people with fairness? (specifically curious about Archangel Michael)

Hello, good evening, I had to think about this for a second because that's a good question. . .

. . but (basically), it depends on an angel and their function. What do we define as fair that an angel would define as fair? If, for example, Archangel Uriel decides we are lacking proper insight into understanding God's message to us, they may respond in a way we think is very unfair. The definition of fairness itself depends strictly on what we are arguing is 'fair' in the first place.

As for my patron saint Michael. . .I feel like his concept of fairness is a mirror of Lucifer in that he's only trying to bring awareness of our spiritual state. He knows, for example, that it's not fair the average person is getting exploited when they clock in for their job. But he also will say it's not fair if everybody starts thinking like a degenerate who doesn't want to contribute anything to society despite the exploitation. He has a huge 'work with integrity' mindset that's not always easy or popular to swallow, that's why I work with him to keep myself going.

a lot of ppl donk on sora’s (old) minifig hair bc of how it’s not accurate to the show, which i totally get bc i also prefer the show hair, butttt

i think it’s nice that they specifically chose to recolor mei lmk’s hairpiece, instead of just choosing another ponytail one. bc mei’s hair was made specifically for her to have a dragon-like silhouette, with the buns being horns and the back spiking out to be like the beard

so even if it’s far from accurate, im very cheesed they decided to go with this hairpiece specifically
