you know, despite the missing eddie of it all that first time around, what i like about sick day is that it shows that buck was actually serious about befriending ravi. he wasn't just using him as an eddie placeholder. after their last night out, they could have very easily just decided to not see each other again. but no! they went out, ravi unloaded his feelings, and buck listened and gave him advice — good advice — and it's like, oh! they actually want to build something here. they are actually putting effort until building a dynamic, and what i love is that this dynamic stands so far apart from the relationship buck has with eddie. buck and eddie are very much partners, very much equals. but with buckravi, there's just enough of a tilted scale that buck takes on the older / wiser / leadership role and that's so crunchy. seeing him be to someone else what bobby was to him, what eddie was to him (when he first joined the 118 and was clearly superior to buck in many ways), and seeing how buck takes these things and forms his own dynamic with ravi... god it's so good. i hope it continues. i hope they don't get excise him from the narrative AGAIN. i hope they actually continue to do something with him/them because this has the potential to be so juicy in many ways

It's so weird to me when people are like 'but that will cost the government money!' So what? They're the government, they're supposed to be spending money. What, you want them to take your tax dollars and then do nothing with it? Lock it all up in a big government vault and just look at it? Why are you so scared of giving a third grader lunch or a homeless person a house.

tbh i don’t feel sorry for teddy. owen TOLD her he did not want to open their marriage they went to counseling about it and she talked him into it cuz she wanted to sleep with that other lady doctor. and then she goes on a conference with the intention of sleeping with that woman. she and that doctor end up almost fucking rolling around half naked in bed and she can’t do it cuz she felt guilty.

owen sleeps with someone else, because they made rules that said both of them can do what they want no details and now teddy is mad??? girl suck that shit up. this is what you did to yourself, you can’t call him a cheater when he was following the rules YOU made.
