Rewatching the ancient magus bride and holy shit. Holy shit this show is so hauntingly beautiful. I wish I could properly give it words but it’s just something you have to see I think. I remember going into it expecting just a monster romance and being floored by the level of emotion that poured out of every character. What it meant to keep fighting despite everything. What the painful process of healing felt like. It’s gotta be one of my favorite shows ever I’m so happy to be rewatching it now in a very different place in life and being moved all the same.
