yeah you know what, let's just buy even more bombs and fucking kill everyone, why not. let's make more weapons and sell them and make shit ton of money. and no, we're not the bad guys, they are the ones who shoot people, their behaviour is not our responsibility! and look, we have so many good people on our side. they are clever and sympathetic and they never trust their judgement too much. so they will buy us time by playing the devil's advocate and saying stuff like "guys it's more complicated than that, we know it's hard to believe but they actually have no choice but to blow up thousands of civilians and their pets, it ensures their safety, please don't be angry!". oh come on, don't be so emotional, you know humanity has been like that since the dawn of time. look on the bright side: we're still better than our ancestors, those people did things even we can't begin to imagine! don't be too greedy, don't rush the progress, be grateful for what you have. calm down and think about it a little. while we go and make more bombs

There's no need for any of us to wait until we have figured out what government is on the "right side" of any political issue to say that war and genocide is an unexcusable evil. A little child is old and wise enough to have the right to believe that any war is wrong. This belief in out hearts should stay unchanged no matter what the adulthood does to us. In every single country on every side of the front there are millions of innocent citizens and their pets who want to live in peace, but those in power use their lives in their own interests. Regardless of which government all of us end up believing, even if none at all, we must never forget about those poor people. And each person in power who benefits from wars they wage must face the judgement.

visiting an art con and leaving without a single piece of merch gave me more motivation to draw than anything for the past few months. i need people to know i'm insane about mahoyome. so i'm gonna make some pins. or acrylic charms. haven't decided yet. sweet lord i can't believe i finally picked up a pen!!!!!

Ever since I've taught myself to use references for everything I draw, sketching even simple stuff from head has become very unpleasant and irritating... Every time I do, I sharply feel just how little I actually know about human body, faces, clothing, lighting... I'm not on the level zero, but I can't stand on my own feet without using a reference as a clutch... I keep delaying studying drawing from books, but the blank mess filling my mind every time I try to draw relying on my power alone is becoming unbearable.

However, I'm also in awe with the younger me, who didn't study anything, drew waaay worse, but still enjoyed the process and was proud of the outcome most of the time. I need to remember how I did that lol.

Also I need to do something about my posture and workplace, because every time I come back to my senses mid process I catch my body curling up into a sea knot. No wonder I feel tired and stressed while drawing 😭😭
