And the threefold deity of malice and mischief and misery. There are gods of skin and shame and secrets. There is Incensor the god of disaster, and her children called Doubt and Dread. And standing on high is the mother and father and other of them all. For the god of all gods has returned. And his names are many. His name has been Set, and Seth, and Setekh. And his one true name forever more is... Sutekh.

Bare with me folks as I detail my most recent Doctor Who theory.

So, in the 60th anniversary specials and seasons 14/1 and 15/2, we've been learning more and more about The Pantheon of Discord/The Gods of Chaos and their rules.

So far, in the Whoniverse, we've met The Toymaker, Maestro, The Trickster, The Mara, Lux Imperator, Sutekh, The Beast, and The Gods of Ragnarok (Beast and Ragnarok confirmed by Doctor Who YouTube channel)

One of the things we have learnt about The Gods is that they send Harbingers to warn about their coming.

Maestro had Henry Arbinger

Sutekh had Harriet Arbinger

Lux Imperator had Harvest Bringer

I haven't watched The Greatest Show In The Galaxy to apply Harbingers to The Gods of Ragnarok, but these are my theories for retroactively giving other Gods their Harbingers:

The Trickster - Either Grisloke the Graske or the people he makes deals with become his Harbinger

The Mara - The people it possesses become her Harbinger

The Beast- Toby Zed became his Harbinger and host

But what about The Toymaker?

Well, here's my idea. The Toymaker had a Harbinger because that was in The Rules for The Gods, but there was nothing in the rules that said he had to reveal his Harbinger

And so The Toymaker placed his Harbinger in secret, hidden within UNIT. He created:

Shirley Anne Bingham

If is you double the R from Shirley and take the E, then use the B, I, N, G, H and A from Bingham you have these letters

E, R, R, B, I, N, G, H, A

Unscramble that, and you get: Harbinger

My wild idea is that Shirley was The Toymaker's Harbinger, but unaware of it. It was more fun for The Toymaker seeing his Harbinger, his creation, be completely and utterly unaware and terrified of him.

Some time after The Toymaker was banished, both Shirley and the memory of her were erased, explaining why Morris is Scientific Advisor when 15 and Ruby visit UNIT in Empire of Death

Yes, I am aware this is highly unlikely and a completely wild theory, but it bugs me that Shirley has just vanished and that The Toymaker who introduced The Rules of The Gods, seeming broke one.
