Hiii I love your art style soo much its so pretty!! This has probably been asked before but I'd love to know how you go about choosing colours/ making colour palettes because thats something I personally struggle with doing <3

Hiiiii thank you! Okay so usually when i choose my own colours i just pick whatever i feel like looks nice so i don't really have a good explanation for that (yet) lmao, but! i also do this that i think works pretty well too:

which is basically just messing around with the layer filters/Blending Modes of the art programs until i get something that looks nice, not necessarily using the same ones i used here, but any that might work, also sometimes i choose whatever colours (not colour picking) and then do this same process to make them look better :P

‼️ART TRIGGER WARNING: Mild body horror/gore

Sooooo I kinda unexpectedly deviated from what I would consider my normal art preferences here. Mostly because I’ve seen a lot of talented artists drawing their own renditions of menacing Puzzles fanart where he goes fully insane and whatnot. I wanted to also contribute to that trend somehow…although it’s slightly out of my usual comfort zone << especially with his recent design change of loosing his whole lower body lol. Adapting that into my art was an interesting experimental challenge

Here is my own take on Puzzles falling apart! Quite literally! I still wanted to add a bit of empathy in here for him tho— because I’m going to be so distraught if WOTFI 2024 is his resignation from the spotlight for good. His final bow on stage if you will; the grand finale of his performance before he departs in death (MAN I SURE HOPE HE DOESN’T DIE BUT THE FANDOM SPECULATIONS AND PARANOIA ARE GETTING TO MY HEAD. And it just seems like the narrative progression is leaning that way). Well not matter what happens to him this upcoming Saturday…this tragic TV guy has impacted me in unexpected ways and I’m just so glad we got to spend and entire year with his character. And he’s sure not gonna disappear from my art anytime soon. Hopefully I won’t be maiming him ever again after this though jksjsksp he’s suffered enough angst for now <3

for a bunch of people who supposedly love supernatural, huge chunks of the fandom sure seem afraid to love it in earnest without adding asterisks to their own interest, considering how often people apparently feel the need to disclaim that it’s Bad or everything good about it was supposedly an Accident

society if everyone could just perhaps stop making posts about and/or giving hundreds of notes to posts about how much Potential the show had but how Poorly Executed it supposedly universally was. alas, technology does not allow me to mute a specific flavor of post so instead I must complain

3. Whats your favorite fic you've written?

Oooh god, that's so hard. Right now, it's definitely one of my demon slayer ones, "Fish Out Of Water" and "Crimson Threads" both hold very special places in my heart. Like zentan and nezuzentan are definitely some of my favorite KNY ships, and i have really fond memories of writing both of those.

18. Whats one of your favorite lines you've written in a fic?

"Aren't you scared?" From "Once Bitten" is very high up there purely bc i like that scene a lot. A vampire asking their prey if they're scared in a sorta flirty way is just !!!! Skdksk

But also theres some scenes in fics i haven't posted yet that im very fond of. A few in the hazbin platonic!rainbowdust fic i wont spoil yet sksksk

Its only a few, but they're still left unpacked, most of them not even opened. Its nearly 2am, but jetlag is a bitch, and Sunny isn't exactly known for his great sleeping habits. Everyone else left the call a while ago— its daytime, where they are after all. They have things to do. The only person left is Aubrey. She's lying on her front, chin on her palm. Even through the screen, he can catch the knowing glint in her eyes. "More specifically, do you wanna talk about him?"
