I'll be real with you all. I legit teared up and yelled, "No, not Jimmy!". One because it came out of nowhere and not in a satisfying way and two because nothing could have hurt Jey more. That boy said I quit for Jimmy and came back to the bloodline for Jimmy. If there's one thing that's been consistent, Jey has always chosen Jimmy, but Jimmy didn't choose Jey. Jimmy chose Jimmy because you know it's not going to be about Roman, and WWE is not going to remember this established character trait. But at least we know Jey is going to break our hearts on Friday.

It’s so weird to me that even though I was pretty young when the first game released, I still remember sitting next to my brother on the couch watching him play it at the ripe age of 5-7 years old, trying (although failing) to give him advice on what to do, and since then it’s been a huge part of my life. I never really made art for the games but considering it’s in my area of expertise, I might at some point. Even through all the ups and downs this game series has had, I’m super proud of how it’s grown. It’s practically a second home to me, rewatching old MatPat content from 8 years ago, and like the song says “Is this where you want to be?” Yup. It is. :)

merlin told arthur his favorite color was the color of the sky during sunset when it shifted into a deep violet. arthur gets a tunic made in that exact shade. its the best thing merlin owns. arthur was hoping that would mean he’d wear it almost everyday but merlin almost never wears it. the only time he does wear it is when royals come to visit (which isn’t all that often). arthur “subtly” asks about it and merlin is like “it’s the best thing i own. i’m not gonna dirty it mucking out the stables or serving rowdy knights wine while they splatter food on it” and arthur is like “why not wear it when nobles come to visit? look at least a little presentable for them” (cough nice save). merlin doesn’t see the point in it bc nobles don’t care about him at best, view him as less than human at worst.

arthur really just wants to see his boyfriend servant in the tunic he had made for him (bonus points for sending a message that merlin is his. not that merlin seems to notice. man is too much of an idiot). merlin wants to preserve his favorite tunic and gift from his boyfriend king.

it’s kinda stupid to call rui “sassy” or say he was acting “mean” for simply doing what any person would do realistically after tsukasa humiliated nene in the main story. i swear this fandom has gone over this a thousand times and yet for some reason it’s still so hard for people to accept that tsukasa was being a self centered asshole. that’s not even exaggerating anything that’s just the truth.

btw (if im wrong correct me) but rui has never gotten angry at someone unreasonably he’s actually quite mature and doesn’t just?? explode over things so i dont know why him refusing to work with tsukasa even after nene forgave him is seen as a “mean” thing… let’s not forget he still believed tsukasa hadnt changed at all and only wanted to be in shows for selfish purposes. it’s not bad to admit that tsukasa is egotistical and has acted much more mean in unacceptable ways than rui + has had to own up to this and work hard to grow as a person over time
