as much as i enjoy having minthara as a companion in a good-aligned playthrough, i think it also would’ve been cool to leave her for the evil-aligned choices and be able to recruit zevlor instead. he’s another paladin, and he has a loaded backstory and a compelling reason to join your party during act 2, plus he’s just a really charming character. i feel like it could have been really interesting to integrate him into the story and setting of act 2 and 3 as a party member— just like you can’t bring recruited minthara into moonrise towers, maybe zevlor would refuse to go to last light inn out of shame, and he could have unique dialogue with the tiefling refugees once you get to baldur’s gate. maybe you could have a beautiful romance with him. or maybe you could recruit both him and minthara and they can duke it out in camp. the possibilities are endless
