5. How easy is it to earn their mistrust?

for willa its VERY easy, if you are just meeting her just assume she doesnt trust you at all. as a cleric of tyr she tries her best to be fair and just, but that doesnt mean she will like you or trust you beyond that. hawthorne is much more trusting, or at the least, more understanding and willing to let things slide as long as she understands where youre coming from. if youre being sketchy its more likely hawthorne will try and weed out whatever youre keeping from her than to just turn her back on you. she immediately took a liking to shadowheart even with her whole sketchy deal, understood why wyll and gale would keep the whole mizora and netherese bomb to themselves at first, so as long as she feels you give her a satisfactory reason to go behind her back she can mostly forgive it, will just be a bit hurt that you didnt come clean earlier.

15. How do they speak? Is what they say usually thought of on the spot, or do they rehearse it in their mind first?

hawthorne answered here! willa talks like a Teenager Who Thinks Shes In Charge Of You Idiots (shes 17). she is much more haughty and reserved, she has a holy mission and knows more than you and you had better do what she says Or Else.

21. Why do they get up in the morning? 

hawthorne answered here! willa has a holy mission to exact justice on the person who killed her parents. she feels its her duty to spread the idea of the Law and Justice as well so that something like her parents murder doesnt happen to anyone else. she does not want to rest until this is done. bane may or may not start taking an interest in her ruthlessness.

D) Have they always had the same physical appearance, or have you had to edit how they look?

hawthorne changed very slightly! i think originally i didnt give her infernal glowing eyes and just had normal eyes before thinking hey. why am i afraid of letting her look cool. and gave her glowing orange eyes. her main outfits kinda changed as the game progressed, the outfit i draw her in the most she actually doesnt wear in the game anymore bc i got her better armor lol. willa has mostly stayed the same, i want to update her look some more bc i made her years ago and now that im thinking abt dnd again i think it would be fun for her to coexist with the other ocs ive made. originally she was a cleric of wee jas but i dont think shes a forgotten realms deity so making her a cleric of tyr who maybe flirts a bit with being a cleric of bane, just a little. and would have to edit her clerical robes accordingly

i love how a big part of elizabeth bennet’s character is that she is obviously very smart, she is very observant, but she can easily be led astray by her preconceived notions, by things that she already has convinced herself of believing. and this is most obvious by her not seeing mr. darcy’s proposal coming at all, because girl that man was openly flirting with her. i don’t think this is shown a lot in the movie or the tv series, but he keeps teasing her, answering her witty remarks with a smile, the whole “i am not afraid of you” thing. like, charlotte saw it coming, colonel fitzwilliam definitely saw it coming, the gardiners knew as soon as they saw them together later in the book, mr darcy was not as subtle as he thought he was being

Searching for a Pride & Prejudice quote and I noticed something interesting about Elizabeth using the phrase "such a man"

“I am astonished at his intimacy with Mr. Bingley. How can Mr. Bingley, who seems good-humour itself, and is, I really believe, truly amiable, be in friendship with such a man? [Mr. Darcy] How can they suit each other? Do you know Mr. Bingley?”

It vexed her to see him [Mr. Collins] expose himself to such a man. Mr. Darcy was eyeing him with unrestrained wonder

In spite of her deeply-rooted dislike, she could not be insensible to the compliment of such a man’s [Mr. Darcy] affection

"Such a man" switched from Darcy to Wickham, and is clearly Elizabeth's most derogatory way of thinking and speaking about a guy she dislikes.

(Edit: I got too excited, the middle reference to Darcy isn't derogatory, though I think the two top ones are, it's about Darcy's status. But I still find this fascinating)
